Robert Mueller Investigative Agent Recently Testified Special Counsel Operation was “Intended to Get Trump”…

Well, this MUST READ INTERVIEW should bring all efforts against Flynn to a halt.

U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri, Jeff Jensen, has been conducting an ongoing review of the FBI investigation that led to charges in the case against Michael Flynn. As part of that review an interview was recently conducted (September 17, 2020) with the former Flynn supervisory case agent, William Barnett – who also was assigned to the Special Counsel’s Office investigating Russian interference in the 2016 Presidential Election.

What Special Agent Barnett says under oath about the DOJ and FBI investigations is devastating to the institutions.  Here is his 302 report:

  1. Bogeyfree says:

As I read all the comments, one theme stands out………..

With all of this corruption that occurred under one regime over 8 years how is it possible so few whistleblowers have come forward?

Please remember when someone spends 8-10 years gathering and extracting personal information on thousands and possibly millions of Americans, including judges via the Hammer Spying Program and then the NSA Contractor Spying Program, one would have enough dirt on people to leverage their silence and allegiance forever.

Never forget what the first hand, fact witness and whistleblower, who actually used the Hammer Program to spy said……..

I produced 600 million pages. If you printed out each page it would be thirty miles high stacked one on top of another. The information is very sensitive information. They collected google searches, credit cards, phone records, images, pictures, anything and everything, and they did it for one reason: LEVERAGE. They didn’t know when, but they knew sooner or later they would need that information to use for those leverage against a person … The amount of information is mind-boggling, and I gave all of that to FBI Director Comey’s office.”

No one spends this amount of time gathering data on people without using it IMO.

The key word here is LEVERAGE or a better word might be BLACKMAIL

Bottom line we have TWO MASSIVE SPYING OPERATIONS with a huge amounts of HARD EVIDENCE that sits in front of AG Barr and Durham.

    They have……

    1) The Hammer whistleblower’s actual testimony of who they and he spied upon, who ordered it, how frequently and if judges were spied upon, who were they.

    2) 47 Hard Drives and over 600 million pages of actual spying evidence from the Hammer Program.

    3) an audit conducted by Adm. Rodgers that unequivocally shows just during a 6 month period that over 85% of the searches done by NSA Contractors were illegal with much of the data extracted.

    4) they have a 99 page report from the then head of the FISA Court supporting AND suggesting that this illegal NSA Spying May have gone on for years prior.

These 4 things alone scream NATIONAL SECURITY ISSUE and should have been totally and completely investigated by AG Barr IMO.

    So the question is simply……..

What did AG Barr do about both of these massive National Security issues and the hard evidence that lies at his feet?

Did he ever speak with the Hammer WB? Did he ever see the 47 HD’s? Did he order a complete damage assessment of the NSA Spying Abuse to determine how long and how deep this Illegal Spying Operation was in existence?

The coup on PT is massive by itself but IMO NONE of this Russia Collusion, leaking, framing, lying, media ignorance and money laundering would have been possible without prior LEVERAGE.

IMO Barr and Durham would be doing a HUGE disservice to millions of Americans, to the rule of law and this Republic if both of these documented massive spying operations are ignored and the perpetrators walk away scot free.

Does it matter? The process is the punishment. Faced with a “We’re going to Flynn you too” wouldn’t you stop and wonder if maybe staying silent might not be the better course of action? I read somewhere that the Muslim Brotherhood has a general policy of never promoting or supporting any person they don’t have some dirt on. That way, if one of their people “stray” from the chosen path they have something to drag back into line with. What if the Dom have been using the NSA information to gather information and damning evidence on anyone they are considering promoting or appointing to a judge position. Then when they need the person to do something dirty, they’ve already got them by their balls. Imagine they have dirt on every politician, judge or official appointed by Obama.

            that is correct.

Flynn would have FOUGHT this alone. he’s a true warrior… honorable.. exemplary record.

            THEY KNEW THIS…

SO they turned the heat on his family.

they knew he could not allow that. he is the general. he is the fighter. his family is not of that type. few are.

when you realize the depths these corruptors sought to get him to take it and plead, it’s sickening at so many levels.

everyone has a weakness… that is true..more accurate in this case is Flynn was willing to bargain with the corruptors to spare his family the humiliation, indignity, and suffering he KNEW they would impose…because they could.

no one…not one person was willing to step in and defend him nor his family.

not one single flag officer in the entire service…not one single official.

so he fell on the short sword to prevent the longer knives.

remember these are his loved ones…children wives and their children.

even in defeat the general acts honorably …with moral courage most of us can’t imagine in our experiences and trials.

            before this is finished

those cowards will be punished…and anyone else who took part…and especially those that enabled it.

yes… that means pence is going to get his.hide tanned.

            • I think Flynn was wrong to fold, even for that “noble” purpose, and the reason he folded, in my opinion, is because President Trump did not come to his defense. We keep saying “declassify now”. Well, President Trump forestalled the impeachment by producing the transcript of his call to the Ukraine president. He could have forestalled the Flynn prosecution by releasing the transcript of Flynns calls with Kislyak (I hope I am remembering that name correctly, off the top of my head).

It was just as unnerving to have the President firing Flynn for “lying to the Vice President”, as it was to see Flynn pleading guilty, despite the obvious ridiculousness of that supposed “lie”.

President Trump can’t keep letting Swamp snakes cajole him into appointing no-goods to be his surrogate in the fight — the ongoing war — against the traitorous Deep State, with tentacles everywhere.

Every potential whistleblower was probably “leveraged” too, that s/he could find him/her-self under the same kind of scrutiny and accusations as Flynn.

Then there is Seth Rich who might have been murdered for a lot of reasons none associated with politics, common sense dictates it was NOT a robbery gone bad (thieves generally steal stuff) and Epstein who managed to kill himself at the exact time the cameras were off and the guards were asleep. that’s my analysis.

        its not new.

its the real reason why we still don’t know precisely how flynn was spied on…pen and trap…or standing NSL with a telecom… or hammer proper.

we know he was a direct target…and not incidentally “wittingly” collected. it was a very unuanced hit.

I think it was blatantly intentional. it was a show of power…power that seems to exist far outside the standard fisa or spy powers.

my own assessment is that the UK intel played a role. they seem to really enjoy the russia house narratives… it’s their name sake and brand.

NSL is part of the patriot act..has its roots well before that with fisa.

it is more likely every single components of spy powers were used during Obama for non national security agendas.

that the IC managed to access unlawfully 85 percent of queries as far back as 2010/2012 (earlier?) is a pretty hard piece of evidence they were ALSO abusing many other avenues to steal data.. the argument is simple: if you can get contractors to export from NSA how much more difficult to collect any other way? obviously there were no consequences…so why would they no go for the whole enchilada?

then we have every single major tech company and telecom that has a financial incentive to see trump destroyed… NSL is a real thing. but what is often not discussed is the “voluntary” assistance that big tech provides FOR HANDSOME FEES. behind the scenes all that privacy data people give up freely using personal transponders..street cams.. pubic records.. financial records..all collected legally by BIG DATA.

There isn’t a requirement to use NSL to transfer that data to federal or state investigators..or le ..

the reveal if people were paying attention was the access to ancestry dot com snd 123 and me by LE to solve crimes. there were no laws preventing that access…its there for anyone willing to pay for it.

protip:. stop using biometric tech. you’ll regret it eventually. that’s YOU!! using a proxy for your security lock combination has no equal. its like leaving your fingerprints for every criminal to exploit. as tech moves more toward convenience and efficiency with security…most ppl don’t understand the very real risks.

you can’t wipe your biometric data and start over again…once its compronised and it will… game over.

I believe everyone here at the tree house understands that The Revolution in the USA has turned a sharp corner during the presidency of Donald J Trump. Now the gloves are off. Angelo Codevilla offers an overview of how We got here and what we might expect after November 3rd 2020. There are no comfortable options.

“The revolution long since destroyed the original American republic in the minds, hearts, and habits of a critical mass of citizens. They neither want nor are any longer able to live as Americans had lived until so recently. Loudly, they declare that the rest of us are racists, etc., unworthy of self-government. No one can undo that. Chances are against the undoing happening on its own. The longer we pretend to live under precisely the same laws, the likelier we will end up killing one another. We must not do that. And yet regional differences notwithstanding, we are mostly intermingled. Sorting ourselves into compatible groups is part of the American genius and tradition. More of that has been happening and more will happen yet. If we want to live in peace, as we should, we must contrive to agree to disagree to accommodate peace.” https://americanmind.org/essays/revolution-2020/

Never underestimate the ability of a federal judge to not believe things. For example, an innocent would never plea to something they didn’t do. Because in my court the innocent are never convicted. You know, just ignore the very real cost of money, time, emotions, etc to be paid in defending yourself. In the Sullivan world, the plea was the lie. Like a witness perjuring themselves on the stand in HIS court. He has in own power to hold that witness in contempt. Of course, just ignore the fact you had 3 FBI witnesses ready to come forward and say you did a process 1001 lie to them so you cop to a plea to end the nightmare of a he said, she said case. And of course, a judge like Sullivan, would never side with the FBI witnesses (the same judge that already called you a traitor in open court). and hammer a perjury charge on top of the 1001 charge, if you took the stand to defend yourself. And now we have the continuing production undermining the 3 FBI witnesses (my example), evidence of coercion, over production, withholding of evidence, process and decision making violations, TDS bias and on and on, and heck even mounting evidence of bad motive ‘get TRUMP’ or collect heads around TRUMP. Get after KT MacFarland as the linchpin between Trump, Flynn and the call to Kissliak (‘too keep a cool head about the expulsion of Russian diplomats”) which to Mueller is some kind of high crime? As said by someone above, the only way to get Sullivan to dismiss the case is by demonstrating the open Flynn matter will be a continued conduit of damning, embarrassing, possibly criminal conduct by SC and others and he would be best off to shut down the matter with dismissal because if he goes for conviction the matter will remain open all thru the appeals process. And the next shoe will be evidence the Powell theory is correct – Flynn was going to do an IC audit which would uncover serious wrong doing at the very top (off the book gun running for starters) – and so he had to be stopped and removed, which is directly on point to his defense and plea deal.

Sullivan doesn’t care about right or wrong, or what new truths are unveiled in the Flynn case. His job strictly is to delay as long as possible. Or possibly convict if he is at the end of the line on the delay.

Sullivan doesn’t see this case like the rest of us do. He’s looking through this with a different lens and a different MO. Think about how he handled Senator Stevens from Alaska.

I sort of agree here, but I believe it can be positioned by the campaign in simple soundbites. The names of nichey people are only known to those of us who pay attention. For the LIV, nothing short of a big and obvious name (cough CLINTON cough) or prosecutions designed to call into question the entire government, of which Trump can easily show he is not a part of, will suffice.

All the plot twists and complexities will amount to nothing for overcoming the fraud margin. It has to be distilled down. I am definitely not a political strategist, so I count for not much. BUT, something like laying it all at Hillary’s feet, and that all Democrats participated, because they would not accept the 2016 election, and thats why we are all being put through all of this suffering as a country.

No 302’s, no carefully orchestrated leaks, no dossiers with Australians and British intel, no secret arrests of Assange, Strzoks/Brennans/Weissmanns, etc. All of that is minutiae to the LIV.

We can get to them in Trump 2.0. For now, focus on the prize, which is to win the election. ONLY THEN can we finish smoking out the cockroaches, and assuming Trump wins bigly, I think the dominoes will start to fall VERY FAST.

What a f’d up dynamic taking place in the SC. Here you had interviews taking place with the prosecutors asking questions like a deposition. There is a reason why your Prosecutors have investigators (they are not lawyers) that assist the LEO investigators in major criminal investigations.
The Prosecutors were running interviews as though the subject had already been charged. Notice, as in the courtroom, the Lawyers don’t ask follow up questions when the answers hurt their narrative. It’s the opposing side that follows up. When you are being interviewed during the initial investigation it’s one sided with the questioning. Honest LEO’s always ask follow up questions or qualify your reply for accuracy.
So in essence you had pencil neck lawyers playing cop and they kept 40 FBI agents around to use their signatures for legitimacy. FUBAR

The damage assessment should be (is?) looking at how many convictions are in jeopardy nationwide. How many counter-intel investigations were/are tainted. What the raw numbers are in relation to lawsuits and dollars for framing and/or wrongful convictions. How much of this corruption is a part of any extra-legal ‘national security’ based drone strikes abroad. This is a first class sh** show for sure.

At least as a matter of first impression. the devil isn’t always in the details. We should first appreciate the disinfecting sunlight these recent revelations constitute to the undergirding narrative.

Throughout I’ve noted weaknesses masquerading as strengths. One of the most glaringly obvious being the 17 partisan Democrats running the SCO operation. Bad optics, as the kids say. But since their plan was to find or manufacture a frame-up of Trump to force his resignation or impeachment/removal, they (rightly as it turned out) assessed the perceptual problem as manageable through Allied Media.

And, in any event, it was essential for the purposes of control.

I don’t think it’s coincidental that recent revelations have also peeled a bit more of the onion of how CIA/Brennan shielded his treason via a “hand-picked” team of five and other cute moves.

The totality of the information learned, including Barrett’s 302, is partially rehabilitative of the FBI as an institution, albeit from the depths it was driven to by its leadership. There were agents with integrity involved. The same cannot be said of the SCO and even more so, at least at this point, CIA.

(I know it sounds crazy, or that I’m engaged in “No he’s (Trump) not, you are (Brennan)!” but the likely party belonging to Russian intelligence is Brennan. No one other than me seems to be interested in this:

    https://www.reuters.com/article/us-russia-usa-cia/cia-boss-brennan-visited-moscow-in-early-march-interfax-idUSKCN0WU0S5

As I’ve mentioned previously, conducting a coup under the color of law grows ever more problematical with each passing day it’s in motion. Thus why I labeled these characters Fantasy Stalinists. But, as scary as it is to contemplate that they were able to pull this off for so long in this great republic, it was a solid plan. Any and all of their malefactions in getting to the point of destroying Trump would have been ignored or washed away as inconsequential. Especially since Impeachment isn’t a criminal proceeding.

Finally — and I’m sorry to bury the lede, everything is in motion surrounding the election. Barr’s prodigious efforts to sequester this monumental scandal, ensuring the 2020 election is free and fair, are coming to a head as the malefactors push for non-prosecution assurances in return.

My conclusions from the 100,000 foot level?

    1. Barr is trying to keep tens of thousands of federal convictions being overturned and cases being retried. It is CRYSTAL CLEAR that leadership at the FBI was willing, and DID, conduct phony investigations to try and convict innocent people of crimes. FBI paperwork was forged, altered and reams of exculpatory evidence withheld.

    2. Occam’s razor tells you that Barak Obama, John Brennan, James Clapper, Susan Rice and other high level administration officials were deeply involved in the attempted coup. IMO, that is why the swamp has tasked tens of thousands of anarchist and BLM activists to create racial tension in the country. Can you imagine the reaction if Durham actually indicted Barak Obama?

    3. No one inside, or even near, the beltway in Washington has any clue as to the anger and rage being built up inside law abiding citizens because of the double standard of justice being administered. It is EXTREMELY disconcerting for a people who have lived their lives by believing in the “Rule of Law” seeing it shredded before their eyes by the very people tasked with administering it. We still can’t fathom deliberately becoming lawless and taking the administration of justice into our own hands.

    But that day will come.

If you remember back in the mid-90s a woman named Susan Smith in South Carolina put her 3 kids in the car and ran the car into a lake deliberately drowning them. She initially claimed she was kidnapped. She finally admitted it.

Depravity like that should not be tolerated. Susan Smith is eligible for parole November 4, 2024.

I remember telling someone at that time that the BEST thing that could have happened would have been for ALL of the people of that community to march to the courthouse and forcibly removed Susan Smith from jail and hung her on town square.

There have to be consequences. PERIOD. Laws mean nothing if there are no consequences.

William Barr, there have to be consequences. If people are not punished, this lawlessness in the DOJ and FBI will never stop.

For years as you grow – and you work from sun up to sun down, pay taxes, buy a house and pay more taxes – you think I live in a great country where government and people share the same goals. Essentially, you think – we live in place where the delicate balance of personal freedoms and national interests are abided by. Thank God for the constitution- All is well.

Then you read this shit and realize we have been ruled like a Banana Republic.

I wonder if these FBI Agents can find the continent of South America on a map.

Defund Government and the FBI, get rid of all of them, start from scratch and operate Government like a business, with accountability and responsibility. We are going to Hell in a hand basket and the Democrats are leading the way. The RATS will self implode and take us with them. How utterly disturbing and disappointing to know the greatness of America is being run into the ground by useful idiots in control.

I wonder if the qualified definition of whistleblower within the FBI is you got caught committing wrongdoing, admitted it happened and blamed others when cornered.

Write a book on that Comey.

The institutions are over for half the country. Too late.

Cushy jobs where you play games wrecking innocent people’s lives, great salaries, benefits to die for, virtually can not be fired, and anything and everything can be covered up, lost, destroyed, wiped clean, redacted, interpreted any which way.
I guess the “cleaning”, even with any indictments, doesn’t include changing any of this?
Of course not. Then somebody would actually have to do some real work.
    Heaven forbid that ever happens.

The same thoughts occurred to me. It seems those agency folks spend all day on texting complaints and comments to each other and further complain about “how busy they are.” Then, under interrogation, they say not much was going on in an investigation for weeks or months at a time.

Being self-unemployed, I’m self-authorized to waste time at no charge to anyone; those bureaucrats are not.

I often wonder if President Trump had any idea before he was elected, the level of corruption and the depth of it’s over reaching tentacles. Putting his business on hold, exposing his family, all while not even being paid to wrangle in these POS… the guy is amazing. How much smarter are we…because of him. I know if feel really blessed to have a President (finally) who really loves this country. Thank you President Trump. God Bless you.

I believe he and a team of patriots knew much of it before he ran, and that he ran precisely to confront it.

Trump is a supremely confident man, but he’s anything but stupid and would not put his family and himself at undue risk for an ego trip. He had to have confidence in a plan to get the job done.

The patriots in various departments and agencies, but especially the DIA and NSA, had the evidence. What they needed was a patriot in the Oval Office who would:

      1. Appoint honest, non-corrupt federal judges to fill the vacancies;
      2. Clean out the FBI 7th floor and plenty of others at DOJ/FBI…

So that the evidence controlled by the NSA and DIA and by other patriots could be brought to light.

That’s the only story line that adds up for me.

Each day we seem to get one step closer to a full disclosure to the truth, but it sure seems like it is aimed at sustaining the status quo with respect to the Russia interference narrative. I wonder if full disclosure will ever happen in our lifetime? Thanks again Sundance and team for continuing to dig away at what will be the greatest story of Government corruption ever undertaken in the USA. Makes you wonder if the USA will ever be able to overcome it.

We see this distortion and bias every day, Wolf. You’ve had a front row seat to CNN’s implosion. You can kid yourself into thinking you are doing journalism but the non-stop bias is obvious to Americans. https://t.co/VnWnTpST4f— Richard Grenell (@RichardGrenell) September 25, 2020

Just like the shooting in Louisville, Ky. the media fueled the violence with a completely bogus narrative. This is the media setting up the after election violence.

My local station Fox 13 Tampa came clean last night on Briana Taylor .. pointed out the truth on the police action… I was amazed..

. Also had a disturbance in St. Pete the other night.. the Police Chief said no charges were filled even with video tape of the BLM rioters because the victims chose not to file charges.. could that be because they know the Police in St Pete won’t protect them.. and while this disturbance was going on.. and being Video Taped..WHERE WERE THE ST. PETE POLICE…

After all if a bank is robed and there is a video .. is St Pete police not going to investigate because no police officer was there?

        Time to MAGA..

St.Pete and Pinellas Co. very Liberal. Beach Drive is where the Money interest go to dine in St. Pete. The Police were very close by. By not pressing charges the business owners were virtue signaling they are woke.

The county is liberal, but the sheriff’s department is not. My nephew being one of them! The victims are in a tough spot; I’m sure they don’t want to be targeted , but they already are (as we all will continue to be), so pick your poison.

I’ve read the document and it is terrible, revealing, but very much like our host – SUNDANCE – has shown us it must have been.
However, I found one riddle that I hope either SUNDANCE or someone else in the Treehouse can solve.
On page 5, when BARNETT is trying to close down the investigation, he is suddenly told not to do it. One of the reasons given is that Gen. Flynn may have committed a breach of the LOGAN ACT. But this happens on the 4th January 2017, one day before the White House meeting, when Biden brings up the Logan Act.
Was that a coincidence, or is that an indication that there was a continuous contact between the WH and the FBI? (In that case probably via Strzok.)

Their castle walls are not only breached but crumbling.

Maybe just a bit like Jericho, surrounded by Joshua and the children of Israel. After seven days of encirclement, marching and blowing the rams horns, at the appointed time, up goes the victory shout and the walls come tumbling down.

Can we have a peaceful protest at Judge Sullivan’s courthouse this morning. How about 10,000 patriots shouting “Free General Flynn.”

After that the peaceful protest marches on the FBI building shouting “FIRE WRAY.”

I was thinking this morning how much Judge Sullivan had reverse engineered Michael Flynn’s innocence, but he might have put nail in Biden’s coffin too.

when I look at this information, I see now why there are so many judges that are allowed to just tell President Trump he cant do something and now if I was him I would no longer take anything they have to say as following the law and I would just go on and do what I want These Obama judges are all crooked and have given obama leverage over the President and its time for him to clean out the white house and all of these people who work in Washington and do so right now
