What everyone should be asking is why these two Justices ( Jackson and Roberts ) voted the opposite way…? Pretending aside, both of these two are corrupt. One (Jackson) isnt even a legitimate justice, being installed as a result of a rigged election.

You know, I just like really good reporting and videography. To that end, I have routinely been impressed by rt.com and their documentaries and “shows.” Obviously, “every product is the product of its maker (and his country),” but I am still impressed when “they do it well.” To me, this organization consistently does that.

Surprisingly even the communist Katanji didn’t side with Homely, who has shown a repeated lack of understand and respect for the Constitution and believes that anything government does is a-ok. Setting aside interpretation of the law in question, in this case one of the key items she fails to comprehend is the 1st Amendment, which provides for and allows the people to not only assemble in protest, but also for them to make their grievances heard.
By her interpretation of things, there could be no protests and the people would be silenced any time there was any meeting of government officials or business by them being conducted as they are all official proceedings – including in cases such as protests outside of the White House, since after all there are always “official proceedings” taking place there…
She has never been a “Constitutionalist”…the Federalist Society should NEVER be relied upon for opinions on justices.

People don’t need “constitutional scholars” in order to read opinions of a judge and form a personal viewpoint about said judge. People in general don’t need to be “experts” to use the knowledge they do have and common sense to form opinions.

Truth is the law explicitly states the only offense is destroying evidence, documents, etc. required for an official proceeding (like the J6 committee did). I thought the majority opinion was incredibly clear (and correct) on the legal aspect of the law itself – showing that Congress would have never written the first clause of the law if the second clause should stand alone, as it abrogates the first (the text is up higher on this page).
Fyi:
Constitutional law, especially at the SCOTUS level, is a VERY niche subset of the law that requires a very “nerdy” almost “autistic” OCD mindset to comprehend.

This morning, the Texas Supreme Court ruled 8-1 that the plaintiffs failed to state a valid constitutional challenge to SB 14. “[W]e conclude the Legislature made a permissible, rational policy choice to limit the types of available medical procedures for children, particularly in light of the relative nascency of both gender dysphoria and its various modes of treatment and the Legislature’s express constitutional authority to regulate the practice of medicine.”

The study, conducted in Seoul, South Korea, analyzed data from a random 50% sample of city residents aged 65 and above, totaling 558,017 individuals. Participants were divided into vaccinated and unvaccinated groups, with vaccinations including mRNA and cDNA vaccines. Results
Findings showed an increased incidence of MCI and AD in vaccinated individuals, particularly those receiving mRNA vaccines, within three months post-vaccination. The mRNA vaccine group exhibited a significantly higher incidence of AD (Odds Ratio [OR]: 1.225; 95% Confidence Interval [CI]: 1.025-1.464; p = 0.026) and MCI (OR: 2.377; CI: 1.845-3.064; p < 0.001) compared to the unvaccinated group. No significant relationship was found with vascular dementia or Parkinson’s disease.

Anti-migrant hit song defies censorship ahead of French elections
An anti-migrant electro-dance song titled Je Partira Pas (I won’t leave) has taken French social media by storm, despite efforts to ban it.
The track, credited to an artist named Grazy Girl, first aired on June 21 during the Fête de la Musique (Music Day) in France.
The song quickly went viral on social media platform TikTok,

The first was removed on June 26, rendering all related videos silent with a message indicating the tune was “unavailable.”
The second version, used in around a hundred video posts, was taken down on June 27.
By then song had garnered several hundred thousand views.
TikTok’s bans have not deterred users from re-uploading the track manually.
Consequently, it has spread to other social media platforms such as X and YouTube.
The SOS Racism organisation filed a complaint against the song on June 27 for “provocation to racial hatred”.
