As far as the post card itself, “electioneering” by mail (trying to get people to vote a certain way through persuasion) is legal in all states, and HOAs basically write their own rules. My HOA drops off all kinds of advocacy messages, some true, some rumor, some baloney. Makes no difference if the info is truthful or not. It’s all First Amendment-protected speech. You can’t even ask the Post Office to block political junk mail. If someone pays and it isn’t obscene or an illegal substance, they have to deliver it.

Sending post cards to encourage voters to request a “vote-by-mail” ballot in Florida is legal. The “vote-by-mail” term replaced “absentee ballot” in 2016 and voters no longer need an “excuse” to not vote in person.
If a voter is concerned about using the mail system, but for some reason cannot vote in person, they can simply drop off their completed “vote-by-mail” ballot at the county election office during the early voting period.
A voter in Florida can also take their “vote-by-mail” ballot with them on election day to their precinct and exchange it for an in-person ballot.
Democrats will try to flood the registered democrat voters with these post cards to encourage “vote-by-mail”. In Florida, “vote-my-mail” ballots can only be requested by currently registered voters.
NOTE: All the above is what I discovered during research of current voting procedures in Florida, where I am a resident. It should NOT be taken as gospel!

I can think of one. To know how many votes to make up after Nov 3, you have to count new votes after Nov 3, properly filled out for the “correct” candidate. Otherwise, you might come up short.

Military absentee ballots and overseas votes by citizens abroad may be postmarked on Election Day, but those votes can’t always be delivered by that evening. In principle I believe such votes are legitimate, and should be counted in the time between Election Day and the local deadline for certification. But each state sets its own deadline for certifying votes, and each one decides how to handle votes postmarked but not received by Nov 3.

Some of these judges and governors who think they’re being cute better do some more long-term thinking. If children are forced to take these Bill Gates vaccines and in 7-10 years, wind up sterile, there will be an accountability reckoned. This is scary, sad for this addict, but THINK ABOUT THIS: it took officers at least 5-8 minutes to get to our house. It took ME at least 2 minutes to answer all of the questions from two dispatchers before even getting to inform them of the issue. (They asked if we have covid!).
We do not live downtown. Houses are spaced far apart. If this had gone differently, the police would not have been here in time.

Retired Magistrate here: A week ago I posted that a BLM/Antifa protest was going to be held in Plain City, Ohio because a farmer is a big supporter of President Trump. This farmer shows his support by displaying numerous Trump, American and Blue Lives Matter flags on St. Rt. 161 located outside of Plain City, Ohio. This is a rural community and is Trump Country to the max.
Well the night before the protest, the organizers decided that having a protest in this community might not be such a good idea, so they cancelled it. However, over a thousand Trump supporters show up for a Freedom Rally. People socialized, prayed for our country and President Trump and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Representatives from the Trump campaign showed up and gave out bumper stickers and signs. Local news showed up but when they saw that there were no protests, just Trump supporters enjoying themselves, the news media left.
Attendees had such a good time that they plan to do another Freedom Rally. Got this information from the woman whose father in law is the Trump supporting farmer.
I will keep you posted on other activities happening in the Central Ohio area which are indicative of how far President Trump is ahead in Ohio. Not in Columbus, Cleveland or Cincinnati but the rest of the State is red and was enough to have President Trump win by 8 points in 2016. I think it will be at least 8 points in 2020. People in the rural areas get out and vote no matter what the weather or what type of panicdemic is ground around.

The democrat objective is to stall the vote count results so that the Speaker of the House would become President, thus removing President Donald J. Trump.
I don’t know how it all works but this raises some speculative questions:
Is the November vote combined on one ballot this year?
1) If so and the Dems succeed in preventing the Presidential election results from being called, would that also prevent the results for the congressional seats that are on the ballot this year from being called?
2) When the current Congressional terms expire on Jan 3rd, would there be enough people left in Congress for a quorum (for further law making to occur) ?
or
3) Would the affected States (their Governors?) have to appoint “acting Congress people” until the vote gets sorted out?
4) If so, is there a possibility that the Dems could then be at risk of their losing the majority to the Republicans and a new Speaker could then be elected?
Donald J Trump is the President until Jan 23rd…which infers a window of possible Presidential Emergency Action for 20 days between Congressional change and Presidential change.

Norpoth is interesting, as they build the projected result from primary data and some economic data I think.
BUT the electoral college projection they don’t normally do, this has only been added for this election, and it will be wrong. Because it is impossible to reach 362 with the demographics in certain states being what they are now and also the expected or usual fraud.
I believe the maximum that Trump can get is 329 electoral college votes. As to go any higher would mean picking up Virginia, New Mexico etc. Never going to happen. I would not waste a cent in advertising in either of those states apart from protecting any senate or house seats. If I had to make an assumption based on what I have heard and read, then I reckon 309-319 is a reasonable projection. If he can keep the rust belt, including flipping MN and picking up ME, then 323. I don’t think Nevada is possible because of Clark County.
I really am starting to believe he can flip Minnesota. Which would be a very nice pickup. I think he will do well again in the rust belt, but I agree with some that WI does look more problematic, and it is because of the makeup of that state, and the large number of unaffiliated voters, which I think is around the 30% mark, it makes polling this state extremely difficult and at times hard to get a handle on.
Overall it looks good for President Trump, and the betting markets are also showing huge movement towards the President, which can be a positive sign because people don’t like losing money!

I hear you Clara and I too will not take this vaccine but you must remember that things sometimes aren’t as they appear – remember bombing Syria and the hue and cry ensuing, people abandoning PJT? Humbly suggest just keeping your powder dry and see how it plays out. ?
He won’t be pushing a vaccine. Some people are terrified and they will have a vaccine available if they choose. There are also therapeutics on the market, which Trump keeps saying (many times) is MORE important than the vaccine, and he is right. Trump realizes that if he supports something, the Dems are against it. Maybe he already knows fewer and fewer will be taking the vaccine after all!
I will also not take the vaccine, but not everyone feels like you or I. I ran into an older woman at the dentist, and she said she is definitely taking it. It’s America. To each his own!
Because of the vaccine, you will not vote for him. And in all caps. Unbelievable that this will cause you to support Joe Biden and the Democrats — because that is what you would be doing. After all that President Trump has done (and all the Democrats have done), you would let this single issue cause you to abandon him.

The top two causes are bad teeth and the distemper vaccine. The latter was manufactured by Merck with a line of kidney cells. As a result, the cat immune system is attacking the cats own kidneys. This is a fact. Sometimes correlation does equal causation.

Just some voting/polling tidbits from a small twig here!!! This assumes a fair election w/o some form mail in controversy.
Any poll with a wild variation (as most currently are) from a 36%D, 33%R, and 31%I breakdown as denoted from 16 election, leaves much to be desired. One that doesn’t track the enthusiasm gap and the “shy” Trump voters also will miss the true electorate. Have to correct for these criteria to be accurate.
While most are tracking double digit support from the Black community and more than 30% from the Latino electorate as positive signs of improvement for PDT from 2016, watch two other demographics. First women. A 40% or higher support is marked enhancement from the last election. Secondly, and this is the category that tripped up many pollsters in 2016, are the white blue collar voters. If PDT is in the 2/3 range again for this demographic as last election, all should be good for 4 more years!!
Obviously, state polling would have different criteria based on their respective groups. That aside, These would be the four makers I would look at with any polling and would basically have PDT winning the national vote as well.
