Roberts stayed the injunction, but the matter is “pending further order” of either himself or the whole court. He has the arguments of both sides in front of him, so why didn’t he just make a permanent ruling? Why do these things always have to drag on when they have all the info they need for a final ruling? Full and lasting employment for attorneys I guess.
By now we all see the holes in the constitution that evil people have crawled thru and exploited to our demise. In the next round of constitution formulation, we need these changes that A) prevent foreign and anti-constitutional candidates from running for office, B) remove power from judges and justices that give the said candidates and electeds the power to destroy us and 3) leave ZERO room for alien invaders to enter, get any benefits and settle in.
