Soros Funded St. Louis City Prosecutor Executes Search Warrant Against Couple Who Defended Their Home, Firearm Seized…

Soros funded St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, the city’s prosecutor, previously said she would be investigating Mark & Patricia McCloskey for having the audacity to protect their home from violent Black Lives Matter thugs who tore down a gate and stormed their property.

Yesterday Ms. Gardner issued a search warrant to confiscate the firearms the McCloskey’s used to defend themselves.

According to local media reports the warrant was executed Friday night at the McCloskey’s home in St. Louis’s affluent Central West End neighborhood.

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) — A search warrant was executed Friday evening at the Central West End of Mark and Patricia McCloskey, their attorney told News 4.

The McCloskeys made national news when they pointed guns at protesters from the lawn of their home on Portland Place on June 28. Protesters were marching to Mayor Lyda Krewson’s house.

Joel Schwartz, who is now representing the McCloskeys, would not comment on whether anything was seized from the home. The pair was previously represented by Al Watkins.

According to Watkins, the search warrant was executed because Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner “sought weapons held by Mr. and Mrs. McCloskey during June 28, 2020 in defense of themselves and their home at time of the march.” The attorney said he had been given possession of the couple’s hand gun so it could be used as an exhibit in court following the incident and was not dischargeable. THIS right here is why I’m advocating people move to a Red State where they can legally stand their ground. People think I’m crazy. I do not care. If you can’t stand your ground, you are not safe. All the brave talk all over the country from gun owners is going to get people nowhere when it comes time to defend your home and your family. There’s no way to find and “fire” or “un-elect” these Soros plants. They’re everywhere – almost. I am advocating for “Peaceful Separation” between blue and red states. Then we can talk secession. Move to a safe haven while you can is all I’m saying. The civil war has already kicked off.

Red state or not, if the District Attorneys are among the hundreds — if not thousands — of those whom George Soros has hand-picked and funded when they ran for office (47 states elect their chief prosecutors, and many like Arizona with 15 and Arkansas with 28 have numerous chief prosecutors) then the law is subverted from the outset.

Same holds true for the judiciary, many of whom are elected, and so far down ballot that only the politically wise voter will take the time and effort to do a thorough research of their background and record. It takes a lot of time, believe me.

Any of us who are familiar with William Shirer’s “Rise and Fall of the Third Reich,” will recall that essential to Hitler’s rise to dictatorship was his early realization that the judiciary had to be culled of all but the most loyal to the Fuhrer’s agenda.

While Soros is no Hitler (he’s too old for that) his many leftist thugs-in-robes eagerly embrace Soros’ Hitler-esque agenda (and his cash), as do also the DeBlasios, Insleys, Wittmer, and Newsoms in the governor set.

In fact, someone (other than me) could do a great service in the cause of MAGA to launch a website dedicated to listing — exposing— every single office holder in the US who has benefitted from Soros’ largesse and who is pulled by Soros’ strings.

And Soros is not alone in his seditious efforts, but he is the one most in the public eye.

Plus Soreass invests heavily into Secretary of State so when election problems come to them they do what he say and George is not doing this all on his own.

Note that this action, by a lying prosecutor, is in an “affluent” neighborhood, which just means she wants to “make the privileged white folks pay”. Uppity White folks, that is, daring to threaten “peaceful protestors exercising their First Amendment rights”.

it is, of course, entirely false on its face. It.s not just a civil war, it is a race war. It is the main spear of the War of the Insane Left, as I have been calling it from early in Obama’s tenure as President..

“… it is a race war.”
Unfortunately, this is exactly right. However, the main race war is being waged by international communism against the European peoples. The communists at the end of World War 1 were poised to sweep across Europe. They failed and the communists (correctly) saw that resistance of conservative European working class people played a vital role. They decided that establishing global communism would be easier if homogeneous European nations were destroyed as coherent entities.

It’s why former East German communist youth leader Angela Merkel goes into periodic fits demanding that Hungary open its borders. The rest of European civilization (including America) is having its borders pried open and homogeneous nations capable of offering collective organized resistance are being destroyed piecemeal as their cultural cohesion and national self-will is shattered by hordes of unassimilable foreigners. Eastern Europe resists and is better off for having done so. Neither the communists nor globalists (internationalist capitalists) want the example of free unoccupied nations living in stable prosperity in their own lands to undermine their multicultural project in the rest of Europe.

I know it’s not that simple, but I do believe some states are unsafe for anyone who is a Patriot to the U.S. Constitution.

      They ARE everywhere.

We need to fight them everywhere.

I moved to a blue state which had been a red state — in fact, during the 1930s the reddest (most anti-FDR) state in the Union — to help the minority again become the majority.

Retreat is the wrong strategy, if only because eventually you will have no place in which to retreat.

No, what patriots did during the first civil war, which we call the American Revolution, was to fight the Tories and eventually eject as many of them as they could, and confiscate their property for sale to pay off each state’s debts incurred during the war.

During the 2nd civil war, which we call THE Civil War, Lincoln said that all of America belonged to all Americans. That deal was settled. There is no such thing as secession.

No, the is a culture war in which we need to eject not only the purported 26.5 million illegal aliens squatting here but also as many of the communists as we can.

Now, President Trump could be doing this by using the Insurrection Act, the Communist Control Act, federalization of the National Guard, declaration of martial law — he has any number of legal instruments in which to keep America from sliding into full-bore communism.

Right now President Trump is pursuing the electoral route, and hoping that he will win an overwhelming victory in November. And he would, if voter fraud were not such a horrendous and pervasive problem, being THE MAIN WAY THAT DEMONRATS STAY IN OFFICE. In a fair fight, demonRATs lose in a lot of places you wouldn’t think possible.

But as Stalin said, what matters is not who votes, but who counts the votes.

If I were President I would already have gone full-bore Pinochet.

You see, we’re law-abiding citizens, and we have an abhorrence for vigilantism, and rightly so. The left, however, has its own death squads — which is exactly what Hitlary and Slick Willy and shitbama have been using. Everyone assumes that Roberts and Gorsuch and any number of other cowardly RINOs turn coat because the left “has something on them.’

No. That isn’t it at all. Think Scalia died of heart failure. Think again.

The left’s threat against players like Roberts came out into the open during the riots. The threat isn’t blackmail. It’s murder. Murder of whole families. Hitlary and company put Michael Corleone in the shade.

You are correct that this IS civil war. This is the communist way. Violence is their coin of the realm. But don’t make the mistake of thinking you can run to an island where they will let you alone. Communism is pure evil, and what communists do best — as I have said over and over and over again — is to kill. Kill on an industrial scale. It is all that they are good at, but guess what? It’s enough to stay in power.

You cannot run from, negotiate with, or reason with communists.

As I understand it, Missouri is a ‘Castle Doctrine’ state. I believe this is the specific Missouri language:

    – The use of force to defend one’s self is justified when the person believes there is a certain risk of death, or great physical harm. This also applies when someone is trying to break into an occupied vehicle or home. There is no duty to treat inside one’s home or vehicle. [Meaning, I believe, that you aren’t required to make any effort to retreat.]

You can read that as the rioters were lucky the McCloskeys didn’t shoot any of them, which they would’ve been justified in, under the MO doctrine. Recall that the rioters were threatening to kill them (and their dog) and burn their house down. They should’ve been lauded for showing so much restraint, but obviously nowadays being a law-abiding citizen will only bring the full weight of the law down on your head.

I also read that Missouri even significantly expanded their Castle doctrine in 2017 so that:

    – Other changes include expansion of Missouri’s castle doctrine that will now allow for lawful guests to defend the property as though it were their own, and other language that all but removes the legal need to retreat before using deadly force.

I don’t care if the McCloskeys are conservative or liberal. They are as much a victim of a seditious, rogue prosecutor as anyone else and that’s enough for me. I suspect they may rethink their past political allegiances in any event.

      *****
That’s the key phrase, defense of person’s against a deadly threat. Defense of property, using deadly force, is illegal in 49 States. Castle doctrine and Stand your ground basically relieves the person of the requirement of “retreat”. Missouri, IIRC also specifies “highly defensible” property, ie. dwelling, home, occupied vehicle and many states also place of business. Forced entry into these locations is assumed by its very nature to be a “deadly threat”. All States have differences in statutes, case law, jury instructions re:self defense; in today’s highly politicized legal environment, no charges vs long prison sentence can be a real crap shoot in a self defense claim.

          B) Doesn’t MATTER. The law not only doesn’t say you can’t bring a gun to a knifefight, it implicitly says you CAN.

In Missouri, the use of force and the threatened use of force are separate acts. The use of deadly force is reserved for defense of person from an act which is likely to cause death or great bodily harm. However, the threat to use deadly force can be used in any lawful defensive situation. So, while it is not legal to shoot, or attempt to shoot, a person, for simple trespass, a person can threaten to shoot that trespasser.

But, in this case, there is another factor, disparity of force. Here we have a large group who is threatening the home owner with death. Even if they were not armed with deadly weapons [though reports do say that some of the marchers were armed with firearms] a group of that size represented a deadly threat.

And, in Missouri, a person does not have to retreat from a location which they lawfully occupy.

The ‘court of public opinion’ in St. Louis city is pretty degraded. St. Louis was a major, sophisticated, leading city over a century ago. They were so sophisticated that they separated themselves by state constitution from the deplorables in the surrounding county.

The city was then taken over by organized crime, jobs and companies moved to the county, and poverty set into the city. St. Louis city lost as much, or more population as Detroit city from WWII to the present, IIRC. The Federal Courts imposed mandatory bussing, which forced jobs and population beyond a busride, to further-away ring counties. And the whole metropolitan area slowly lost its historical prominence.

Efforts like those by this couple to restore the ‘west end’ to former glory are common, especially since bussing was stopped. But ultimately risky for safety in a dem-controlled city politically isolated from productive areas of the state.

It’s clear that we have become a nation without law and order, I don’t know what to think about Bill Barr and anyone else who will go after these people.
All I can think is that we need a hundred thousand strong to go down to D.C. and arrest and try all of those in government ourselves.
I don’t know what else is going to work without all of us jumping into the frying pan ourselves.

I agree with YOUR comment, but ALSO with TheHumanCondition, right below.

Yes, we all need to calm down, they are not knocking on doors, nationwide and confiscating guns.

But, we DO need to SERIOUSLY consider that at some point in the near future, we WILL need to converge on D.C., in #’s no one has ever seen before.

      One scenario; PDJT’s inaugeration.

Two scenario; by obvious ballot fraud, or another shampeachment, or any OTHER method, they attempt to remove PDJT from office.

Three scenario; unknown until it happens.

At which point, we need so many patriots to converge on DC, that every street becomes a parking lot, not only IN D.C. but for many miles around.

People are camping in tents, or in their vehicles, and easily # in the tens of millions.

You know Woodstock? “The New York State thruways closed, man!”
      Yeah, like THAT!

When the ‘it’ that is the trigger happens, it may come with little notice. Planning supplies, maps and routes NOW is only being prudent.

So, thats what I am doing; I am “prepping” for a trip to D.C., for PDJT’S Inaugeral, in Jan 2021.

With alternate destination of Mar a Lago in Florida, and recognising the timing is flexible.

Great, I’ll see you there! We can’t know WHAT the triggering event will be, only that it WILL inevitably come.
I pray it is inaugeration, 2021.

But whatever it is, we need to be ready. With massive #’s, our presence may be all thats required.

Suggest you google, or duck duck go “Velvet revolution” and “Hong Kong protests” in order to familiarise yourself on how triggering events can work.

Quite fascinating bit of mass psychology; people take it, and take it, countless incidents of insult.
They grouse about it, but while a few “early to the party” types call for action,….nothing.

Then, the ‘triggering event’; in itself, no worse than many previous events/insults, but some how, on a visceral level, millions of people reach that critical point, that my Dear old Dad called “there is SOME sh*t, up with which I will not put!”

Often, as in Velvet revolution there was no conversation, no planning, no provisioning.

People just stopped whatever they were doing, went into the street, joined arms with their neighbors, and singing patriotic songs, began marching towards the Capitol.

And, bear in mind they had no 2A, and were defying the Soviet Union, that had brutally crushed uprisings in the past.

They ALL had that “honeybadger attitude”, and were prepared to die, rather than take it, anymore.

No government can prevail, unless the people LET it, no matter how totalitarian or brutal.
If ENOUGH of the populace refuse to afford the government recognition and legitimacy, it collapses.

Its the big secret they don’t want us to recognise, and that our Constitution proclaims, in the first words, and our Declaration of Independance clearly enumerates.

THEY can NOT succeed in subjugating us, unless we LET them; never forget it, and tell everyone you know!

Even if, and that’s a big if, Barr steps in to correct it, the corrupt and criminal DA’s will see no consequences for their actions, and will feel empowered to do it again and again

Meanwhile, the citizens who find themselves entrapped by these unlawful type of actions, even if the cases are dropped, will have suffered the consequences of arrest, the headache defending themselves and having to spend big money on that defense, which sends the message out to other citizens, “don’t you dare oppose our rule”

The bigger picture is the conditioning of Whites not to defend themselves . If you cross their red-line and defend yourself their will be consequences.

In some locals this conditioning has been going on for many years.

For example, I went to Chicago Public Schools on the South Side. My grade school and high school were 35% Black and in many ways the sociology of the schools were that of the American prison system.

The Black kids would use intimidation and violence against White kids to “get over”. The Leftist White teachers would turn a blind eye to the abuse – like prison guards do.

I was one of the twenty percent of the White boys that fought back – the adrenaline rush was addicting lol.

I was in 5th grade and this Black kid was talking smack. He got in my space and I beat him down and my Leftist White teacher broke her fingernails while trying to pull me off him when I was grounding and pounding.

A week later, a Chicago School Psychologist pulled me out of class in plain view of my classmates (it was common knowledge to the students that the school Psychologist dealt with the “crazy kids”).

The Leftist School Psychologist “diagnosed” me with anger issues. She called my mother in and tried to convince her I should no longer participate in full contact sports. My Father objected and I continued to play football, wrestle and amateur box.

The goal of the School Psychologist was to emasculate the white boys. We are witnessing the effects today.

So many whites are willingly drop to the fetal position and take a beating to avoid being called a racist – the preferred weapon of Cultural Marxists.

Please bear with me. IMO the lead topic in this post is directly connected to the topic of this thread. One thing dangerously leads the other. They needed to test us, and fate assisted the Chi-Coms to drop the perfect opportunity right into their laps.

They probed our willingness to accept being bullied by the tyrannical “blue Governors” who kept us off the streets and locked down inside our own homes for three months. Their bet paid off better than they could have imagined it would. They took their measure of our willingness to cooperate – and like the good citizens that we are, we fully and peacefully cooperated.

The real virus was tough on our elderly and the families of all those who were, and are, at high risk from age and “co-morbidities”. No disagreement about that from this kid. We, the Nation, State by State, agreed in good faith; virtually without question.

Our cooperation now, with the exponentially inflated daily “number of new cases”, along with the more newly mandated masks 24/7, closed parks, and closed beaches have continued the restrictions that these Governors have unilaterally, and dictatorially imposed on us.

It started with, “Your children cannot go to school.”
Then…”It’s not safe for you to go to work. Work from home, or close your operation.”
“It’s too dangerous to be in the presence of anyone who does not live under your roof.”
“No social gatherings. You or someone near you may be an asymptomatic transmitter.”
“No athletic events. No movie theaters. Restaurants must remain closed or take out only.”
        “NO CHURCH SERVICES ON PREMISES.”
“You can’t enter nursing homes or residential elder care facilities to visit your loved ones.”
“AND YOU STILL CANNOT HOLD A FUNERAL OR MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR YOUR GRANDMOTHER IF SHE DIED DURING THE LOCK-DOWN.”
“Keep your children at home and don’t let them play with others.”
“No parks. No beaches. No closer than 6′ to anyone in public.”
“Masks won’t help – the virus is small enough to get through the filters.”
“Oops, masks are the answer, as is social distancing, and, and, and…”
“The number of new cases is going down. / The number of new cases is exploding.”
“We may need to shut down again.”
And so much more… all unilaterally imposed – outside the Constitutional limits on government powers.

Here’s how the above topic connects below:
They took our measure. We complied gracefully, placidly, and in good faith. Now they – the puppeteers, believe we have accepted tyranny as a matter of course and believe we will not rise up EFFECTIVELY to take back the Rights that are ours, secured by our Constitution.

The monied powers who are directing the planned chaos are using the brain washed, and I believe drug induced, mob to jar our nerves, upset our equilibrium, disturb our sense of security, and convince us that they have the numbers, the conviction, the puppet politicos in place, and the muscle to destroy law and order everywhere in our country – with no viable, tangible defense, or threat, posed by us.

They used the virus shut-down as a test. In my opinion, at least for this volatile moment in history, our acquiescence – full-on obedience in the face of a governmentally imposed usurpation of our Constitutional Rights – exceeded their wildest hopes and ambitions for the success of the Soros-Obama & Co. plan. Cue Sundance’s meme of Sauron’s all-seeing eye.

We need our own plan, the will, the organization, and the determination to execute it – and destroy the enemy’s plan. I pray that the “protest”, planned for Martinez, CA tomorrow, does not materialize, or at the very least, that the Sheriff’s Dept. is prepared and willing to keep the peace secured.

(he got all 3, the third is in hospital)

A Wesley Chapel, Florida, homeowner shot and killed two out of three home invasion suspects Friday morning.

Fox 35 reports that the homeowner was playing video games when he heard glass breaking just before 1:00 a.m. He retrieved a gun and shot one suspect in a hallway, then fired again when a second suspect allegedly appeared in the hallway with a gun.

Sheriff Chris Nocco says the suspect fired his gun, then it jammed. The homeowner shot him. Then a third suspect appeared in the hallway. The homeowner shot the third suspect as well.

The homeowner’s gun then jammed and he went to grab another gun. When he returned he saw that the third suspect had gotten up and fled the scene.

The Tampa Bay Times reports that the first gun the homeowner retrieved was a Glock 19 and the second was a Kriss Vector 10mm semi-automatic rifle.

Two of the three suspects died at the scene. The third was hospitalized.

Re-electing Trump as President in November is the most important vote IMO. But stories like this indicate that local elections for mayors and city Attorney’s etc are as important or almost as important as the election of Senators and Reps on people’s lives. To the McCloskey’s its obvious the local vote for Circuit Attorney was the most important vote at the time but they might have voted her in given Mr. McClosky’s previous political views and legal cases.

It doesn’t seem (I might be wrong) that the Republican party at large is spending much time and money in these lawless states and cities. It appears that President Trump has to take the lead once again and encourage his voters to participate more often in local elections.

Purely intimidation move by the District Attorney. She knows the couple had the right to defend themselves & their property but she’s trying to intimidate the next person who feels the need to protect life & property.

Realize that if the November election is stolen, the VERY FIRST STEP that the communists will take is to disarm us. They will do nothing so foolish as to seek a pitched battle, however.

No, the tactic will be as it has been down thru the decades: We will be boiled alive, slowly, unknowingly, like the frog in the pot. The main instrumentality has already been invented, tested, and proved out: the so-called RED FLAG LAWS.

With these and future, more expansive and all-encompassing versions of such “laws” on the books, the communists will dispatch special red flag squads they have also already tested and proved out.

Our current experience with mayors and governors illegally substituting “executive orders,” i.e., Gestapo edicts, to replace actual laws debated and passed by a legislature and signed into law by the executive, demonstrates how fabulously easy it will be to control us. It’s a cinch.

Hell, the massive unconstitutionality of executive orders to do basically whatever strikes a governor’s fancy — such as outlawing motorboats but allowing canoes — has now been in use for half a year without even a peep from our fabled Department of Justice. The governors and mayors have gotten away with figurative murder. The next stage is to get away with literal murder.

So it will happen. One by one they will red flag each of us, and a special squad trained for this detail just as Hitler’s round-up squads were trained for theirs, will assault each home, silently, quickly, and the weapons will be seized. Whether we have 600 million guns or 700 million, they will all be seized.

You’re talking about leftists, who have managed to kill nearly 800 million unborn and embroyos since 1965. They’re good at this. They know what our anger thresholds are, and, knowing that, they will stay just below our level of “actionable outrage” and take us down before we know what hit us.

Very likely the gunowner will be brought before a special red flag court. I would not expect such kangaroo courts to be releasing many of us, except to our final destination, in what the Vietnamese called “reeducation camps.” Bill Ayers estmated that 25 million of us would resist reeducation.

If you do not think this can happen in America, remember what was often said about Germany:

William L. Shirer’s book “The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich was all a testimony to that question, “How could the most highly educated and technically advanced society in all of continental Europe fall so quickly, and so thoroughly, to the deepest depths of human depravity?”

You now have the answer to that question.

      northwoodswatcher,
      Good post -> on-target.

They will use “electronic warfare” to disarm gun owners.
*Community gun collection sites will be established
*Certified letters to gun owners to surrender weapons at community sites

      Non-compliance of surrender
      Will enforce through electronics
      *Electricity shut off at residence
      *Water shut off at residence
      *Banking accounts freeze
      *Drivers license suspended
      *Professional license suspended
      *Passport flagged

Most people will surrender their weapons to get the Leftist boot off their neck.

The “round-up squads” will be deployed for the hold-outs.
      Will the hold-outs engage ?

Will their numbers be great enough to repel the enemy assault by fire and close combat ?

My scenario is based on my life experiences which may differ from yours.

Is my scenario accurate in your world view ?

The civil war was fought by regular citizens. People will have to learn to fight and kill Other Americans.

The second civil war will be fought by the brain washed 20/30 year olds versus the counterparts of the same age (ie the ones who went on trump boat parades)

And then their’s the toughest meanest fighting machine on earth – the US armed forces. What side will these fine men and women take?

Will they SAVE THE REPUBLIC? or side with communism???!! That will depend on who is the commander in chief.

Neither did the ‘violent thugs’ who tore it down. This is outrageous! All they and prosecutors like this woman are doing is causing people who are not racist to become racist. We see the black faces and the white faces painting Black Lives Matter on a public street paid for by taxpayers of all races, the burning, the looting, the toppling of monuments, the take-over of blocks in Seattle, the murder of innocent children, the insanity.

When blacks accept these atrocities by not standing strong against violent criminals they are allowing the black and white criminals to represent them personally and the entire black community. “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” (Edmund Burke Synopsis)

plus what about the larger gate to the private street/driveway that was apparently replaced hurriedly with a chain-link type gate? I saw that somewhere but they do not “highlight” that in the news about this – bad enough with the smaller gate but if they broke through what must be a pretty heavy security gate that probably opened only with a transponder, that was extremely aggressive –

was thinking that couple was going to have a horrible night last night – they are attorneys themselves but isn’t this something calling for a furious response from the legal community across the nation, at what is happening to this couple?

      Or is it “crickets”

Now, could they hire a security firm with weapons to protect them?

While this is getting resolved . . .

Clayton, Missouri . . . a lovely little area . . . my Mom and step-dad would stay in Clayton when he was making calls in St. Louis . . . she would take nice walks in the little shopping area, feeling perfectly safe and cheerful . . . we still have a beautiful dinner jacket she bought for Dad there in a beautiful men’s shop . . . really a classy little area
