This is interesting. President Trump has announced that David A. Warrington will now lead the Office of the White House Counsel, as well as “Asst to the President and Counsel to the President.” It would appear that President Trump is adjusting the legal framework within the office.
Originally, President Trump announced William Joseph McGinley to serve as White House Counsel; however, he has now moved McGinley to be the legal counsel covering DOGE, Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy. Warrington will now lead the office of White House Counsel:

The McGinley move makes a lot of sense. DOGE and the Office of Management and Budgets (OMB) are going to be joined at the hip. They are going to have to navigate the Impoundment Control Act, challenging the system that places limits on a president’s ability to unilaterally withhold funding.
Inside that legal battle, deciding what DOGE can do without legislative approval, the OMB is going to be the execution part. McGinley will be the legal liaison focused on what technical approaches DOGE/OMB can execute. In essence, can they stop funding XXXX, thereby eliminating it?
That said, the language President Trump is using to describe the role of David A. Warrington is something entirely new. Donald Trump says, “to serve as Assistant to the President and Counsel to the President. Dave will lead the Office of White House Counsel and serve as the top attorney in the White House.” Normally the White House Counsel does not represent the interests of the President, the WHC represents the interests of the office.
I would appear to me, at least as I review the details, that President Trump is now fully aware how his Presidential interests can sometimes conflict with the interests of the White House Counsel, and he is making a move to ensure that conflict doesn’t happen. An example of the conflict I have explained repeatedly in the “declassification of information.”
Not kidding, it is almost as if someone very close to President Trump – READ THIS, because it comes with a serious warning.

The way President Trump is now portraying the role of the White House Counsel is to represent his interests first and foremost, then represent the interests of the office. In a few subtle, and not so subtle ways, this makes sense.
We can tell by the nominations to AG, DAG and DAG-NSD, that Main Justice is already positioned to defend and protect President Donald Trump. The people in charge of the silo are all loyalty-first people, aligned in the interests of President Trump. It would appear that President Trump is now bringing that same outlook into the White House. The White House Counsel aligning in purpose with the purpose of President Donald J Trump.
I’m glad to see this approach, because as I have repeatedly affirmed, ONLY PRESIDENT TRUMP the person can confront the Silo system in Washington DC.

Roberts rules allow the chair, or president of the Senate to declare anything out of order, pound the gavel, and that’s it. Unless of course someone formally challenges the ruling of the chair by calling the chairs move “out of order”. That meaning, against the rules.
The challenger shall present their case and the chair can then again, over rule. The challenger then has the option to call for a vote and that vote must be 60% to override the ruling of the chair.
This is how rules are made and implemented. They must be presented, debated, and voted on, likely again with 60% to implement.
Get involved with your local precincts and districts, get on committees, go to conventions, and you will see some people take advantage of the rules because they know most people don’t know the rules. If you are already knowledgeable about Roberts Rules, you would be very helpful pushing the MAGA agenda locally.

According to the Constitution, and the Supreme Court’s interpretation of the Constitution, POTUS is the Exectutive Branch. Donald Trump will be POTUS on January 20th, 2025. Therefore Donald Trump will become the Executive Branch on that day.
Everything must flow from that basic fact. Not to say that laws previously passed by Congress which are constitutional and which affect how the Executive Branch operates can be ignored.
But where there is room to maneuver, however large or small it may be as appropriate for each particular situation, PDJT must take every and all opportunities to take the Executive Branch in whatever direction he wants to take it.

The only ‘Constitutional’ power afforded the Legislative ‘branch’ to check the executive ‘branch’, and thus any officer that executes President’s power on their behalf is impeachment. That and authorization and budget allocation process and war powers (much abused BTW).
‘Senate’ rules cannot overrule the Constitution? The VP on the other hand, as ‘President’ of the Senate, has very specific roles defined in the Constitution. Many of which could be used to effectively overrule key/made-up ‘Senate’ rules.
Don’t like the AG or anyone else the President chooses to execute their power?; get a House impeachment resolution and 2/3rds of the Senate to impeach and remove them from office.

The only authority is the Constitution, and given our purposely flawed election system being exploited by the Marxists, I have no faith that any of the Democrats and RINOs have achieved office legitimately.
It has been proposed that the Constitutional design of separation of powers provides a solution to the ‘problem’ of the FBI and DOJ being their own “watchers”. And the ‘problem’ of the FISA court being placed in the position of being responsible for advocating and ensuring 4th Amendment protection against unreasonable search and seizures, surveillance, etc. Currently, only the AG/DOJ can enforce (file criminal complaints) federal criminal laws. But who will enforce the criminal laws if they are violated by the DOJ/FBI?
Who will watch the watchers? The President is Constitutionally required to enforce the laws and protect Constitutional rights. It makes sense that the Legal Office of the President should have the authority to investigate and enforce the laws broken by the DOJ/FBI, on behalf of the President under presidential duty. Specific authority to enforce 18 U.S.C. § 241 and 242 relating to deprivation of rights under color of law by DOJ/FBI employees and assets should be provided by statute to the Office of the President. Similarly, authority to prosecute DOJ/FBI employees for “leaking” or other disclosure of ‘classified’ information without all the required documented declassification procedures, should be enacted for enforcement by the Office of the President.
In order to restore the FISA Court to a traditional judicial “deciding-only” role, the Office of the President should also have authority to review all FISA warrant applications, for compliance with appropriate constitutional and procedural requirements. The O-of-P could represent the ‘defendants’ at the FISA court in a general sense (without them knowing it), if appropriate, but need not unless it desires to do so. The O-of-P lawyers could appeal to the FISA Appellate court (which would require statute revision). The appeal would not delay surveillance, but could limit use of info if the warrant is reversed. Importantly, the O-of-P could move for sanctions against DOJ representatives who mislead the court. These authorities for the O-of-P would restore the FISA Court to the traditional and customary role of “deciding”, rather than investigating and being required to be an advocate for the unknowing defendants.
