Saw a comment in another blog state that Trump’s EO 13848-Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election is still in effect. T]he term “election infrastructure” means information and communications technology and systems used by or on behalf of the Federal Government or a State or local government in managing the election process, including voter registration databases, voting machines, voting tabulation equipment, and equipment for the secure transmission of election results. And what a way to alert the public to election fraud than have an election illustrate blatant election fraud like we are seeing in many states. This is a way to have the public aware so if EO 13848 is put in effect public opinion will support the decision.

Not only did we have minimal advertising for the Republican candidates, the ads were dumb as rocks, confusing and incomplete. I watched NYS go down this same path over the years. We used to have a balanced govt between Dems and repubs but the democrats took over winning election after election at the state level and then locally too, until now it’s a one party state with no outlook it will ever change. It’s locked down solid by the democrats and their controllers. I see this happening to the federal govt. very easily if the democrats win in 2028 across the board. They will make sure there is only one party going forward and it can be done.
If things had been navigated with aplomb then things wouldn’t have to be navigated with aplomb now.
If things had not been navigated with aplomb, Hillary would have just finished out her second term in ‘24, and Kamala would be 2 years into her first term.
Do not underestimate Donald Trump, nor presume you know more than him. He has access to information that you and I will never fathom.
President Trump is absolutely correct on how to rebuild America’s strength, self-reliance and economic security. His policies are sound. The Leftists promising the moon are fools and cannot govern the USA. We are lucky to have President Trump to work so hard to strengthen our nation. Start with the Senate. It’s been a graveyard under Thune. John Thune is a Bush Republican — RINO, Republican In Name Only — to his bones. As Majority Leader, he has spent two years managing Democrats instead of defeating them. When your own leader already treats the minority like a partner, handing it the gavel is a change of nameplate, not of direction.
Now the House. A Democratic House has one real move: investigate. Hearings. Document demands. Another round of hearings. That is the entire playbook. But a congressional subpoena is only paper until somebody enforces it. A contempt referral goes to the Justice Department. If the demand is a partisan fishing trip, DOJ has no duty to chase it. Without DOJ, nobody is forced to comply and nobody pays a price. It’s cameras, not consequences.
One caveat — they control the purse strings. Investigations may go nowhere, but a Democratic House can still choke funding for anything the administration wants. What they can’t do is defund DOJ. The one lever that makes the rest of their playbook work is the one lever they don’t hold. Even if Republicans lose the House, the administration doesn’t lose its investigative arm. Trump’s Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program does the same work the House would — gathering tips, routing them to inspectors general, surfacing fraud in programs like SNAP, healthcare, and unemployment — except it sits inside DOJ, which controls intake, routing, and charging.
A Democratic House can subpoena all it wants. This mechanism doesn’t need their permission to move. That’s the difference between a stage and a courtroom. And the tips aren’t coming only from Republicans. The Somali fraud network in Minnesota has already pulled in Democratic officials and donors — and the same program isn’t limited to one state. If the dime drops in California or Michigan or anywhere else, DOJ follows it. Unlike a congressional witch hunt, which dies the moment DOJ shrugs, these investigations end in charges. That’s not a witch hunt when the evidence walks in the door on its own.
A double loss would also rattle Iran. With Washington gridlocked after January, Trump would have every incentive to settle accounts with Tehran before the new Congress can tie his hands. Distraction at home is the one thing that historically slows him down abroad — remove it, and the clock on Tehran speeds up.
Then there is the pardon power. Article II, plain as day. And Democrats wrote the newest rules for it themselves. Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter for anything going back to 2014. On his way out the door, he pardoned Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, the entire January 6 committee and its staff, and five members of his own family. Most of them were never charged with anything. They were pardoned in advance. So if Democrats take the House tonight and aim witch hunts at Trump or his allies, that same precedent means a lot of people could be shielded for the last ten years before any charge ever lands. When the same party that cheered all of that cries abuse over a pardon, ask them a simple question: where was your conscience in January 2025? That standard cuts both ways, starting at the ballot box.
If the night ends badly, don’t despair. Two years of Democrat subpoenas aren’t a government. They’re a stage.

McConnell has always been happier in the minority than in the majority. It’s easier to fund raise when you are in the minority.
Over the last year and a half how many times have we wondered why the House and Senate did nothing. Why they didn’t pass into law what was extremely popular with 80 % of the population. Why they rolled over so easily. It was always to lead to this.
While many are upset tonight, McConnell, Thune, Cornyn, and all their minions are quite happy. They think they have defeated us so that can regain their little bit of power. Because with that power is how they make money. They need the money to flow freely again and that’s all that matters to them.

Most voters are not students of politics and listen to the main stream ” trusted” media for their perspectives and opinions. The left knows this and captured the media long ago.
The Dems were in a panic lately, but an election has a way of steadying the nerves and stiffening the spine, while losing fractures the GOP who had no unified stand and did not know how to make their case, partly because the media had defined the terms of discussion unfavorable to a traditional American outlook.
Trump is still President and he is not one to give up. But being 80 takes its toll. You can’t do at 80 what you did at 60, or 70.

This is very grim for Texas. Democrats swept the statewide races. This does not mean merely governor, lt governor, and agriculture commissioner.
A Democrat will sit on the Texas Railroad Commission – our oil, gas, and uranium regulator. The climate pagans who are hostile to hydrocarbons will have a 1/3 vote on how energy is produced here.
A Democrat will be our General Land Office Commissioner. The GLO is in charge the Texas Permanent School Fund. That is a sovereign wealth fund with a net position of $60 billion. The PSF was originally endowed to buy all of the textbooks for all of the public schools in Texas.Now it also is used to guarantee most of the public school construction bond packages in the state. The GLO holds the mineral rights and royalty interests owned by the state.
A Democrat will be our comptroller. We now have a gold and silver repository and a stock exchange.
A Democrat will replace Ken Paxton as our state attorney general.
Our judiciary is elected. Democrats flipped every Texas Supreme Court and Texas Court of Criminal Appeals seat that was on the ballot this election.
The Texas Secretary of State is appointed by the governor. Dear God help us.
That is horrific. Mosques will soon be springing up everywhere. Texas is lost.
This is exactly what the left has been gearing up to do for many years. As TX goes so goes the nation has been the motto for this. How in the world did it happen there? All the new businesses relocating, all the prosperity, how did it all slip away in one election cycle?

Also, Amy Acton is going to be our governor, probably first woman governor here, too. I held my nose to vote for Vivek Ramaswamy, still very sore I had to vote for that jackass who put down American workers and praised H1B workers. David Yost was a favorite here in Ohio, did a good job as auditor and attorney general. But President Trump had to endorse Vance’s best friend and Yost dropped out. So here we are. And we lost Max Miller my rep.
I don’t understand if people think gas prices will go down with any Democrats in charge. Are people really upset with ICE? I, of course, want as many illegal aliens gone as possible. I trust and understand why President Trump needed to stop Iran and keep hoping it will get better as far as our continued inflation. But there will be no “deal” with them, much the same way there will be no deal with Zelensky in charge of Ukraine. I wish they’d just do a regime change with Iran and get it over with.
I am VERY glad to see my hometown vote for yes on a charter of NO DATA CENTERS and stop this Amazon data center being built in the countryside that was annexed to the city.
