In all seriousness though, if the Laura Loomer rumors are true (Joe “dying”) then how is his physician gonna reconcile lying that he’s been fulfilling his presidential duties.
His physician said he’s fine, no reason the House can’t demand he shows up in person to prove it. I think SCOTUS would uphold such a subpoena in that there is only executive privilege if one is “alive”.
