The best way through this is to define viewpoints, not people, because people will shift as they change position and velocity in Trump gravity.
Bash the neocon, warmonger, and dopey globalist positions – not the people who are going to hold them one moment and come loose from them later.
Trump is Jupiter moving through the asteroid belt. He is going to pull people into his orbit.
A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.
Day 164 of the 2nd year of the 2nd term of this very stable genius. History is being made in the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2026.
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He continues to make massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common. He does not show humility before men, but his actions show humility before God.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore. He is not afraid to call out our enemies.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours. He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum. Lord please bring your power and might in the daily working of this sacred Nation you gave us.

If political and media pressure have an effect on “conservative” justices, then they are not conservative. They are leftists play-acting as “conservatives.” Barret and Kavanaugh are prime examples of this phenomenon. Thet are both virtue-signaling frauds who are more interested in gaining approval from communists than serving America’s best interests.
They are traitors, along with Roberts and the three communists. In an earlier era of this country, they all would be hanged as anti-American traitors. Our problem today is that we are too lazy and cowardly to go out and string these people up. This cowardice is why we are losing this country. We can’t vote our way out of this, so we either step up or give up.

However, as I understand the purpose of the Supreme Court is to rule on issues brought to them based on the Constitution and legal analysis. So, I agree that the so-called more conservative justices were expected to rule on that basis.
Unfortunately, too many justices rule on their personal biases and political pressure to rationalize their opinions rather than the constitution.
Robert’s once said something like-There are no Republican Justices and Democrat Justices. Just Justices that rule on their personal biases law. What total BS.
And, it’s obvious, more obvious than ever, judges up and down our judicial system are highly political and make decisions on that basis. The Supreme Court is becoming more and more a farce as our whole judicial system IMO.

People have tried to launch mutiple third parties in the last few years like No Labels party and Musk’s American party and none have got on the ballot. We already have the silly Liberation and Green parties.
In the end parties won’t matter, if/when the civil war comes it will be the sane people against the totally insane people. Let’s hope the sane people are the majority, and have the most weapons and military experience to win a civil war. Remember the south lost because it wasn’t industrialized. Like many of you, I have been frustrated to my core over the Birthright citizenship case. I think the FIFA game tonight contained a sign from the Lord that has brought a feeling of peace to my soul (spoiler alert for those who taped the game to watch later). An anchor baby is the star of the USA team (a specter for birthright citizenship?). Shortly after the start of the 2nd half (i.e. Trump 2.0), the referee (SCOTUS) makes an extremely unusual call to hand out a red card to the anchor baby based on video replay (no foul called live) in what many on US side thought was an extremely unjust judgment. The anchor baby gets sent to lockeroom. The US team (American citizens) is then forced to play the rest of the game a man short [10 vs 11] in a rigged game against a team that is playing dirty (Congress, Senate, China). But the Americans WIN ANYWAY.
It doesn’t matter how corrupt the game of politics has become. If the Good Lord is on our side, we will prevail in the fight to save our Republic from enemies both foreign and domestic. Keep the faith and keep praying!

A parliamentarian by definition is “a person who is an expert on the formal rules and procedures of deliberative assemblies and other formal organizations.”
The House and Senate have their own separate parliamentarian.
They are appointed by the Speaker of the House and the Senate Majority Leader, serve at their pleasure, and can be fired and replaced any time.
Their position is strictly advisory…and can be over ruled by either chamber (if they choose to do so).

The current one in the Senate was appointed by Democrat Senator Reid all those years ago and has served under both Democrats and Republicans ever since, despite so many rulings against Republicans.

Speaking of committees, I have heard that some didn’t let Republicans attend. Haven’t been able to confirm that, but Republicans were severely restricted.
But things started changing. Reagan had 6 years of a Republican Senate. Clinton Earned a Republican House that lasted until Bush turned himself into a lame duck.
But Congressional Republicans have never been comfortable in power. The Democrats and their media spawn treat power as their God-given Right and Republicans as the evil to be overcome.
But it was never so obvious as when Paul Ryan made sure that Democrats would get back control just so Trump could be impeached based on lies.
But now, Democrats run on 20/80 issues and somehow the country stays 50/50. A lot of it has been misuse of every government dollar. Not just USAID, but every government dollar goes first to friends, family and donors, next to Democrat political issues and finally to Democrat supporting Fraud.
Government Employees have also become a Democrat power center. All this BS independence was invented to stymie Republicans and never applied to Democrats. Unionizing government, all sorts of Democrat abuse.
Cleaning that mess up would be hard. Better to play along, take your paltry share of friends and family money, and bargain away your power for even more. The alternative is to be demonized like Reagan, Gingrich, Bush and Trump. Even those playing the Democrat game get demonized if they have power. But when Trump tries to clean it up, even the Republicans fight him.
Indeed, even with issues the people support 80%, Republicans would rather have 50/50 control because it means more opportunities to sell back power.

That a court with six Republican-appointed justices could hand down such a patently un-American decision is an indictment of America’s rogue legal system.
The Roberts Court just handed down a majority birthplace citizenship decision on the legal level of Dred Scott and Roe v. Wade. No judge who calls himself an originalist, textualist, or in any way claims dedication to American rule of law could support the 5-4 majority in Trump v. Barbara.

It’s a little bit long, but I believe it gives us reason to hope that Kavanaugh has put a spotlight on a legislative solution to correcting birthright citizenship with a simple majority that isn’t the long science project that a constitutional amendment would be. BREAKING: Justice Brett Kavanaugh just handed Congress a clear legal path to end automatic birthright citizenship for the children of illegal aliens. No constitutional amendment required.
Here is what happened. On Tuesday, the Supreme Court struck down President Trump’s executive order on birthright citizenship in a case called Trump v. Barbara. Kavanaugh voted against the administration and agreed the order could not stand. But his separate opinion may prove more valuable to this cause than a courtroom win would have been.
Kavanaugh wrote that the order did not violate the Fourteenth Amendment at all. In his view, the order failed for one reason only. It conflicted with a federal statute, Section 1401 of the immigration code, that Congress passed and Congress can change.
Then he spelled out the path. Kavanaugh wrote that Congress could amend that statute or pass new legislation. Lawmakers could create exceptions to automatic citizenship for children born to parents who are in this country unlawfully or only temporarily.
A sitting justice of the Supreme Court put the roadmap in a published opinion for the whole world to read.
Understand why the statute matters here. Congress wrote the Fourteenth Amendment’s citizenship language into federal law in 1940 and carried it into the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. The rule politicians call untouchable has been sitting in an ordinary statute for more than eighty years. Ordinary statutes can be rewritten by ordinary majorities.
For thirty years, the political class fed Americans a different story. They claimed birthright citizenship was locked into the Constitution and nothing short of an amendment could touch it. Amendments require two thirds of Congress and three quarters of the states, so the excuse worked. Politicians could wring their hands, mail their fundraising letters, and never cast a hard vote.
Kavanaugh demolished that excuse. He even pointed out that Congress has considered bills to change birthright citizenship for three decades and passed none of them. The barrier was never the Constitution. Congress chose the excuse over the work, year after year, while the abuse got worse.
And the abuse is real. Foreign nationals fly here on tourist visas for the sole purpose of giving birth. They collect an American passport for the child and fly home with a golden ticket. An entire birth tourism industry advertises this scheme openly, and smugglers sell illegal border crossings with citizenship for a future child as part of the pitch. Almost no other developed nation on earth hands out citizenship this way.
The Fourteenth Amendment served a specific purpose. Congress wrote it in 1868 to overturn Dred Scott and guarantee that no American could be denied citizenship because of his race. That purpose stands, and closing a modern loophole does nothing to disturb it.
The men who wrote the amendment never imagined visa overstays, birth tourism packages, or an open border used as a citizenship machine. Kavanaugh made this exact point. He argued that large scale illegal immigration and modern travel created conditions the Reconstruction Congress never envisioned, and that new exceptions can fit alongside the historical ones for diplomats and occupying enemy forces.
Now look at the math on the Court, because the press buried it. The headlines called this a 6 to 3 ruling. On the constitutional question, it was really 5 to 4. Justices Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch dissented outright, and Kavanaugh joined them in rejecting the majority’s constitutional reasoning even though he voted to strike the order on statutory grounds.
That means four sitting justices have now signaled that automatic citizenship for the children of illegal aliens is a policy choice, and policy choices belong to Congress. When Congress passes a statute and that statute reaches the Court, the ground has already shifted. This is the strongest legal position the reform side has held in a century.
Washington got the message within hours. President Trump declared that “No long and unwieldy Constitutional Amendment is necessary!” and called on Congress to get to work. Senator Tom Cotton already has a bill, and Senators Cornyn and Scott have proposals targeting birth tourism. The Justice Department announced a crackdown on birth tourism visa fraud the same week.
Some Republicans, including Speaker Johnson and Senators Paul and Lee, still want a constitutional amendment. An amendment takes years while a statute takes months, and the Court’s own deciding vote just said a statute can do the job. Pass the bill now and let those who want an amendment pursue one on a parallel track.
So here is my message to every member of the House and Senate. The excuse is gone. Stop hiding behind a constitutional barrier that a Supreme Court justice just told you does not exist. Draft the bill, amend Section 1401 with clear exceptions, hold the hearings, and put every member on record before the American people.
Some members will vote no, and the voters deserve to see exactly who they are. Every politician who spent decades promising to fix this now has to show us whether the promise was real. There is nowhere left to hide.
American citizenship is the most valuable thing this nation confers. It should never be handed out automatically to reward lawbreaking or sold through birth tourism packages. The people’s elected representatives should set the rules, and the people should hold them accountable.
Justice Kavanaugh ruled against the White House on Tuesday and still handed Congress the pen. Our job as citizens is to make sure they pick it up.
