I have been in and out of plenty of those churches and have finally found one that straight up preaches the 100% unfiltered Word of God.

I think Charlie quoted some famous journalist, but basically what he said was when a reader gets finished reading the news, he can’t tell whether the author was a Democrat or Republican. How do Indians scam the visa system? One way is open a deli front restaurant, put out ads for skilled tandoori cooks, or something only an Indian would know how to do.
No one responds to the ad. Locals don’t have this skill. So then they are allowed bring in a relative …who suddenly knows how to cook tandoori. Just repeat this often enough until you get all the relatives in, then close up the deli that somehow never did put tandoori on the menu anyway.
In our area suddenly we had 5 brand new Indian restaurants in just a few blocks in previously empty store fronts -and in fact serving pretty terrible food. They suddenly all went out of business, but assume all the relative they wanted to come in on special skills visas made it under the wire .

It’s an application fee. If it’s a one time application, then it’s a one time fee. If the person has to reapply, then it’s a fee every time you have to apply. Honestly do not see how it could be an annual fee. You would have to pony up at least 120,000 pre tax dollars to get the 100,000. A yearly salary would have to be at least twice that to afford it.
I work where DHS’ immigration decisions are front and center and I DO live in a GRAY (read BLUE) state, but I have seen a buttload of questionable approvals have come through our office.
