Sidney Powell Discusses In-Depth Background of Michael Flynn Case….

Michael Flynn’s lead defense counsel Sidney Powell sits down for a lengthy discussion with Epoch Times’ host Jan Jekielek.

In the court case against Lt. General Michael Flynn, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit has ordered Judge Emmet Sullivan to grant the DOJ’s request to dismiss. But what will happen next?

In the eyes of General Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell, what are the implications of Judge Sullivan keeping the case open? Is there more exculpatory evidence to come in the Flynn case? And, what are some possible steps to take to strengthen the U.S. Department of Justice as an institution?

    • I have the same take… this is all about the misdeeds and legacy of former President Obama. There must be something hidden within the Intelligence apparatus that would be damaging to former President Obama. What happened to Lt. Gen. Flynn is odious. To treat a man of total integrity and service to the nation like this… without any respect for him …. utter contempt, it’s sickening. Once you understand that none of them in the Obama Administration value our way of life… it’s a shock to the system. They weaponized the power of the federal government to destroy the core values and strength of our society. They did it deliberately. I hope we can survive it.

It is clear now that when Sullivan acted ‘with honor’ in requiring Brady Material in a previous trial, that he was not the one making the decision to require the Brady Material. It appears that Sullivan has always been a puppet.

Sullivan is just another bent judge.

The problem here is dire, when all 3 branches of Gruberment have been corrupted, there can be no checks and balances. What is left? Voting. Yet, even that is in jeopardy with the mail in fake ballots.

The rest of the population agree with the Deep State, including our military. They will follow the corrupt crowd thinking they are doing the right thing, however, there are exceptions. The people who are 50 and older are probably not fit enough to do much fighting. I fear we may be outnumbered. Hopefully I’m wrong. With God all things are possible, but God may allow the demise of America since she’s turned her back on Him. But maybe some of you have a more positive outlook and solution?

I am afraid that the ‘3 branches of government’ paradigm no longer exists as the Founders envision in our Constitution. The progressives (FDR et al) through the Supreme Court diluted/corrupted Article 1 Section 7 of the Constitution (previously known as the ‘Non-delegation clause’ and created “Intelligent Principle” doctrine thus giving the Administrative State (replete with ‘experts’) vast discretion to craft regulations that are in fact laws. Now the Administrative State is the non-elected body that is all 3 powers in one – Legislative (the laws they make are simply called ‘Regulations’ and this is why you see al agencies staffed by lawyers at their top organizational echelons), Executive (they have their own investigators and overseers), Judicial (they interpret their own ‘Regulations’ and decide what the sanctions will be – revoke licenses, suspensions, garnish wages, etc.). Congress no longer really make laws – they just make monetized visions that they throw to the different agencies to implement through the ‘Federal Rule-making Process’. Politically, It works well for Congress…they can blame the ‘Executive’ whenever implementation of their own ‘visions’ fail.

I have long been hearing, and I believe Powell alleged it in her filings, that McCabe said:

There is an ongoing, massive *coverup* of crimes committed by our alphabet agencies, in concert with certain political dynasties. Eliminating the USA as we know it was no small effort on their part.

The swamp got sloppy. In their hive mind, the New/One World Order was a done deal. Even if nobody “fesses up” to their role in the TREASONOUS CONSPIRACY to dismantle our Constitutional Republic, the coverup itself speaks to “intent.”

Criminals don’t bury evidence unless they are conscious of their wrongdoing. The UNiparty’s desperation to cover-up and grossly distort the truth, over many years, speaks volumes as to INTENT.

Sundance has asserted that the evidence of a TREASONOUS co-conspiracy is *now* out in the open. Taking down these criminals will be fairly routine *if* our DOJ is willing to go there.

to be clear, none of that is a concern for sullivan…none of it is.

the goal is to tie up this case and prevent it from closing..

the game is clear..the corrupt intent is obvious. the agenda is crystal clear..

noone gets close to obama who ordered the code red!

flynn as a free man will never happen as long as sullivan remains the judge in this case. In fact, it would not surprise me one BIT if he will use any corrupt means that gets him removed at this point. THAT will definitely elevate this case up the long slow ladder of “justice”…precisely what the goal is. delay…delay. It’s the politcial power they are wielding…and abusing the power of the court to commit this political corruption..sad. but true

the corrupt radicals have two goals here:

the endless persecution of flynn because he is a direct and immediate threat going into this election…with the direct order of the DPA on him and the “unwritten” threat that goes alone with it, I am sure his counsel Powell has advised him he is literally a captive political prisoner and to remain radio silent. So wisely, unfortunately, he is in silent mode, unable and unwilling to suffer addition persecutions that sullivan will invent against him. Doing otherwise is just going to allow this corrupt judge and his crew to take aim at this case from another angle.

the other goal is just as obvious: the removal of AG Barr. I’m kind of on the fence on that. Two years now, with zero indictments, zero arrests, and at least half a dozen get out of jails cards publicly given with zero consequences….9 (nine…not 10, not 20, not 40, not 80)…NINE…Nine prosecutors assigned to durham to prosecute the most dangerous and harmful conspiracy of crimes against a president using unlawfully the most powerful secret police spy powers. If the radicals have a plan to kick Barr to the curb, I’m not going to get sideways about that …it might just be what is necessary to get THIS PRESIDENT to start thinking very carefully about what exactly the DOJ should be doing for this nation…because it certainly isn’t doing Justice and pursuing criminal prosecutions. I’m never going to agree with the corrupt left motives for his removal…but if it happens, I think there is a silver lining here in that “defeat” so to speak. Looking at AG Barr rose to power and the cases he was involved in, do NOT INSPIRE confidence he is going to do what is necessary. That rolls downhill to Durham as well. I just do not trust they are working this prosecution of a coup with the swiftness and measure of superior power they have at their disposal. So, if the left radical want to take him out…fine…He’s not the champion of justice…never has been…never will be.

I agree 100 %. I have experienced ” the justice system ” at it’s very worst. ! My conclusion…..the primary interest of lawyers is churning the system to make money . The number one UNwritten rule is that , lawyers must always protect other lawyers ! That is how the ” self discipline BAR system ” is constructed. A BAR is simply a union of dues paying ” licensed” lawyers.
If you are a PROSECUTOR , then the protective union force field is even stronger. Keep in mind that almost all of the fired FBI small group are lawyers. Yes…fired.. but nothing else bad. Most are making more money as talking heads ! Sick. A system created in 1878 in Saratoga NY. — THE FIRST BAR.

The Gen Flynn case is showing the world exactly where the root of injustice stems from. In the United States of America, injustice/corruption begin with unconstitutional powers usurped by the Federal Government. There have been multiple Congressional referrals, multiple IG reports, enumerating dozens of crimes by dozens of people. Not a single solitary one has been acted upon. Not one. Somehow magically they will all be prosecuted once this latest IG report is completed – when ever that might be.

Let’s say Durham’s report finds that the investigation was properly predicated. Does that mean that all those DOJ crimes are acceptable? Of course not. So why haven’t they been prosecuted?

Barr owes an explanation. “They’re gone” is absolute bullshit.

If I had to give a bullet point summary to a person who has not followed the case it would be these two statements :

    • There’s still a long list of things that I know are there, from the government’s own.. from Van Grack’s own Brady letters that I know is there. There’s a January 30 memo inside the Department of Justice completely exonerating general Flynn of all things Russia… January 30 2017 while he was still in the White House. And not only did they not tell him of all those things for his defense of this case, or back then, they used the Flynn prosecution to gin up an obstruction of justice prosecution or impeachment hoax of President Trump. Comey knew when he talked to the President on February 14 2017 that Flynn had been cleared of everything. So when the President said “Flynn’s a good guy I hope you know this is going to go”, he should have told him “it’s already gone Mr. President, we cleared him weeks ago”. Instead he runs to his car and writes another dear diary that he leaks to the New York Times about how the President is trying to obstruct justice by just hoping the Flynn case is gone when it was already gone. (at 33 minutes)

    • One of the important things that we didn’t hit is that the fact that the FBI actually made up the false statements that they then charged general Flynn with. They altered the FBI report of the interview, since it wasn’t recorded, and the government has admitted in their motion to dismiss that there are statements in the 302 that were not reflected in the notes of either agent. And they used those statements as quote the basis for the false statement charges. And then there are things in the notes that didn’t… I couldn’t make sense out of them until I saw the declassified transcripts of the calls, and then I knew that he had told them things about the call that they had not put in the report. So it ran both ways, they didn’t put in things he did say that were true and they added things to it claiming he said them that he did not say. They made up the false statements. (at 50 minutes)

Sydney reminded me how Sullivan prohibited her from getting a security clearance to enable her to get a clear picture from all the redacted documents which she had to painstakingly decipher which greatly hindered her in her defense- that in itself should be considered ‘obstruction of justice” and Sullivan in a just world would be tarred and feathers then maybe hung. My personal goal would be to have the FBI (Fidelity, Bravery, Integrity) sanitized beginning with the active removal of Wray, the present director. I want him gone because he has used nothing but passive language and obfuscation since taking his office which suggests to me he sees his role as sweeping all the dirt he finds under the rug (using classification and delay as major tools).

In essence, Wray is a very stupid man, a man who lacks the principles to do the work needed. He is no “turnaround” type of person, he is a “go along to get along” guy that shows up on Saturday morning at his country club as a fill in looking to join the big boys for a round of golf if a foursome is needed.

I think we need a new agency with American “freedom and justice” for all in its title. It is time to begin thinking about alternative institutions

      1) Found new colleges with education-job/profession training as their only purpose – only send your kids there if they know what they want to do. If not, out into the full-time job world. No living with parents while remaining in “a fog” – which means denying the necessity of growing up – perhaps finding it’s more fun becoming a community agitator with pay.

      2) Schools run by local educational boards only-no national teachers unions.

      3) Break up universities. The science “research” departments have not been about doing real science for about 30 years and they fire anyone who does. The professional degree/certification departments have been about ideology only – learning the profession to learn how to destroy with its knowledge, e.g., law. Not much reason to keep funding any of them. Let them try to make it on tuitions and private (non-foreign if they want to exist in America) donations.

      3) Newspapers, on-line news, cable channels with multiple American owners, with laws to prevent any one corporation from buying any more than (small amount) — all without propaganda.

      4) Internet businesses beholden to no “global,” foreign, or ideological entities/sponsorship. Develop patriotic portals for all American businesses on-line.

You can see where I am going with this. There are many more “new institutions” to be founded. I think it’s time to get started. Maybe many have already started and we only need to know who/what thy are.

Whoever interviews Sidney Powell in such depth – and lets her inform us — is a great beginning.

Sidney Powell is unquestionably doing God’s work in this monumental battle against the Deep State.

And like Ms. Powell, I am perplexed at how Judge Sullivan completely turned from being a white hat (Sen Ted Stevens case) into a black hat with General Flynn.

The inner-workings that caused this Judge to act as he has needs to come to the surface eventually.

And more important, our former Marxist-in-Chief Sortero/Obama MUST be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law without question.

I fully understand why we must not seek to prosecute former presidents because of the portential harm that it could do to future presidents. However, in this case, Obama was so extremely corrupt that his conduct not only harmed many innocent people, he also inflicted considerable harm against our government & constitution by weaponizing the DOJ, FBI, & even the IRS to the extent that he did.

It also is a great running start for her come Nov when PT wins he puts Sidney in as his AG (assuming she can get confirmed and if not she keeps going as WH Justice Czar, which requires no approvals from McConnell and his RINO’s.

Call it PT’s insurance plan on Barr and Durham.

At this point the ONLY people who are 100% trustworthy outside PT finance advisors are Sidney, Grenell and Flynn.

I would support Sidney holding a special status within the Justice system, as an independent, but also someone with blocking power…that would provide some kind of bullcorn test and firewall to prevent the kinds of 4th and due process violations.

I think she is perfectly suited for such a role.

Now, I say these things, suspending my natural gag reflex and disgust about the entire program anyway. I posted my opinions about it for quite some time and many here have the same opinions too.

But “we the people” have to contemplate plan C…we are dealing with a congress that is not functioning to represent lawful constitutional standards.

      that’s my plan C.

I’m thinking about sending this idea to Sidney directly and see what her thoughts are….I really can’t think of anyone else I would trust to be the guardian against future abuses before that secret court.

AND…listen carefully…someone in a position such as this, would naturally become very important politically…and folks that leads me to believe that one day should she accept, a SCOTUS assignment would be possible.

This interview is total awesomeness. It’s SO good I’m going to watch it at least one more time. Wow. Packed full of interesting info including things we might not have known. Sidney Powell is one of our heroes!!

One thing that struck me when listening … the complexity of the Flynn case alone is substantial. Now imagine Durham investigating this and all of the other coup attempt components. It’s a lot of work to piece it all together, gather all of the evidence, and figure out who committed which crimes. I know we’re all dying to see some indictments, we’re going to have to be patient. Durham (and Barr) cannot build a shoddy case else we’ll surely lose.

Absolutely outstanding. God bless Sidney Powell and Molly McCann and the team for a General Flynn. I am ready for this wrong to be made “RIGHT”….as much as it can be.

This woman must be brought into the Administration as soon as possible. What a super AG she would make in PDJT’s second term.

  43. Interesting tid bit from Ms. Powell………….as long as Flynn case remains open, then Brady information can be sought out and requested…………..Is a Sullivan delay a good thing?

RTD: As delightful as that might sound, I don’t think it’s a good thing. We know quite enough and the injustice done to Flynn should stop.

I am just a conspiracy kind of girl, but it appears to me that Judge Sullivan’s life or family has been threatened by the FBI or CIA or both. :\ A great interview.

The last 5-10 min are the best part. This is her sort of raison d’etre to be the next FBI Director.

Although I suspected this to be the case, I haven’t heard it discussed much: it’s not just that the FBI agents claimed Flynn lied to them in the 302. Apparently, there are things he did tell them about the phone calls which were excluded from the 302. It makes sense that they would do this, and it explains why we were never allowed to see the actual call transcripts…because anybody comparing those transcripts with the 302 and the agent notes would know the FBI was lying. Not just to Flynn, or to the court, but also to VP Pence, and to the public.

Keep in mind, the only person who actually said they saw the initial 302 is Comey and he briefed Clapper on it. After that, it disappeared and was re-written 2 or 3 times.

I suspect the “original 302” was done offline, edited, then entered into their system officially in mid-Feb. the agents’ notes are basically “the original 302”. If there is an earlier version of the 302 “lost” in the Sentinel system, Durham has it, and the agents and prosecutors who said it was lost or doesn’t exist have perjured themselves several times over in Congress and Sullivan’s courtroom…

The judge will delay he case until after the Election and Trump will not even be able to give him a pardon.
This needs an urgent DOJ request to the Supreme Court for adjudication to remove it as an Election issue.
I.e. in the next 4 weeks.
Would love to see the judge act like a judge but he would have dismissed the case long ago if he had a shred of integrity left.
    Oh well.
