    OPERATION WITNESS
    SESSION 00: INTRODUCTION

This begins a short series on Republican riot control strategy. We need more field intelligence, and we need to be ready for the big October Surprise riots. I observe that the CTH comments board is sufficiently engaged on FISA research, and more are concerned about what we can do about the civil unrest.

The most effective strategy I have ever seen was in the line at the polls in 2016. One of our flyer volunteers, an older man with an engaging personality, went up and down the line debating the voters one by one: “I see you’ve got one of those blue ballots there. Well let me ask you a question…” At the end of early voting he had a stack of those blue sheets, representing a hundred or so Democrat voters that he had turned into Republicans, or at least planted the seed of doubt in their minds. These people were from all backgrounds.

Taken outside of that setting, this “common law right of enquiry” or “Hey, I’m walkin’ here!” demeanor can produce results for us, even in the context of a burning city block. Better still is the under cover Republican giving bad directions to out-of-towners, or otherwise disrupting their activities. At a minimum we need more on-site passive observers. These people are not impossibly dangerous. We don’t need to buy any more guns and ammo. That actually works to the Democrats’ advantage, because it paralyzes us on the one hand while exposing us to criminal liability on the other.

Issue #1 goes out during the Midnight Land Rush. As of now I am planning on putting the others out about 8pm, as I finish them. The writing might not be the best, because it is rushed, but the information is solid. I have been researching this for a long time, and particularly since 2016. Many of us have felt this coming.

***Today’s WeBuildTheWall / Fisher Industries posts***
    (Previous posts: https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2020/06/04/june-4th-2020-presidential-politics-trump-administration-day-1232/comment-page-1/#comment-8300049)

Note: Most of the WBTW related social media accounts are covering coronavirus, politics, or illegal alien crimes. We will probably be in a quiet period regarding wall content until the next project(s) are near completion.
The praises (much of which are older news) have been provided for those who wish to give thanks for them before praying for the wall prayer requests. I may add to, trim back, or simplify from time to time as projects/events progress or come to completion. If there is any new wall news I’ll list them in the update below. Otherwise, feel free to page down or scroll past.
    – – – – –
    Thursday night update – 6/4/20

    – Older post on the Fisher Industries website about Project 1.

    – – – – –
***Praise: 🧱 (Project 1: May/June 2019)… WBTW/Fisher Industries was able to build a half mile wall up the side of a mountain in 11 days (with zero safety incidents), cutting off 19 major drug cartel trails, and closing off one of the worst areas along the border… (Sunland Park, NM)
***Praise: 👍 (11/20/19)… DHS Secretary Chad Wolf & CBP Chief gave a huge endorsement to WeBuildTheWall while visiting Project 1. CBP Chief called it a “Game Changer”. It’s the only time CBP or DHS have ever endorsed a wall builder.
***PRAISE: 🧱 (12/2/19)… Fisher Sand & Gravel was awarded a $400M border wall contract to build 31 miles of wall in the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge in Yuma County, Arizona.
Fisher receives $268M; another $132M could be added if all options in contract are exercised, totalling $400M… or $8.6 to $13M per mile)(Estimated contract completion date is Dec 30, 2020.
Project: Yuma (Wellton Station) Border Wall System

***Praise: (12/4/19)… Brian Kolfage & his family were given the opportunity to visit the White House.
***Praise: While the Temporary Restraining Order(s) were in place, Fisher Industries and crews were still able to keep working on some aspects of Project 2 from the Dec. 5th hearing to Dec 12th (after which they were off for the holidays).
***Praise: (Jan 3)… Judge Crane lifted/removed section 8b from the TRO so that Fisher was able to continue to “shave, grade, or cut the riverbank.”
***Praise: (Jan 9)… Judge Crane lifted/removed the TROs from both the Federal government’s lawsuit (on behalf of the IBWC) and the North American Butterfly Association’s lawsuit (on behalf of Marianna Trevino-Wright’s National Butterfly Center) against Fisher Sand and Gravel Co.
***Praise: 🧱 (Project 2 complete: Feb 17)… Fisher Industries was able to build 3.5 miles of wall along the Rio Grande River in Mission, Texas. Project 2’s “water wall” design is the first border wall that’s ever been built inside the flood plain.

***Praise: 🔍 (Reported on 12/18/19)… Senator Kevin Cramer was able to complete his in-depth review of the USACE’s procurement process and send a letter with his findings and recommendations to President Trump on 12/6/19.
***PRAISE: 🧱 (5/6/20)… Fisher Sand & Gravel was awarded a $1.28B border wall contract to build 42 miles of wall in southern Arizona, most of which will run from Nogales to the eastern boundary of the Tohono O’odham Nation. It’s the largest border wall contract that’s ever been awarded. The project includes seven (or 8?) segments and will be painted black.
Project: Tucson Package 3, (Complex terrain, which includes rugged mountains and water crossings)

🙏 Prayer for the work crews. 🙏
Heavenly Father, we pray in Jesus’ name:
    – for safety and health for the work crews and their families while they stay home during the temporary work shutdown; for safety and good weather for the work crews when they start up work again on Project 3, 4, 5… as well as the Federal 7.6M/800 foot, the 400M/31 mile, and the 1.28B/42 mile contracts for wall in Arizona; that they would be able to continue uninterrupted until completion.

    – that the DoD IG’s office audit of the $400 million border wall contract which the USACE awarded Fisher Sand & Gravel would show everything is fair and above board; that the swamp in DoD and USACE wouldn’t be able to corrupt the process; & that Fisher would be authorized to proceed with the project as planned. (Backstory/timeline)
***Praise: (4/15/19)… Fisher Industries has been awarded a 7.6M contract modification to build 800 linear feet of 30-foot bollard barrier while the original 400M contract is still under review by the DoD IG’s office. My guess is this will give further evidence to the IG that Fisher Industries was justified in receiving the original 400M contract. (Details)
(Update: Fisher has built well beyond the initial 800 feet.)
***Praise:… Looks like work has already begun on this 31 mile project, despite the ongoing audit. Photos showing well over 800 feet of wall, started appearing around the end of April. No official word yet though.

    – for WBTW/Fisher Industries regarding the ongoing lawsuits; that both sides would be able to resolve any issues and the lawsuits would be dismissed.
(May 6)… Positive developments in today’s hearing.
“Warner and Courtois sounded cautiously optimistic that engineers could work out any remaining problems.”
“In the meantime, the IBWC and Fisher Industries will review the hydraulic analysis.”
“Engineers with the United States section of the IBWC also sent hydraulic models to their counterparts in Mexico, who may offer comments or objections.”
“Attorney Javier Peña, who represents the butterfly association, said his client wanted to independently review the hydraulic model.”
“U.S. District Judge Randy Crane agreed to schedule a status conference in 60 days.”

    – that WBTW would be able to find corporate sponsors for Project 3. (They already have a major construction equipment manufacturer and are looking for a solar LED security lighting manufacturer or supplier.)
    – that Rep. Warren Petersen’s (R-AZ) bill, HB 2084, making it easier to build border wall on private property in Arizona would get passed.
***Praise: (Feb 6)… The bill passed AZ house on reconsideration with 31-29 party line vote. Next, it goes to the Senate.

    – for the bi-national summit with the Mexican IBWC and American politicians that WBTW will be hosting; for open lines of communication/understanding; and that WBTW/Fisher Industries would learn what they need to know to facilitate the sign off and approval of their projects by the Mexican IBWC.

    – for 100% safety/health/guidance/direction/salvation(through faith in Christ Jesus) for the work crews, security personnel, legal teams, CBP, DHS, Army, National Guard and all involved in Project’s 2, 3, 4, 5 and other private or federal projects; and for WBTW/Fisher Industries as they work with private landowners to secure more property to build on
    – that work would go smoothly with continual, innovative improvements in method/process/efficiency and quality of construction; and with transitioning as they scale up capacity(manpower, equipment, etc.) to build larger projects
    – that there would be no outside interference (cartels, IBWC, courts/judges, protesters, swamp, etc.) and that if outside interference takes place that it would only work toward WBTW/Fisher Industries/USA’s benefit (exposing corruption, raising awareness, fundraising, etc.)

    – that Project 2’s wall will prove that the design is sound and that WBTW/Fisher Industries are capable of safely and effectively building it on a large scale in the Rio Grande Valley, with a superior build, at the lowest price
    – that the federal government would provide funding for WBTW/Fisher Industries to build 250+ miles of wall on Private Property in Texas
    – that the Government would purchase all of WBTW/Fisher Industries projects so the funds can be rolled into future projects and Fisher Industries will be able to scale up with additional equipment and manpower as needed.

      Sunland Park Border Wall
      https://www.fisherind.com/sunland-park-border-wall

“Fisher Industries recently completed one of its more notable jobs in company history.  While Memorial weekend (2019) typically marks the unofficial start of summer for most, Fisher crews were hard at work constructing a half-mile of fence for the nonprofit group We Build the Wall.  The location of this project was Sunland Park, New Mexico, on private property belonging to American Eagle Brick Company.  An area that had been previously deemed “unbuildable” by government agencies due to the harsh construction conditions.

Upon procuring materials, Stinger Bridge & Iron fabricated all the bollard fence panels for the project within two days.  We designed the panels with ¼” weathering steel with two #8 rebar welded in the center of each bollard providing a 75+ year lifespan.

While Stinger fabricated the bollard panels, Fisher crews set to work preparing the construction site.  The mass excavation of over 200,000 yards of material was required to construct the fence in the mountainside.  In less than a week, we were able to transform a once impassable mountain range into a roadway accessible for all vehicles.

For the fence installment, we utilized our patent pending bollard hanging system.  Our unique system allowed us to hang five bollard fence panels concurrently to place 40 feet of fence at one time.  Another benefit of our method was that it allowed us to install fencing in 40+ MPH winds as well as during rain showers.  Such weather conditions would have delayed work efforts if we had utilized traditional crane methods.

Primarily built into the mountains, the project required the ability to install fencing on steep grades.  Our installation system can maintain vertical and horizontal alignment up to 31% grade.  We were also able to parallel the fence with a 25-foot wide concrete roadway which will allow border agents to have unobstructed access from each end of the project.

We rounded out the project with an extensive electrical/technology package, including the installation of fourteen 40 foot tall light poles every 150 feet providing the agencies adequate lighting to perform nightly patrols.  We also installed three pan-tilt-zoom cameras and placed fiber optic cable capable of detecting tunneling and foot traffic alongside the border fence.

Our company’s vertical integration allowed us to have total control over all major aspects of this border wall construction project including design, steel procurement, fence fabrication, heavy-haul transportation, grading/excavation, fence installment, and all concrete work. After the raw steel leaves the mill, Fisher is 100% in control until the final project close-out.

This project had a final close-out date of June 5th, 2019.”

Absolutely, and Fisher already has been awarded federal projects as a result of the 2 private projects!

Also, since the USACE started to have to report to Jared Kurshner on wall progress(since 11/25/19) and Senator Kevin Cramer’s (12/6/19) report to POTUS with his “findings & recommendations” regarding the USACE’s corrupt procurement process… everything is exposed and Fisher subsequently received two large federal wall contracts.
          (12/2/19)… 400M, 31 mile
(5/6/20)… 1.28B, 42 mile w/ rugged mountains and river crossings.

Fisher was able to finally get on the pre-approved list of contractors last year. Other contractors can’t compete. I’d imagine that if there is any other type of terrain that govt. bureaucrats claim “Fisher doesn’t have experience on”, WBTW will happily supply it via a private border wall project with that type of terrain. lol

Also, Project 2 would probably cover “experience” for any sort of waterway.

Not true. Listen to the transcript. RR just blew up McCabe, Yates, the lovers , Weissman Chalupa, Brennan, Clapper et al.

They lied by omission and commission,, they constructed the entire scam and did so to the highest Law enforcement head at the DOJ. From the MYE, to the crossfire hurricane, when RR wasn’t even there when they constructed their plot. For over a year.

What is it these folks don’t get.

RR is just as a victim of their plotting under cover of law as are the American People.

It is only when IG Horriwitz made his report that we know how deceptive and criminal they were. RR just blew them out of the water.

      Look at the timeline.

Stop taking the Right and Left as truth. Lots of agendas there. Only the facts matter. Put your outrage on the back burner, RR just dropped a bomb.

RR was a full participant in the illegal use of spying and law enforcement against Americans.
RR was also the coup’s enforcer, threatening everyone who dared try to get to the truth of those crimes.

I suppose next he will be testifying that he didn’t read the scope memos he signed. And that he wasn’t running an obstruction trap against the President.

Wake up. It was vitally important to put in someone at DAG who would do those things. Otherwise the coup founders. Don’t forget, in a highly partisan time, it was 94-0, corrupt Republicans joining corrupt Democrats in support of installing RR as DAG. And once installed, he practically rushed to start the Mueller scam.

    OPERATION WITNESS
SESSION 01: WILD BILL DONOVAN AND THE OSS

“Strategy, without information upon which it can rely, is helpless. Likewise, information is useless unless it is intelligently directed to the strategic purpose.”

In the days before WWI, Bill Donovan was a high-powered Wall Street lawyer with an eye towards adventure. In the spirit of Teddy Roosevelt’s Rough Riders, Donovan raised a cavalry unit in Manhattan. This comic image was little more than a plaything for his fellow hot shots, but Donovan parlayed this experience into a commission in Pershing’s Army. Donovan finished the war as a Colonel, lobbying for a Medal of Honor which he eventually received.

Obviously an ambitious man, on the rumblings of WWII he sounded out Washington with all his influence, expecting FDR to give him an Army Division. What they gave him was the Office of Strategic Services, an agency still on the drawing board.

Donovan was a businessman, and a Republican. In the initial OSS staffing, Donovan hired men who were already doing similar work in the private sector. For example, he hired newspaper men from Republican papers, and put them in charge of intelligence gathering. The OSS was not a pedagogical, remedial basic training environment. It was the arena of freelance professionalism. In Donovan’s words, “You can hire a cat burglar, and end up with a better cat burglar. But if you hire a lawyer or an investment banker or a professor, you’ll have something else besides. Hire on the spot anyone of great ability, later on we’ll find out what they can do.”

This mentality was better summarized by Frank Wisner, OSS veteran and one of Donovan’s successors at the CIA: “Wisner wanted amateurs, not ex-FBI agents, former cops, bureaucrats, or, as he called them, ‘whiskey colonels’ who couldn’t wait to get to the Officers Club in the evening. Wisner spoke of the ‘added dimension’ that he couldn’t find among the paper pushers and timer servers working in the federal buildings along the Mall. He wanted men who would show initiative, a little quirky if necessary, but bold.” (The Very Best Men, Evan Thomas)

Speed was Donovan’s method. Speed in recruiting agents at very high levels before anyone else thought to do so. Speed in slapping together numerous plots to throw at the enemy, keeping them off balance and uncertain.

One of the key roles of the OSS during the war was organizing partisans in Axis occupied territory, and fostering the perception that resistance groups were larger and more dangerous than they actually were. These conditions tied up Axis forces in the Baltic and Mediterranean region, a response that would have required a much larger Allied military force if it were done by conventional methods. Across Europe, resistance contacts supplied the OSS with highly detailed reports of Nazi troop strength and movements, greatly aiding the Allied invasion.

The small triumphs of the OSS during WWII are notable today because they were accomplished by amateurs from a standing start, unlike the military which already had weapons, vehicles and a strong infrastructure. The agency used the Spaghetti Method, trying out many wild schemes with the knowledge that even if these failed, constant pressure and the threat of occasional success pestered the enemy into a weakened condition.

The manuals the OSS wrote are at the same time concise and expertly written. Picasso, after viewing the lifelike Stone Age paintings in the Lascaux cave, said, “We have learned nothing,” and so it is with the modern conservative who reads the OSS manual Morale Operations:

If it happened after WWII, it was rare. For a long time the military had a regimental mentality, for example in the Civil War wealthy private businessmen were given brevet commissions by the states, and were responsible for recruiting their own regiments. The Rough Rider system in the Spanish American War, as I recall, was also very entrepreneurial with political advancement as a side goal. In WWII a lot of managers and executives were taken out of the private sector and made brevet captains, majors, colonels to go along with those positions. I read in a WEB Griffin book that the Navy had a brevet Admiral that was essentially a lateral transfer from the private sector; he held an Any Tonnage, Any Sea rating. I don’t know if that specific instance was true, but that type of thing was what was going on at that time. Patton had a lot to say about his generals offering to resign, and Patton telling them, I don’t have anybody better to replace you.

There is no doubt she is in control of the press room. She also never lets them see her sweat as the old commercial went. The rough 25-30 minute sessions are perfect. Surely it must be getting through to even opponents, who aren’t inflicted with terminal TDS, that Trump tells the truth.

Remember the sanctuary cities already have AGs that won’t prosecute criminals that police do bring them, release prisoners en masse from “looting” “demonstrations”, have said they won’t even consider theft under $1000 (pick some threshold of insanity), etc.

      Love the ending:

“…Maybe, your problem, is a lot deeper. Perhaps you ought to explain how and why you (and John Allen), as CG Central Command, did not engage and take out Iranin Major General Soleimani who roamed the Middle East and wreaked havoc and death on our American boys with his infamous IEDs?

Why did it take President Trump to have the instincts and balls to take him out (of course over the objection the geniuses in the Pentagon)?

Looks like the Persian mullahs were a one horse sleigh and Trump nailed the horse… forever. It has been quiet ever since. Perhaps, your anger is borne of embarrassment for your own failure as the leader of Central Command. Did you applaud when the President recognized the central problem in the Middle East? Did you applaud the President when he wanted to save American lives by bringing them home in one piece?”

To piggyback off of the BLM/Latino schism discussed in an earlier post, it was on full display in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago throughout the riots. The Little Village neighborhood is mostly Mexican, and the Latin Kings that run that neighborhood, didn’t allow any looting at all. There are numerous videos proving this, they were attacking the looters. The kings supposedly told their contacts to tell the police to “not worry about Little Village”, and the CPD obliged. The word is the Latin Kings run a protection racket with all of the neighborhood stores, and during the riots, they held up their end of the bargain. Now, they may have been a little overzealous, to the point where they were randomly attacking any black person they saw. Tariq Nashid even was tweeting about it, check his timeline. Well, the Black gangs are looking for revenge now, and this Chicago summer is already hot, buckle up.

This is the most awesome post ever. It’s very important too because Trump has put up with this pseudo group of republicans his entire term because he needs them for certain things. When they vote with Trump they are doing so for their own benefit – not Trump’s or the country’s benefit. Trump has gone gloves off before the election.

If they want to retain their TDS status into the general election – support Biden , Democrats, and anarchy… or a “replacement” Republican candidate, VOTE THEM OUT.

Just to follow up on Sunnydaze’s point above regarding Geraldo (and other fools) saying things like (Geraldo tonight on Hannity) “POTUS just needs to acknowledge things are harder for people of color,” etc.

POTUS has praised the peaceful protests several times, I believe. What he is NOT required to do and should not do is give in to the mob in any way. And he hasn’t. And it’s driving the media, Dems and NeverTrumpers (like Murkowski and Mattis) crazy.

POTUS’ old mentor, Roy Cohn, taught him never to settle lawsuits. Because if you settle, then people will see you as an easy mark to extort. The next lawsuit will be just around the corner, to bilk you of your hard-earned cash.

POTUS learned the lesson. Never negotiate with bad-faith actors. Never give in to the outrage mob. Never deal with things on someone else’s turf when you can, instead, deal with them on your turf at your time.

When you give into the mob, things like this happen:

Once they know they have you, it’s over. So you never let them start.

The reason why people like Mattis are going berserk right now is because 1) they know POTUS is winning the narrative war and 2) they know this is their last chance to stop him before the election.

The virus was going to be POTUS’ “Katrina” (again, like 500 other events were). That didn’t happen. Now George Floyd is going to be his Katrina. And every Trump Hater is crawling out of the woodwork to try to make that happen.

What POTUS knows best is how to ride things out. Remember the Access Hollywood tape and how that was “the end.” When that took place, POTUS told a reporter (think it was Robert Costa or something like that) that the story would blow over. And he was right. Same thing here.

Sure, athletes and celebrities will keep the race narrative going up until the election. But the “moment” of the story will die long before the election. POTUS knows that. That’s why he’s doing what he’s doing.

Not only is POTUS NOT giving in to the mob’s demands, he is instead going on offense (law and order) during this time. And counter-programming (Iran hostage freed).

What POTUS knows, and what a psychologist can tell you, is that entity perceived as the “strongest” often wins these kinds of narrative showdowns. And that’s why the Dem military figures, the DC mayor and the Dems in general are going nuts about POTUS showing strength. They know what he’s doing and know it is working, and can work. Including if he had to call in the military (unlikely now) to clean up some cities.

The opposite of this, looking weak, is why the media keeps bringing back the “POTUS had to be taken to the bunker” story. Because they know if he looks weak, it hurts him. And if he looks strong, it helps him.

I know many may disagree with me, but I love where things are at right now. Of course, Murkowski and that ilk has to be reined in (no public GOP fissures but with non-entity Romney), and SCOTUS needs to take up the Mueller Grand Jury case (which would effectively end, IMO, any hopes for a second impeachment before the election), but things are coming around.

After 3+ years of idiocy, the opposition is almost out of “crises” to exploit. George Floyd is their final one, they know it, and they are hanging on for dear life. POTUS has played this extremely well, and I could see things turning towards POTUS in about a week from now.

Black nuclear families in the inner cities have already been almost completely disrupted. So have the families of too many on welfare. So they want to spread the wealth of single motherhood and state wardship of children to the rest of the country.

Not saying she can actually get these things, but here’s what the DC Mayor is attempting for tomorrow:

    1. Evict all National Guard from DC Hotels
    2. Get extended perimeter fencing and barricades removed from streets around WH.

It is no coincidence she is doing/pushing these things just one day before the Leftists are hoping to have ONE MILLION protesting in DC on Saturday.

I honestly believe they plan to totally surround the WH with well over half a million idiots. Then look for an opportunity to rush the WH …

    — wait … I know what you’re thinking … they would never get across the lawn without being gunned down. True. And the average liberal fool is dumb enough to pay that price for the religion.

The Left wants a DC Tiananmen Square massacre to use against Trump.

All this because the law is circling closer and closer around Obama and those involved in the soft coup of the Trump admin. Don’t forget that Hillary said we will all swing from nooses should Trump get elected.
