Ceasefires have been forced on Israel every time they resist an arab attack and start to win. That’s been for about 75 years.I’ve heard this crp all my life. Nobody would be bothering any arabs if they were beating Israel. Most woke westerners were celebrating Oct 7th. There is no substitute for victory. Gaza needs to be emptied of hamas, that’s everybody living there. They can allakkbar all they want in a muslim country. There are 57 of those, Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

That has not been his history. There are contingencies in the Trade Deal that we are not aware of, I am sure.

That decision was based on the fact that the Constitution gives Congress the exclusive powers to levy taxes and tariffs not the President and those powers cannot be delegated.
The oral arguments are set for Thursday July 31st in New York City. The Court of International Trade is a special venue for tariff and trade disputes with judges who are subject matter experts.

Well, the initial trial determined that President Trump’s use of the IEEPA to levy tariffs was illegal across the board for multiple reasons.
The three judge panel consisted of two Republican and one Democrat appointed judges one of which was appointed by President Donald Trump. That judge was an aid to President Trump’s trade adviser Robert Lightizer. I think they know something about trade and tariffs!
We shall see. If it is a constitutional matter, in the end it will be decided by the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, as repugnant as that may seem, tariff money will keep rolling into U.S. coffers.
