THE SON OF GOD GOES FORTH TO WAR

This is one of the hymns we sang at church last Sunday.
The second verse of the hymn is from Acts, chapters 6 and 7. It is the story of St. Stephen, the first Christian martyr and one of the first deacons. Based on fake evidence, Stephen is brought before the Sanhedrin. There he presents a concise summary of Old Testament history.
In his speech, Stephen accuses Israel of historic and continued unfaithfulness to God. This results in his being dragged outside and stoned to death. According to scripture, in his final moments Stephen begs God to forgive those who kill him, as he sees a vision of heaven with the risen Christ at the Father’s right hand.

The US already put the best deal Canada would get on the table and you walked away!
Then your loudest supporter, Doug Ford, literally told the POTUS to kiss his ass and you declared that Canada was at war with the US!
So here you are talking about your hurty feelings because of memes and the US Sec. of Treasury telling the truth about where things stand. And now your saying you want to start new negotiations if the US will stop trolling you and Canada.
This is war! You declared it!
Team Trump is not going to bend and in fact is now more likely to present terms that are even less favorable for Canada. So this American is having a hard time understanding what there is to negotiate? You have not retracted your declaration of war so what is there to negotiate other than the terms of Canada’s surrender?
