That flight log shows a “John Roberts” flying from Palm Beach International Airport in Florida to Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. That alone doesn’t put “John Roberts” on Pedo Island. I hope people here remember “Michael Cohen” and his trip to Prague. WRONG “Michael Cohen” and I dare to say “John Roberts” is a much more common name than ‘Michael Cohen”. Are there any pilots here with input?

The Epstein pilot has not come forward, as of yet, to either disqualify or qualify that the name on the manifest it JUSTICE JOHN ROBERTS!!!

Not only that – but there are, I’ll bet, literally thousands of people with the name John Roberts.

Where’s the proof it was that John Roberts?

(I can just imagine if my name was John Doe [such people do exist], that every time an unidentified male passed away, everyone assumed it was me specifically).

          • WhiteBoard says:

fox news reporter is named John Roberts

I know a local musician of this name.

I wouldn’t be at all surprised if practically everyone here knew someone of this name.

However, what makes me wonder is – SPEAKERPHONE? How many people were on those calls… iphones in pockets set to record maybe?

      • Somebody says:

Since justice Robert’s lives in DC, I don’t think he’d fly to Teterboro. He’d have to go into NYC and catch a flight or train back to DC.

    • theunknownpatriot says:

That isn’t even for Epstein’s plane. It’s the pilots log. There are multiple planes on his log. Someone on did some great research into it. He tracked down the owner of the plane and a pretty good guess as to who the actual John Roberts on that plane was. You can read his stuff here:

    • rharkonen says:

Once tried to find that page in the publicly released flight logs, but couldn’t. Maybe not all the logs are on-line, or maybe its fake. Has anyone else found it in the context of the rest of an Epstein log in a court document release, or just as that single page?

So we are about to go through the selection process for a new SCOTUS judge and if the dems dont get their way what will happen?…promised riots, fires and mayhem with dem party leaders threatening to change our system.

Sidney Powell’s appeal doesn’t go the way she or Republicans hoped and what happens? .. back to the boardroom to rework the strategy within the law. General Flynn calls for faith, prayers and voter turnout

    Therefore dems = fascist thugs.

While I am surprised that Nancy and Chuck do not care their party projects this image I also realize we have all known this for sometime. Corporate media has just been sugar coating dem actions for 30 plus years

    Observations From a Smaller Limb.

Existing home sales data came in for September (August Sales). This includes single family homes, town homes, condominiums and co-ops. Projected at 6.05M came in at 6.00M. This a 2.4 % increase from July providing us with the highest existing home sales level since 2006.

    Regional comparison.
    Sales +13.85:+5.7% above 2019 :
    Median Price +10.4% from 2019

    Sales; +1.4%: +9.3% above 2019
    Median Price: +10.7% from 2019

    Sales: 0.8%:+13.05 above 2019 :
    Median Price: +12.3%. from 2019

    Sales: +0.8:+9.6% above 2019
    Median Price: +11.8% from 2019

The Northeast has finally decided to join the move made earlier by the rest of the country. Nationwide 31% of the purchasers were first time buyers. Distressed sales were less than 1% actually down from last years August 2% number.

    Taking a look at previous months starting with March (February sales) we see the following trend;
    March: 5.77M
    April: 5.27M
    May: 4.33M
    June: 3.91M
    July: 4.72M

Sure hope the President doesn’t nominate Barrett. Two weeks ago she voted to uphold Pritzker’s clearly unconstitutional lock down, and saw no problem with him exempting BLM and Antifa. Everything about her screams open borders leftist. I wonder if adopting Haitians was her husband’s idea or if instead she ordered him to go along with it.

    Liked by 7 people

    • Did Pritzker actually grant exemptions to antifa and BLM, or was it a matter of not trying to enforce his order on the rioters!

    • alligatriot says:

I am not a legal expert. I don’t know details about Judge Barrett, but I’m learning.

The facts of the case brought by the GOP in June, looking to allow political gatherings of more than 10 people, seem to have been decided along constitutional lines, and actually upheld the governor’s decision to allow larger number of people to gather for religious worship.

The court found no written exemptions for BLM/Antifa by the governor, even though he has expressed support for those movements.

I haven’t come across any actual facts yet that “screams open borders leftist”.

Your comment concerning adopting Haitians appears to be ad hominem due to your dislike of the person.

President Trump will make a decision based upon whom he considers is the best candidate for the job at this time in history. Hopefully, we will all be able to support that decision, in spite of our own personal prejudices.

Looking forward to more discussion on all of his candidates as I continue to seek information.

Well, you have to look at WHY she did it.
Lawyers still have to make a legitimate case – relying solely on the judge to churn out conservative opinions alone doesn’t work. If you have crappy lawyers making the argument, Clarence Thomas himself can’t fix that.

Because they’re honest, and not like Judge Sullivan.

          2. What does slamming or mocking Biden achieve? Juvenile stunts can easily backfire – while he pisses off the newly converted. Democrats are spending heavily, saying Trump will rob Social Security.

          3. LEGAL IMPLICATIONS. Do you want the many crooks to do time, or to skate? POTUS uses the world’s biggest microphone to say “I told you Comey was crooked”, “I told you Strzok spied on me”, etc. – and the world’s best defense lawyers will have a FIELD DAY. “Judge, Jury, it is impossible for my client to get a fair trial when the POTUS has been on TV 32 times over six months slandering my client on ABC, NBC, CBS, and elsewhere, and including 53 tweets read by over 200 Million people… I ask that all charges be immediately dropped as a Summary Judgement. This has been the most widely communicated case of slander and character assasination in history.”

If the crooks are Indicted, why would Trump have to yap? AG Barr & Durham would have produced. He also will anger an already highly biased jury pool (if it isn’t moved). So a short term thrill and most walk. Amazingly short sighted.

There is this thing called “Freedom of Association” that has been endorsed since way way back in the founding of the nation. Have always wondered why compulsory schooling laws were able to be enacted since they directly contradict freedom of association.

You do need to make sure your kids can read and do basic arithmetic, and accumulate the basic cultural knowledge they need to be successful adults.

But (a) many public schools do not address that basic goal effectively, and
      (b) if the other kids in the classroom punch, bite, throw other students against bookshelves so that they die as a result (as happened some months ago in South Carolina) well, my children/grandchildren don’t need to be in any such classroom. I do not understand how anyone can force parents to send their children to such a school:

These bozos have zero problem with families of color starting pods. Why not all parents? It’s the most sensible way to educate with lowered stress levels, lowered disease levels, lowered crime levels. PODS for the win

This is one avenue of attack the Democrats will take during the hearings. I pray to God she’s ready to be trashed for her Catholic dogma which runs deep in her. If she breaks and cries the Democrats will celebrate it and get the weak kneed fence sitting Republicans to drift away from her nomination saying she’s not of the right temperament! Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh urged Senate Republicans to skip the confirmation hearing process for President Trump’s soon-to-be announced Supreme Court nominee and head straight to a floor vote.

“I want the Judiciary Committee — that could be great if it were skipped,” Limbaugh said Monday on his daily radio program. “We don’t need to open that up for whatever length of time, so that whoever this nominee is can be Kavanaugh’d, or Borked, or Thomas’d. Because that’s what it’s going to be, especially when it’s not even required.” …Quote, “A president for as long as he or she is president has the power to nominate a person to fill a Supreme Court seat. And that nominee” — I’m quoting McCarthy here, not the Constitution — “that nominee can fill the seat only with the advice and the consent of the Senate.” And that’s it. Everything else is political posturing. Everything else is politics. There’s only two rules. President gets to nominate, Senate gets to advise and consent. And that can be something as simple as a vote.

You do not have to have the Judiciary Committee conduct hearings. That’s only a tradition that evolved, and it’s something that’s taken place, but it is not required. It’s not mandated. It really isn’t, folks. The Senate does not get to pick their own nominee, which is what Chuck Schumer and the rest of the Democrats want you to think. They want you to think the president doesn’t have any idea what he’s doing, he doesn’t get a choice in the matter, only the Democrats get to choose, and they don’t. All the rest of this is nothing more than political posturing.

A couple of examples that will be in the news soon. Apparatchik No 1: Tashina Gauhar. Apparatchik No 2: George Toscas. The Siamese twins of the DoJ. The Dynamic Duo of the FISA courts. Tashina, once (briefly) a Civil Rights attorney in private practice, was hired by the DoJ as a “General Attorney” (paper pusher) in 2003/2004. . She had a BA from Loyola College and was admitted in the Law School of the University of Maryland in 1997. She was an “associate” at DLA Piper (then Piper Marbury Rudnick and Wolfe, LLP. In 2002 she was still with Piper as second banana in bankrupcy proceedings . In 2006, she and George Toscas were moved to a new office, a “partnership with U.S. attorneys’ offices and the FBI – in what are considered broad national security investigations.” Not bad for a bankrupcy gal friday.

“Toscas and Tashina Gauhar, the DA attorney general for intelligence, have offices next to each other and say they are in constant communication. The division is the liaison between Justice Department headquarters and the intelligence community.” . Then came Eric Holder, the gun dealer for the Sinaloa Cartel, and in September of 2009, a new division was created.: A “National Security team”! And up went Tash and Georgie.

Tashina Gauhar as the “Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Intelligence;” and George Toscas as the “Acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Counterterrorism and Counterespionage.” Deep Staters who eat together, stay together. . Guess who carried the FBI’s water in FISC (yep, the FISA Court)? Take a peak here in 2011: . Or, perchance, in 2013
