Oh no…poor pharma.
Apparently some lessons are hard to learn for those in deep left field…
If we all thought we’d seen the absolute worst of humanity in Minneapolis, we were so wrong.
I posted once that this would be the next move of depraved leftist women…
I am anguished that I was not wrong.
Dear Lord have mercy….
Terriorist do the same.
They are terrorists, Greg.

Congresswoman Harriet Hageman gets former Justice Department prosecutor Michael Romano to admit there was not a single January 6th protester prosecuted for insurrection
Cont…
And there sitting at that table that ass**** SOB is the face of the devil.
Harriet Hageman is a hero.
I’m just beginning to laugh, albeit bitterly, at headlines like: “Judge blocks ICE from arresting protesters and using crowd-dispersal tools in [Minnesota].”
Let me “school ‘ya” about this: according to the US Constitution, there are “Laws of the United States,” to which all State laws and courts must be subject. And, one of those Federal prerogatives, which only Congress may legally address, is “a uniform system of Naturalization.”
Anyone who “protests,” and thereby seeks to “obstruct,” the execution of “Laws of the United States,” is no longer simply exercising “Freedom of Speech.” These people have now broken the Laws set forth by Congress, and “law enforcement” against the same cannot be prevented by any Court.
Any “Court” which attempts to “prevent” ordinary “law-enforcement operations” obviously does not believe that any Laws have been broken. Which therefore means that said “Court” has now taken upon itself (himself, herself) to “determine” what “the Law” is, or isn’t.
Thus simultaneously assuming both Executive and Legislative power!
It is now quite clear to me that Congress(!) must formally address this issue. Yes, “Congress.”
You see, the Constitution defined only one(!) Court. It left the definition of an entire system of subordinate Courts to Congress. Which the first Congress did in the “Judiciary Act of 1789.” Therefore, it is entirely within Congress’s power to “permanently fix these problems.” The Supreme Court is then only capable to respond within the strictures of the amended structure thus created. (This is the original “Balance of Powers” as originally intended.)
In my view, these present “abuses of judicial power” cannot be dealt with within the Judicial structure as originally framed by Congress. (As administered by the Supreme Court.) Instead, they must be addressed by revisions of the Legislative(!) structure itself.
She used the term “peaceful and UNOBSTRUCTIVE” protesting.
We’ve seen her before, still trying to be “President for a Day”.
It’s orders like this which will get ICE agents murdered.
I don’t know how much longer with this sort of inferior court interference President Trump can delay in implementing the Insurrection Act.
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2026/01/breaking-biden-judge-blocks-ice-arresting-protestors-using/
A Judge has no lawful power to dictate how a Law-Enforcement Officer must regard the situation that is immediately in front of him or her. The Judge may only judge a case that is presented to his or her Chambers – concerning events that have already transpired. Anything beyond that is either executive or legislative.
There is no legal basis for any “subordinate” Court to make any ruling outside its Chambers, concerning any events that have not yet occurred, nor to say how any such things should or may not occur.
Because: none of them have any(!) Constitutional substance, to allow any of them to define their operational parameters for themselves. Yes, the Supreme Court has such “substance,” but it did not define any of the Courts below itself. Congress (#1) did. “Separation of Powers.”
This distinction is what Congress is going to have to formally address. We cannot expect these revisions to occur within the Judicial system as it stands now, by any Court operating within it. Instead, we must repair the system itself. And that, beyond the Constitutionally-defined Supreme Court, is entirely a Congressional prerogative.
Yes, the Insurrection Act must be immediately invoked to stop these activist leftist judges. The Act is not judiciable, so any judge who tries to interfere should be subject to immediate impeachment. And such interfering with the invocation of the Insurrection Act by any judge should be completely ignored by the President if the SCOTUS does not immediately rule following an emergency appeal.
The order does nothing except restate the law up until D, where it makes a determination that following a vehicle does not constitute reasonable articulable suspicion (the legal standard to conduct what is commonly known as a Terry Stop).
RAS is a case and fact dependent determination, so she is likely to be overturned on that one.
He’s desperately trying to convince them “everything is fine” if the divorce is finalized…
Added notes – the effeminate frog apparently doesn’t consider France part of Europe (note how he says “France and Europe”). Second note is majority of them are quite appropriately dressed in brown pants, since the general topic is war.
Harrison, this is a surprising but excellent essay on the state of Europe as compared to Donald Trump’s America.
But while it speaks of sovereignty, which it says the EU has abrogated, I think it is worth pointing out that each and every member state gave up its sovereignty to the unelected, dictatorial EU hierarchy…a point which the author fails to recognize and the singular downfall of each one individually. And well on the way to the obliteration of Western civilization.
Still, a worthy read.

Thanks much for the link my friend – it’s always interesting to get a glimpse into the thinking of others outside of our own.
And well on the way to the obliteration of Western civilization.
Not Western civilization dear Betsy, only European civilization. The United States will continue to carry the torch for Western civilization and likely will be the only part of it left standing as such if the European nations don’t break away from Brussels – with one notable exception – Russia, which is more of a Western civilization at this point than the EU.
There is another article on that site which does an excellent job of exposing a truth that prior to PDJT was never admitted to in public and for which those who wish to destroy our nation – both internal and external – have done their best to hide and deny…including its members in our own nation. If you haven’t read it, it’s recommended and one all treepers would do well to read.

On a more personal note – hope that you and yours are doing well.
Bless, dear friend…yes, we are well, and grateful for every day that we are so.
I wish I could agree that we will continue to carry the torch. It seems we are are being assailed by forces with many faces which wish us to be irrevocably torn into two distinct pieces, neither compatible with the other.
Admittedly this isn’t the first time in our history we’ve experienced such a time. But it is the first time we have been invaded by a barbarous cult and its enablers whose stated intent is to destroy Western civilization and all it stands for…having started in Europe and working its way westward. America and all she is and represents is the crown jewel.
Europe has acquiesced.
There is a sense that Americans, heretofore believing in the main that the world begins and ends on the east/west coasts, is finally beginning to understand that it does not. And that just might be a good sign we will not follow it.
The world is truly getting smaller.
Be well, Harrison. I consider it a gift when our paths cross…
(Having been sleepless in Texas, I am sitting with my first cup of tea, some lovely classical music, and am preparing to read the link you’ve provided, for which I thank you 💕)
Grateful that it’s only for an instant and that you are then unencumbered once again I Bet-sy ;-p
Thank you for the too kind words my dear friend. I’m reminded of something I read once upon a time about how the world would be so very much better if we were more like dogs at times, especially when coming upon others – greeting them by wagging our tails and dancing about with exuberant joy to see them once again. There was actually a period of time I did just that textually – the effect was quite noticeable and when I later read the concept I shared, instantly knew its crystal core truth.
You’re correct, we are in fact being so assailed – and have been for far longer than most realize – the difference since Dopey is simply that it’s come to the surface and become more apparent to an ever widening audience, although ’tis true that an additional vector of attack has been instituted after much softening up – that of the unassimilated.
That said, the torch will not dim and should it become necessary, there are many who will ensure its light – for we will not go quietly into that dark night, but instead would become the stuff which nightmares are crafted for those intent upon extinguishing the flame. We instead for now choose the path of light and truth, with great patience. Should PDJT falter though, there will be many lessons…
Tea though? TEA?!? In the morning?!? Did thou forget we partook of a great tea party once upon a midnight’s eve in Boston? Those Welsh definitely did corrupt you, eh? *he says, eyes dancing with mirth* 😀 Good classical is an excellent morning habit to nurture the brain and uplift the soul. It’s oft my Caturday morning choice when the pace of life moderates ever so slightly – but of course with a nice bold cup of java. May your soul be so uplifted and your day be bright and interspersed with light and joy.
“The light shines in the darkness and the darkness comprehendeth it not.”
This kept going through my mind as I read your reply, Harrison. And we…I…must cling to that. Because of all the truths which the darkness wants to obliterate, this is foremost.
You are right to suggest that there is a chance PDJT might falter. Of course we pray not, but there are no guarantees he will not. Or that events beyond his and our control won’t happen. Lord Macmillan understood the possibilities.
As for patience, I answered our Israeli friend David on the Open Thread this morning with exactly this…faith and patience. We are, to be trite, on the same page. As Elisabeth Elliot said so accurately (paraphrasing), if when we say “God’s will be done” it means ours must be undone, then we have to accept it.
Onward we go….
Yes, tea…at two in the morning, with the hope I could drift back to sleep after posting CATURDAY memes. Alas it was not to be. But I did learn living abroad that in times when a bit of calm is needed, a cup of tea with ginger and lemon is quite efficacious 😉 But of course, coffee after. On my second cup now…
Bless you, dear friend, for your lovely wishes which are so much appreciated. And I return the same to you always 💕

53 banking associations just wrote themselves a $6.6 trillion protection bill.
They called it the CLARITY Act.
Here is what they do not want you to understand.
Banks pay depositors 0.1% interest. Stablecoin issuers hold Treasury bills earning 4.5%. If stablecoins could pass that yield to users, banks lose the deposit war. They cannot compete. The math is fatal.
So they made competition illegal.
The Kansas City Fed calculated what happens if stablecoins pay competitive rates. Banks lose 25.9% of deposits. $1.5 trillion in lending capacity vanishes. The entire community banking model collapses.
Their solution was not innovation. Their solution was legislation.
The CLARITY Act everyone is celebrating contains Section 404 prohibiting yield payments through any mechanism. Not just from issuers. From exchanges. From affiliates. From partners. Every single pathway to competitive returns, closed by statute.
Brian Armstrong reviewed the 278-page draft for 48 hours. He withdrew Coinbase support at 11pm. The markup was postponed by morning. He saw what Wall Street analysts missed entirely.
This is not crypto regulation.
This is Dodd-Frank for digital assets. Incumbents writing rules that crush competitors. Regulatory capture so brazen they published the lobbying letters on their own websites.
The American Bankers Association. 52 state banking associations. The Community Bankers Council. All coordinating to eliminate an industry they cannot beat in open markets.
Meanwhile China made e-CNY interest-bearing on December 29.
America is banning stablecoin yield while Beijing is paying it.
The crypto industry spent years begging for regulatory clarity.
They got it.
Clarity that $6.6 trillion in deposits will be protected at any cost. Clarity that banks write the rules. Clarity that if you cannot win in markets, you win in Congress.
This is the largest regulatory capture event in American financial history.
And it is being sold as innovation policy.

This is a VERY typical congressional move, which shows that he who offers the most pieces of silver wins the game…and members of Congress get a share. (It’s why the “medical” system is so FUBAR too…regulatory capture by the lobbyists)
A look at the economy that the media won’t tell you about…
“If the intent is malicious”…
The Dutch Minister of War may not realise, but he can only “offload” US Treasuries in one threatening move, if the Fed agrees.
He may not realise that European investors only ever received a promise on a promise: US Treasuries were never handed over & never left the country. They’re held in custody by the NY Fed.
There are precedents where the Fed barred Treasury sales by sovereign investors.
!!!
If it weren’t for double standards, the world (and Dims) wouldn’t have any at all.

In Dem states, illegal immigrants receive welfare, attracting them to the state. Lack of voter ID allows them to vote. This creates an incentive for illegal immigrant voting. But it’s not just theory. It’s election outcomes. Illegals are swinging elections. A thread.

There is nothing good associated with collectivism.
Take GDP: the more individualistic a society is, the richer it is!

Maybe that is what former President Barack Obama revealed when he asked where was Presidential Candidate Donald J. Trump’s magic wand to improve the GDP – Obama just did not grasp the basic concept of HOW to improve the GDP, bless his Collective little heart.
Side note – that graph has quite a few factual errors for the world as it is today in regards to its X-axis as many of the countries clustered closely to the line on the right have much lower I-C indexes than they are granted by it with many properly belonging at best towards the middle of the line’s length.
Federal District Judge Katherine Menendez

First problem for the judge is the definition of “peaceful protesters”…as we all remember the “mostly peaceful protests” that previously occurred.
Second problem is that even if a protester is really being peaceful, that doesn’t bestow upon them immunity for past crimes they can rightly be arrested for.
More information on it – including the judge’s full “ruling”…

PM STARMER TO TRUMP: APPLYING TARIFFS ON ALLIES IS COMPLETELY WRONG
“Our position on Greenland is very clear.
It is part of the Kingdom of Denmark, and its future is a matter for the Greenlanders and the Danes.
Arctic security matters for the whole of NATO and that allies must do more together to address the threat from Russia across different parts of the Arctic.
Applying tariffs on allies who are pursuing NATO’s collective security is completely wrong.
This issue will be raised directly with the U.S. administration.”
Since 2010, we have seen a new world order taking shape. The liberal era is ending, and the era of nations is beginning. We didn’t wait for others. We built bilateral ties, signed trade, security, and investment deals. We foresaw the change. We prepared. Now, we are ready for what comes next.
