Beth Wilkinson represented Justice Kavanaugh during his confirmation. I guess Kavanaugh would have to recuse?

I still think Sullivan doesn’t want to respond, I bet Sydney Powell files for an immediate removal, why would a Federal Judge need an attorney to argue his position before an appellate court?

Easiest way to avoid having to file a nonsense position is to get the matter removed.

Flynn’s position is further compromised in that Sullivan is potentially setting Kavanaugh up for a recusal denting Flynn the full panel of SCOTUS judges.

Barr details emerge from a FOIA request. Sundance / sleuths may deduce more.

Law & Crime: Attorney General Barr Met with John Durham Three Days After Mueller Report Was Submitted

“…Attending each subsequent meeting was OAG’s Theresa Watson, Brian Rabbitt, and Seth DuCharme. OAG’s John Moran attended the first subsequent meeting on April 25, 2019.”

A lot of used cars are about to hit the market. Hertz is bankrupt. This will also affect the automakers as they buy huge fleets every year. Used car prices have already been plummeting so hopefully you are a buyer rather than a seller in the near future.

“…Hertz has traditionally been a leading buyer of fleet cars from the Detroit 3 and other automakers. Last year, Hertz held as many as 567,600 vehicles in its U.S. fleet and 204,000 in its international unit, holding those in the U.S. for an average of 18 months and international vehicles for 12 months, according to a U.S. filing.

Its biggest suppliers of fleet vehicles were General Motors (21 percent), Fiat Chrysler (18 percent), Ford (12 percent), Kia (10 percent), Toyota (9 percent), Nissan (7 percent) and Hyundai (5 percent), according to the filing.…”

. “On or about April 12, 2016, the Conspirators used the stolen credentials of a DCCC Employee (“DCCC Employee 1”) to access the DCCC network.” –
On or about April 18, 2016, the Conspirators activated X-Agent’s keylog and screenshot functions to steal credentials of a DCCC employee who was authorized to access the DNC network. The Conspirators HACKED into the DNC network FROM the DCCC NETWORK using stolen credentials.”
“The Conspirators then installed and managed different types of malware (as they did in the DCCC network) to explore the DNC network and STEAL DOCUMENTS- July 13, 2018 – Mueller Indictment

Mr. Tamene: Then came the next question from the FBI, which was I want to say EARLY APRIL of 2016, where the FBI asked us to provide them logs, which is, in effect metadata about emails, from our exchange servers.

On APRIL 28, 2016 Mr. Tamene recognizes that he is seeing what the FBI has been grooming him to see. There is “unusual activity” on the DNC server. Mr. Tamene calls his supervisor.

Mr. Tamene: So April 28th is the first day that we found activity on our network that was unusual, nefarious by adversaries. It just so happened that April 29th was when we were able to gather all the information, get all the approvals we needed, and send that [meta data] information to the FBI.
Congress: Right. And, indeed, up to that point, you had not corroborated any
of the activity that the FBI had …engaged with you?
Mr. Tamene – That’s true. I want to also say that THE ACTORS THAT WE NOTICED, it

If on the 29th, the FBI had the meta data….why would Crowdstrike be called in?

APRIL 30, 2016 a telephone conference, meeting with Mr. Tamene, CEO Amy Dacey, Attorney Michael Sussman…Michael Sussman calls Shaun Henry at Crowdstrike. Crowdstrike is under contract with Perkins Coie. Perkins Coie, Marc Elias helms the Hillary for America campaign. Michael Sussman with Perkins Coie, represents the DNC.

MAY 1, 2016 Crowdstrike appears on the scene.

Mr. Shaun Henry: “and I want to make sure I’m correct here—that there were some hash values, which are ALGORITHMS essentially, THAT WERE PROVIDED BY THE FBI that were consistent with files that were on the DNC. I think that that is accurate

  9. litenmaus says:

Summer of 2015 “Russians access DNC”–

Both the Washington Post dated June 14, 2016 and the Intelligence Assessment Report of January 6, 2017 mention that the Russians gained access to the DNC computers in the Summer of 2015.

All the sites that I’ve reviewed, that allude to ‘Russian access during the Summer of 2015’ do so, only after the Washington Post June 14, 2016 reported on claims from Crowdstrike attesting to Russians being in the systems since June of 2015.

All sites that allude to July 2015 intrusion by Russians only make this claim AFTER the January 6, 2017, Intelligence Assessment Report is released. There is nothing to indicate the DNC suffered a hack, let alone a hack by Russian Intelligence in the summer of 2015, OTHER THAN THE ANALYSIS of Crowdstrike.

Mr. Shaun Henry: “and I want to make sure I’m correct here—that there were some hash values, which are ALGORITHMS essentially, THAT WERE PROVIDED BY THE FBI that were consistent with files that were on the DNC. I think that that is accurate.”

In September 2015 FBI Special Agent Hawkins, calls the DNC, his call is routed to the IT helpdesk and the help desk rings up the Director of Internet Technology at the DNC, Mr. Yared Tamine. Tamene testifies the September 2015 phone call is the first interaction with the FBI that he has had.

Congress: Were you aware of any other interactions, even if you weren’t
personally involved in them, between the FBI and the DNC relative to
cybersecurity during your time there PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 2015?
Mr. Tamene NO, I was not aware of any.
    –August 30, 2017 Congressional transcripts

Who directed FBI Special Agent Adrian Hawkins to begin “looking at” the DNC server in September of 2015?

The FBI had control of information that was being used to shape the event.
Mr. Tamene: “Turns out, on the 28th of April WERE DIFFERENT ACTORS THAN THE FBI HAD BEEN LOOKING AT

Perhaps that was the intention. Or……..not?

I find this all utterly astounding. Nothing would surprise me now.

Perhaps Lawfare has discovered a “loophole” in the entire concept of “Rule of Law”? Some arcane rule that now forces the SC to intervene and mandates that RBG perform an unspeakable and disgusting act with Judge Sullivan which will somehow grant him a bye, or “mulligan” from this case. Then all other SCJ’s are forced to recuse and RBG rules that Sullivan is allowed 3 free slashes at Gen. Flynn’s neck with the SC’s Silver Sword. Naturally, in keeping with true justice, if he bleeds then that would prove him guilty.

I mean, he did transgress the unwritten law, right? So that’s fair.

After all, everyone wants Sullivan to be able to take tea with his tribe again, right?

Despise how Cuomo and his minions are trying to deflect their disaster our management of nursing home ps and the associated deaths. Claiming they merely followed the President’s CDC guidelines which say people must be allowed into the facility who have CV. No, that’s not how it reads. They always spin and parse to suit their purposes. Here is a portion of the guidance from March 13th:

“Note: Nursing homes should admit any individuals that they would normally admit to their facility, including individuals from hospitals where a case of COVID-19 was/is present. Also, if possible, dedicate a unit/wing exclusively for any residents coming or returning from the hospital. This can serve as a step-down unit where they remain for 14 days with no symptoms (instead of integrating as usual on short-term rehab floor, or returning to long-stay original room).”

Some conditions put in for various cases. Cuomo screwed up.

Apologies in advance for the length.
Yesterday i put up a link for Rep Devin Nunes’ latest podcast with former Rep Tom Rooney, and provided a link for Trey Gowdy’s podcast with Rep Nunes before having a listen myself first.

My expectations for Gowdy’s podcast were low, based on Gowdy’s previous podcasts being particularly uninspiring.

It is with great pleasure i tell you, I was 100% incorrect.
This week’s Gowdy podcast is a must-listen for all interested in Obamagate. Clocking in at 1 hour 7 minutes 2 seconds, it is long, but 1 hour is all Rep Nunes, 7 min 2 sec is Gowdy offering mea culpas, offering a full-blown apology at 48 minutes in.

I will tell you upfront, everything, and I mean EV. ER. Y. THING, Sundance has found, surmised, researched, postulated, is 100% verified correct. Everything.
So this is redundant, but it sure is nice to hear.

They cover everything, beginning with the Aug 2016 Brennan “notification” meeting and even including the actions done during the Iran Deal. Yup, just like Sundance said, the NSA DB exploitation, reverse targeting, industrial-sized unmasking, since at least 2012 or before.

The FBI, DOJ, CIA, etc etc, all lied to Rep Nunes and his guys. Gowdy admits his total regard and belief he held for DOJ/FBI clouded his judgement. Iow, he didn’t want to see the truth.

Rep Nunes & his guys finally had a Gowdy intervention, with finally a Gowdy come-to-Jesus moment when Gowdy had to face the truth. These guys were all dirty.

There is way too much for me to detail. Please find the time to listen. I listened twice, and plan to have a third listen, it is so good.
Rep Nunes really lets it all out and tells all.

This link offers the podcast, but also offers a download for an mp3, should you care to listen offline, on your mp3 player, or phone.

Ground report from the front lines!
(Okay, it’s Florida. Not exactly hardship duty when compared to our fellow Americans in Blue states today.)

Just returned from a dinner at our favorite hole-in-the-wall seafood place. Single mom owner, all workers but one are family. Re-opened last week. She says they might make it with days like this one.
This is a mostly take-out spot with about a dozen tables under a canopy and six more on an open patio.
I was number 10 in line to order. While waiting for the line to move, a few observations:

    – All tables were occupied.
    – 10 in line when I started, 15 more behind me by the time I ordered.
    – While waiting for my food, I counted 52 total customers in the 30 minutes I waited.
    – I counted six people wearing masks, all but one appeared to be in an “at risk” category (like me – with no mask though).
    – Everyone was laughing, one table was singing, staff was slammed but extremely friendly.
    – Oh, and it was pouring down rain, thundering and lightning. The guy ahead of me in line moved his group of five aside so the rest of us could fit under the canopy.
    – The blowing rain soaked everyone, not many seemed to care.
    – Chatted with folks in the line and at nearby tables.
    – Social distancing – what’s that??

We took our dinner to a sunset spot overlooking the nearby Gulf of Mexico. Pouring rain and lightning to our south, sun shining to the north. Florida – ain’t no place like it!

As we left our “private sunset dining room”, we counted 38 people along one mile of shoreline. All appeared to be family groups, fishing, cooking out – the rain was letting up. All were laughing, playing, dancing. No masks in these groups.

Home after dark. Just wanted to share some good news with y’all. Based on what we saw and judging from the INCREDIBLE amount of traffic on the interstates, our little section of central-west Florida is gung-ho for the exit ramp to “almost normal again”.

Now, for that key lime pie momma doesn’t know about yet …..

    Life. Is. Good.

Any of you on twitter, following Sundance’s twitter feed, specifically this tweet to Sundance –

Get a word to Sundance, please.
This guy shipwrecked is 100% wrong, as validated by Rep Devin Nunes to former Rep Trey Gowdy, in Gowdy’s latest podcast.

Rep Nunes mentions specifically how disappointed they were that the Trump DOJ and FBI appointees were also lying, obstructing, and manipulating information to Rep Nunes and his Intel Cmte guys.
Rep Nunes mentions this specifically and in-depth.
Sundance, as usual, is 100% validated correct.

    • jeans2nd says:

Rep Nunes also talks of the two routes of Spying, etc, on Team Trump, and how the two morphed into one, a Counterintelligence op with the sole intention of manipulating Team Trump into a case of Obstruction of Justice. Obstruction of Justice was SCO’s original purpose and intent.
I sure would hate to argue with Rep Nunes.
