Sleep Joe and Pence in Dunmore PA today! Listen for Joe to call it his home town and his coal mining grandfather. His grandfather would have been out of a job with his grandson’s adoption of the Green New Deal BTW……

So i am confused/.. SO NY Prosecutor and NY Grand Jury CAN see POTUS Tax returns
or it has to go back to lower court.

and Congress CANNOT see them or Grand Jury material or is that later?

Congress cannot see Trump financials, and it is illegal to leak Grand Jury material. Like that will stop them.

Two things come to mind – 1) the niece already released tax information to the New York
Times I believe (I suspect someone somewhere has obtained all the tax forms and has
already leaked them to the dems and 2) doesn’t this open the door for all public figures to be required to provide tax returns to a grand jury in the instance of a criminal proceeding?

Lastly, WTF does a grand jury know about tax returns anyways? They will just do the
“its unfair, he is rich and we are not” routine.

And the thing about leaking is they can leak anything they want to fabricate, the GJ just gives them a story as to where they “obtained” their info.

Of course not. They wanted to lose it in the first place. Remember, most (90%) of the GOP in office in Washington are UniParty and don’t support the president’s agenda. They only do when they absolutely have to, but they don’t want him in office. They want their old lives back where they are in control and we the people have no say. By losing one of the two houses of Congress, in this case the House, they can always say to their constituents, “Sorry, we tried, but we don’t have control of the House so we can’t get that bill through.” That’s how they do it. By not controlling both the Senate and House, they cannot help the president achieve his goals. So, while they’ll be saying they want to win back the House, they’ll gladly stay in the position they’re in.

Seriously, what is the GOP platform for re-election? Does anyone know? Is there one? Obviously, the GOP does not stand for repeal and replace Obamacare, the wall, reduced immigration, upholding our laws, winning ANYTHING, reduced spending, smaller government, family values, American workers, or even generally supporting the United States.

Oh, I know, they clearly support H1B visa workers. That must be the platform. Go H1Bs!!!!

If you don’t have the majority, you aren’t in a position to have to fulfill any campaign promises, in fact you can keep on promising more and more stuff and rake in that campaign cash. It’s much easier to act like a nationalist conservative in the Senate when you know that you’ll never get any policies out of committee. That’s how you coast through a 40 year political career and not worry about showing anything for it.

The Court should have just said that the returns have to go directly to the NY Times, because that’s where they’ll go. In fact both the prosecutors and the NY Times have probably already had the tax returns for years from an inside-the IRS mole. This ruling just gives them the excuse they needed to run whatever specific attack they’ve been plotting. Unfortunately for them, nothing from this will change a single vote because not one person in 500 can truly comprehend tax issues, so they’ll take their assessment from whatever media outlets they already get their opinions from.

Seems like the Supreme Court kicked the can, sending the case back to the lower court, NY court, where the President is then able to re-litigate whether or not that court has the rights to see the returns that were subpoenaed, which that outcome will likely again be submitted to the Supreme Court next term to re-hear.

Kind of like the Justices, except two of them, are also waiting to see the outcome of this November’s election.

Wait! The seller isn’t done paying yet..not if he’s is planning to leave the state that is. Our wonderful state of NJ has a “Exit Tax”. Since they know most state residents are “running for the hills” these days and leaving the state, they found a new way to make monies. If you move to a different state within I believe the 12 months following the sale of your primary residence, you are charged a flat tax based on the sales price of your home.
Most of NJ new home buyers, in my area anyways come from NYC and the surrounding area, who by the way also pay a exit tax in their state.

That’s a $3.2 million dollar, 7,000 sq ft home The tax assessors have used a below street value figure of $2.3 million. Notice the higher number listed as “Zestimate”. If that house is assessed at what the selling price probably is, $3.2 million, than the property taxes will push $10,000 A MONTH if the house is re assessed. Getting a permit for a deck, enlarged window etc. will usually bring out code people and a reassessment. Your reward for improving your own home is a kick in the teeth.

    Dear President Trump,

You yourself have said we are at war not only with this virus but with domestic terrorist groups who planned this coup and sought to harm America and its citizens.

War and fighting terrorists is a national security issue thus all tools are available to defeat this enemy of the State.

So with that said, might I suggest you bring back Mr. Grenell as a WH National Security Czar working directly for you with full access to all NSA captured information.

Allow Mr. Grenell to employ a small, loyal team to do nothing but 24/7 scouring of the NSA database tracking down any and all communications by suspected coup and terrorist plotters who clearly sought to undermine your Presidency and thus the Constitution of this country.

Find and expose those communications, as IMO they will lead you to crimes such as illegal spying on Americans, leveraging of a virus, money laundering and flipping a foreign surveillance tool over to a domestic surveillance tool to name a few.

It is time to show Americans actual communications whether it be texts, email, or phone calls of their evil plans.

All of what we are seeing today is to coverup their earlier crimes going as far back as 2009.

And one final suggestion, invite Registered government Whistleblower Dennis Montgomery to the Oval Office with AG Barr and John Durham in attendance and allow him to tell you his story about all the illegal spying he was contracted to do and what was on those 47 hard drives he gave to Comey’s FBI back in 2015.

The number one question you should ask of this WB is, did you spy and gather data on any Federal Judges and if so who and how many times?

Expose this Mr. President and the flood gates will open to the next tier of crimes which was the 2012-2016 FBI/NSA Contractor Spying Program and after that move to Iran and NGO money laundering and it’s pretty much over.

But you need someone you can trust to lead this charge and that person is Mr. Grenell.

This will never end unless you expose what they fear the most and that is their real crimes and the conning of so many Americans

      Chester County District Attorney
HUMAN SEX TRAFFICKING ORGANIZATION DISMANTLED IN MALVERN

A 14-year-old’s message, “I don’t want to be here anymore,” assisted in an investigation that uncovered an East Whiteland Township human sex trafficking organization that entrapped child and adult victims in Malvern, PA.

East Whiteland Township police, along with the Chester County Detectives and Homeland Security Investigations, rescued the 14-year-old victim at a Wawa parking lot in Malvern on May 30, 2020, after she was held against her will for weeks at various locations in the area. Investigators subsequently learned that she and an 18-year-old were both victims in a human sex trafficking organization run by three men, as well as other unidentified and unnamed individuals. These codefendants engaged in a criminal conspiracy and criminal course of conduct by recruiting, enticing, soliciting, transporting, obtaining and maintaining individuals who they benefited from financially while they were subjected to sexual servitude, as well as other sexual assaults and criminal activity.

As a result the Chester County District Attorney’s Office and the East Whiteland Township Police Department recently arrested co-defendants Dimas Omar Cornejo Hernandez, also known as “Adonys,” age 34; Franklin Rivera Mendieta, also known as “Mono,” age 25; and Josue Sibrian Sanchez, also known as “Sibrian,” age 33, for the charges of a Corrupt Organization that engaged in a pattern of racketeering activity that included Trafficking in Minors, Involuntary Servitude, Criminal Conspiracy, Kidnapping, Rape, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Promoting Prostitution, and related offenses at various locations in East Whiteland Township, Chester County, between February 2020 and May 2020.

Five other individuals who paid to have sex with the minor child and/or adult victim were also arrested in East Whiteland Township. They are: Diana Ordonez, age 25; Luis Cabrera Peralta, age 29; Nestor Ruiz, age 45; Juan Humberto Ortiz Ortiz, age 35; and Carlos Villatoro Gallegos, age 23.

Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan said, “The allegations in this case are difficult to digest because of the calculated and deviant sexual exploitation of the two victims. Our office will continue the investigation to determine if there are other victims of this human sex trafficking organization. We encourage anyone with further information to contact our office. These defendants will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”

(A criminal defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.)

The allegations from the criminal complaint are as follows:
A 14-year-old child (“Victim 1”), missing from Maryland since early May 2020, sent a message to a friend to report that she was being held against her will and sold for sex. Her friend contacted police to report the statement. On May 28, 2020, Victim 1 sent a Facebook message to her mother, stating that she “didn’t want to be here anymore” and asked that she pick her up at a Wawa on Lancaster Avenue in East Whiteland Township, Chester County, PA. Her mother contacted police detailing where she was to meet her daughter.

In the early hours of May 30, 2020, law enforcement rescued Victim 1 who said she’d been held against her will and forced to have sex for money with as many as 4-5 individuals per day at three different locations in East Whiteland Township. Victim 1 was told that she and her mother would be killed if she did not comply.

Victim 1 stated that she was originally recruited by a female known to her as “Tiny,” a 17-year old victim from Camden, NJ, at a party in Washington, DC. After communicating through Snapchat, Tiny asked Victim 1 if she wanted to make money and then picked Victim 1 up in Maryland with one of the codefendants. Victim 1 was driven to an apartment in Malvern, PA where she was forced to perform oral sex on one of the co-defendants as a means of “breaking” and “testing” her for the work she would be required to perform. She said Tiny and one of the co-defendants took pictures of her that were used to advertise that men could pay to have sex with her, and they took her to Walmart to buy “sexy clothes.”

Another co-defendant acted as a doorman who collected money as individuals arrived for sex. He then waited while they had sex. Victim 1 also stated that she was told to give a fake name and fake age if asked by anyone.

While interviewing witnesses regarding the abuse of Victim 1, a second victim was discovered – an 18-year-old (“Victim 2”), who said she had been held against her will by the co-defendants during February and March of 2020. Victim 2 said she met a female through Snapchat who introduced her to one of the codefendants on the premise that he had a job for her working in a bar.
Victim 2 was picked up in Virginia and brought to East Whiteland Township where she was forced to have sex for money with numerous individuals. Victim 2 was also sexually assaulted by one of the co-defendants and threatened with bodily harm if she attempted to leave. She was also forced to ingest drugs on various occasions. One of the co-defendants collected money from individuals who paid to have sex with her and also served as a doorman. She was held for approximately three weeks before she was able to escape.

“We are very grateful for the persistence and dedication of the East Whiteland Township Police Department, Chester County Detectives and Homeland Security Investigations. Through their hard work and tireless efforts we were able to dismantle this criminal organization that preyed on women and children for their own financial gain. They helped rescue a child and prevent further predatory behavior.” Ryan stated.

Cash bail for the following co-defendants was set at: Josue Sibrian-Sanchez, $150,000; Franklin Rivera-Mendieta, $750,000; Dimas Cornejo-Hernandez $500,000; Diana Ordonez, $200,000; Luis Cabrera Peralta, $200,000; Nestor Ruiz, $100,000; Juan Humberto Ortiz Ortiz, $150,000; and Carlos Villatoro Gallegos, $100,000. All are being held at Chester County Prison and have ICE detainers except for Rivera-Mendieta. The preliminary hearings are scheduled for July 9, 2020, before Magisterial District Judge John Bailey, 15-4-03, in Exton, PA.

Because the man who has taken non stop abuse, 24/7 from the left for 4 years, chose to work non stop, 24/7 for me and this country for FREE.

Has anyone seen McConnell or Lindsey or anyone on the left do this for this country?

During the 2009 swine flu epidemic, however, the Obama administration suddenly told states to shut down their testing, without providing much in the way of explanation.

“In late July, the CDC abruptly advised states to stop testing for H1N1 flu, and stopped counting individual cases,” CBS News reported in 2009. “The rationale given for the CDC guidance to forego testing and tracking individual cases was: why waste resources testing for H1N1 flu when the government has already confirmed there’s an epidemic?”

An article in Politico (a sanctioned mouthpiece for the left) rolled out the left’s strategy to elect Biden today. It is interesting in that it’s apparently time to break it to their minions that they are expected to go hard core Marxist.

I won’t link. First they get the faithful all pumped up with the title: A President Who Makes Us Puke”. Then they tirelessly over-hype an ipecac analogy before getting to the point:

“Even progressives might pause to notice—and, in a generous mood, to appreciate—the catalytic effect of Trump’s presidency in ushering in a new era of politics. In Marxist theory, this was called “heightening the contradictions.” Animus toward Trump has energized a new cohort of left-leaning voters. It has prodded even naturally consensus-oriented politicians like presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden away from the centrist incrementalism of the previous generation and toward a more robust brand of liberal activism.“

See how smooth that pill went down? Kudos to the propagandist! Well done!

They wrap up with their sales pitch for Biden 2020:

“In short, Biden’s promise is to be a post-emetic presidency. Saltines and ginger ale for starters, and something more solid once we feel ready.“

    So there you have it!

Interesting Pew poll conducted 4 to 10 June regarding the BLM movement and American feelings toward it. Big takeaway to me is that the media’s carefully managed coverage of the issue has hurt him, though the way he’s managed it hasn’t done too much for him either.

I know, we tend to dismiss polls that don’t agree with our personal opinions but Pew is a flagship service and the numbers are showing that this latest, and probably strongest, push in the 4-year-long anti-Trump campaign is working. I’m betting this will continue through to November, probably increasing the closer we get to the conventions and elections. Unlike the ’68 conventions we have a very strong ‘defund the police’ movement, playing on that dislike of authority many people have at their core, and police actions at the conventions will just fan the flames.

The all-too-convenient COVID pandemic is shredding Trump’s economy and causing fiscal problems at local to state levels that Democrats will exploit to increase the discomfort at election time. You can expect the media to barnstorm the fiscal issues too the closer we get, they know that increasing the fears of being able to pay the rent and put food on the table will help with the generalized personal discomfort much of the public’s feeling. Trump’s major advantage has been trumped.

This has been a skillful 4-years long campaign that will be studied in poli-sci classes for years to come. The Democrats fought their way back to the tactical high ground through a masterful control of the press and entertainment media. The Republicans, many unhappy that their chosen straw men got trounced and Trump got in, largely sat back and watched the massacre. The push at the end is to be expected and I have no doubt that had Floyd not been killed there would have been another to lionize, it isn’t uncommon, but fortune smiled and not only did we have Floyd but the COVID, also well manipulated by the Democrats. Note how Trump let the states determine their own opening plan yet so many Rat-governed states and cities opened rather irresponsibly. almost (?) as if it were planned to have cases spike and then ignore situation until it reached panic proportions again. It’s looking as if the election will be held on the crest of a pandemic and street ‘protests’ carefully managed by the election engineers to look like a spontaneous and grass roots campaign against racial injustice.

The numbers for Trump among minorities aren’t that good, he’s been made to look like a blatant racist and his handling of the spinner’s work has been less than stellar. All the Rats have to do is get enough motivated/pissed off minorities to vote (legally or illegally) to ensure that nonconfrontational, soft, soothing, avuncular Joe seems to be the more acceptable alternative in the current cultural whirlpool. They know the mistakes they made last time, know what, whom and where they have to target and won’t let their hubris bite them in the butt like it did in 2016.

The Pew poll is here: https://www.pewsocialtrends.org/2020/06/12/amid-protests-majorities-across-racial-and-ethnic-groups-express-support-for-the-black-lives-matter-movement/
Regardless of how you feel about polls the numbers shown are guidestones the Left is using for November, the fact is that without an obvious minority candidate to motivate minority voters the Rats have managed to create a movement that reaches across racial groups and will get them to the polls. Meanwhile many of Trump’s ‘closest’ people are stabbing him in the back when they should be offering support and guidance. Yes Trump’s not a professional politician but to ignore their strategies while fighting them can prove fatal.

He won the Electoral College, NOT the popular vote. You can bet your life that this time around the Swamp will have had their groundwork laid, they’ve had four years. Look at how hard they’ve worked to keep up the 24/7 Trump negativity train rolling for four years…you doubt they’ve been in the trenches cementing their footing?

Over the last four years we’ve talked about the various methods the Left has used to convert red counties vital to them to blue. My state Senator’s been on about how Catholic Charities has been bussing battalions of illegals into populous counties to turn them blue and state elections have shown the work’s been effective.

A President’s only been elected contrary to popular vote 5 times. The Rats got spanked in 2000 and 2016 by losing the College, I can’t think they’re going to be that stupid again. And they’ve already said that when they get into power they’ll abolish the College – it’s not easy but doable and would fit in with other Rat workings.

To me, having worked with politicians from the Federal Senator level to local pols, the major difference between their operations is the amount of money they have to manage the election and how well the soldiers hired to fight the election do.

Nowhere did I say ‘give up’, I was pointing out that the opposition’s well organized, well funded and totally dedicated to our overthrow and eventual destruction. To blithely skip to November with the belief that these pressure on Trump will ease up, the attempts to scare people into compliance with these ‘demonstrations’ or these mysterious reversals in COVID policy but Rat governors and mayors win’t further the pandemic will somehow disappear and people will vote as they thought they would in December of 2019 isn’t, to me, realistic.

Trump’s got a rocky, uphill road to walk and the Rats will be piling boulders on top of boulders until November to make it even more difficult.

I don’t think I have seen anyone who seems to think that this is going to ease up at all before the election. In fact, most I have seen think it will get worse until the election and then stop. I don’t think this stops then either. We know what to expect if Biden wins, and we have certainly watched the temper tantrum after Trump won. My expectation is there to be a continuation of the insanity, kicked up even more.

Some of what the dems are hoping might be happening. This morning on the radio I heard someone ask if we should just give up and let the Demos have it. That is their goal with part of this. “Give us what we want and the craziness stops.” On the other side of that, I have seen 3 flip from dem because of the craziness.

Yes, it’s going to be a roller-coaster, upside down, crazy as a run-over dog, lead in to the election. Yes they are going to throw everything they can. My point was in agreement with you. Only going further to add that we do what we can, while we can, and understand that in the grand design, we are but a speck on the canvas.

Question away, that’s your right, at least for now. I don’t seer Sundance as teaching, providing information to use in our personal decision making process.

Polls are tools and show trends, they are not the end-all, they show where opinions are going at the time the poll was taken. I’m not saying that the prevailing opinions of those polled WILL be there at the elections but those managing the Swamp’s campaign are using them as trend indicators.

As I said, I’ve used Pew and they are accurate, perhaps not 100% but damned close. The way the reporting on the riots is being managed by the handlers and managed by the media is designed to help continue that ill ease.

Question my sincerity how, or is it that I just don’t bathe in the same rosy view you do? I’ve been in too many battles/engagements to ever go in underestimating my enemy.

Man what a supreme disappointment Kavanaugh has turned out to be. And to think how we supported and defended him during all of those slanderous accusations for him to side with the Liberals so they can witch hunt POTUS like they tried to do to him. I remember his tears about how unfair of what was being done to him and his family. He cares nothing of what they continue to do to POTUS. Both of POTUS’ appointments to the court sided with the Liberals. SMFH. This country is gone. See ya, America. It was nice while you lasted.

NY Prosecutor and Congress think they have the upper hand with the Supreme Court ruling on President Trumps’s financial records. But, once more they are setting themselves up for a major boomerang.

We have no idea what the results will be in November. Should it be in the President’s and Republican favor, the Ukraine issue can be revisited and Justice can subpoena Adam Schiff and Dear Nancy’s financial records. The revelations of their Chinese and Ukrainian activities will become transparent. Every Congressperson and Senator will be fair game.

Such a stupid move on their part. Very shortsighted in my opinion. Another scenario would be Dem President and either house under public control. Talk about scandals revealed. Turnabout also fair game here. Precedent will have been set.

Time to reorganize the covid task force.

Just found this. University of MN article about masks.
    https://www.cidrap.umn.edu/news-perspective/2020/04/commentary-masks-all-covid-19-not-based-sound-data

Just what in hell are so called experts using to support their push on masks? Either they haven’t done a simple “mask studies” internet search or they are lying. Try it. Simple search shows so many questions and NOTHING absolute about masks doing any good. Studies get retracted, lots of questions about methods, doubt, studies not randomized, scientists can’t decide, etc.

From Sciencemag.org “Rigorous studies comparing cloth masks to surgical ones or investigating the ideal material for homemade masks are lacking.”

From Sciencetimes.com “According to Dr. Blaylock, there have been no studies conducted to establish that either a cloth mask or the N95 mask has an impact on the transmission of the coronavirus.

From U of M CIDRAP center for infectious disease research and policy dated 4/1/2020
Data lacking to recommend broad mask use! 52 expert references!
“We do not recommend requiring the general public who do not have symptoms of COVID-19-like illness to routinely wear cloth or surgical masks”
Key conclusion in this article is Cloth masks are ineffective as source control and PPE. Surgical masks have some role to play in preventing emissions from infected patients, and respirators are the best choice for protecting healthcare and other front line workers, but not recommended for source control. These recommendations apply to pandemic and non-pandemic situations.

Leaving aside the fact that they are ineffective, telling the public to wear cloth or surgical masks could be interpreted by some to mean that people are safe to stop isolating at home. It’s too late now for anything but stopping as much person-to-person interaction as possible.

Masks may confuse that message and give people a false sense of security. If masks had been the solution in Asia, shouldn’t they have stopped the pandemic before it spread elsewhere?

This is astounding! A reputable university study quoted by NO ONE as far as I can tell.

I think the breitbart article is a bit misleading. The SCOTUS opinion did NOT indicate that the New York City prosecutors can obtain President Trump’s tax returns for an investigation The SCOTUS opinion in the Vance case (I read it and I thank God I’m not a lawyer, no offense intended) agrees with the Court of Appeals that ordered the case be returned to the District Court “where the President may raise further arguments as appropriate”. So, this will not be resolved before November, and no one will see anything before November. Rush Limbaugh discussed this extensively between 12:30 and 1:00 PM today.
