Soros Funded St. Louis City Prosecutor Executes Search Warrant Against Couple Who Defended Their Home, Firearm Seized…

Soros funded St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, the city’s prosecutor, previously said she would be investigating Mark & Patricia McCloskey for having the audacity to protect their home from violent Black Lives Matter thugs who tore down a gate and stormed their property.

Yesterday Ms. Gardner issued a search warrant to confiscate the firearms the McCloskey’s used to defend themselves.

According to local media reports the warrant was executed Friday night at the McCloskey’s home in St. Louis’s affluent Central West End neighborhood.

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) — A search warrant was executed Friday evening at the Central West End of Mark and Patricia McCloskey, their attorney told News 4.

The McCloskeys made national news when they pointed guns at protesters from the lawn of their home on Portland Place on June 28. Protesters were marching to Mayor Lyda Krewson’s house.

Joel Schwartz, who is now representing the McCloskeys, would not comment on whether anything was seized from the home. The pair was previously represented by Al Watkins.

According to Watkins, the search warrant was executed because Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner “sought weapons held by Mr. and Mrs. McCloskey during June 28, 2020 in defense of themselves and their home at time of the march.” The attorney said he had been given possession of the couple’s hand gun so it could be used as an exhibit in court following the incident and was not dischargeable. The Prosecutor kept the statement from Brady, in which Boblit admitted to the actual killing. Brady confessed to his involvement in the crime, but claimed no role in the actual murder. The court found Brady guilty of the murder and sentenced him to death. Brady learned of the suppression of Boblit’s statement after sentencing and appealed.”

Yes, it is all centered around female hysteria …every bit of it.
I noticed this phenomenon quite a while back, well before Trump, and mentioned it a few times after Trump, but was quickly shot-down (mostly by Patriots here and elsewhere, strangely enough). Lefties didn’t care so much of my theory, and most said how proud they were to be “emotional”.

But, I guess my point for bringing it up, is that I believe if not for females in positions of power, spurred on by the females in constant emotional derangement, wailing and gnashing of teeth since 2016-Trump, the males on either side of the politically divided camps, would have come to blows, haggled and pushed each other around …BUT, I am absolutely confident, they would have brought it to an END, unlike this ongoing hysterical and emotional frenzy.

This constant 5 years of Trump derangement syndrome is spiteful vindictiveness, tantamount to the very definition of female hysteria, once accurately diagnosed then ripped away from the medical archives by the same hysterical females who were diagnosed, as they bludgeoned, berated and beat males into submission, cast-iron pans and rolling pins DEMANDING to be “heard” (ha!). Of course, all of that leading-up to the horrible cult of feminism and the 19th Amendment (it’s anniversary coincidentally which just saw 100yrs). Although on its face it’s innocuous, the feminine voice has very important things to say, I will never begrudge that, but what it did was begin the transformation of femininity into manliness, and strip females of their very being. It’s quite possible that Amendment would act as the beginning of the end for America – an ending nobody could ever admit the root-cause as one horrible hidden agenda using all the agitations of “female hysteria”.

Oh, and before anyone feels I should be berated for coming against females in this manner …I am a female, but lucky enough to understand how my DNA structured emotionally objective brain works, and don’t feel the need to inflict injury onto the world because of it! (ha ha!)

Females have a grand place in this world, our contributions to civilization are monumental, our emotional hearts and minds are of extraordinary value, for America could not be the nation it is, if not for the important roles of females – but we have been swept-away from those roles …COMPLETELY.

No longer are we first and foremost Mothers and nurturers, we are now warriors, movers-shakers-and-policy-makers, leaders of brutality and all of that “man” stuff. But we’re still females, and even though we’ve been pushed to becoming “male”, our brains centered around emotion are still always and forever, “female”. That’s a wonderful thing for our very important role as females, but that’s a big problem if we believe the role for us is other than feminine… and it’s a big problem we’re seeing play-out right now.

With that said – the feminist “movement” as far back as 100yrs ago, has placed females in positions we have no business holding, our emotional brains are ill-equipped and found lacking, we’ve been misused and abused, convinced we are to be soldiers in a war that we have no business fighting. We have no idea how it’s destroying the very fabric that makes us women. Frankly, it’s disgusting the manner of which female natural emotions have been sidelined for power, control and dominance.

        …thanks for listening 😉

10 “Must haves” for a Valid Search Warrant
Have police served you with a search warrant and searched your home or your office?

Search Warrant While search warrants are permissible under our state and the United State Constitutions, police must satisfy very specific requirement to obtain one and even then, the warrant itself must contain certain information. Here are 10 “must haves” for a search warrant.

A warrant MUST HAVE an affidavit of probable cause attached to it which tells the person issuing the warrant that there is probable cause for the search and seizure of the item in question. Probable cause is the reasonable expectation that a crime was or is being committed and it’s the same standard that law enforcement must satisfy to arrest a person for a crime.
    A warrant MUST HAVE been based on reliable information by some witness or an informant;
A warrant MUST HAVE the information used to obtain it corroborated by another source other than that same witness or the informant.
A warrant MUST be signed and sealed by the issuing judge,
A warrant MUST have a specific date and time of issuance
A warrant MUST identify specifically the property to be seized
A warrant MUST name and describe with particularity the person or place to be searched,
A warrant MUST be executed within a specified period of time not to exceed two days from the date of issuance
A warrant MUST be served in the day time unless otherwise authorized on the warrant,
A warrant MUST contain state title of the judicial officer who issued the warrant. This person MUST also certify that he/she has found probable cause exists based upon the facts sworn to or affirmed by police based on the witness or the informant

You’d have to have the gun broken down in front of you to see if the gun has automatic capability.
Since the late 1980s, US military is trained to primarily use rapid single shots. They are more accurate and less wasteful of ammunition.
There are occasions where full-auto capability from your carbine or battle rifle is useful, and that’s why the capability still exists there, but generally you want better aimed, quick single shots from the riflemen and leave full-auto fire to the light and medium machine gunners, even on the battlefield,

Hopefully things like this may awaken many more Democrats to what their party has fallen to! The face of American society is changing rapidly, and getting worse every day!

    I don’t know Missouri law.
Wouldn’t surprise me if pointing a gun is threat of bodily harm and unlawful.
Doesn’t say why AR-15 confiscated? Certainly, if permit expired, or non-existent seizure would take place.

IANAL, and I haven’t read if she has specified charges but the likely charges would be unlawful use of a firearm and/or the Missouri law that equals aggravated assault, especially against the wife. IMO, the first charge would be kinda weak the second has more plausibility. The first charge is a felony with max 4 years and interestingly aggravated assault, in Missouri, is a misdemeanor, max 15 days. In this situation, the DA is going to use “process” as the punishment. These people can afford it; an “ordinary” couple would likely be bankrupted by legal fees.

A Soros funded DA in county where I am surrounded by at least 15 Trump flags within 1/2 mile of me? Yeah, right. Gardner knows she will ultimately lose in court. But like all other such egregious violations of sate and federal 2nd amendment rights in recent years, she is banking on the fact that the long drawn out court battle to get to that decision will inflict a huge punishment, likely extending past her time in office. Mission accomplished.

Here in California, the State legislature takes the same approach. They know their never ending parade of anti-gun laws are unconstitutional, but they also know the expense and effort required to reverse them serves the same purpose, and the fight they started outlives their time in office. They receive no blow back, get a cheap win for themselves, simply because of the slow moving nature of the court system..

What astounds me about this criminal posing at a district attorney is that she is still in office after being found to have framed the former R governor, who stupidly resigned rather than doing the D-Rat shuffle of staying in no matter how outrageous the accusations are.

It seems to me that the failure lies at the top. The governor has the power to stomp on rogue lower elected officials when they break the law. After all the governor, just like the President, are the Chief Law Enforcement Officers. When it was found that she framed the former governor, the current governor should have had her removed from office and prosecuted. JMHO

Very foolish of them to think that being a Leftist defense attorney and a member of the “club” would make them immune from retribution for their defense of their own house. The social justice warrior District Attorney will eventually face some serious repercussions when this all goes in front of a judge especially as the defendants are rich criminal attorneys who know the law and won’t go down without a fight.

What concerns me here is that there is a judge who signed this search warrant and let this travesty go down. Judge shopping much, Ms. Gardner ?

Doesn’t help that they have a photo of her holding the gun WITH HER FINGER INSIDE THE TRIGGER GUARD. Very bad form. They will use this against them (or the wife at least) that she was ready to fire, especially since she’s pointing the gun. The courts and govt, especially in Libtard areas, are stacked against the Constitutional rights of the citizens. As attorneys they should know this and should have been smarter in how they handled their weapons. I wouldn’t be surprised if this one thing was why the DA felt she could get away with the warrant.

Notice how she looked left, then right, then left because she had no way of knowing if the invaders had surrounded them and were not visible. When threatened she had a right to have the gun and having the gun is of no use unless you are ready to use it if need be.

The breaking in through the gate was a threat in and of itself and the total environment of events happening in the St Louis area can be regarded as comprising a credible threat as well since BLM and ANTIFA members were spouting such things in that area.

Not sure her finger on the trigger is germane since assault is in “the eye of the beholder” (i.e., target). The wife’s pointing of the handgun (Sig Sauer P230?) should be covered by the state’s Castle Doctrine, but the Soros-paid prosecutor wants to jack the couple around in court. This should be an interesting legal wrestling match.

The Left is so busy changing the meaning of words, that they don’t notice (or care) that most people don’t agree with their new definition. Racism used to be generally agreed to mean treating anyone unfairly because of their race. Now college professors and activists say that only whites can be racist. Sorry, we don’t agree with your terms. The word “gender” used to have the same mean as “sex”. Now we’re told that sex is your genitalia (and chromosomes), and gender is how you’re feeling that day. (“I’m feeling kind of womany today.”) So their graffiti includes “Silence is Violence”. No – violence is violence; silence is golden. This is something kids used to learn in nursery school: Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.

So, Ms. Prosecutor, protestors were not met by a “violent assault”. When there’s a violent assault, you’ll know it.

When the WuFlu hit and everyone had to be “quarantined” I pulled my old dictionary off the shelf. Online dictionaries had already changed the meaning of “quarantine” to fit the globalist’s BS, and I just wanted to remember — if only for a few short minutes — that prior to 2020 quarantine used to mean keeping sick people away from healthy people.

Funny thing is, quarantine still means what it used to mean, when it comes to animals.
