Does Political and Media Pressure have an Effect on “Conservative” Justices?

I. Prelude
Despite a conservative 6-3 majority, President Trump has lost four key constitutional SCOTUS cases related to his agenda, like

• Birthright Citizenship [Roberts, Barrett, and Kavanaugh (in part)]
• Presidential Power on Tariffs (Roberts, Gorsuch, and Barrett) 
• FED’s Monetary Policy (Roberts and Barrett)
• Counting of mail-In ballots received after ED (Barrett and Roberts)

It is striking that Trump nominee Amy Coney Barrett has consistently helped Chief Justice Roberts secure a majority.

II. Is Roberts influenced by the left?
Is there a pattern on SCOTUS? The older lifelong conservative Republican became, the more her vote tipped the scales in favor of legal concessions to left-liberal demands:

• The late John Paul Stevens was Ford’s sole SCOTUS appointee and retired during Obama I tenure and was followed by Kagan.
• Anthony Kennedy was appointed by Regan. He co-authored Planned Parenthood v. Casey (No. 91-744, decided on 6(29/92). He retired during Trump I tenure and was succeeded by his former clerk Kavanaugh.
• The late David Souter was appointed by “W” who was highly impressed by his intellectual seriousness and was therefore preferred to Clarance Thomas because of quota pick optics and lack of experience as a judge. As Souter didn’t deliver as expected, the “conservatives” realize soon enough that he grappled with hard federal constitutional law questions [1]. After Obama took office, Souter (69) retired and was replaced by Sotomayor. He continued to serve by designation on the 1st Cir. until ’20. [2]

Or perhaps Robert’s finds himself in a completely different situation:

John Roberts and

• Sheldon Snook, former administrative assistant to the Chief Judge of Federal Justiciary
• Shelden Snook, and National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius (No.11-393 et al decided on 6/28/12)
• Mary McCord, Sally Yates, James Comey, Mike Atkinson and Cater Page’s FISA application
• James Boasberg and the FISA Court
• Norm Eisen and their week long talk about American and European law issues in a palace in Prague
• John Edwards, James Boasberg, Ketanji Brown Jackson, Amit Mehta, Berryl Howel, and the Edward Bennett Williams American Inns of Court

These matters are just as coincidental as the conversation between Bill Clinton and then AG Loretta Lynch about the wellbeing of their grandchildren on the tarmac in Phoenix, AZ, on 6/27/16.Only those who suspect a conspiracy everywhere were surprised that they didn’t talk about the ongoing FBI probe into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server.

III. Amy Coney Barrett, her mentor Anthony Scala and the lefts hatred toward the “originalists” 
Proponents of constitutional originalism are unwelcome by the lefties. No one knows this better than the late Bob Bork. Amy Coney Barrett also considers herself an “originalist.”[3] No wonder—after all, she clerked for the late Anthony Scala:

On 5/26/09, in Montejo v. LA (No. 07-1529) overruled (Steven’s, Souter, Ginsburg and Breyer dissenting) MI v. Jackson (No. 84-1531, decided on 4/1/86), in writing the court’s opinion, “originalist” he laid out four factors to consider rejecting::

• the workability of a precedent,
• whether the precedent was well-reasoned,
• the age of the precedent, and the
• reliance interests at stake.

No one cared why Barrett didn’t vote with the other originalists in Trump v. Barbara.

E. Jean Carroll asked Court to order POTUS to pay her $5,779,783 immediately 

President Trump’s legal team contacted Carroll’s attorney, Roberta Kaplan, to ask if she would delay requesting the disbursement of the funds awarded to her by the 2023 jury, they wanted more time to ask SCOTUS to reconsider its denial for a review.

Kaplan denied and asked fo $5M in damages + $ 779,783 in interest=$5,779,783 immediately

Tucker Carlson: “We need a 3rd Party!”

• Where does the money come from?
• Where does it go?
• And who gets killed?

And on those questions, the parties are in lockstep solidarity with each other. That’s not a democracy. That’s a one-party state posing as a democracy, and it needs to be broken, and there’s going to be a third party, and I’m going to do everything I can to bring that about.

Germany filed Charges Against Ukrainian Serhii Kuznietsov (50) for blowing up North Stream II Gas Pipelines under the Baltic Sea in 9/22 

Authorities allege he and a crew used forged documents to charter a sailing yacht, planted explosives on the pipelines iand detonated them. Following an arrest in Italy in 8/25, Serhii Kuznietsov was extradited to Germany in 9/25 and has been held in Hamburg in custody since. He and his defense team deny the allegations, claiming he was a member of the Ukrainian armed forces at the time. Kuznietsov faces accusations of unconstitutional sabotage, causing explosions, and attacking civilian energy infrastructure, which prosecutors classify as a war crime. 

Authorized at the highest levels of Ukraine’s leadership, the mission was ostensibly unofficial and conducted with the utmost secrecy. 

Speaking at a press conference in Dublin, President Volodymyr Zelensky said it was too soon to comment on the charging of Kuznietsov in detail. He also said Kyiv would communicate about the case with officials in Berlin.

Like many of you, I have been frustrated to my core over the Birthright citizenship case. I think the FIFA game tonight contained a sign from the Lord that has brought a feeling of peace to my soul (spoiler alert for those who taped the game to watch later). An anchor baby is the star of the USA team (a specter for birthright citizenship?). Shortly after the start of the 2nd half (i.e. Trump 2.0), the referee (SCOTUS) makes an extremely unusual call to hand out a red card to the anchor baby based on video replay (no foul called live) in what many on US side thought was an extremely unjust judgment. The anchor baby gets sent to lockeroom. The US team (American citizens) is then forced to play the rest of the game a man short [10 vs 11] in a rigged game against a team that is playing dirty (Congress, Senate, China). But the Americans WIN ANYWAY.
It doesn’t matter how corrupt the game of politics has become. If the Good Lord is on our side, we will prevail in the fight to save our Republic from enemies both foreign and domestic. Keep the faith and keep praying!

Trans gunman caught in alleged casino terror plot with huge cache of weapons — as cops release chilling footage

Las Vegas cops busted a transgender gunman who allegedly planned a casino massacre using a huge cache of weapons.

Allison Howlett, 36, who was born a man but lives as a woman, was arrested Saturday on charges of making terroristic threats, assault with a deadly weapon, auto theft, gun theft and other offenses.

The wild story unfolded shortly after 9:30 a.m. Saturday when Howlett’s former spouse, who is female, called police to report Howlett had stolen her car and the vehicle held numerous firearms, Henderson Police Chief Reggie Rader said.
