Nope. He is in that big bowl surrounded by mountains. If you fly into Anchorage you know to expect the big bump during descent as you cross over the range.
I have never been there…no concept of their geography…Alaska or Russia…

Aggiegirl, it’s absolutely beautiful up there. Some years ago, we took the trip of a lifetime with our whole family. Arguably as pretty as anywhere in the world.

Steadfast. It seems the perfect word to describe President Trump and his determined focus on salvaging, in so many ways, our tattered Republic.
any mention of Sarah Palin
Her fifteen minutes of fame was over fifteen years ago.
Personally, I would’ve loved to read more about her. That pic of her in that red white and blue swimsuit? was knockout!
That is very harsh and not appreciated. Sarah Palin was necessary to getting us to the America First movement.
For those who are unaware that in the spring of 2015, there was a poll taken with 15+ republican runners. That poll showed Governor Palin was the number ONE winner.
Sarah Palin’s continued loyalty to and support of John McCain destroyed her momentum in the conservative movement, IMHO.
He and his campaign team stabbed her in the back and tried to make her the fall guy for his mistakes in 2008 and yet she never said a word against him. Frankly, that, more than anything, made me question her judgment and her ability to lead well.
And in the end, his family shut her out and did nothing but bad-mouth her so it was all for naught anyway!
Her boyfriend, Ron Dugay is currently fighting cancer and she is by his side taking care of him in the hospital in CA, I believe.

Trump also needs to talk about all the outside money pouring in Alaska to keep Rank Choice Voting. Call RCV for what it is, a communist program that dilutes the majority vote and the citizens’ voting power. In the last election it barely survived being rescinded but with what Trump has done for Alaska he can make the money another wasted try by the uniparty. Trump has also done more for the politically defined Alaska native corporations than any other President. Truly a President for all Americans.
