This whole thing is heading in the direction where the DOJ may realize that there needs to be a special council for all those issues. Ed Martin and Matt Gaetz will likely get the honor. And it will serve as reciprocity for the Robert Mueller special council.
According to 28CFR600.1 the AG, acting at the direction of the President, can appoint as many special counsels as needed.
May I suggest starting with 500?
Problem is, ALL those special counsels will end up before a Marxist, DC Federal Court Judge, who will stall or outright dismiss every case. Any case that does get through that, faces a jury trail were 90% are rat voters.

Ed Martin’s effort looks like an investigative agency (special council track) while the Tulsi Gabbard & Rubio group … are confronting the weaponized Intelligence community within the Executive Branch, with full support from President Trump, resulting in immediate firing of known participants in the weaponization of the federal government against Americans.

Maximising outcomes to sequentially reinforce these objectives is key, and a Bondi Blitz now risks damaging the entire effort, so she’s telling other people how and who to target, but to the average Joe on the street she’s just doing her job and going after traditional bad guys. It’s a classic example of plausible deniability that the DS has operated under, since its inception, and is now being used against them.
The goal now is the mid-terms where solid majorities in both houses, thanks to the above strategy, will allow the consolidation of all that has been achieved, in essence the reverse of the traditional political wisdom, something Trump demonstrably excels at.

Joining our partners, I can confirm that today FBI agents arrested Joseph Neumayer, a dual U.S. and German citizen, on allegations of planning to firebomb the United States Embassy in Tel Aviv, Israel — as well as threats made against President Trump’s life on social media.

This is a big constitutional question brewing that the Biden employees are hoping that no one wants to touch, but we need to.
What happens if presidential pardons were issued without the president’s knowledge or intent?
This isn’t about whether a president can issue pardons. That power is clear under Article II. The issue is whether Joe Biden ever actually authorized them. If he didn’t and if staffers used an autopen or moved pardons through DOJ without his awareness or mental capacity—then those pardons aren’t just shady, they’re unconstitutional.
Legal questions that I can think of that will need to be resolved before any conclusion can be made.
First, venue. This belongs at the Supreme Court. Lower courts are not the correct venue to decide this constitutional question about separation of powers and presidential authority.
Second, standing. Only the current president would have standing to challenge these acts, because they directly block his ability to enforce the law and prosecute crimes.
Third, intent. A valid pardon requires definable presidential intent. Biden would have to knowingly and willfully authorize it. If he didn’t know, or lacked capacity, that pardon is void.
Fourth, evidence. At some point someone will challenge one of these pardons, and that will force the issue. The questions will follow: who signed, who authorized, and what records did DOJ and the White House keep?
Fifth, incapacity. Trump and others will point to Biden’s mental condition, testimony to Hu and from insiders, even public interviews from his own family to show he wasn’t in control of key decisions.
Sixth, the plaintiff. The Trump White House will have to bring the case. That is who has both the legal authority and constitutional obligation to act.
Seventh, ripeness. The moment a questionable pardon is used to block a prosecution, the issue is fully ripe. At that point, it is no longer hypothetical, it is obstruction.
If these pardons were issued without Biden’s full knowledge or intent then it is regime-level fraud.
And we are going to
find out if PDJT is willing to confront it.
But, but, but…….Biden has terminal cancer now and isn’t well enough to be questioned about such things. The evil ones always have a plan.
