The last debate is on 22 Oct…it’d be great if POTUS could claim he’s visited all 50 states (or a great number of them), and ask Biden how many he’s visited. Couple places where the reception might not be overwhelming, but those would be in places where he’s not gonna win anyways, but ya never know. Might also force Biden to get out on the road more now, and that’ll hasten his decline probably. He needs to be drawn out of his liar…

Whoever in the administration that decided to use the airport venues deserves recognition. Dems thought they had his campaigning stopped by banning the use of inside venues over “security” and covid rules but since outside “peaceful protests” are ok, … well – take that.

The campaign held airport-hangar rallies in 2016 but not as many. I remember a classic one in Pittsburgh that year. Now, it’s the perfect venue. You can’t beat the optics. This scene from a recent rally in Pittsburgh belongs on a post card.

That was genius, using airport venues.
But truthfully, the Trump Campaign did that in the 2016 election.
It was Candidate Mr Donald J Trump who thought that up. Enabled those 5 stops a day campaigning.
        Genius, huh?
Even more astounding – Candidate Mr Trump went home to be with his family every single night, no matter how late the hour, and towards the end it was pretty late!

The states have been given another month to fill out their census forms after a federal judge issued a preliminary injunction to the September 30th deadline.

U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh in California wrote in a 78-page opinion that the shortened 2020 Census deadline—originally October 31st—would have led to “inaccuracies in the tabulation” which would “harm constitutional and statutory interests.

On January 20, 2010, President Barack Obama nominated Koh on the recommendation of California Senators Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinstein to a seat on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California

The U.S. Department of Justice announced Friday that it would appeal a federal judge’s order preventing the Census Bureau and Department of Commerce from ending 2020 Census operations on Sept. 30.

Well, I think it can bear a lot of weight on the mindset of a person. A person who has gotten positive feedback during her formative years from the society she is in might have a viewpoint that that society is good, and its institutions worthy of support and continuation. A person who has been made to feel insecure about herself by society in some way might be more prone to want to tear the system down and support more radical ideologies.

Either way, though, a person should be judged upon her fidelity to the Constitution. RGB failed that at first glance.

I think there is something to this. I’ve been noting for years now that so many of the leftist agitators/protestors are either naturally ugly or make themselves ugly. There’s got to be a reason for that.

For females, appearance can effect your entire life. It determines if you have friends, who or even if you can marry, your likelihood of bein hired and your salary once hired. I’ve thought for sometime a lot of the rage and mental illness we see on the left has to do with either real or imagined rejection.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a law on Saturday requiring California to house transgender inmates in prisons based on their gender identity — but only if the state does not have “management or security concerns.”

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation houses men and women in separate facilities. Transgender inmates are often housed based on their sex assigned at birth. Advocates say this is dangerous, particularly for transgender women housed in facilities for men.

The law Newsom signed Saturday says officers must ask inmates privately during the intake process if they identify as transgender, nonbinary or intersex. Those inmates can then request to be placed in a facility that houses either men or women.

Seriously though, Democrats/Liberals are always about elevating women: however, they also always make rules for men to claim to be “women” in order to compete against women. It actually harms real, biological (there is no other type, period) women.

      • The problem is that gender identity has nothing to do with gender preference. Born a boy, now believe you are a girl but you still prefer sex with girls. What could go wrong is a disaster for female inmates. Bruce Jenner (aka now Katlyn) prefers girls, definitely a challenge to get a date, but you get the point. Gavin is so busy being PC or stupid (both?) that he did not think this through. I hope inmates sue his ass personally.

Better idea: Identify one correctional facility as T/G dedicated for all convicted T/Gs. Allow each inmate to choose which side of the facility will be his/her/its home for the duration of that individual’s retreat from the general society of the law-abiding population.

This should go a long way toward protecting each of them from harm inside the pokey, and a long way as well toward ensuring that none of them does harm to other hostel-mates either. Problem solved.

Where they’ve moved the men to women’s prisons, these trans “women” have beaten and raped the actual women prisoners.

Since white men are raped at much higher rates in prison, due to being a minority, I don’t see why trannies need special protections.

    Top triggers for Dementia!

    1. Light
Stop for a moment and think about the last time that you were out in the dark in an area that you were not really familiar with. If you found that to be an intimidating experience, then you understand a little of what seniors with dementia feel when the lighting is too dim. This environmental factor is complicated further when senior aren’t familiar with their surroundings or simply forget where they are.

    2. Noise
Think of a time that you were in a place where it was so loud that you wanted to leave as quickly as possible. Too many sounds or sounds that are too loud confuse seniors with dementia and can cause them to lash out at their Centennial, CO, Alzheimer’s or dementia caregivers. It’s important to pay attention to the area’s sounds to make sure your loved one isn’t bothered by the noise.

    3. Crowds
If you were ever a parent, then you may vividly recall wanting to go to the bathroom for five blissful minutes alone. Yet you found yourself followed by little ones. That is the experience of many seniors with Alzheimer’s or dementia. While it may not be safe for them to be there alone, respect their privacy as much as possible as it can cause them to feel crowded and can cause them to lash out.

Sleepy Joe stays in the basement because he has to or he’ll have an episode…Countdown begins now…

I know I won’t get the smackdown I want to see, and even if I did, I’d feel a little guilty because Biden is so feeble. I’m sure PDT will gauge it accordingly and adjust. If Biden comes out “pumped up” and strong, no problem, his record will sink him. If he comes out for sympathy, he won’t look like a leader. His cross to bear.

If he starts strong and begins to sink that will be an eye opener for the American people, and the president has each of their records on his side no matter which scenario works out, so I’m predicting 1. win 2. win 3. win!!

One officer continually tried to protect his eyes putting his hand up.. others turned their heads down..

At one point one officer took a flashlight away and the protestors yelled about the police stealing the flashlight…..

Now if someone had a gun..threatening the police……. action would be taken..

History is repeating itself before our very eyes. I’m reminded of the Rolling Stone’s song, Sympathy for the Devil and a few of the verses:

      I stuck around St. Petersburg
When I saw it was a time for a change
Killed the czar and his ministers
      Anastasia screamed in vain

and further along in the song:

Just as every cop is a criminal
      And all the sinners saints
      As heads is tails
      Just call me Lucifer
‘Cause I’m in need of some restraint

It is a spiritual battle we are in and it’s time to pray like never before.

From a political point of view, that’s probably good for the president. His supporters know that Biden-Obama cooked up the whole coup. Biden’s supporters either don’t believe it or don’t care. People in the middle (all three of them) don’t care about things that happened over three years ago. Not one person in 100 knows who Andrew McCabe is. It’s a distraction from issues that are more likely to convince and motivate voters like Biden’s senescence, efforts to get rid of police, Biden’s plan for another lockdown and Biden’s plan to raise taxes.

More was said. We were informed that what happens with the Durham probe will depend upon who wins the election. Justice now depends on politics, even with a Republican administration. We know that Democrats run the DOJ like a jukebox whether they are in power or not. The delay for political reasons also indicates that the Durham probe is political. You can be sure that many of his prosecutors are Democrats who would revolt if any indictment came down now. They want the whole thing to go away after the election. We are witnesses to a corrupt FBI and DOJ to this day.

Screw Graham. I don’t know why she gives Ms. Lindsey a forum for his, ”tick tock, just wait” porn.

Here’s my take. Shocked but not surprised. This is a political decision to wait after Nov 3rd. The deep state includes the GOP party. They didn’t want Trump before and after the 2016 election and were silently undermining Trump while he was taking arrows on all fronts. The wicked web must include the GOP deep state….we see you Lindsey, Sasse, Romney etc…. Better to focus on winning the Election, keeping the Senate and winning back Congress. With the Virus, Election and ObamaGate, it’s to much for people to process. If Durham exposes how corrupt or Government is now, which will include the GOP that will hurt the polls, discourage GOP voters to vote for our own crooks and hurt our chances at the final prize.

After the election, Trump will have 4 years to go to town and weed out the Rino’s, FBI, DOJ, State, Obama/Clinton crooks and lock them all up…..

Trump can quickly reverse his deputies’ hidden, pre-election giveaway, said Vaughan, “if he finds out about it.”

    https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/09/25/agency-officials-100000s-indian-chinese-white-collar-visa-workers/amp/?__twitter_impression=true

President Donald Trump’s deputies at the departments of state and homeland security are offering a huge giveaway to at least 400,000 foreign visa workers and their Fortune 500 employers just before the November election.

“This is the news that a lot of people have been waiting for a long time,” Greg Siskind, an immigration lawyer in Memphis, TN, said about the State Department’s giveaway.

The simultaneous giveaway by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is a “crazy [good] thing,” he said on September 24. But he warned that agency officials may quickly suspend their action once they see how many Indian visa workers will claim the surprise benefit. “Good times,” he tweeted.

“The people who are getting screwed are likely Trump voters,” said Jessica Vaughan, policy director at the Center for Immigration Studies. “This policy is sticking a knife in the back of [college graduate] people who would be his supporters.”

Trump can quickly reverse his deputies’ hidden, pre-election giveaway, said Vaughan, “if he finds out about it.”

Officials from DHS and State declined to answer questions from Breitbart News.

I’m not accepting Maria’s breaking news as fact. Barr said a few weeks ago he was committed to letting the American people know what happened before the election. If that is no longer the case, Barr needs to so inform the American people. A disgruntled member of Durham’s team might have leaked misinformation to Maria. Maria should have insisted on talking to Barr first, before reporting this.

I would have Wray, Barr, and the FBI “redactors” in a meeting with POTUS, and everyone one of them should walk out of that meeting with a reamed out ass, and perhaps walking papers.

Trump knew he’d win in 2016, what if, based on the real internal polling, they know it’ll be a blow out.

Wouldn’t it be better to have it be a part of his second term? Plus, if Biden were to somehow (I really don’t believe it’s possible) to get in, then everything they are doing would be immediately stopped, reversed and all current persons, including President Trump would be prosecuted by Obama’s (through Harris) chosen AG.

You think what they did was bad while President Trump was in power, just think of what they can do (suppress evidence, we already know they do it and there’ll be no one to save the day) with Absolute Power.

For better or worse, I think it’s best it plays out after the election. Plus, anyone convicted will be pardoned by the next Democrat President (maybe, depends on the direction of the Dem party after this nightmare, someone distancing themselves from Obama/Clinton won’t do it).

Here is how you know One System of Justice is a huge lie.

    1. When no one is penalized for signing and putting forth a known false FISA before the FISC – 4 times!
    2. When no one is penalized for altering a FIB 302
    3. When no one is penalized for framing a General
    4. When no one is penalized for withholding exculpatory evidence
    5. When no one is penalized from 14 referrals from Congress
    6. When no one is penalized for leaking a FISA to the media
    7. When no one is penalized for unmasking hundreds of Americans
    8. When no one is penalized after they lie and put in official reports saying people were Russia assets when they knew from day one they were western assets
    9. When no one is penalized for allowing and conducting massive illegal spying using the NSA database for years to gather and extract data on millions of Americans after an audit that proves this illegal spying at a rate of 85% of all search queries.
    10. When no one is penalized for setting up an unsecured server and for years using it to conduct official government business
    11. When no one is penalized for claiming the DNC server was hacked by Russians when a simple interview of Assange could prove this too was a total lie.
    12. When no one is penalized for using the Hammer Program to Spy and gather information on thousands of Americans including judges even after testimony from a first hand whistleblower who did the spying and who gave the FIB 47 hard drives of evidence.
    13. When no one is penalized when they knew all along that the sub source for the Dossier was associated with Russian intelligence and they never disclosed this info to the FISA Court before or after they submitted the Dossier to be used with the FISA request.

    And know we have……

    14. When no one is penalized for wiping 31 phones used in the attempted coup of a President.

So please someone tell me how all of this can be ignored with zero penalties if there is truly one system of justice as our Attorney General preaches.

The reality is, IMO that One System of Justice is nothing more than empty words.
