As the election results continued unfolding, Democrats and DSA candidates took control of the House and the Senate. With the outcome still being tabulated, around midnight President Trump gave a lengthy interview to Brett Baeir and Fox News.
In the aggregate the MAGA movement, like the Tea Party that preceded it, was neither Democrat nor Republican. A person only needed to look at the issue(s) of borders, immigration, illegal aliens, H1B’s etc., to notice the outcome was the same with the D or R. The same was true for American jobs and the insufferable march to a ‘service driven economy.’ The movement that supports Donald Trump was never Democrat or Republican; it was/is a coalition of historically unrepresented voters, essentially a third party.
Trump’s supporters represent a third party in a two-party system. This was always problematic. Professional Democrats, leftists writ large, hate Donald Trump. The Professionally Republican also dislike him immensely.
The 3rd party coalition lost fulcrum stability on the issue of War and Peace (Israel, Iran). Democrats and Republicans then pounced on every subset of special interest within the coalition to emphasize friction and division. The dividers blamed Israel and the Iran conflict for every negative outcome in everything, some valid – most not. That was enough to maintain the instability while dividers drumbeat the issue of (put _ your _ topic _ here).
“It ought to be remembered that there is nothing more difficult to take in hand, more perilous to conduct, or more uncertain in its success, than to take the lead in the introduction of a new order of things. Because the innovator has for enemies all those who have done well under the old conditions, and lukewarm defenders in those who may do well under the new.”
From my view; from my very personal view; from the perspective of a root cause; when you peel all the skin away from the onion and evaluate the problem from the central core, the underlying point where the atom splits, the problem is Susie Wiles.
Bad advice and counsel as a matter of elevated, aloof incompetence; or is it purposeful, controlling intent?
Given the fact that we can track the ‘disconnect‘ to the transition period and earlier, and overlaying the Vanity Fair nonsense that was ego-driven and right in the middle, I lean toward the latter.
Regardless of incompetence or intent, there’s a pattern of bad advice and counsel.
Donald Trump’s loyalty and grace is both a virtue and a vice.

Add in the facts that the gop would not confirm Trump’s nominees, pass the save act and pretty much fought him on every issue.
“We the People” have been ‘punished’ by the gop.
A more subtle attack than that done to the Tea Party movement but a betrayal just the same.
I don’t doubt the bad advice and counsel was delivered with intent to him to derail his best intentions. But the reality is those bad decisions have cost us, and I don’t blame trump. Mostly all the spineless, backstabbing Rinos. Just a shame. I hope Trump goes scorched earth where he can and if possible eliminates usmca, partners with russia, and vetos more than any other president.
JD Rucker: “I believe the Republican Party’s historic collapse is part of God’s plan, and unfortunately for America, that plan runs straight through Zechariah 12:3, Revelation 16:16, and Revelation 19:19.”
Unfortunately, I agree…
For the most part, the church is as divided as the rest of the country and therefore has lost its salt.
The question has been in my mind for months now: Is Donald Trump our King Hezekiah (our last chance to straighten out out country), or our King Josiah (our last reprieve before the whole thing goes up in smoke)? Come quickly, Lord Jesus. Amen
Revelation 17:14
“They will make war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will triumph over them, because He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and He will be accompanied by His called and chosen and faithful ones.”
God gave us his only begotten son. Democrats would’ve aborted him if they could. Why would God continue to bestow his blessing on a nation that celebrates killing their babies up to the point of birth? And very soon, they will extend that deadline to include young children. I think He has had enough of us. We’ve turned our back on Him so now He is doing the same to us.
Well then, when is something else good going to happen? I don’t believe good people have to be punished. Over 2,000 years have passed and people are still waiting. Where and when will the North Bridge take place?
The Iran war lost it for us…dumb! Shoulda waited until after the midterms. He made his bed – now we all have to lie in it! Oh well! Buckle up – its gonna be a long ride. If the Ds win the presidency, kiss it all goodbye!
The do-nothing Congress and the activist judges aiding them are to blame, not Trump.
The Republicans lost this for America. It wasn’t Iran which isn’t even hardly a war. It was Republicans refusing to even pretend to want to win and support America. And don’t try to blame this on Trump who did more than was humanly possible to try to get this party of jackasses to actually do something.
I have never and will never be a Republican. I have always been a conservative independent. The GOP doesn’t represent me
Then certainly neither does the Dem party. In a two party system, there is no such thing as an independent. Pick a team and make that team better – i.e. rid the planet of Rino’s.
when does 2028 and the 2030 mid-term elections start? TODAY!!!!
And the horse you road in on.
President Trump has risked it all for this country.
He faced opposition from almost everyone with special interests, legal and otherwise ,every step of the way.
He is not the one who lied to us ,opposed his every move and enabled wholesale undermining of out elections .
He didn’t give up when lawfare was inflicted on him and his administration.
Everything he did was accomplished by his sheer will power all while being opposed by the D.C. establishment.
What about the inability of the Senate to have a,vote on the Save Act.
What ever happened to the thought of having a vote and letting people who voted no answer t9 their constituents yesterday.
So here is what I am getting at.
For all those fools who are playing I Told You So today and all the leaders of the Republican establishment
You can all go F..K yourselves you worthless bunch of ingrates.
Agree. I would not blame PDJT for just throwing in the towel and resigning. We do not deserve him.
And for the clowns who are saying he should have not spent so much time touting his accomplishment while he was doing all these rallies .
What should he have done?
Boast about the accomplishments of the Republican house and senate.
Lost to any simple minded dupes who think that is the fact that his rallies would only last a couple of minutes if he did because their were none to boast about.
Thune is despicable and I would place much of the blame on him as well. The GOP got completely blown out in NH yesterday as well, lost both houses but may keep the governorship. The relentless negative media coverage from the Marxist idiots gives us lying psychopaths like Talarico and El-Sayed.
Do I believe the elections were honest?
No I do not!
I can’t believe that Texans would actually elect someone like Talafreako. That gives me pause right there as to the election integrity in play.
Mycroft,
You passed the political IQ test in flying colors.
Congratulations my friend.
What’s clear to me is the cheating, lying, feckless bloodlust of the Dumbocrat assassins. You seem to be a sunshine patriot. One so quickly to completely dismiss all of the good that President Trump has done. Can’t think of a single thing to be grateful for ? That tells me you were never a Trumper! Good riddance.
Wiles is/was a super bad choice, however we all know where the buck stops. We had the greatest 6 years in American history, now it is up to God.
As a lifelong Republican/conservative, I was not a Trump fan or a non fan. Then he made the McCain comment… not really dissing him for being a POW, but correctly alluding that he was a Uniparty waste of space that needed gone from Swampington… like 90% of them. At that point I felt that I “got” Trump, and became not a rally goer, but a voter/supporter. Now, like many I suspect, I am challenged regarding my overall opinions/feelings, regarding all that’s happened and happening, and where it’s all ended up now… which admittedly ain’t sayin a lot, because I don’t know what to say… except of course exponential disappointment regarding the entire paradigm…
The same people who were swayed by the MSM propaganda will be the first ones to complain as our economy circles the drain and the stock market tanks and drags their 401Ks with it.
Trump surrounded himself around idiots, RINOs and Neocons and now America has been conquered on his watch. He spent more time on vanity projects (ballroom, gold plating everything, reflecting pool and the America 250 MMA event on the White House lawn) as well as the war in Iran and didn’t focus on going after the traitors and fixing the economy. There were also several bad candidates like Darline Graham, etc.
The only silver lining that I see is that the RINOS like Susan Collins will be gone.
This is the beginning of the end. America, it was fun while it lasted 250 years. Rest in Peace.
So how long before impeachments 3, 4, and 5?
The new congress is sworn in on January 3rd, 2027. After that, start the clock.
Day after inaugurations is my guess. The Lawfare gang already has the paperwork locked and loaded.
President 45-47
Donald J Trump
Is it that Trump is just a
GOOD MAN with his God ✝️ given grace and loyalty being both a vice and a virtue.
God Bless
America 🇺🇸
and
POTUS Donald Trump
Wow, I just looked and the Dems swept Madison County AL – sheriff, tax collector all judges seats up. We’ve lived here for 12 years now and this is a first. It’s a turnout problem.
When I went to vote around 9am there was a lot more dem voters to r’s than normal. Also, way, way, way less than the presidential election.
in 2022 the Madison a county Sheriff got 72,058 votes and got 75.55% of the vote against his Independent opponent versus in 2026 the Dems ran people in all the races (didn’t in 2022 and years prior). The dem Navy Seal/Police Officer candidate got 84,068 vs. 74,639 for the incumbent Republican sheriff.
in 2022 there was only 121,083 ballots cast. So it looks like the AME network folded another 40,000 voters to edge out entrenched Republicans by 10,000 votes.
it’s simple: VOTE!!!!!! We have no early voting, must show ID so ballot dumping isn’t a thing,

2026 results
https://whnt.com/election-results/
The results are typical of mid-terms if we look at voter participation rates. Early voting boosted turnout slightly but 2026 turnout of 49.4%, compared to 64.3% in 2024, is similar to the 2022 turnout of 46.1% compared to the 66.4% of 2020.
The electoral disaster was more the result of GOP voters staying home. The quality of candidates appears to be a non-factor. The GOP had some weak ones, but none as terrible as Abdul El-Sayed or James Talarico.
I don’t trust any of the results. Until the elections are secure it’s meaningless. Biggest ball dropped was not passing a save act with real teeth to secure the process. In my eyes far more important than Iran, Economy, or any other issue.
Living in Texas, in the eye of the storm. Sleeplessly reflecting on the outcome. It’s a nightmare…our entire State legislative government was fired.
The border? He wants a “welcome mat”.
Medicare? I expect they’ll start messing with it on day one.
Abortion? Yep, day one.
Trans mutilation? Yep, that too.
Taxes? They’ll attempt to overturn our tax laws. This depends on whatever is left of our state house. Property tax increases, Income and wealth taxes in our future.
i can’t write anymore, it’s too depressing…
People know not what they have just done. This was national suicide
