We’ve never been to Cape Cod. Closest I ever got on the “east side” was Maryland and DC with my parents, two months before my mother died when I was nine. Been to NYC too – but that was at 15 as a sophomore in high school singing in Carnegie. Took a yacht out with the other schools and sailed the bay there.
I miss the coast. My experiences were mostly Pacific Coast U.S.A. from the very top at Forks, Washington to the very south down into Rosarita Beach, Mexico. And the beautiful beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Miss it deeply. The air. The waves – are a constant reminder of God’s Divinity as He only brings them so far inland – as is His Will.
I know you’re inland Garrison, but I hope you get to see the coast occasionally. Live in that atmosphere for me, okay? I live vicariously my former San Antonio, Corpus Christi, South Padre days through you. Those were my finest times as a young woman and the time when I experienced the most growth as an independent youth.
I have been so blessed. I pray my daughter is blessed in the same. Lord have mercy on my heart.

Resprayed with a heavy Dawn solution and a pump up garden sprayer yesterday in mopping up operations.
That Dawn solution is almost as good as an anti-aircraft gun on flying insects.
Considering that the yellow jackets were actually behind the siding of the house with hard to get to entry holes I am pleased.
Was about to break down and call in the exterminators.

He only has 2 teeth – one upper fang and one lower fang. He’s the “old” man who has kitty Alzheimers. A silly little monkety monk and a very good boy.
This here is Savannah’s best friend. Her protector. Her confidant. Her sleeping pal who snuggles deep with her and the two can be in the funniest positions with daughter’s leg pinning the cat, or the cat curled up under her head. This cat has absorbed more of this child’s tears than should have ever been allowed in God’s Kingdom. This cat knows my daughter’s true heart. He is the reason for the adoption of the two littles.
We lost his twin, Russian Blue brother Dan-O-Man, over a year ago, Christmas. Danny was my boy and we chose Dan and Danny chose me. When Danny and Timmy were adopted, we gently placed Danny back in his kennel until he came of age to be brought home. As we started to leave, Timmy (here), reached out his kitten paw and grabbed us “I choose you. I want to come home with you, too.” and thus we humans were adopted by these little domestic shorthair marvels.
When Tim follows his brother over the Rainbow Bridge – Savannah will need a soft place to land and mourn. These are days coming that I dread… because I was shattered giving Danny back to God. Even when Danny was being euthanized from an agonizing fight with cancer, Danny backed himself up into me, fought the technicians, and was “protecting” me as I was having him laid to rest. That was hell. Hell. Death is the very worst thing we do as humans who love. The binding is magical, the parting is death and sadness.
Millie the Brave has chosen my daughter and she will provide that comfort for her. We had chosen an especially sweet male, named Victor, who was very loving and affectionate. As we rose to leave and had him in our arms, he lept out of our arms and we looked down to see Maggie and Millie inside our kennel – both had chosen us and were saying “we are ready to come home”.
Millie puts herself onto her hind legs and lifts her arms to pick her up. Once up, she wants to sit on your shoulder like a bird, or draped across your shoulders like a fancy mink stole. She’s silly and will be an excellent Savannah cat.
Pets teach us so much and they give more than they ever receive.

Poised to give you a SNUGGLE. What you can’t see here, is that Maggie Moo was below Millie and she kept grabbing at me to pick her up while I was trying to get the shot of Millie and all her royal prettiness.
Maggie Moo is the more “feral” one and, just like Tink, she “decided” quite quickly to be a snuggle bug. Karen who saved the mother and her kittens came by this week and brought Peacock feathers for the kitties to play with and some homegrown catnip – which apparently can be steeped as a tea for humans as a relaxant and a stimulant for the kittahs. How funny is that? She held Maggie and couldn’t believe how well Maggie has adapted to indoor life. Her brother Victor (mirror image of Millie), Honey the mom, and Shawnie the sister (a gorgeous Russian Blue who we were not allowed to adopt… but of course my heart pulled towards her in regard to our Dan-o-Man (RIP) are all barn cats in Northern Zionsville. We just love that family and their hearts to grow such fine kittens.

John Rich claims the Scofield Bible (and the theologian John Darby in the early 1800s upon which the Scofield Bible’s included Notes are based) is deceptive about its views of eschatology (end times) as do a LOT of theologians in modern Christian denominations who adhere to Reform or Covenant Theology. He makes several other claims as well that I found to be ill-supported if one performs a Berian-type exhaustive search of the Bible and only use the original Greek and Hebrew meanings as found in Strong’s Concordance. Even then the ancient languages create some gray areas but about 99% of the Bible has withstood well over a century of in-depth analysis and textual criticism.

This is not just a plea to those in South Dakota but to all the states that have the abortion issue up for vote this fall. There are 10 states where abortion rights will be on the fall ballot. Most of these states not only had heavy outside funding but workers from out of state running the petition gatherings. Often there was lying and fraud committed in order to gain the signatures gotten to put the abortion rights on the ballot.

In South Dakota it seems that there were over a dozen workers from out of state, with 6 that have been verified as being from Portland, Oregon. As someone trying to keep the very loosely written bill out of the election I personally witnessed a massive amount of fraud and lying to to petition signers. Many signers actually thought they were signing a Prolife petition or a petition to lower sales tax on groceries. (Guys Never Ever Sign Anything With Out Reading).
As you can see by the below snapshot if the new bill passes in South Dakota, it will not only be a part of the state constitution but is actually far worse than Roe vs Wade
So I Am Asking You if you live in South Dakota or know anyone in South Dakota please tell them to investigate Amendment G more toughly.
On top of the if there is an Abortion Rights bill in your state make sure to understand its true intent and reifications so that your state does not end up with a new law or constitution amendment that the people did not truly want.
