I cannot stand to watch or listen to Bill Maher. The man knows literally nothing about the topics he discusses on his show, yet he pontificates opinion to a reflective audience of mindless sheeple. He is, quite simply, an intellectual gnat, and there is no amount of money in the world that could convince me to watch his show.
That said, Nick Gillespie, presents the Obotic drones Maher and Rachel Maddow with an intellectual deconstruction that shows how miniscule their intellectual capacity is. Simultaneously, Nick pulls out, for the world to see, the insufferable, illogical and closed-minded political partisanship of the Maddow/Maher cult-like believers. It really is a good watch.

The Obama/Holder Gun Walking Operation “Fast and Furious” bears no resemblance or similarity in either operation, logistics, or more importantly intent, to the George Bush gun tracking operation known as “Wide Receiver.”
[Gun Trafficking in its broadest sense is the process of guns moving from legal jurisdictions into illegal jurisdictions].
Operation Wide Receiver, began in early 2006 and ran into late 2007. Where ONE Licensed dealer Mike Detty informed the ATF of a suspicious gun purchase that took place in February 2006 in Tucson, Arizona.
In March 2006 Detty was hired by the Department of Justice as a confidential informant working with the ATF’s Tucson office, part of their Phoenix, Arizona field division. With the use of surveillance equipment, ATF agents monitored additional sales by Mike Detty to straw purchasers intent on Gun Trafficking.
The Mexican government and Mexican law enforcement officials were also aware of the operation and jointly conducting surveillance or interdiction when guns got to the other side of the border. Mike Detty sold a total of about 450 guns during the operation.
Key Differences – Unlike Operation Wide Receiver, Operation Fast and Furious was not a joint effort with Mexico. To the contrary the Mexican government knew NOTHING about the operation. Nor did they do any interdiction on their side of the border. Nor were any of the multiple licensed and legal dealers involved under the employ of the Department of Justice. Wide Receiver was one dealer, Fast and Furious was over a dozen. Most, if not all of the gun shops initially contacted the ATF to notify them of requests for multiple firearm sales, they were simply told to allow the purchases without any explanation.Over 2,000 guns were sold during the time of Operation Fast and Furious, with no tracking, interdiction, or retrieval mechanism in place.
Wide Receiver was totally different in both intent and operational execution than Fast and Furious.
Period.
