Rudy Giuliani appears on Lou Dobbs tonight to discuss the testimony to the Pennsylvania legislature along with updates on several key state investigation of fraud. One of the top-line notes in Pennsylvania is the sum total of all “Mail-in” ballots sent to voters was 1.8 million; however, election officials are reporting that 2.5 million were returned.
If the task for saving the Republic falls on the shoulders of the Pennsylvania State Legislatures will they have the courage to stand shoulder to shoulder and do what is right. I fear the years of endless broken promises have made me weary. My heart breaks when I think of how many men went into battle knowing they would die for our freedom. It is so painful to see American men dressed in business suits, who squirm at the mere idea that they may have to sacrifice some money or a political title, for the preservation of our Country. We are not asking for their blood, that has already been spilled for them. We are asking for their support, their voice and if the time comes, their vote.
How many other states sent out less mail in ballots then they received and counted ?
The best one I’ve heard is how states received ballots before they were sent out or sent out and received them back on the same day.
I would dare bet there are many patriotic men and women who have all the proof needed to show without a shadow of doubt all of the corruption and who is responsible for it.
2.8 million ballots were reportedly sent out by late October. https://www.post-gazette.com/local/2020/10/13/Pennsylvania-mail-in-ballot-requests-2-6-million-registered-voters-PA-2020/stories/202010130153
We have discrepancies in the number referenced here on 10/13 vs. the AP’s number of 1.9M referenced on 10/27 and that I cited on the previous page.
more than 2.6 million registered voters have applied for a mail-in ballot
That number aligns with the 3M+ total ballot requests. But then this…
All but about 70,000 have been mailed to voters
Meaning 2.6 million requests were fulfilled by counties and ballots sent to those voters.
That number conflicts with the AP’s number of 1.9M that they described on 10/27:
State data shows that, of those [3m+] applications, about 1.9 million, or more than 62%, have been returned to counties.
https://apnews.com/article/election-2020-pennsylvania-elections-voting-2020-presidential-elections-b1fe12514c3a736ec33f84e4ce7e4161
So the difference of ballot requests returned to counties by requesters (not ballots sent by counties to voters) is 700K, give or take… according to two news sources.
Then the state comes in later and (according to The Federalist) says at the end of the day 3M+ total ballot requests were made and fulfilled by counties.
Gah! I’m confused with all these numbers. This claim by the AP on 10/27:
State data shows that, of those applications, about 1.9 million, or more than 62%, have been returned to counties.
… must mean: 1.9M cast ballots have been returned to counties… NOT ballot requests.
Which would mean: as of 10/27 3M+ ballot requests went in, 3M+ ballots were sent out (presumably), but only 1.9M cast ballots were returned to counties.
OK! So the descrepancy with the Post Gazette is: 1.9M cast ballots as of 10/27 versus 2.6M cast ballots as of 10/13.
Note that the 2.6M requests number as of 10/13 aligns with the 3M+ number as of 10/27.
However, the claim that EVERY SINGLE one of the 2.6M (3M+) ballots requested actually resulted in a cast ballot is a bit much. That’s 100% request-to-cast?!?!?
So… maybe I was right to begin with: if the AP’s number of 1.9M cast ballots is correct, then between 10/27 and 11/3 about 1M mail-in ballots were cast… which is not believable, IMO. Or is it?
Not sure if accurate but this PA VBM page says returned 2,629,183 | requested 3,088,123.
https://electproject.github.io/Early-Vote-2020G/PA.html
Archived official page where only total requests is visible at 3.1mm
https://archive.is/fM1Mu
So, we have incorrect claims being made due to bad information being used? That would destroy the on-the-surface legitimacy of the election fraud claims to anyone who isn’t paying very close attention… which is most people… and the MSM will capitalize on that.
Exactly. I lose faith in Guiliani’s team. Our bigger hope rests with Sidney Powell.
RE: 2.6M cast ballots vs. 3M requested… that MIGHT make sense, but I think we still have conflicting reporting (I think)… at best imprecise.
I might have something here that explains the 1.8M requests vs. 2.5M cast numbers…
I just looked at that archive link, and realized (duh) that’s the PA ballot tracking data set in question… which is:
a.) the data set linked to from The Federalist on 11/16, and that is now behind a log in
b.) the data set used by Twitter user @GregOnTheRight looking at (IIRC) wonky birthdates and addresses on 11/20
c.) the data set referenced here as being truncated from 3M to 1.8M records as of 11/20:
I think that’s where Rudy’s 1.8M number comes from… stay with me… PA had an “Oh Sh*t!!!” moment, pulled the 3M version of the data set, trimmed out all the bogus data, and replaced it with the trimmed down version.
The question is: is 1.8M ballot requests the legitimate number, based on the reported size of the modified data set?
Of note: all the articles… AP, Federalist, Post Gazette… quote the 3M+ (or 2.6M by PG as of 10/13) prior to 11/20, which I s when people noticed the truncated data set.
So the original 3M+ data set reported on may have been chopped on purpose down to 1.8M to hide the bogus ballot requests… 1.2M bogus requests? Maybe. That sound like way more than what you’d need to cheat.
So is Rudy’s current 1.8M number correct? That’s the key. And if so… your first link showing 2.6M cast mail-in ballots:

yeah, This kind of lowers my confidence in the quality of Guiliani’s work. I think we have better chance with Sidney Powell’s team. Either he doesn’t know what he’s talking about or he’s not wording it very precisely. Both bad signs coming from a lawyer.
With PA putting out so many conflicting data-sets, the G.Team’s point is made stronger rather than weakened by this demonstrable confusion. The election cannot be certified.
Yes. The problem with lies is that they so often have to be more complicated than the truth. When you see a set of figures looking far more complicated than they need to be there are two distinct possibilities. They are fraudulent, or someone wants to make them complicated enough that fraud would be hard to identify.
Forgot to add: what a tangled web we weave, when first we practise to deceive.
Dearest Lord and God and Son, Jesus. Please Re-ordain this great nation and fulfill the WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE (LIGHT) so we may all be blessed in the shining light of your unambiguous TRUTH and make our way, as a NATION UNDER GOD, to your blessings and finally achieve honest and functional government, OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, AND FOR THE PEOPLE!
Please dearest Lord and Son Jesus Christ, change people’s hearts and minds so they may realize that the only way to your glorious salvation is in fact the WAY and THE TRUTH and the LIGHT.
SHINE YOUR LIGHT OH LORD AND BLESSED GOD ALMIGHTY SO THAT WE MAY HAVE THE GREAT DECEIVER, THE GREAT DESTROYER, HIDING IN THE DARKNESS, BE REVEALED FOR ALL TO SEE, SO WE ALL MAY PERCEIVE THE DARKNESS FOR WHAT IT IS:
THE SHADOW CAST BY THE BEAST!!!!!!!!
Thank you for all the blessings you have bestowed on your great nation and please forgive us for letting this go so far astray for so very long and help all to see that, going forward things WILL and MUST change.
With your blessing, Lord, we know this will be accomplished and we ask it of you in Jesus name.
AMEN! ALLELUIA!
Love this. Thank you ??
Ok, anyone reading this thread and my confused rambling… I have the original 3M+ data set, both downloaded from a database tool, and also downloaded from Wayback Machine snapshot of the PA site…
That Tweet will take you here:
https://web.archive.org/web/20201109204937/https://data.pa.gov/Government-Efficiency-Citizen-Engagement/2020-General-Election-Mail-Ballot-Requests-Departm/mcba-yywm
From there you can export to “CSV” or “CSV for Excel” via the “Export” button on the right… yes, the export button points to a snapshotted URL. Not sure what the difference is between the two… maybe end-of-line and/or other formatting?
So these are the direct download links via that archived page… i.e. what you would get when clicking on the Export options:
CSV (this resolves to a Nov 15 snapshot):
https://web.archive.org/web/20201109204937mp_/https://data.pa.gov/api/views/mcba-yywm/rows.csv?accessType=DOWNLOAD
CSV for Excel (this resolves to a Nov 7 snapshot):
https://web.archive.org/web/20201118102642mp_/https://data.pa.gov/api/views/mcba-yywm/rows.csv?accessType=DOWNLOAD&bom=true&format=true
Both of those CSV files contain 3,098,705 rows. Seeing if I can dig up the 1.8M row version to see what they removed (tee hee), but can’t find it… the data set itself is now behind and/or not publicly available.
That’s “behind a login”.
Another option to peruse the dataset directly if you know some SQL… this dataset imported on Nov 7th:
https://www.dolthub.com/repositories/dolthub/pa_mail_ballots_2020
Direct link to “pa” data table…
https://www.dolthub.com/repositories/dolthub/pa_mail_ballots_2020/data/master/pa
Keep digging buddy. I’m computer illiterate but extremely interested. How do I get the info through dolthub?
Per the state’s website 1,823,148 were requested for the primary.
