Republican senators Rand Paul, Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski all voted in support of removing President Trump’s ability to impose tariffs under national security grounds. However, the overall vote failed in the Senate 49-49.
The vote was mostly symbolic for the upper chamber as the House previously approved a rule to block any effort to restrict President Trump’s trade authority, and the White House would obviously veto any bill that might pass. However, the vote does showcase the Republicans who are in support of multinational corporations outsourcing jobs and manufacturing.
The bill was originally created by Republican Senator Rand Paul and Democrat Senator Ron Wyden. The intransigent neocon wing of the GOPe, those who take funds from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce (aka Decepticons) also supported the bill, but given the certainty of Trump’s veto, needed to retain their masks.
WASHINGTON – […] The legislation, designed to end the national emergency Trump used to impose his now-paused “Liberation Day” tariffs, failed by a vote of 49 to 49 despite three Republicans joining all Democrats. {Full Story}

Oh Rand. Solly you owned by Koch Bros. And here is a TS card for your trouble.
I hope he pi$$es off his neighbor again over leaf-raking and gets another bruised lung
Now that you mention it, who says it was actually over “leaf raking”…
Looking more and likely it was for good cause.
I really doubt Rand Paul does his own yardwork. Just like the Harry Reid exercise band snapped incident.
Why does no one on here mention the real satan and his spawns? Anyone heard of Soros or sorearse as I call him.
Does anyone remember him paying for all those attorney generals?
Come on it’s time for a big truth bomb.
George Soros Council On Foreign Relations Director with a lifetime membership was never ‘elected’. Why everyone avoids the fact of his CFR membership goes along with hardly anyone mentioning the existence of this fascist organization in of itself. It manages the CIA Mockingbird media in addition to its other anti-american pro-globalist agenda. Wikileaks caught them picking much of Obama’s cabinent list for him.
You know who else was a member of the CFR? Rick Warren (Saddleback Church, Orange County.) He was also largely responsible for Jug Ears Obama being – in some measure – acceptable to the Evangelical community, as it was Rick who invited both Jug Ears and John McCain to appear at Saddleback Church in 2008 in the form of back to back interviews. This was when Jug Ears famously quipped, “That’s above my pay grade” when asked if he believed life began at conception. The bargain must have been that Warren would give the inaugural prayer, as, sure enough, he did in ’08 when Jug Ears won, but was of course never seen at the WH again. I wonder whether Rick, looking back, regrets all of that.
whats amazing is anybody believing warren is a Christian.
They also get speaking engagements at graduations, as I learned.
Soros had the SOS Project some yrs ago. Big $$$ to get Dem secretaries of state elected.
Yep. There’s really no telling how deep and wide his money goes either. He and his minions are like a swarm of gnats (but far worse) because there are so many, and they’re all over, at every level.
Is Ron owned by Mitch McConnell and the Chinese bride of Mitch?
Sort of. McConnell has a lot of control of the KY RNC. If Rand wants to be re-elected, he needs to be a good company man.
Yes. Rand is bought and paid for by China, by the UniParty Deep State, by the Globalist Cabal, and by the Chamber of Commerce.
He is an arrogant, ignorant, lying enemy of individual liberty and republicanism.
Answer is no, Paul is not owned by McConnell.
I lived in KY for 60-years b4 retiring to TN.
Paul voted his hardcore ideology regarding tariffs without having a consultation of what 47-‘s outcome was to be. Rand did not understand what “being patient ” meant.
Sen. Rand Paul got caught up with the bourbon producers. They are taking a hit right now.
JMHO, Senator Paul was suckered by McConnell. That has never happened before.
McConnell was so adamant regarding tariffs as a tax, he and Paul were in agreement, or though it seemed.
But McConnell was a no-show for the vote.
What McConnell actually accomplished:
1. Not going on record with a vote that would show his hand regarding his complicit ties to international shipping ownership. That is McConnell’s pay dirt. No imports on his ships hurt his and wife’s bottom line. It jad nothing to do with KY bourbon.
2. Not offending the base party in KY who supports-47 period.
3. McConnell is not running for re-election but Paul will in 4-yrs. This will be a super negative on Paul. One of the few with Paul’s secure base in KY. It opens the door for a primary competitor.
4. McConnell’s pet pick for his replacement is from south central KY where Paul is from. This just gave Rep. Guthrie a little boost.
5. Now there will be two chances in KY for new faces for US Senate. Rep. Jamie Comer (past Ag. Commissioner) will be in this mix unless he runs for Governor.
6. -47 would have vetoed this bill anyway. Paul just got snookered by No-Show for the Vote–McConnell, in his own state.
7. Turtle might be old and down but he ain’t out. Sad to say, Rand Paul got outwitted.
And, FWIW, while I was typing this text, when I typed the McConnell name, my phone changed sound upon texting.
Idk. The old dude still has power.
…
Bourbon ages with time.
Let’s see how this one ages.
I hope Rand Paul learns from this fail.
I’d be interested in your veiw of Ron Paul…
all respect for rand paul gone…
He always managed to dance on the razors edge, fooling a lot of people,…now finally he is exposed…that he’s from the same State as McConnell, SHOULD have been a dead give-away, but so many people WANT to be fooled…
He’s really a Libertarian, they are Free Traitors. And splitters.
he operates under the guise of libertarian, but we can see now he’s a China stooge, full on.
To those who vote for these “principled” members, or understand more why they can be smart & stupid at the same time / Please enjoy this little vignette:
Relate back to this:
1946 – UNESCO Education is instituted. 1946 – 1948: 1948: UNESCO: Its Purpose and Its Philosophy by Sir Julian Huxley (the first director-general of UNESCO, 1946-1948) is published, in which Huxley declares: “The general philosophy of UNESCO should be a scientific world humanism, global in extent and evolutionary in background… Political unification in some sort of world government will be required…Tasks for the media division of UNESCO (will be) to promote the growth of a common outlook shared by all nations and cultures…to help the emergence of a single world culture… Even though it is quite true that any radical eugenic policy will be for many years politically and psychologically impossible, it will
be important for UNESCO to see that the eugenic problem is examined with the greatest care, and that the public mind is informed of the issues at stake so that much that now is unthinkable may at least become thinkable.” Excerpts from this volume were reproduced under
the title, “A New World Vision” (The Humanist, March/April 1979), and the Fabian Socialist Huxley, who was named 1962 “Humanist of the Year,” elsewhere said that humanism’s “keynote, the central concept to which all its details are related, is evolution.” Also, it was Sir Julian Huxley (brother of Brave New World author Aldous Huxley, and grandson of Thomas Huxley who was known as “Darwin’s Bulldog” because of his defense of evolution).
UNESCO Education, foisted on WE the people, only had three precepts, Eugenics ( abortion or Genocide ), Human-ism,( the belief of species over mankind ) and the “you will own nothing – you will be happy Global-ism ( the purest depopulation to slavery )

The ultimate goal of MindWar is to make people willingly do what they’re supposed to do, while not realizing they’ve been pushed towards that decision at every step of the way.
“For the mind to believe in its own decisions, it must feel that it made those decisions without coercion. Coercive measures used by the operative, consequently, must not be detectable by ordinary means. There is no need to resort to mind-weakening drugs such as those explored by the CIA; in fact the exposure of a single such method would do unacceptable damage to MindWar’s reputation for truth.”
Authors NOTE: Reputation for truth is directly relative to ( Whose Truth ? ) and the last sentence is admittance of MK Ultra and earlier mind experiment.
Thank you for this video. I found it stimulated my own thinking into my personal beliefs and biases.
Some people will do anything for you as long as they think it was their idea!
Diabolical, satanic crap is deeply rooted in England – especially socialism with the Fabians (George Bernard Shaw and ilk), which spread worldwide. This is the Bernard Shaw ‘window’ – notice how a hammer pounds the world:
This is the emblem of the Fabians (wolf in sheep’s clothing; Fabians named after a Roman general known for the strategy of long wars of attrition):
PS – they founded the London School of Economics.
Let me deeply thank you for your useful comments, by supplying the further links…

The author H.G.Wells was also a Fabian, that’s why his stories exude a dark distrust for the world science/industry.

His radiantly optimistic opponent is Jules Verne !

The Fabians are the tools of the World Bankers for hindering the World Industrial and Energy-industrial Developement.
That is ”Biden plus others” versus Trump or…War versus Peace !
Some even linked the Son of Sam to one of England’s cults, or a US offshoot.
Glenn Beck did a segment on the Fabian Society when he was on Fox years and years ago. I found him to be very informational and entertaining but then he started doing crazy things. I don’t know when he came back to his senses, but he has lots of instructional videos on YouTube, including an expose on Ukraine.
I’ve always thought one needed to be cautious around the master……debaters, e.g., lawyers.
I’m trying to think of anything you missed, but so far I can’t.
Drip, drip, drip. Frogs on slow boil.
Unbelievable that the first above was from Aldous’s brother. Except that my own brothers are “out there” too, since covid on top of Obuttski’s 8 years.
Funny, I did a book report for 10th grade English on the Warren Report. It was obvious to even my juvenile mind that nothing made sense.
Appreciate the video and link.
Satanic and diabolical, all rooted in England. George Bernard Shaw (Fabians) and his ilk. This was the Fabian emblem:
Alright! So where-the-hell is Waldo? 🤷♂️
Hiding behind the US flag. Fair warning, he is not dressed and is guzzling beer. 😲
This is what a supposed GOP Senate chooses to spend time on.
And this is what Congress is wasting our time on. These are the boobs who make our laws.
They don’t make our laws.
They are paid by their donors to pass legislation written by their donors.
Rand just sold us out. Never again!
He was always conservative window dressing for the Uniparty.
Rand Paul is exhibiting the long standing fatal flaw of libertarians – a suicidal adherence to a principle with no regard for context or the practical ramifications of it. If the rest of the world is breaking the rules or going against principle, than you can’t be a Crusader Rabbit and insist that we don’t break the rules. It’s like going into a fight and playing by Marques of Queensbury boxing standards against a no limit MMA opponent. It might make you feel good for the first 10 seconds, but after that, you are history.
Raul Paul is an Anger Mgr who uses Libertarianism as an excuse for errant voting, period. Someone needs to look at his bank acct.
This is more my line of thinking. I’m at least half Libertarian myself, always cringy at more than minimal gov. But the problem with 3rd parties (even in ideal situations and with honest/sincere reps) is that they very often do nothing except make things even worse.
Libertarians are twisted sisters of the American left.
NEVER forget:
Trump isn’t just our candidate. he’s our murder weapon, and the GOP is our victim
..we good now?

Darn I can’t get it to open!
Congratulations Rand you PO garbage traitor, you exposed yourself for nothing!
This is just one of those issues, where I feel Rand is more “ideological” than he is realistic.
“How do you plan on dealing with China non-militarily when they have been undermining you economically, for quarter century plus?”
This is the question Rand needs to ask himself.
he will join the Vichy government as he laughs at us
I concur on both counts.
These 3 people need to meet of with the grim dude
so the Dem/Uniparty can get a bill together for this, but the Repubs can’t write one to limit district courts from interfering with PDJT’s immigration policies?
Yes.
we are in the saracasm, awareness, exposure phase.
what follow if that phase is every fully completed, is the action phase
As former senator Tom Tancredo said, congress could stop immigration, they don’t want too.
I’m so disgusted with the Repubs allowing a judicial coup. It truly is a uniparty.
I don`t get it? Rand Pauls father was against any lobbying. Wyden was actually one of the good Dems on government spying.
I was taken to task here a few years ago for daring to say Rand Paul was half the man his father is.
I was a “Stand with Rand” guy in 2015 and then went to Trump. I volunteered for his dad in ’88, ’08, and ’12.
When the NYT wrote a favorable piece on Rand in 2014, I should have known then he was not one of us.
Now I know.
How much and far the Alinsky attacks go is the gold standard I use to measure how much a person is truthful, genuine, patriotic. PDJT and Pat were the 2 I saw alinskyd the hardest
That is an excellent metric to measure our politicians, Colkitto.
Five hardest hit by MSM in my lifetime:
1. Trump
2. Buchanan
3. Goldwater
4. Perot
5. Ron Paul
Honorable mentions:
Larry MacDonald
Jim Traficant
Phil Crane
Ronald Reagan
Nixon should get at least an honorable mention too.
Rand Paul sold out to get re-elected a couple cycles ago. Mitch McConnell controls the KY RNC and they put up a tough primary challenge to Rand.
Ever since then, Rand has been good about endorsing McConnell and being a good company man.
Difference between House and Senate. Ron Paul just had to carry his district so not much pressure to sell out. He paid for it by being marginalized by his own party. Rand Paul has to win statewide election.
Same applies to Wyden. When he was in the House, he was much more libertarian leaning. Got totally swampy once he got to the Senate.
local parties align with Senate parties members, and they both align with the Federal House and Federal Senate. — to maintain their status, wealth, and grow their families.
corruption removes people from tickets – its the only way to fight election fraud – voting is a hit or miss alone
want to become a rich man…. publish a book of the pictures of every Congress member’s home with the value by it and their picture and party
I am actually quite sad about this, one. I saw the photo and my heart sank.
“Few economic philosophies have shaped America’s prosperity as profoundly as Henry Clay’s American System—a blueprint for national strength and self-sufficiency. Developed in the early 19th century, Clay’s vision centered on protective tariffs, a strong national banking system, infrastructure development, and the responsible use of natural resources.”
“These pillars propelled the United States into economic dominance. However, in the latter half of the 20th century, Cold War geopolitics led to a significant departure from these principles. Today, President Donald Trump’s economic policies signal a revival of the American System, aiming to restore national industry, energy independence, and economic resilience.”

All 535 are corrupt.
Correct!
so control them by making them step off the ticket via exposing personal corruption
the uniparty counters this by fabricating corruption against PDJT
And so are most of the 9 from the sc
Yes they are.

Not one person from my beloved Minnesota made my list.
I stand by my assertion.
Really? Wow…
Ever see the movies where you remove a person possessed with a demon and it just goes to another person? Seems Romney’s has found a new host in Paul.
His priority is family first.
once you are wealthy and purchasing things – you need money to maintain status and belongings.
rule by executive order so far that it takes a decade at a minimum to reverse it like Obama did
Disappointed by Sen Paul. His dad was my representative in my years in Texas. I don’t think Ron would call that a wise move.
Now you are free finally. if you accept it, you will never be dissapointed in him again.
Never give aid to your enemy while in war. the rightous uniter in war is a traitor
But but but Rand is a ‘libertarian’😅😅😅😅😅
More like a LOLbertarian
Time #CheneyRand and Pittiful Massie
All this is possible (3 idiots controlling) only because of the 2020 Georgia Senate steal.
I am deeply disappointed in Rand. He talks a good game but when something like this crops up and he backs the wrong side we see him for what he is, a traitor.
It amazes me when Congress tries to claim authority. Our Congress is one of the most useless bodies of government ever assembled. Trump hit the ground running. This bunch is still looking for their socks.
Does anyone know Rand’s reasons for the bill? It would be good to know before everyone goes on a herd rant against him.
forget his reason.
if he would have been successful, president trump would have been neutered and in 4 years we would be domestic terrorist again
There was not one good reason to even consider the bill which makes Rand a traitor by default.
Sooner or later the bipartisan traitors reveal themselves.
did 1 senator back out from screwing the President.
who
is McConnel out of the senate
symbolic betrayels are okay.
ones that matter aren’t
out of the 4 rep senators that are always traitors, he is the easiest to pressure via his corruption.
F these Crap Weasels!!!
So Rand Paul accepts little medal trinkets from Mr CCP?
Well, I’ll be damned!
we need to remember these senators that are Republicans that are going against our country and vote them out
There needs to be a MAGA organized funding organization, that focuses on nothing but defeating these fake Republican conservatives at the ballot box.
I would support this just like I do election fraud organizations. Matter of fact, if we ever fix election fraud, these losers will never win office in the first place.
He is not in good company on this vote thats for sure
Rand Paul has had his “moments” when I thought: “He’s O.K.” … but now ???
He’s politically “dead to me”. Collins and Murkowski ?? Situation normal …
But Rand ?? You need to get your ego in check. I don’t think your Dad would be proud …
LOL = Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse was AWOL for this vote, due to being in S. Korea for some environmental summit meeting. and the left is turning on him. I wonder if he’s old enough to be coup’d by the gen-Z dems, lilke they are doing to Schumer? Thank God they didn’t get that tele-commute voting thing that was attempted a month or so ago.
Murkowski, Collins and Paul.
Seems that is somewhat like the dynamic trio of Sotomayor, Brown-Jackson, and Conjob Barrett.
When does the GOP sanction Collins and Murkowski?
The people who are paid to lie by the liars who tell them what lies to tell (sell).
Never forget that Rand Paul betrayed his own father, and supported Mitt Romney for president in 2012.
