Photo of Biden with Devin Archer from the Burisma website has surfaced. See post below.

Devin will be sentenced for his role in the tribal bond scam that sent his partner, Jason “porn’s new king” Galanis to prison.

Here’s some info on Jason Galanis:

…”Forbes magazine labeled Galanis “Porn’s New King” in 2004 after he bought the nation’s biggest payment processor for internet pornography.”…

Archer is former Abercrombie and Fitch model, according to reports.

Time to resurrect Mr. Mueller and Mr. Rosenstein to begin a 2+ year and $40 mil report
    on Mr. Biden –
According to Barr, in the course of his 22-month probe, Mueller “employed 19 lawyers who were assisted by a team of approximately 40 FBI agents, intelligence forensic accountants, and other professional staff. The Special Counsel issued more than 2,800 subpoenas, executed nearly 500 search warrants, obtained more than 230 orders for communication records, issued almost 50 orders authorizing use of pen registers, made 13 requests to foreign governments for evidence, and interviewed approximately 500 witnesses. 7. I feel sorry for Rush’s health, but he is terrible today. First he takes a seminar phone call that tells us that Pres. Trump is going to lose big if he goes after Biden aggressively during the last debate. That he should sit back on him being the incumbent and play defense. Giving credence that Pres. Trump’s personality is the problem. Second we should feel sorry that Hunter is a low life drug addict. If Eric Trump was a drunk would the Democrats feel sorry for him.

I find your remark discouraging. I am fighting Stage 4 cancer , just like Rush, and have noticed an absence of prayers for Him in the daily prayers, as I did for Herman Cain and for Dan Bongino. Rush could quit radio , and choose to spend the time he has left siting in the sun but he steadfastly keeps plugging along to support our POTUS. Do you have any idea how tired you are on chemo and cancer treatments? If you did you would not criticise someone still making a valiant effort while undergoing it. If we lose Rush we lose one of the most powerful voices we have.

So sorry to hear of your diagnosis listingstarboard. I personally will pray for you.

If one has not traveled into the cancer world either themselves or through a loved one they don’t truly understand. Most people think they do, but it’s truly a walk a mile in my shoes type thing.

Think back before you were in the cancer world, you had some idea but you really didn’t know what you didn’t know. Maybe you did? I just know being a part of my 7 year old daughter’s journey gave me insight and understanding I didn’t have. I try to remember that.😉

Rush is amazing the way he keeps going, I think his show, his life’s work is part of what pushes him onward. I don’t think he’s done yet. Let’s hope God feels the same about him and you and Dan Bongino 🙏 ❤

So true, before my diagnosis I had some insight, as I was a nurse for 27 years and did take care of some cancer patients–back when they put them on medical surgical floors instead of a designated area–it was brutal to have to deny them pain med because “it wasn’t time yet” to give it. I fudged the times as a young nurse and gave the meds early…thank goodness I did. But nothing prepares you for the sheer exhaustion and loss of will to live that is chemotherapy. I don’t know how people drag themselves in to work while in treatment, so I have great admiration for Rush–thank you for your kind words and hope you daughter is doing well?

Sorry to hear of your diagnosis. May God heal and keep you. This is what I got from Rush – he was talking about the President’s approach to the “debate” on Thursday. He said he did not like the strategy deployed in the last debate -trying to rattle the groper. His health update was that the early treatments resulted in stopping the growth of the cancer but its beginning to grow again. It sounds like back to more aggressive treatments.

He had two callers – I’m not sure they were seminar callers – just republicans who consume too much drive by media products. In any case, they were repeating the media narrative “un-Presidential”. “rude”. “insulting”, the usual BS. This is one of things that frustrates me with people on the right who readily accept the premises of the demonrat party and their very fake news allies.

Our President has been maligned, insulted, dis-respected, lied about time after time ever since he declared his candidacy in 2015. They never let up. I don’t think any President has received this kind of treatment. They say the nastiest, meanest things about him and his family yet when he responds it is he who is rude and un-presidential. I am just sick of republicans who think the way to defeat the hatred, anger, bitterness and evil of the left is to be nice to them.

listingstarboard, Prayers for you in your fight! My mom won her battle with Stage 4 cancer at the age of 74, so I am optimistic for you! Cancer has to be a way of life for you for now, and I am sorry for that, but I’m sure you are learning much on your journey. Godspeed my friend.

      • I have had many close friends and my mother die of cancer. It is heart breaking. I was shocked that his doctors gave him a 2 month sentence last January. My mother was also given a 2 month sentence after diagnoses and managed to pull off 14 months of terrible suffering.

I was only criticizing this one show. He was really down on the Trump campaign all day. A number of the callers had a defeatist attitude and Rush didn’t have his normal positive manner. Most commentators I trust think Pres. Trump won the first debate and it is foolish to play defense. And I don’t feel sorry for Hunter’s drug problems after the media went after Melania. Rush pointed it out that Hunter brought it on himself.

    • snarky1958 says:

I listened to Rush today and I disagree. I heard the call and disagreed with her conclusion. However, I have female friends who support Trump who don’t like his aggressive personality at times. Doesn’t bother me, but I realize I am not a typical female. There is no reason to mock Hunter. There is every reason to crush Joe Biden with the information on the computer and the fact that he set up his son as the pipeline to keep the family in mansions and sports cars, and to betray America.

Just a head’s up on Mitch McConnell–I think this article tells us they will lose the senate and gain the house. He will turn the senate over to the dems and then we have real problems.

    • Hollywood Bungalow says:

I think the most unlikely scenario is losing the Senate and winning the House.

If we add a seat in MI and one more in AL that makes for 55. Collins and Gardner likely lose so that puts us back to 53.

Miss Lindsay wins by three points, voters realize he’s Swamp but is better than the alternative. MT could go either way.

For President, if we lose PA, that could be mostly offset if we hit the trifecta of NH, MN, and NM but that would be a heavy lift.

      Fearless prediction:
      Trump wins slightly
      We slightly keep the Senate
House stays with the Dems but in a big surprise Pelosi is removed as Speaker.

There are 35 senatorial seats up for election, which include 23 republican held seats and 12 democrat held seats. That leaves the pre-election day balance of power in the senate at (47-12 = 35 democrats counting Sanders and King) vs (53-23 = 30 republicans).

Now you can go state by state to assess potential new balance of power.
Democrat party needs 16 or 35 to flip.
Republican party needs 21 of 35 to hold.

Too bad they don’t read what the CDC scientist are publishing:

“I will never forget the first time I saw a dead Black person’s body circulating on the news. It was 2012, and it was Trayvon Martin’s. There was no trigger warning. The story framed him as a thug, and praised the man who murdered him.”

I guess she (or is it “it”) does not watch to many movies by liberal Hollywood? Trigger warnings? Snowflakes are everywhere.

So lets just go one step further:

“This was not the first time white vigilantes murdered a Black person. This was not the first time justice was obstructed in this way. ”

She goes totally off the rails after that. Obviously she does not realize that the white vigilante is not not white. Obviously she does not see that the justice system is the only thing that IS protecting her. She uses poor examples to make a case.

Many of my black friends are in jail. They made poor choices and were grown up in abusive or fatherless families. My black friends that successful had stable families. The same goes with my white friends and hispanic friends. The first murdered black man I saw was on the side of the road in DC. It was not the police that killed him. The same goes for the 8 block section of Chicago that was averaging a murder a day! I repeat 8 block section! Liberals continue to ignore the facts. Massive amounts of blacks die eveyday because of Dem. policies including abortion, intercity murders and intercity medical polilcies.

What world do these people really live in? Never Never Land

    • Kaco says:

I just looked over the actual report and read the summary:

What is already known about the topic?
Community and close contact exposures contribute to the
      spread of COVID-19.
What is added by this report?
Findings from a case-control investigation of symptomatic
outpatients from 11 U.S. health care facilities found that close
contact with persons with known COVID-19 or going to
locations that offer on-site eating and drinking options were
associated with COVID-19 positivity. Adults with positive
SARS-CoV-2 test results were approximately twice as likely to
have reported dining at a restaurant than were those with
      negative SARS-CoV-2 test results.
What are the implications for public health practice?
Eating and drinking on-site at locations that offer such options
might be important risk factors associated with SARS-CoV-2
infection. Efforts to reduce possible exposures where mask use
and social distancing are difficult to maintain, such as when
eating and drinking, should be considered to protect customers, employees, and communities.”

So basically the report says the transmissions are coming from close contact or dining out so there goes our eating out again, depending on the governor.

Using the 1000 virion infectious dose assumption and breathing model described previously, results in theoretical calculations of zero aerosol-acquired cases in a 12 hour flight (Note: penetration data for BNM conditions used). Results demonstrate a large number of flight hours are required for cumulative inhalation of an infectious dose of 1,000 virions for both airframes. Specifically, the time required to be exposed to an infectious dose is a minimum of 54 hours when sitting next to an index patient…

*Surface contamination, via the aerosol route is minimized by the rapid removal of contaminants before settling can occur.

*Testing did not incorporate Contamination of surfaces via non-aerosol routes (large droplets or fecal contamination)

The first interview was done from her home in Kenya after the third and final presidential debate. In this clip Bishop McRae questions Sarah Obama about her grandsons supposed birth in Kenya. Retired Magistrate here: Was listening to Rush today when he gave his health update. Unfortunately, the cancer is progressing again; it had been stopped with the treatments. Rush also said that he has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and Rush seems to have accepted his diagnosis; that he is just buying as much time has he can.

We just went to a memorial service for a friend of ours who had stage 4 small cell lung cancer and he lived about a year. Rush has stated before that he probably had lung cancer starting in December of last year or before but just thought it was a cold that would not go away.

I think Rush is going to do everything he can to help President Trump get re elected and see President Trump get sworn in as the 46th President of the United States. I truly believe that is his goal. Continue to pray for Rush and pray for President Trump’s health, stamina, courage, wisdom and re election.

The other thing that we are addressing through devolution is exclusion. What has made us suffer as a nation is exclusion. Once people feel excluded, even when you want to employ a policeman or constable or you want to build a dispensary, it must come from the centre. In the colonial days, these things were being done on the ground and they could give bursaries and build roads. I commend devolution. Those who fear devolution are living in the past. They are being guided by their ethnic consideration and objectives. They are living in the past. If Americawas living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation, how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the President of America? It is because they did away with exclusion. What has killed us here is exclusion; that once Mr. Orengo is President, I know of no other place than Ugenya. That is why we were fighting against these many Presidencies in the past.

I’m so sick and tired of these rotten liberal celebrities!

If a celebrity has not been tending to their financial future, from the earliest days of their careers, this level extortion runs allot deeper. With ownership of studios passing into the hands of mega investors; media outlets, the writers and producers are told whom to hire as well as which shows to put on air. This directly impacts the income of all celebrities as this dictates who gets a job ;for a new show, be invited for guest appearances or have their old stuff rerun for royalties.

It is no coincidence that the celebrities making the most outrageous claims in support of the democrat party also collect the most money these days.

JUST IN: Texas election officials won’t have to notify mail-voters of signature mismatch

Texas elections officials will not have to notify voters when their ballots are rejected over a signature mismatch issue, after a federal appellate court intervened and temporarily halted a U.S. district judge’s ruling requiring notification.

A three-judge panel of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Monday — after more than 4 million Texans had already voted — that the state was likely to succeed on the merits of its argument that Texas’s signature-verification procedures are constitutional and necessary to prevent voter fraud. The panel comprised Judges Patrick Higginbotham, Jerry Smith and Andrew Oldham, all three appointed by Republican presidents.

You are welcome, jeans2nd. You were asking before about not seeing Joe diGenova. I had said you can watch him on Newsmax TV. Well, I have confirmed that he and his wife, Victoria, are a regular on Newsmax TV on Monday mornings. They are on as guests throughout the morning. Newsmax treats them much better than FOX did, IMHO. Today, I caught them on at 11:00 a.m. and they were great. Also, Joe is on every Monday afternoon on Newsmax TV with Howie Carr at 4:30 p.m.
