I wish anyone who wants to contribute to turning the USA into a third world country would just go to a third world country to live.

      FTA:
The North Carolina senator evidently doesn’t think that the Tar Heel State is turning blue like Virginia as quickly as he would like. He also believes that now that he lied about being tough on illegal immigration in order get Trump’s endorsement and scare away a primary challenger, he can go back to screwing his voters.

Vice President Pence’s PAC is rumored to be supporting this bill. I’ve heard the same from my sources in the Senate as well.

Notably, nobody from the DHS was present at the meeting to offer the border security perspective on the bill.

On December 11, House Democrats passed the Orwellian-named Farm Workforce Modernization Act (H.R. 5038). In plain English, it grants amnesty to every illegal alien in this country who claims to have worked at least part-time for agriculture and creates an unlimited agriculture guest worker program for the future to bring in millions of low-skilled workers. The cultural and fiscal costs are never factored in. It permanently tethers green cards for people coming in on these H-2 visas to the condition of working in agriculture for 10 years, creating an indentured servant model that, as Mark Krikorian observes, will prevent farms from ever modernizing and mechanizing their process because of the boundless flow of cheap labor.

What is so offensive about this bill is that the very reason these people are in the country to begin with is because we were lied to, including by some of the very same members of Congress who were there in 1986. Back then, they gave amnesty to 2.7 million illegal aliens, including 1.1 million who worked in agriculture, on the promise that future illegal immigration would be choked off by prohibiting illegal alien work in America. They pocketed the amnesty and then turned around and downright blocked enforcement of any of the laws and today are openly criminalizing enforcement in sanctuary states while encouraging illegal alien employment.

In December, 34 Republicans supported that bill in the House, along with all but three Democrats. Undoubtedly, many more agree with the idea but were inclined to vote no as a minority party.

Curiously, the White House has been silent. Typically, such a transformative and consequential bill that passes the House would be met by what’s known as a Statement of Administrative Policy (SAP), expressing the president’s support or threat to veto. One would think Trump would veto an amnesty in a heartbeat, right? This bill was sponsored by Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.), one of the House impeachment managers!

We already know that the president has permanently retreated from cutting the numbers of legal immigrants and from mandatory E-Verify, which was taken out of this year’s budget proposal.

According to the Epoch Times, one citizen in North Carolina collated criminal data from just 30 percent of North Carolina counties and found that in just the past 18 months, “more than 331 illegal aliens have been charged with 1,172 child rapes and child sexual assaults.”

Jobs in agriculture are the very magnet that was supposed to be shut off in exchange for the last amnesty. Why won’t Tillis ever consider the cultural, drug trafficking, and other criminal problems alongside the quest for cheaper labor?

There is an undercurrent to ‘allowing’ these third world people come here with their third world ideas, and your last paragraph illustrates this:

Third world mentality DOES NOT CONDEMN children as sex-partners and many of our politicians/powerful people would like to see that mentality take hold in this country . . .

Thanks for the heads up. I plan to email POTUS today asking he oppose amnesty in any form. We should all do that, flood the WH inbox with opposition to this.

Technically I’m OK with a guest worker program, but I’m not OK with amnesty for anyone that has ever worked agriculture even part time. What kind of horse hockey is that. I see Grahamnesty supports it too. No, no, no.

It would be best if farmers modernized and mechanized. Perhaps we could encourage that via tax codes and low interest loans. In the long run that would be cheaper and better for not only the food chain, but the country as a whole in a variety of ways.

REVERSE THE HOUSE BARR TESTIMONY (SENATE); GO ON OFFENSE

BARR KNOWS, WE KNOW AND EVERYONE KNOWS (Show the Detailed Evidence).
It would only take about a few hours for the House/Senate to construct checkmate questions, blow this wide open by referring to the detailed evidence directly by statements/questions. Show the people the detailed evidence that will destroy the FBI/DOJ, Criminals, Coup and the Media in front of the people.

Checkmate Questions to Attorney General Barr; no matter how he answers the questions, even if Barr declines because of an on-going investigation, the benefit of asking the questions are extremely important on multiple levels.

SHOW BARR that we have the Detailed Evidence of criminal acts that is way beyond a reasonable doubt.

If Barr is on the Fence or 100% going to implement Justice; it would help for obvious reasons to apply more pressure on Barr at the House testimony. Go nuclear with the questions. The questions could give clues/hints about Barr and is just a win/win.

Anyone could write 20 questions easily in 10 minutes, 40 questions in 30 minutes or a thousand questions in several hours. This will help PDJT on many levels.

Several hundred could be easily composed.

The first Phase of Questions would be if Normal Investigated/Prosecutorial Policies and Procedures were followed.
Just 10 Detailed Questions of several hundred that could be constructed easily.
    Barr have you check to see if; Normal Investigated/Prosecutorial Policies and Procedures followed for the following;
    1. The Comey investigation of the Hillary emails and the Clinton Foundation?
    2. Did you look into the FBI lead sheet work papers to see if investigative/prosecutorial policies and procedures were used?
    3. Did you ask direct questions to all FBI agents who created the FBI lead sheet work papers on the Hillary Emails so called investigation?
    4. Did you look into in why immunity deals were given out by Comey, for allegedly no consideration?
    5. Did you look into why Comey, allegedly took the investigation into Hillary emails, away from the FBI field agents and gave it to upper management (7th floor of the FBI) which is highly unusual?
    6. Have you investigated the Consent Agreement between Hillary’s Legal Team and the DOJ/FBI; according to Peter Strzok testimony, it was implied that the FBI/DOJ allegedly created an alleged prearranged shame agreement not to follow normal investigative/prosecutorial policies and procedures in the Hillary’s email case; a criminal act?
    7. Do you understand that an agreement can’t be made with Hillary legal defense team to alter or change investigative/prosecutorial policies and procedures?
    8. Do you understand if the DOJ ordered the FBI not to follow investigative policies and procedures, the FBI had a duty to refuse the DOJ orders?
    9. Do you understand that if it is proven that Comey did not following investigative policies and prosecutors in investigation Hillary Emails, it could lead to the direct motivation for Comey approving the fisa warrants?

Several hundred other questions could be asked.

    1. Did you look into the Dennis Montgomery 47 Hard Drives?
    2. Have you contacted Dennis Montgomery attorneys?
    3. Are you concerned that it has been alleged that the Clinton Foundation received directly and indirectly 140 million dollars for the sale of security assets to Russia (uranium 1)?
    4. Did you investigate Hillary and the DNC Servers?
    5. Did you investigate Wiener Laptop?

PDJT is Central and has all the Power to Implement Justice (Strategically planned for 3-years).

PDJT has many paths to implement Justice.

    Easy Criminal Cases to Prosecute.

    PDJT will implement Justice.

Agreed, this could be such a great opportunity to be penetrating and explosive.

Yes, following normal investigative/prosecutorial policies and procedures in the Clinton email and the Clinton Foundation could be problem for Comey with Fisa because he is denying intent and blaming it own lower level employees. Who took away the Email and foundation investigation from the field agents and gave it to the 7th floor of the FBI? Prove intent in the Hillary Cases for political reasons will easily merge over to fisa. In my opinion, this is CHECKMATE?

If normal investigative/prosecutorial policies and procedures were followed, is easy to prove. Work paper lead sheets compared to what they should have been.

Hillary is key; she allegedly motivated all of it. IMO will be the opening statement for all prosecution cases.

      Questions regarding FBI/DOJ of alleged Obstruction of Justice;

Another topic for Barr’s questioning is the holding back (not complying) of information (mainly the DOJ) from Judicial Watch by the Freedom of information, by Congress and by Judges, who ordered/requested documents/evidence that has taken over a year to receive, if ever and extremely overly redacted.

      1. (Statement before Question) Anyone in the FBI/DOJ who gives a false statement, misleads the investigation and/or withhold paper/digital evidence that has been requested for the last 3-years or is currently be requested is a criminal act and is aiding and abetting in the coup.
      2. Are you investigating if any top management of the FBI allegedly gave orders for managers, supervisors or regular Federal employees to hide, alter or delay information requested/subpoenaed by Congress and Judicial Watch?
      3. Are you aware that Judicial Watch, Congress and Judges are extremely troubled because document requests that should be done within a few weeks have taken many months, years and many requests have never been complied to?
      4. (Statement before question) It appears that management of the FBI/DOJ/CIA allegedly gave orders for managers, supervisors or regular Federal Employees to redact subpoenaed documents as classified for no reason other than to hide evidence.
      5. (Statement) Judicial Watch as stated documents were being classified as Highly Classified Intentionally to protect the Coup and later revealed as not being highly classified; showing criminals were intentionally aiding and abetting the Coup.
      6. Documents that were requested over a year ago are now un-redacted, clearly show there was no reason to redact subpoenaed documents; to you agree this could possibly prove that someone was involved in hiding evidence? This appears to be obstruction of Justice and much more. These are criminal acts.
      7. (Statement before Question) Anyone who (Even if ordered by and employee supervisor, manager etc.) hides, alters, destroys or delays information that is needed to do proper investigations can be terminated and possibly charged with obstruction of Justice and many other charges.
      8. Do you agree that finding each Federal employee who implemented any of these acts is easily discoverable?
      9. (Statement leading question) These Federal employees could also be charge for perjury if they lie or even if they mislead what they did when questioned by Barr/Durham.
      10. Are you aware that these Federal Employees can’t use the excuse that top management ordered them to commit criminal acts; Federal employees who are ordered to be involved in criminal acts must either refuse to comply and/or resign from their position?

      Pray for P/T health/safety.

        Excellent Questions Nicole.

How in the world is Barr going to answer them?

Barr is 100% responsible for his department.

It is so easy to proof obstruction of Justice here…

There are voluminous methods and procedures that investigators use to gather evidence when trying to prove someone has hidden, altered or delayed evidence.

        Here are a few;
        1. Judicial Watch has stated documents were being classified as Highly Classified Intentionally to protect the Coup and later revealed as not being highly classified; showing criminals were intentionally aiding and abetting the Coup. Circumstantial Evidence;
        A. If PDJT evidence to prove his innocents was consistently redacted when clearly they were not highly classified.
        B. The policies and procedures are clearly defined has to what is highly classified and what is not highly classified.
        C. If the history of these employees who highly classified evidence where not consistent with prior subject persons or prior years.
        D. When there is enough circumstantial evidence that person x can be charged with obstruction of Justice; they will usually confess and give evidence of who ordered the delay in evidence.
        E. E. Etc. Etc. Etc.
        2. There is an easy identifiable paper/digital trail of evidence built into all systems to reveal who actually implemented the Coup and later revealed as not being highly classified; showing criminals were intentionally aiding and abetting the Coup. Circumstantial Evidence;

          Right back at you Paul…
          Question-to Barr
          1. Are you aware that Judicial Watch, Courts (Judges) and the Congress has been complaining for 3-years that the DOJ/FBI are not complying to requests for documents?
          2. Have you order and used proper investigative/prosecutorial policies procedures in investigation these complaints?

STATEMENT ONLY DISCLOSURE FOR BARR “no questions” (House/Senate)

This informs, educates, motive and evidence is clearly there that goes way beyond policies and procedures for opening up investigations. (CHECKMATE).

Top management of the FBI/DOJ/CIA allegedly gave orders for managers, supervisors or regular Federal Employees to hide, alter or delay information requested/subpoenaed by Congress and Judicial Watch etc. Judicial Watch and Congress are extremely troubled because document requests that should be done within a few weeks have taken many months, years and many requests have never been complied to.

Top management of the FBI/DOJ/CIA allegedly gave orders for managers, supervisors or regular Federal Employees to redact subpoenaed documents as classified for no reason other than to hide evidence.

Documents that were requested over a year ago are now un-redacted and allegedly show there was no reason to redact subpoenaed documents; therefore, proving easily that someone was involved in hiding evidence for no reason. This appears to be obstruction of Justice and mush more. These are alleged criminal acts.

Anyone who (Even if ordered by employees supervisor, manager etc. ) hides, alters, destroys or delays information that is needed to do proper investigations can be terminated and possibly charged with obstruction of Justice and many other charges.

With proper investigative/prosecutorial policies and procedures being implemented with an aggressive Attorney General; how worried should the FBI/DOJ employees be?

Drain the Swamp: how many layers deep were these alleged obstructions done?

PDJT could easily drain this section of the swamp with justification easily.

These Federal employees (should be) extremely worried since Barr and Durham came into the picture because they could all be fired and criminally charged. This is a very powerful investigative/prosecutorial weapon in searching for the truth.

To compound these Federal Employees concerns and worries; when Barr/Durham subpoenas these Federal Employees they will all surely (hopefully) know their discoverable trails will be seen showing what they actually did was a criminal act. These Federal employees could also be charge for perjury if they lie or even if they mislead what they did.

These Federal Employees can’t use the excuse that top management ordered them to commit criminal acts; either a Federal or Corporate employee who is ordered to be involved in criminal acts must either refuse to comply and/or resign from their position.

There could be several thousand Federal Employees who would be worried and at risk. IMO top management gave orders to someone and the downstream chain of alleged criminal acts could be extremely long.

My point is that this is just the tip of many sections of this massive conspiracy in that thousands of questions could be formulated. (Many perjury traps).

How would each defendant remember the mountains of paper/digital trails and testimonies of evidence that would conflict with their statements. (Many perjury traps).

Each Criminal Defendant would need to pay their attorney their life savings and more to defend their alleged actions.

            90% will plea…

I chose not to be involved. I’m allowed to be totally involved. I’m actually the chief law enforcement officer of the country. But I chose not to be involved, I could be involved if I wanted to be. (Not Exact Words).

Historically P/T stated; if he needed to get involved with FBI/DOJ, he would.

P/T is telling Barr indirectly; follow normal investigative/prosecutorial policies and procedures, follow the evidence were ever it leads and prosecute. We see the evidence and there is enough evidence according to policies and procedures to open up investigations. We see enough evidence that appear to be way beyond a reasonable doubt.

Barr is being told; get the job done or I will (Micro) manage the FBI/DOJ directly. P/T bound duty.

    From The Hill:
Top intelligence community lawyer leaving position

Jason Klitenic, the general counsel for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) whose handling of a government whistleblower complaint helped spur the House’s impeachment inquiry into President Trump, is stepping down from his post, an agency spokeswoman told Politico.

Klitenic is planning to exit ODNI in early March, the news outlet reported. It is unclear what led to his exit from the agency. ODNI did not immediately return a request for comment from The Hill.

Klitenic’s announced departure comes less than a month before the deadline for acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Joseph Maguire to exit his position. A federal law that limits how long an official can serve as acting DNI prevents Maguire from serving past March 11.

Maguire and Klitenic’s decision to block the dissemination of a government whistleblower complaint that the ODNI inspector general deemed “urgent” sparked outrage from Democratic lawmakers last September.

doesn;t Paul Manafort still have state charges/trial
maybe POTUS is waiting for that otherwise they would sentence
him to the very most they could. Plus didn;t they try to move
him to Riker and DOJ stopped it and said since he is convicted
of Federal Crime he stays in Fed Prison. If he is pardoned right now
I wouldn;t put it past them to arrest him and send him to Rikers
then POTUS can;t do anything. Manafort is likely safer where he is
till we know what his sentence is on state charges.

Plus I think he should commute his sentence not pardon him
after all Manafort is guilty of his crime..

Just posting to remind anyone here that lives in Wisconsin’s 7th Congressional District that there is a primary to replace Sean Duffy today. I support Tom Tiffany and absolutely do not support Jason Church who is supported by a Bloomberg/Bezos pac while Tom Tiffany is endorsed by Sean Duffy and Scott Walker. Emotional people will get caught up on the fact that Church is a double amputee and a veteran. DON”T Be manipulated by emotion. Jason Church endorsed a democrat in New York, Max Rose, who went on to vote to IMPEACH President Trump. I truly do not trust someone just because they served in the military and it
Sorry if some find this post off topic but this is a race for a congressional seat and that does effect Donald Trump.

      • It’s pretty clearly a violation of the Logan Act, but it’s one thing to say that a US Senator just did that and quite another to nail a US Senator for doing it.

In United States v. Curtiss-Wright Export Corp., 299 U.S. 304 (1936), Justice Sutherland, writing for the Court, observed, “[T]he President alone has the power to speak or listen as a representative of the nation. He makes treaties with the advice and consent of the Senate, but he alone negotiates. Into the field of negotiation, the Senate cannot intrude; and Congress itself is powerless to invade it. As Marshall said in his great argument of March 7, 1800, in the House of Representatives, ‘The President is the sole organ of the nation in its external relations, and its sole representative with foreign nations.'”

I suspect that if we look much closer we will soon find that these Senators did not necessarily do this “for altruistic motives.” I’ll bet there’s some hanky-panky going on with regards to Iran that these people want to protect.

In my mind, every time these corrupt bureaucracies pull out the “we lost it/them” card, it is scraping the bottom of the barrel.

It means they could not invent a plausible B.S. story about the materials in question – so they have to “dump them” into the lost-and-never-found-bin.

IOW, they save up and play the we’re incompetent card last, when there are no plausible lies cards or any other playable cards in their hand.

Now they have to fend-off new their also incompetent accusations, on top of all their existing obvious lies and cover-ups.
