I had thought the same — puzzling body language all day.
I believe that her mind was miles ahead of those of the others, and she understood the problem that needed to be resolved. She is wondering why it is taking so long for the others to get on the same wavelength as President Trump. Sometimes it does become tedious to listen to the pontificating of the others and not being able to interject your opinion from time to time. I believe that if she and President Trump sat down with Zelensky, a deal would be struck that pleased the Ukraine and the USA.
For her, the others are mere window dressing, a distraction, and a deterrent to decision make\ing that needs to be done by Zelensky. Have you never been in ”meetings” where you have been given a report, which you read, and note all salient points BEFORE the chair calls the meeting to order? You are required to sit patiently, express the proper level of interest, nod approvingly, while waiting for others to catch up to speed. It can be quite tedious.

I have been watching a lot of on demand movies, documentaries, lost tapes, etc. on the Kennedy’s recently and in one they had a clip of Nixon’s Oval. The fireplace looked quite similar to President Trump’s sans the items on top.
I love it that this is all in the Oval Office and from the resolute desk. It is a tight squeeze, but better than a conference room optic wize.
