Social media, in particular those who are deeply aligned with the COVID-19 vaccination stuff, is all abuzz about Casey Means as the replacement nomination for withdrawn candidate Janette Nesheiwat (Mike Waltz’s sister-in-law).
I do not have enough insight to provide opinion, other than to share statements by Means and call attention to the announcement. Apparently, Robert F Kennedy Jr wanted this nominee:

Pharma should be allowed to advertise. In the UK its banned, and no one knows what they are taking. Pharma ads clearly tell you the side effects of drugs. In the UK they write you a prescription, and send you home!
Pharma should not be allowed to advertise – period. Pharma ads are designed to generate profit, not inform patients. This is why all the “side effects are noted in 2X speed a the end of the ad. If pharma companies were concerned about your health – then let them lead with this info. Pharma ads also create compromise. It is unavoidable.
How would a FOX news, CNN, et al run a damaging news story about (insert any number of problematic drugs here – or take Pfizer and myocarditis with their COVID vaccine as an example) when their news segment is “brought to you by Pfizer.
It is the responsibility of patients to know “what they are taking” and to do their own research. It’s also why we have pharmacists in the US and I would presume in the UK as well. If you are stating patients are being detailed on what they are taking given a 30-second TV ad – crazy and it does not constitute the practice of medicine – sorry.

I believe that within the first year following the release of the “vaccines”, Pfizer published a list of side effects-NINE single spaced pages completely filled up with names of diseases statistically related to the injections!
I asked my friend, when she got the clot-shot, if she got any information regarding side effects. She said they gave them (she and her husband) some kind of paper they didn’t read. This was after I warned about the possibility of danger and the other negative things I knew – one of which was trusting anyone, including sadly PDJT because he didn’t really know for sure and only said what he was told.

The ads in Buffalo NY are freaking astounding they try and make it seem like everything they promote will make your life just wonderful. They target old people it is disgusting.
But, but, the pharma conwoman on TV told me, assured me, promised me it was SAFE AND EFFECTIVE.
It was revolting.
When I was working in a cardiac ICU in the 90s I ducked into the lounge to grab a coffee one morning. Regis & Kathie Lee was on the TV and a commercial came on for a prescription statin. I walked back out to the nurses station and said to no one in particular, “why are they wasting money on a commercial for a prescription drug at 9:30 in the morning on a show for housewives and retired people? Doctors are at work and, besides, they don’t prescribe drugs because of a commercial. How stupid!” A cardiac surgeon was sitting next to me writing op notes and without looking up he said “institutional capture” and kept writing. I waited until he finished and asked “what’s that?” He replied, “they’re not selling the drug, they’re buying the media” and walked out. We all looked at each other and shrugged.
Well, now we know what he meant. They bought the media lock, stock and barrel. Nothing gets out that Big Pharma doesn’t want to get out. Casey Means walked away from a very lucrative career as a top head and neck surgeon to focus on the root causes of her patients’ diseases and started over as a functional medicine practitioner. She is openly critical of pharmaceuticals and passionate about promoting diet and lifestyle as the foundation of health care. Janette Nesheiwat is the exact opposite, so this reversal is definitely a step in the right direction.

Pharma ads don’t inform patients of anything. They’re designed to manipulate people with chronic illness/disease into believing “it’s the next best thing since sliced bread” & you should “ask” your doctor about it! What they really mean is go in & tell (sometimes people will demand) your doctor you want this drug. If drug ads were so vital for the public in order to understand what they’re taking, why don’t they advertise for antibiotics or other short-term meds.🤔 BigPharma is a business; they’re advertisements are aimed at the same goal as everyone else…increased profits.
They aren’t necessarily suffering from anything, but they see an add that describes a symptom they they may exhibit. It’s a very evil and seductive seed that’s planted in their psyche, so they go to their doctor and ask about their xyz symptoms and tell him/her that they’ve heard about a wonderful curative from Pfxx, Asxx, or Joxx that will help them. The doctor, also captured by the literature and samples they receive prescribes the medicine.
Television today says at least three to four times an hour that theirs a medicine to help you with whatever you have! It’s lie out of the pit of Hell!
No, that’s a fixable problem. Informed consent laws can be strengthened.

I had a pointed discussion with my cardiologist regarding the use of statins. He admitted that controlling my lipids was not the problem, for me in particular. Then he said that after 25 years of prescribing statins, the cardiac field noticed that they act as antioxidants, so I should continue to take them.
I said I would rather eat foods and take nutraceuticals that have high antioxidant qualities, rather than taking a drug that adversely impacts my liver function over time.
At that point, I accused him and all of the cardiac treatment specialists of using patients as test subjects. He smiled and said, “Of course, we use ourselves and our patients as test subjects!”.
He was nice enough about it; however, I stopped using the statin and had previously weaned myself off the low dose blood pressure drug they had prescribed in 2000 after my first of two heart attacks.
I went back and saw this cardiologist 6 years later. He said I checked out fine and that I reminded him of his dad who is my age and did not trust doctors or prescribed drugs.
(Caveat: I do understand that many prescribed drugs are necessary to save lives and cure diseases. )
I had a similar confrontation with my Doctor over high cholesterol and statins. Doc did not like my response, so I told him that my Mother had taken statins for hers, and they did nothing for her cholesterol and only made her wallet lighter.
Frustrated with me he said “If I had your numbers, I’d take statins” to which I replied that he could have mine.
I have been taking No-Flush Niacin for fifteen years now, and it has helped lower my numbers.

They are at least 80-90% correct. The majority of devastating illnesses stem from the poisons most people are fed from birth. Fixing one’s diet can solve a multitude of ailments.

Free radicals, when they build up in the body, are responsible for all the signs of aging, and can eventually lead to other metabolic diseases that are chronic such as heart disease, stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, etc.
She thinks these chronic diseases can be prevented by helping people understand how excess carbohydrates and sugar lead to obesity, diabetes, and early aging. There is major concern that chronic diseases start in childhood, and that these chronic diseases are likely due to the increasing numbers of vaccines that pediatricians give children. Pediatricians get bonuses based upon the number of vaccines they give. The childhood vaccine schedule used to list abut 8 vaccines, but today children are getting something like 69 vaccines! Peanut allergy and other food allergies, as well as autoimmune disease rates have increased and the rates of autism have risen greatly. When I was a child nobody our age had food allergies, and I didn’t see any autistic children in my elementary school classes. (I am 72). Now these illnesses are seen as an every day phenomenon.
The focus on helping people understand the risks of eating highly processed food items is likely to be helpful, and giving Americans more information so they understand that unprocessed food (meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, grains) are going to lead to healthier lives.
But even more important is focusing on the childhood vaccine schedule and letting parents know the dangers that vaccines pose. Most parents do not know that not a single vaccine given to children has been safety tested!
I am ultra MAGA & MAHA, and have a degree in biochemistry. I have read her book, seen her Senate testimony, watched her on podcasts. She reached the top of her field as a top graduate of Stanford Medical School and did very well in a very challenging specialty, ENT. She speaks very well and is very knowledgeable. I am thrilled!

Perhaps you are overreacting a little bit. In my experience in medicine, internists and surgeons are two different animals. I don’t trust any primary care doctor in America after Covid. Three times in the first year, I was told to isolate myself if I became ill and only go to the emergency room if I was dyspneic. These people will suffer for their terrible advice in the future. Surgeons are quite different. They cut, drill, sew, drain and do about the same 15 surgeries over and over again. I need needle aponeurotomies on my fingers, so I’m traveling 400 miles to have the best surgeon who has done the most needle aponeurotomies in the country do mine. I don’t care anything at all about their love life, their politics, or even their personalities. I just want the surgery done by someone who can do them almost blindfolded and do a great job.
Dr. Means’s job is to adopt the same ketogenic policy as at “Levels” and convince RFK,Jr to promote it nationwide and worldwide if possible, which will save millions of lives over time. She doesn’t need a medical license to do that, and isn’t going to be working with individual patients. The mainstream medical community will not advocate for “foodable” treatment of medical conditions in any case because it doesn’t pay. I cannot get my primary care doctor to even do a fasting insulin or a fasting C-Peptide, two simple inexpensive blood tests that will tell one whether they are insulin resistant. I cannot get him to authorize a calcium ct test(CAC) that can visualize plaque in the coronary arteries, so i work around him.
