I remember as a child during the ’50’s learning about communism in school. We were told about children being taught to report their parents for transgressions against the communist doctrine. I remember how unbelievable this was to me. Yet, here we are.

The indoctrination begins in preschool. Parents are convinced that “the State” knows how to raise their children better than parents themselves. Please, parents, do not let your children be indoctrinated. Raise them with YOUR values.

We must take back our children, our families, our communities.

The “police” in this case are doing what they have been taught is best for the greater good – demand obedience to “the state.”

There are some good police. But anyone that thinks it’s the majority is sadly mistaken.

Just think about it. We wouldn’t have to worry about the left taking over if the cops as a majority were good people with a conscience.

Really think about it. How often do we see video of cops harassing MAGA while antifa is behind them being ten times more violent?! Even if their CO is telling them to, it only takes a handful to stand together and say no f’ng way are we ignore those guys and attacking the good guys.

Furthermore, if the police all stood together nationwide and said they were going to defend the constitution and not stand for any “peaceful protests” by antifa, the left would be neutered. If the cops weren’t supporting the left we wouldn’t have hardly any problems in this country.

Seriously, think about it. If they would crack the lefts heads, enforce the constitution, and refuse to obey unconstitutional orders the left would literally lose 95% of their power. The other 5% would be the pajama boys running around with sticks that would be stomped out by cops with batons and guns.

The police are a very real problem. They are following orders from the commies and not arguing.

It’s too bad there isn’t a “snitch line” to report Election Fraud with promised anonymity and impunity.

It wouldn’t be a Covid type snitch line or a despicable get even with your neighbors payback scheme but a “Crime Stoppers” Report line to catch real criminals that deserve to be arrested and imprisoned.

I remember reading about this at some point in my life, and it has stuck in my brain for occasions such as this.

A whole lot of people wondered if the police would respect our American constitution when it mattered OR turn against the public. Well we know what Canada would do (is doing) so plan accordingly

Every time I see one of these videos or read about one of these stories, I find myself wondering why the homeowners opened the door for the police.

You are under NO OBLIGATION to open the door for the police or to answer their questions.

I was a cop for 30 years and I occasionally encountered people who refused to open their doors to talk to me.

Some would talk to me but only through a locked screen door or through a window.

Was it frustrating?

Yeah.

Was it illegal?

No.

Without a warrant, there was nothing I could legally do.

The Canadian Charter of rights isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on, judges regularly negate said rights using the excuse “The government knows best”. We can’t even transport more than a couple cases of spirits over provincial borders.

Long time lurker, rare time poster. I am a cop and have been for 13 years. I have held off on responding to people’s complaints about the police. Mainly because I believe everyone has a right to their opinion. In browsing through the comments on this article I notice a large amount of people who seem to know everything about all cops everywhere, I felt the need to respond.
In the instance cited here I am ashamed of the officers actions and am totally against what they are doing. Covid stupidity has shown new highs in government over reach. The fact that these officers are being called to enforce this non-sense is abhorrent to me. With that being said….
Those of you who are lumping all of us into the same category should be ashamed. All the cops I know are refusing to go back on the oath they took. We have had a mask mandate in my jurisdiction since October. You know how many enforcement actions we have taken on that mask mandate? Zero. And trust me we get calls about masks, social distancing, and other silliness on a daily basis.
I think by and large the majority of officers in this country feel the same way. I think if you look at where the majority of these covid enforcement instances take place they are reflective of the governments elected by the people living there. And dont give me the “dominion voting machines interfere with past elections”. Many small and local elections are conducted without their assistance. Does the makeup of local government excuse what officers are doing? No. But it is not as simple as saying all cops everywhere are terrorists. People for too long have been uninterested in their local government, and now that their inaction is starting to affect them they want to get indignant and spew big words.
What bothers me most is people on this page commenting about how terrible cops are everywhere when these same people have little interaction with their local law enforcement. Have you personally been forced by your local law enforcement to obey a covid mandate? No? Then perhaps it would be wise to reserve judgement. If you have questions then call and talk with your police department or elected officials.
I will turn in my badge before enforcing any of these unconstitutional mandates, and all my peers feel the same. 2020 was the year of BLM, Anifa, and others slandering the police. Now it would seem conservatives in these pages are acting no different than them. Making broad and uninformed judgements and statements about a subset of society they know nothing about.
If the cops do something bad I will join you in leading the charge to call them out and seek change. These times are scary both for civilians and cops. Do not make things worse by speaking unintelligibly and for calls of violence.
