I am a military spouse, and most of our career was spend overseas, mostly Europe. They hated Ronald Reagan
and Trump because neither would let them have a free ride. I doubt any of Western Europe has spend the money on their military they committed to.
Looking more and more like much of this was well planned, from Venezuela and protecting the Western Hemisphere and oil to the dismantling and beat-down of NATO. A new bill, SB 934 (introduced by Sen. Scott Wiener in March 2026), seeks to help survivors of conversion therapy pursue civil claims (malpractice/professional negligence) against licensed providers. It would extend the statute of limitations so victims who realize the harm years later can still seek justice and compensation. This addresses the fact that psychological damage (e.g., depression, anxiety, increased suicide risk) may surface long after the “therapy.”

Defense for Taylor Robinson in the CK trial want a delay the trial date citing the inconclusive ATF report linking the bullet fragments from autopsy to the rifle. Also citing DNA evidence linking multiple sources of DNA.
What I gather is the bureau of ATF’s can not link the bullet that killed Charlie to the rifle found. The DNA found on the Rifle has several DNA sources as well. Tyler has not entered a plea. Take from this what you will.

What a misleading headline from The Daily Mail.
The ATF ran a tool mark analysis on a bullet jacket fragment recovered from Charlie’s autopsy.
The result was “inconclusive” — not “no match.”
The jacket was too fragmented to compare, which also partially explains the lack of an exit wound.
The bullet shattered on impact.
“Inconclusive” means insufficient evidence to draw any conclusion.
It doesn’t mean the bullet “did NOT match” the rifle like the headline says.
The defense wants to use “inconclusive” as exculpatory evidence — but the prosecution wants to run chemical or molecular analysis comparing the jacket alloy to ammunition recovered with the gun.
Unlike tool mark analysis, it doesn’t require an intact bullet.
The defense is trying to block that testing from happening.
That’s the nuance of the real story.

Looks to me like something else took him out.
Chemical analysis will match as it would almost any copper jacketed bullet you can find on the shelf. Most ammunition manufacturers purchase bullets from a large company like Sierra. The few exceptions are specialty ammunition made by a particular manufacturer such as Hornady who also manufactures bullets of common weights and calibers for general sale also. The lead and copper used come from only a couple sources. So you can have Remington and Black Hills ammunition, 30-06, 180 grain copper jacketed bullets and the bullets will match in composition. Test proves nothing.

The old news about the inconclusive comparison of the bullet fragment recovered from Charlie’s autopsy to Tyler Robinson’s gun isn’t the interesting part of the defense’s motion to continue the preliminary hearing. The interesting part is the challenge they are working up to the validity of STR-Mix, a common probabilistic genotyping tool used to evaluate complex DNA mixtures.

WASHINGTON, March 31 (Reuters) – A U.S. judge blocked Donald Trump on Tuesday from proceeding with construction of a $400 million ballroom on the site of the White House’s demolished East Wing, halting for now one of the Republican president’s most visible efforts to reshape the seat of American power.
U.S. District Judge Richard Leon in Washington granted a request for a preliminary injunction by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, a nonprofit organization that brought a lawsuit alleging Trump exceeded his authority when he razed the historic East Wing and launched construction without approval from Congress.
The decision by Leon, an appointee of Republican President George W. Bush, keeps the 90,000-square-foot ballroom project on hold while the lawsuit continues.
They really, really, really don’t want him building that bunker for which they do not have the schematics.
So, what do they propose? Leave a giant hole?
President Trump will win this one in the end.

The problem with these leftists and this lawsuit, and thus this activist judge, is that we didn’t need approval from congress since there are no taxpayer funds involved, so the “power of the purse” card is irrelevant.
I wouldn’t pause the construction for one single day.
Please explain to me how this project harms any “plaintiff” that is present in this Judge’s “courtroom,” and therefore constitutes “a case before the Court.” The fact that the Plaintiff disagrees with the President’s decision, and thinks that Congressional approval should have been necessary – does not impact the actual “case at Bar.”
If the structure was razed (and especially now that it has been razed), “The National Trust” was not damaged. It(!) cannot “pray for” any sort of “relief” that any “Court” could give. Because it was not harmed.
The Trust simply thinks that something else should have happened. That’s not for a “Court” to decide, particularly for a party that is not a Plaintiff to the actual action that is now taking place.
If there was any “actual Plaintiff,” then it would have to be “the US Congress.” Which certainly does not need a “Court” to “decide” that its “approval” was necessary. If “the Plaintiff, Congress,” felt that its prerogatives had been violated, then it would have been obliged to “timely, act.” It did not.
When these plans first became public, Congress did not act.
The Trust might raise its “difference of opinion” as to what “the Plaintiff, Congress,” should have done. But that is nothing for a Federal Judge to “decide,” at the behest of a Party that, in fact, is not a “Plaintiff.” In a Court that has no standing.
I believe that the SCOTUS has already tried to make this very clear.

If memory serves, this ruling was about Trump’s Executive Order stripping the funding. He did this last March.
Subsequently, Congress passed and Trump signed a $9B rescission bill into law that stripped previously appropriated funding from several programs — including ALL funding to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which is where PBS and NPR got their Federal funding.
In other words: PBS and NPR are not getting any $$$ based on this ruling. An actual LAW was passed deleting it all. All this ruling does is state that Trump did not have authority to use an EO to strip the funding.
