The criminal complaint against Judge Hannah Dugan reveals the judge purposefully demanded the ICE agents and FBI officials go to another part of the building to speak with the chief justice, while she guided the criminal illegal alien through the jury room to an outside exit facilitating his release.

I get the reason for all the cheering around here, but caution that applauding FBI going into state courts to arrest state officials is going to come back to bite you in the butt one day.
If you don’t fight back, you lose. She broke the law. If you don’t enforce the law on them, and allow them to twist and pervert enforcement of the law upon you, you lose. If they come back to arrest OUR state officials, then it will be clear that there is no sharing a country-level government with these evil people.
It’s been clear to me for many years that this is war and will not be solved with lawyers, but I may be wrong and I have no problem with others trying the lawyer approach first. If you are not even going to try for fear that the enemy will fight back, then you have lost already and we are back to the starting premise that this is war not law.
Please clarify. Is a state court a refuge from justice where criminals can hide out? So, if you or I break a federal law, just go to a state courthouse and hide in there. This idiot judge is another left-wing activist looney attempting to thwart the arrest of illegals. The crazy leftists blame the Trump admin. for enforcing the law. The blame is squarely on the biden admin. for causing all this havoc letting in millions of illegals in with no vetting. If any should pay a dear price for this is mayorkass and the rest of the cabal that foisted this problem on the country.
Trump had a mandate from Americans to arrest corrupt judges, as they should be to maintain a fair and just society, and they FINALLY are. Not sure of your point.
Oh, and he was deported before, under Obama.

Well, they could have done an early morning raid at her home with armored vehicles and automatic weapons-toting agents and all the rest, leading her out to the curb in her PJs and handcuffs while some leaked-to media people were on the other side of the street waiting to film her. But they didn’t do that, so she did get much, much gentler treatment than she would have gotten if a Dem was in the WH and she was a Trump supporter.
What is wrong with these judges?? How can anyone be so hateful??

Apparently unconcerned that 1 of her fellow WI judges has already been recently arrested, this piece of work decides that she’s also going to take a stand against ICE & against President Trump & defy turning over illegal migrants.
I do believe that all of this lawfare that the judges are waging against President Trump is exposing the massive corruption that exists thoughout our judicial system. I also believe that there will be a day of reckoning coming sooner than later where alot of these judges are not only going to do some hard JAIL TIME, more than a select few of these bastards will find themselves sporting the lastest in rope neckware as they swing in the breezes of GITMO.

The Dems are spinning this that it’s all about due process, alluding the judge was protecting an illegal who was just there for a traffic ticket and ICE was lurking at the courthouse waiting for anybody with illegal status to walk thru the door to deport.
Of course, they don’t mention ICE was there to serve a warrant for his arrest after he sent his roommate and his girlfriend to the hospital, he beat them so bad and violently.
