Elon Musk declares ‘it is war’ after ‘Somali’ TikToker said he may die
Elon Musk has said “it is war” after a TikTok user said to be from Somalia said “he about to die” during a stream.
An unknown TikTok user posted a livestream in which she played a video on her phone showing the Tesla CEO. After speaking in a non-English language, she said in English: “I wouldn’t worry too much about him. He about to die.”
Musk responded to the video on X, writing: “Then it is war.”
It comes amid escalating tensions within the Somali American community after allegations of widespread fraud in Minnesota involving Somali defendants. Social media users said the user is Somali though Newsweek could not verify the nationality or identity of the person in the video and there is no suggestion she is linked to crime in Minnesota.

Your protection, Father, is a fortress. Dangers lurk, yet they can’t reach me. Just as Psalm 91:14 assures us of your protection, I have felt your guarding presence.
You are Jehovah Rapha, our healer. My health, a testament to your divine healing power, reflects the promise of Exodus 15:26. You’ve mended me where I was broken.

The snug island of Syros – located in the centre of the Aegean Sea and 70 miles from the port of Piraeus – is home to around 3,000 stray felines.
Since the 1990s, charities such as Syros Cats have been working on managing population numbers, sterilisation and providing care to the cats.
The organisation is now welcoming ‘fit, mature, healthy and independent’ volunteers who would like to help with all aspects of cat care for a minimum of one month.
In exchange for free accommodation, breakfast and utilities, applicants will spend five hours a day, five days a week feeding, cleaning and cuddling rescued kittens.
Specific day-to-day jobs include cleaning litter trays, grooming, gardening, catching or helping trap feral cats, helping with medications, and taking sick, injured or unvaccinated cats to the vet.
Applicants should note that as well as looking after the cats, they are expected to engage with visitors and show them around.

Just lost power for about 1 1/2 hours. Boy I love that Generac! I was taking a nap and didn;t even notice until Sherry came in and woke me to tell me. I almost feel guilty when I look at my neighbors dark houses. ALMOST!
I’ve had a similar experience… the power went out, my whole house generator kicked in and a little while later I stepped out onto the front stoop and felt guilty as there were no other lights on the block. It was obvious because all of the houses on the block have pillars at the end of he driveways with lights on top… mine were the only ones lit
