Those of you who follow events know the program.   Today the institutional liberal legacy media is following the progressive script.   They have a few agenda items for today.

1.)  Dismiss the positive effect from the recent CPAC convention for conservatives by highlighting the “division within the Republican party”.

Not wanting to afford any actual substantive discussion surrounding the CPAC convention the media will highlight any and all negative opportunities with panelists and pundits proclaiming how the GOP has lost its way.

2.)  Defend Mayor Michael Nutter, and advance his cause, in dismissing and ridiculing the Philly Magazine article “Being White In Philadelphia”.

Again, the agenda of the progressive left is to attack any honest intellectual discussion surrounding the ridiculous nature of race-relations in the U.S.  CNN will avoid the hypocrisy of their continuing saga: “Being Black In America”, and instead ridicule Philadelphia Magazine for having touched the 3rd rail of racial division.

Tomorrow they will absorb the talking points from the White House surrounding the Tom Perez nomination and begin to sell the administration talking points.   They will distract from the economy, the Cyprus “haircut”, Obama’s visit to Israel, and other less friendly administration stories – and instead fill the airwaves with structured talking points.

Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
