Susan, I don’t think anyone really knows. IF the audit shows proof that Biden did not have enough legit votes to win AZ, I imagine the first thing is a big legal battle. The Democrats and their media masters will ignore the result as long as they can or, failing that, will sue and claim disenfranchisement and racism.
Assuming that doesn’t work, the next thing would probably be the AZ legislature decertifying the electors. They probably can’t do this because the election has already been certified, and opponents will say “too late, you should’ve done this in Nov.”
But say for some reason fraud does show up, is big enough to throw the election, and the Democrats and their media can’t ignore or dismiss it. At that point things get interesting. Judges that dismiss lawsuits on procedural technicalities will be in legitimate danger. And I don’t mean of losing their offices.
The next thing will probably be GOP in another state demanding a similar audit. Repeat everything I just said up to this point. They’ll stone wall, ignore, file injunctions, scream racism, etc. The courts aren’t going to do anything about this. There might be a constitutional convention called. But that’s all going to take time.
Unlikely as it is, if you get another audit in another state that produces a similar result… there will be an open civil war in America within the next 18-24mos.

I still find it difficult to believe that the incumbent increased his vote total by 10,000,000 votes, and still somehow lost to a non-entity candidate who managed to outdraw Barack Obama. How does Trump win most of the bellwether counties, increase his vote total, win FL AND OH, and dramatically improve his vote share in the black and Hispanic communities and still get blown out in the election?

A recount is different from an audit.
Georgia didn’t have an audit, only a recounting of the same illegal ballots several times. I don’t care how many times you count a basket of apples, some good, some rotten, until you remove the rotten ones you will always have the same number of apples.
Yes Georgia did a recount “for effect”… There is another court battle going on there at the moment where the “for audit” side has been prevailing on doing a similar (to AZ) audit, but there are issues.
1. Like this audit, there’s no definitive criteria. We don’t actually know what these guys are, or more importantly are not looking for.
2. Part of the GA election integrity bill made a physical audit legally impossible. The bill forbids the physical inspection of the ballots themselves. (to few have noticed this yet).
GA now only allows the “digital images” to be inspected.
That’s come up in the court battle over the subject and there’s been a lot of Repub media deflection on it. They are blaming the GA Sec of State who didn’t write the bill for quoting what the bill says. The guy may be a snake, bug he’s far from the only snake in the grass.
3. With no one defining the “criteria” in either of these ordeals and with as much “hype” as we see being played up about non-existent opposition (mostly Repubs trying to stop it and the Right’s media calling them Dems for the most part)… I’m seriously wondering if we’re not being played.
What I mean by that is no one’s talking about the fact that the Maricopa county election board that’s been suing the AZ GOP for 5 months to stop this is a 4/1 GOP majority. There is only one Dem on the board.

The Framers of the constitution didn’t anticipate electoral fraud, which only became an issue for the first time in 1876. Back then, the Hayes-Tilden election was decided with a political compromise the day before the Presidential inauguration, but the underlying issue of electoral fraud was never definitely resolved. I don’t think it matters. Our President is chosen on a given date by the state legislatures. The electoral votes don’t have to be cast for the person that won the state’s vote.
So hypothetically if there is fraud, there is criminal activity. If the prevailing thought is that there will be push back over the election certification legal arguments, then why not look more into the system and actions of fraud? Treat it like further investigation and in the name of federalism, keep it at the state level and look at state laws broken. It would seem that the same Senate investigation committee would have the power to subpoena other individuals to testify under oath. Start low and shake the tree. Find criminal activity with evidence to support indictments and flip people as you move up the chain.

1 – if massive fraud is uncovered (a big if, remember the dems had access to the ballots for nearly 5 months) it will help push other audits in other states, politically weaken biden et al, and help empower those pushing electoral process reform in state legislatures. I’ve combed all over and asked everywhere, no one is actually telling us “what” they are doing here. With out the nuts and bolts made public, we’ve really no idea.
The terms “forensic audit” and “dossier” are about on par with each other. Very official sounding but no actual legal definition. Additionally, there seems to be much hype about “making this as public possible”… Ok so… what’s the criteria you are using to audit then? What’s the methodology? That’s what matters, I feel like I’m being “sold” something.

I did not see that what I saw was a ballot handed off to a scanner then the ballot appearing on screens in front of three at a table. The actual ballot was then placed on a lazy susan and each of the three reviewed it. Approximately 6 seconds a ballot.
There are side tables set up along one side of each color group. There ballots are handed off to a worker who holds the ballot in a cardboard box for light shielding. About every other ballot the operator pulls out a UV flashlight and examines the ballot.
I “believe” the machines are in the side area “Camera 1” covered in plastic. Not a lot of activity there yet. My conjecture is they may be waiting to get a significant number of hand counted and actually human handled ballots to run through those machines. That will give them an actual ballot error rate that would have ended up in an adjudication file.
It may be the reason for the quiet regarding methodology is that this is a multi step procedure they have set up and don’t want to give the Dems a timetable for disruption.
My hope is that we get an update as to procedure once they have got all processes running, but even that is dangerous, Perhaps the less we know the better.
Consider this if your fingerprints were on this fraud at what point would you want to lawyer up? Question 2 assuming you wanted to leverage evidence into a plea who would you go to? The second question is the hardest.

The democrats told everyone way ahead of time how they would cheat. Trump would appear to be winning in a landslide, we would all go to bed, and Biden would be POTUS in the morning after all the mail in votes were counted. AND still they pulled it off.

He seemed like he really had the knowledge and skill to get President Trump reelected and every interview I saw I was so glad he was on the team. But for some reason he was demoted or something. It was all very concerning, like the campaign team was in disarray.
I was still convinced President Trump was going to be reelected easily.
Question, since the Supreme Court bowed out, it is a state issue, right. If voter fraud is discovered then it is up to the State AG to deal with it. If the State start charging people, the Feds can’t stop it. Image a bunch of Dems being charged.

From interviews I have watched w/Jovan Pulitzer, and from what I have read, their testing looks for the following.
1) Was a mail-in ballot folded. Ultraviolet light shows changes to the paper.
2) Was the ballot marked by a person, or by a machine. Pressure indications on the paper leave signs.
3) Forensic analysis of the paper the ballot is printed on. Is it the official federal ballot paper.
4) Forensic analysis of the ink used to print the ballot. Analysis can determine the precise color, manufacturer, etc.
5) Forensic analysis of the ink used to mark the ballots. Above, plus how many mail-in ballots were marked using the same pen/ink.
6) I believe there should be a specific watermark, using specific ink colors made by specific mfg.
This is what has been disclosed publicly. I would expect that there would be other factors that they would keep quiet. I agree that they have had plenty of time to “back-fill” folds and whatever else that they could. Not sure they can backfill some of those things above. I hope that helps.

RE: What can be done if they find fraud.
I read several articles by a particular individual, IIRC a lawyer, regarding a remedy for for election fraud in public office. Of course, I can’t find one now or remember the person’s name. If I find something I will post. IIRC the loser in a public election can sue the occupant of an elected seat claiming fraud was used to “win” said seat and a court case is the remedy. The fraud allegation must be refuted in a court. Something like that. He was trying to get this action taken before inaug.
I don’t know whether cue is a real thing or the biggest phsyop in human history. I keep tabs on what is being said just in case something pans out. Even if it’s a phsyop the sheer scale is impressive and the detail is interesting. The current I see forming now is that SCROTUS (So Called Ruler of the US) is in office via fraud. The Rrules of Waar state that fraud vitiates/nullifies everything re that. Biollogical waarfaare comes into play as well.
Sidney Powell repeatedly talked about her cases as fraud cases which have different standards. She is still fighting along that avenue. It would seem that fraud is the foundation of any future action.
