I hope that we’re going to have a Nevada How to caucus guide as I meet with a group of seniors at a local gun shop every week and today not a single person there could explain how in the hell we’re supposed to vote for who we want when we can’t understand the issues with caucus/primaries/open primaries/etc and I think that’s their goal, to keep us all so confused that the people won’t be able to vote for who we want.

Nope; not going to happen. Called the Nevada GOP today in our County asking where the heck is the information so we know where to caucus and was told they don’t plan on sending out, mailing, any notices of where because, and get this, actually was told “it might confuse people” –
if you want to know where to go to caucus call your county GOP office and they will ask for your name and date of birth then look up on the registrar of voter’s website for your precinct and then they will tell you where and at what time to show up.
Clown shows will have nothing on this mess. Broke my heart when asking for a friend who lives in another area of the county what they need to do to find out, because my friend was completely lost on what to do, and was told to just have my friend call the county GOP and they will look it up like they had just done for me.
The last time there was a caucus here in Nevada for the GOP candidates people were mailed post cards with the wrong locations; so guess their fix is to just have people not know anything and to just guess. Even the local news stations have been inundated with phone calls from viewers asking for more information and the news anchor said they would like information too!
Good luck; do what you can to get the information your senior group needs so they can coordinate and tell their friends what they need to know and even help each other get to their precinct caucus location.
This is going to be a real bootstrap operation if we are to make this happen; we’re basically on our own.

I’m prepared for the media and the remaining campaigns to spin a 2nd place finish, no matter how far behind, a “victory” for the candidate who “beat the expectations.” At the same time, even if President Trump wins by 35 points, the media will spin it as a “disappointment” because he “should have won by even more.” It’s how they roll.
Bottom line on all of these primaries, the straw polls and popular vote totals are not what matters most. It’s about the delegates awarded. Keep an eye on those numbers.

I would like it if it were neatly trimmed. However, I know lots of guys wear the bushy beard in the winter to keep warm. I think it symbolizes that President Trump is preparing for the blizzard and will not let anything stop him.
