New CCTV video released by Wisconsin media shows Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan outside her courtroom speaking with federal ICE agents who were there to arrest a criminal illegal alien appearing in Judge Dugan’s courtroom.
Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was previously indicted by a grand jury on charges of obstruction and concealing an individual from arrest. The charges outlined in the criminal complaint. (1) obstructing a criminal illegal alien capture; and (2) concealing the illegal alien to avoid apprehension and arrest. WATCH:

My Irish relatives who came from hunger (literally fled the Irish potato famine) are predominantly urban, blue collar LEOs, firemen and public servants whose family histories fit the stereotypical ‘drunken Irishman’ mold. Many of the men beset by wars, plagues and the Great Depression took to the bottle and abandoned their family responsibilities.
All the families are union strong and reliant on generous public pensions with free healthcare. It seems our country has a long tradition of welcoming (more likely creating) the poor and downtrodden to groom for political gain.

Dan O’Donnell Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan has “randomly” drawn federal judge Lynn Adelman to oversee her trial. Adelman, 85, is not only living proof of the need for judicial term limits, he is also one of the most radically liberal judges on the federal bench.
I wonder if Adelman could get in trouble for throwing this trial. Adelman better be careful on this one or could land in hot water too.
This random selection process is looking a little suspicious in both DC and Wisc.

The DOJ will have a good case to have the presiding judge removed. And they can and should make the case that the “random” process for assigning judges lacks transparency and reeks of political bias. It’s a great example of why Vance is right when he says that half of the job of SCOTUS is to police the ranks of the federal judiciary. If they can’t control their own judges – and the “random” selection process illustrates that they cannot – then the SCOTUS lacks basic legitimacy.
Judge Adelman at 85 years young is probably not going to be able to self-filter what he says. Few people at that age are capable of doing so. I think in a weird sense that having him assigned is a good thing. He’s such a left wing hack job that the Trump Administration will be able to point to him as proof that the entire “random” selection of judges is not random at all…and force transparency upon them.

Couple things…the released video will taint the jury pool. Seeing the video makes me angry, our judiciary is like a house with rotted wood behind the pretty painted walls. Every single institution is compromised by corrupt tentacles of the Federal government, based in DC. I want to believe, however, I believe God gave us Trump and 4 years to get right with God and get your affairs in order.
Only in the sense that anyone who sees it will see it again in court unless the hack judge they assigned blocks it…in which case releasing it to the public through the Open Records Act helps ensure the judge’s bias is clear.
If that judge in MN hadn’t blocked the video of drug overdose victim George Floyd, among other things like the police training manual, the public and the jury probably walk away realizing that Floyd died of an OD not police brutality.
Anyway, it’s good that it was released unedited. There is no sugar coating what she did and her only defense appears to be “judicial immunity” or some crock of b.s. like that.

Kind of ironic. My father went to school with a guy named Dugan. He ended up becoming a Judge in Maryland. He let a criminal off with a light sentence and the guy ended up killing his wife. The judge caught a ton of heat, but I don’t know if they removed him from the bench.

I give credit to the one agent who quietly stayed behind and casually followed the criminal out of the building. He must have suspected something was up from the judge’s behavior and made sure he was in the right place at the right time.

Her attorneys are not alone. They believe that because the SC ruled that judges have absolute immunity, even for criminal acts, in “their” courtrooms because defendants must not be allowed to intimidate them. Later the court limited illegal acts outside the courtroom from immunity. Her lawyers are trying to extend her full immunity to the courthouse in general instead of her courtroom specifically. The entire system is rotting from the head down.
Note that the SC opined that President Trump’s immunity did not extend to illegal acts. The corrupt judiciary’s powers and authorities are growing under a complete lack of accountability.

Disgusting. When the law is treated with this kind of contempt, by someone whose sole purpose in the courtroom is to adjudicate it and make sure it’s upheld, what you have is insurrection. A free republic cannot survive individuals like this being anywhere near positions of power. It may seem chic and “edgy” in her circles, but it’s profoundly corrupt and indicates that mentally and emotionally she is in the wrong profession.
She should consult with AOC, I believe Democrat congresswoman is more her speed. At least then, she could shed the pretense of caring about justice.
