GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward provides her reaction to the Arizona state victory in the U.S. Supreme Court case. Mrs. Ward notes the how “ballot harvesting” is used by many leftist organizations to manipulate voting outcomes, and how Arizona legislature is working to curtail the process that is rife with fraud.
There is also a difference between ballot “harvesting” and another illegal process used which includes using “ballot mules”.
Beyond harvesting completed ballots, the DNC is now using “mail-in ballots” to collect mass numbers of blank ballots from various locations, picked up by paid ballot mules and then transported to a central processing facility where they are filled out by party operatives before being dropped off at voting precincts or drop-box locations. More on this process will soon be forthcoming.

I don’t claim to be a rocket scientist, or someone well versed in computer programing but doesn’t it seem reasonable to expect that it wouldn’t be very difficult to cross reference when a DEATH certificate is issued, the registrar of voters should be notified? I know it might not be 100% of a fix but geez Louise, could we at least expect maybe 80 or 90% to keep the voter rolls cleaned up? How does Social Security, Banks, Insurance Companies………….how the heck are they able to keep track of dead folks?
The answer is that you hire a person who’s responsible for tracking that information. I worked at a Law Firm in the Estate dept. and my friend had that job and she had to check the obits and other things to determined who died overnight. So it would have to be a full time job for someone to check the voter rolls everyday to see if people are dead or alive.

If its not computerized in some locale, its because the politicos think its better that way. Easier to cheat. But every locale keeps these records, they have to for ordinary business/credit/property reasons.
In Maricopa County where the audit is being done, soon after November 3, 2020, they publicized a list of voters with birthdates indicating they were older than 100 years old who had allegedly voted. There were 14,000 names. There were names and birthdates. I went down the list to make sure my own mother was not on it since she had died in 2001 and would be 109 in 2020. There were many people who supposedly voted who were 104- 112 years old. Of course this is completely bogus. I do not think there is anywhere near that number of extreme elderly alive in any place. (She was not on the list)
But my best friend has an elderly mother in her 90’s. She was at her mother’s house when a young democratic activist came to the door to help her father vote. Her father (long-deceased) would have been 99 or so if he were alive. The young man knocked and asked for her father by name. My friend answered the door and said who are you? And he said he came to help her father vote, he had a clip board and ballot. She started asking him questions and he backed up, retreated and turned and ran off. My friend called the Elections Department and told them, they were very interested.
I live in Ohio. After a family member who lived with me passed away recently, it wasn’t too long before a notice from the Sec’y of State arrived saying my family member was removed from voter registration rolls because the state was informed of his death. I don’t know how many other states cross reference data of this sort but at least happens here!

It is the law in most states for funeral directors to report deaths and here in Kentucky they also notify Social Security. The ones that go through the coroner’s office are automatically reported to the state.
As for cross referencing, Kentucky will eventually get around to it. We are a signature and ID state, so there are not a lot of dead people voting.

Here is a way that may work. Mandated state law. The attorneys make money off the deceased persons estate. Many of them make a lot of money. Part of their duties when they receive the death certificate is that they physically have to go to the office of the county board of elections and they have to deliver a copy of the death certificate to the board of elections where the decedent was a registered voter so they can then be cleared from the rolls. If said attorney as an officer of the court fails to do this their law license is not suspended but revoked.
Solar Winds KNOWS who is alive and who is dead, who is legally registered and who is not.
The data is already out there for the bad guys to exploit.
Actually Social Security does NOT always get notified of deaths…as evidenced by the number of times they’ve mailed out checks to deceased people for years before anyone caught up with the scammers who’d been cashing them.
Insurance companies are usually quick because….they are a profit-driven business, not to mention that some beneficiary is usually asking them to pay out on the deceased’s policy…or suddenly the premiums stop getting paid…..
Banks are generally on top of customers’ status but again, not always. Not everyone has someone who settles their estate. Many die alone; and it may take awhile to locate the deceased’s relatives or discover all of the deceased’s financial connections. Ask any large urban bank how many abandoned accounts they’ve had over the years (I had a former school mate who was a bank manager and surprised me with some stats..)
The Social Security administration does a fine job of keeping up with dead people.
I have close personal experience with the Federal Government and Death Certificates. When I filed a death certificate for a close relative I was caring for, not only did the Fed’s acknowledge the death … but they made me pay back an SSDI payment issued after his death.
Uhhhhhh duhhhhh yeah, we HAVE the technology to cross reference death certificates and STOP mailing sample ballots … immediately. Sheesh. But that must be racist … Right?

If someone works for the DNC and “harvests” ballots how do you know they don’t simply throw away any Republican ballots they pickup in the process of harvesting? They are not official elections employees and have no obligation under threat of law to deliver those Republican ballots and certainly no way to insure that they would! The whole concept of ballot harvesting is completely illegal. Would you allow postal employees to rifle through ballots in their custody and throw away Republican ballots? I don’t know how in hell any state would allow non-offical elections employees to handle, posses or transport ballots between the voter and the ballot box!!!
Probably what they do is keep track of the people they registered to vote and have a list that they check to see if those people actually voted, then they go after the ballot if the person hasn’t voted. And of course they would throw it away if it’s a republican vote. I think someone said they have certain numbers on them to let you know if it’s republican or democrat vote. And I’m sure it’s different in each state.
Which is why this happens after the election. They need to know how many fake ballots they need in order to win.

That can only happen in 6 states simultaneously if it is being run from a central location with a ton of computing power.
Their plan actually worked pretty well. But Pres. Trump won by such a massive landslide that they couldn’t react fast enough in enough states and they couldn’t save those 35 Democrat pickups that they told us were coming.
What’s really going to blow peoples’ minds is when they find out that the vote fraud was rigged to the point where the Democrats were telling the Media what to report in their polls so that the polls would “match” the election outcome.
I’d bet even-money that the reason the Democrats freaked out on Pelosi back in January is that they were all told their 35 seat gain was pre-planned, and when that didn’t happen (due to the Trump landslide), they totally freaked out.

It’s my opinion that each compromised vote counting facility had a vote fraud coordinator assigned to it whose job was to monitor the progress of the steal in that individual facility and to keep tabs on how well the basic fraud plan — let’s call it Fraud Plan A — was working.
It is my further opinion that a contingency Fraud Plan B was already in place waiting to be activated by the local fraud coordinator in each compromised facility in case Trump’s margin was so large that Fraud Plan A couldn’t handle it.
It is also possible that software was already in place on the local vote counting systems which could analyze the data as it stood at 10:30 PM in order to determine how many additional fraudulent votes would be needed when counting was restarted to swing the presidential election to Biden.
This software might have told the site fraud coordinator that X number of Biden ballots were needed when the recount started to insure Biden’s victory in the final tabulation. They could run the same ballots through twice or three times, or they could have more Biden ballots delivered and scanned, etc. etc. depending on what the site-specific Fraud Plan B was for that particular counting facility.

That’s what I think too. I think Trump’s margin was so large, and his coat tails so long, that Fraud Plan B wasn’t able to swing the down ballot races for the Democrats nearly to the extent the original Fraud Plan A called for.
I suspect that once it was obvious that Fraud Plan B needed to be initiated, the fraud coordinators were forced to choose between either producing a successful steal of the presidential race, or else to risk losing the whole ball game if they attempted to go all in for stealing the down ballot races as well.

I know that in foreign countries the local “ American Democrats Abroad” usually advertises a “ Absentee Ballot Delivery Breakfast” at a hotel for free donuts and coffee. They assisted me in how to identify my home state, etc. After several jelly filled and honey glazed donuts, they saw that I was not one of them, and quickly offered to ‘take my ballot to the embassy’. I politely declined, thanked them for the snack, and drove to Fedex .

Check out the 1965 Voting Rights Act. While I agree with you that the Constitution prohibits the Feds from interfering, unfortunately, the Voting Rights Act was deemed Constitutional and allowed the Feds to intrude on States’ prerogative.
Correct. And although parts of it (most?) was outlawed, the decision did not rule against the concept of “pre-clearance” which allows the feds to interfere in states voting laws.

Funny how Al Gore in 2000 had standing to sue in federal court all the way to the Supreme Court and won the right for the ballot count Broward County Florida to be AUDITED! Here is a question …. will the SCOTUS decision discourage Biden’s DOJ from using a federally-issued search warrant to raid the Arizona election audit and seize all of the forensic material produced by the audit team staff?
The DOJ might justify the raid by claiming that the audit’s forensic material might contain evidence of criminal violations of civil rights by the auditors, as those rights are defined in the Voting Rights Act.
If they did it, the DOJ wouldn’t have a leg to stand on legally. But would that fact matter to them in the slightest if their raid could put what is effectively a permanent end to Arizona’s election audit processes while years of legal action and legal counteraction go on in the courts?
Probably not! The DOJ only follows Leftist Court decisions! They will simply ignore this one!

We are Arizona, we aren’t intimidated by the DOJ or the feds. There is a long history of that. (See Arizona v. Obama) I am sure at this point, such a subpoena would not be honored. Officials have already warned the feds what would happen if they tried to physically interfere. (I am forgetting who said what and I don’t want to misquote.)
The feds will stick to their disinformation ads and their media to try to gum up the works.
Jazzbogie, my comment didn’t concern a DOJ subpoena. It concerned a federally issued search warrant which authorizes the DOJ and the FBI to seize all of the Arizona’s audit’s forensic material. That material would include the original hardcopy ballots, the vote management system’s electronic equipment, and any forensic analysis material produced by the audit team since the audit initially commenced.
An FBI raid has to be one of the options for thwarting the Arizona audit still under serious consideration by the lawfare operatives who inhabit the senior ranks of the White House staff, the DOJ, and the FBI.
Seizure of all the forensic material by the FBI would have the effect of breaking the Arizona audit’s internal chain of custody for that material. The backup material for the audit would no longer be available for independent examination. The audit’s enemies and their allies in the courts could attack the validity of the audit on that basis alone.
Once the audit material is in their possession, the DOJ’s staff can then claim they’ve examined the material themselves and have found no evidence of election irregularities — powerful propaganda for those now labeling the audit as a ‘fraudit.’
And so there has to be a strong temptation among the lawfare operatives inside the Biden administration for physically interfering with the audit by seizing the forensic material and by harassing the authorized canvassers and the audit’s support staff.
If these lawfare operatives yield to this strong temptation and physically interfere with the audit, they would be gambling that: (a) Arizona state officials and local authorities would cave in to their pressure and would not resist the federal intervention; and (b) the resulting public outcry would not be strong enough nor last long enough to harm the Democrat’s position for the 2022 election cycle.

A “federally issued search warrant” would have to come from the FBI/DOJ (or U.S. Marshalls or ATF). There are no other law enforcement agencies (that I can think of).
Search Warrants are drafted by law enforcement first, and then, if they are to be issued, signed off by a local Judge, Magistrate, or Commissioner after receiving the in-person sworn testimony of the law enforcement officer who wrote the search warrant and has first-hand knowledge of the facts presented and the truth of its contents. Only if the Judge makes a determination that there is probable cause under the facts presented would the warrant be issued.
It is common that politically-sensitive search warrant requests would be recognized as such at the time they hit the system and treated accordingly, so I’m thinking in this case it would likely go to a local Federal Judge. I am also thinking no one in the system would want to touch it, though, of course, someone would have to. This is not the DC swamp.
I think people in Arizona are proud of the fact that our judicial system locally has not been corrupted. I think people would go by the book and do what is right. I don’t think anyone will want their name associated with shenanigans.
I also would think that if such a search warrant as you suggest were to be issued, that the State Attorney General Mark Brnovich fresh off his win at the U.S. Supreme Court could, and likely would, oppose the issuance of the search warrant and take a Special Action to the U.S. Supreme Court.
The legal actions would also increase and prolong the public outcry.

This won’t get decided by the Feds. If the dominoes fall, individual states legislatures are going to have to decertify their election results similar to a judge overturning an election result. But if a a state wants to resist this approach, they’d probably have to spend a lot of time and money fending off voter/citizen lawfare challenges to their oh-so-virtuous position. Maybe.
If they want to resist the fraud, they now have the supreme court’s blessing. But blue states will continue to mandate the fraudulent practices.
