You might want to consider an eye exam, or at least using a tape measure. Just checked C-span, Fox, Fox News, MSNBC and NBC, per your assertion. All stations are using identical camera feeds, and the candidates have been framed so that their shoulders are on the same line, and the tops of their heads at the same place. The stations have done all they can to make the images of equal size.
The two men are not of the same body habitus (build), so that’s an insurmountable difference, NOT a tactic. Biden’s head is more oval, with a longer neck, and President Trump’s body is wider. The only other difference is what graphics the channels choose to put below.
