I read a National Review article that said that, among other things, POTUS’ tweeting would make it difficult for McCabe to get a fair trial. The article acknowledged that McCabe is guilty and alsi referenced other issues such as McCabe’s firing, Liu, etc.

FTA: The president is correct when he insists, as he did this week, that he has the constitutional power to intervene in Justice Department matters. But that means he is subject to the same legal obligations that inhibit his Justice Department subordinates. Those obligations include protecting McCabe’s right to a fair trial — a duty the president may chafe at, but which is part of the deal when you take an oath to preserve the Constitution and execute the laws faithfully.

Yes I agree Roger Stone’s case is ridiculous and Manafort has been treated horribly no matter what he did (or didn’t do) but as an individual case separate from the others it seems possible that McCabe could claim he couldn’t get a fair trial.

I’m just trying to make sense of the AG declining to prosecute because to me he deserves the Roger Stone treatment.

Make the public aware of miscarriage of justice for these relatively unimportant instances. This will generate outrage among the public and make it easier to prosecute the really important cases, such as the coup attempts, clinton foundation pay-for-play, uranium one, cover-up of the murder of Seth Rich, etc.

Leaving Klobuchar and Pete as the only viable candidates the Dems have.

I’m voting Bern in the Virginia primary, in which we are allowed to cross over. I believe Bern would be the best Dem candidate for the United States. Call a spade a spade, I always say. The Dem party is essentially left wing (i.e., kleptocrat totalitarian) party and Bern best represents that.

So, are they clearing the way for Bernie, or Klobuchar ? Give me a break! They must have someone else! Maybe a John Kelley type. Remember Wesley Clarke?
And about Kelley. Have you ever seen a bigger know-it-all in your life than he??
You don’t think he wants to be President? Consider his recent media eruptions to be just an audition. Come to think of it, you could pair him with the second greatest know-it-all, John Bolton.
I guarantee there is a little huddle about such possibilities even as we speak in the board room of Communist Media USA Inc. and at fully-owned subsidiary DNC Inc.

Kelley can step up and get some too if he wants. Anybody can get it. The nominee is going to be Bloomberg, even if the powers that be can’t stand him, he’s the only one with any money, and the root of all corruption is always the love of money. They will tell him whatever price tag it is, and he will pay it, and he will be the nominee.

Someone like Klobachur has no shot, she’s too normal. Bernie has no shot, the entire DNC hates him. , the only thing the DNC can get this time around is Bloomy’s money and that’s what they’ll settle for.

As soon as they do that, they’ll lose about 80% of Bernie’s voters, if Bernie seems complicit in it, some of those voters will be so disgusted they’ll vote for Trump out of protest.

I’m at 38 or so states for Trump, likely more since there’s an additional 7 territories…

I can’t really say you’re wrong, but Dems do not, as rule, handle a ‘future nominee’ Mike Bloomberg with such a heavy hand as they did yesterday.
They must have somebody else! Or because Bernie, Joe, or Debbie would win anyways because Communists can use extreme measures! One or the other!

A beautiful Sunday morning and President Trump is still President and the Good Lord’s still on the throne.

We are in uncharted territory as a nation. The entire DC Beltway aka “the swamp” has been exposed as a treacherous den-of-thieves, whose only concern is “what’s in it for me?” These same scoundrels have been running the affairs of this country to the edge of destruction. We were one election away from the proletariat abyss and still are. Look who the democrats are about to vote in as their candidate for president, Bernie Sanders.

Finally we have people being who they are Marxist /Globalist who have promised the destruction of the USA for 60+ years “without firing a shot” …remember Nikita Sergeyevich Khrushchev. Well a funny thing happened on the way to utopia. The election of our Great President Donald J Trump!

A con only works in the dark. The decades old construct of democrat/Republican was purely for public consumption to set up divide & conquer. A way to keep people divided by party line when in truth we know now, without equivocation is the Uniparty. Where both parties are moving in the same direction one just a little faster then the other. “A thousand points of light – – A New World Order.”

Without getting into a lengthy history lesson, our country was being sold out to the highest bidder. Killing off the Middle Class by destroying American manufacturing and forcing people to either go on the dole or move into the blue hives, cities. Or even better, die off. You cannot have state control when people believe that they are free. The Constitution must be destroyed. From the Warren Court forward un-elected judges have forced the un-constitutional to be constitutional.

Or in states like California. Prop 187 passed in 1994 with around 60% for, 40% against, yet a judge simply threw it out, moving CA into the blue abyss. By this time Pete Wilson had been neutered by being called racist and the Clinton (criminal cabal) White House and NWO were more than happy to not enforce immigration laws. With the passage of NAFTA and voila, the NWO had it;s murder weapon in place, the invasion of the West by the 3rd world.

The point is, we have a firm beachhead in the swamp. We have a majority still, my guess 60-40% or even 70-30%. The big con is to make the majority feel like the minority. Now the the fight for our country will proceed in earnest. 2020 will tell the tale. If we stick with our Great President Trump, we will crush them. Avoid palace intrigues aka swamp gas. It’s all a distraction. We finally have a real choice between slavery or freedom, Fascism or Free Markets, evil or good, you pick. “We are at a time for choosing.” We didn’t listen in 1964 but we didn’t have President Donald J. Trump.

Gird your loins, be cool, hang tough and be prepared. If we are going to save the USA it will be up to us, not any swamp rat, like Bill Barr.

We have a country to save…focus.

Also. Perhaps If he had of dropped some indictments like Mueller, in the summer of last year, Impeachment may have never happened. No one will ever know. Barr may feel good for now, but allowing McCabe to skate was a naked f_ck you from the swamp and in the long run will prove dangerous for the swamp. When you mentioned the Warren Court, I just thought of yet another argument in favor of doing away with the Twenty-Second Amendment, that little-discussed earthquake which created such a mischievous, root-of-all-evil disparity between long-tenure, conniving, officials (lifetime-appointed judges, and reelected, long-tenure, conniving congressmen and women) and the short-tenure (babe in the woods) Chief Executive who enters his office like a Temp employee in a hopelessly complex environment while his long-tenure colleagues have established intricate networks of conspirators, whose nicely-devised plots succeed in keeping the Chief Executive trapped in his cage. In other words, what a wonderful life! The long-tenure class scratches each other’s backs while the President is bound and gagged in his office while his subordinates have the run of the house, and pretend not to hear the beleaguered president’s groans.
In any event, the additional argument I alluded to above is that lifetime-appointed judges (per the Constitution) are chosen and nominated by short-tenure presidents, but confirmed by the long-tenure Senate. Thus, if said long-tenure judges are confirmed by long-tenure senators, it’s logical to assume that, over time, the long-tenure future judges will conform more to the tastes and preferences of long-tenure senators rather than to the tastes and preferences of the short-tenure Chief Executive, precisely what Article II of the Constitution sought to avoid (The Senate might as well choose the nominees themselves and request ‘advice and consent’ of the President). In short, the XXII Amendment, although not unconstitutional, is clearly ANTI-CONSTITUTIONAL in its effect, in that it undermines the separation of powers which is critical to the viability of our governmental framework. And it cannot be over-emphasized that it has also given the world a separate, sovereign powerful, undergroung kingdom known as DEEP STATE, whose members are, as you might guess, all long-tenure government officials, that we can now see so clearly, are wholly-supported and endorsed by our long-term federal judges who, at this stage, are indistinguishable from Deep State itself. Are they not actually part of it?

Lifetime tenure for federal judges is bad when they stay on into their 80s. Lifetime tenure for congress is bad too. I know they run for reelection, but if they follow the rules of the leadership, they basically have it.

No question. The balance the Founders put in with the senate being appointed as opposed to elections, allows the senators to set up fiefdoms serving far longer than their shelf lives. Everything is done to preserve the club.

One thing that is different this time is not just President Trump but his Deplorable Army, I would guess 100 million strong is watching as the swamp is doing everything in it’s considerable power to stop this great man. In other words, they want the exact opposite of what is good for their countrymen. This could get ugly.

    Bravo Sundance,

You have helped millions of Americans to see the big picture….

And to see that All of these are interconnected….
    The Database

    Mueller Investigation
    Spygate
    Wiener Laptop
    Leaking of Classified Information
    U1
    Hammer Hard Drives

    DNC Server
    Wikileaks & DNC Emails
    Away Brothers
    FISA Abuse
    FIB Contractor Abuse
    Impeachment Gate
    Ukraine Gate

    Via one common element……….

Leverage & The Domino Threat – (Blackmail & If I go down, you go down)

THIS, the database used for gathering the leverage and the Domino Threat of the many ratting out their peer, their buddy and this becoming an out of control virus epidemic is IMO why we have not and will not see anything serious other than a couple of wrist slaps coming forward.

So imagine who would immediately be under the microscope:
if the Wolfe case was fully prosecuted
if the 9 Nunes referrals had been fully prosecuted
if the Awan Brothers had not been given a deal
if the Wiener Laptop and those 33k emails were declassified and exposed
if the American could hear from the two U1 WB’s, from the Hammer WB, from Jullian Assange
and had there been a full audit done going back to 2009 on FISA and NSA Contractor Abuse.

It truly is MASSIVE and I’m shocked that ALL of this has been buried but in the end it all came down to LEVERAGE and the Domino Effect that has kept the lid on this coup.

IMO, PT should either declass and use his legal team to educate the American people on all of this ASAP or insert a Justice Czar with full authority to read and review everything while shadowing and asking Barr and Durham key questions related to all of this.

Because the problem will be come Spring or Summer, when the Barr report, IMO will say none of this is connected, that procedures weren’t followed but there were no crimes and no indictments and no there there and thus the media closes the book on all of this right before the election.

If PT tries to reopen the books post Nov with a new AG (hopefully Sidney) the media will crucify him as just more retribution from the crazy orange man who can’t let it go.

The DS worst nightmare IMO is PT moving to declass or insert a Justice Czar or Special Council of his choice NOW.

Americans could help by tweeting and chanting at all future PT rally’s saying…..

    Reopen the Wolfe Case

    We want Sidney Now

    Where’s the Wiener Laptop?

They may be able to shut PT up from tweeting but they can’t shut up 100M very angry Patriots who want to see the rule of law upheld.

We all know how the 2016 election turned out and how it has become the subject of many history books already. The result was inevitable because the biggest mistake was to ignore Fly Over Country – worse still to trash those millions of ‘Deplorables’ (the word that lost an election). So what about this year’s election? A few things:

    1. When Donald Trump won he campaigned on a list of promises. All of them struck a chord and voters hoped he would deliver. Even the fake news media have been forced to realize that he has done that in record-breaking time – even doing much more than he promised. This will be the Promises Made, Promises Kept election and he can’t lose that.

    2. This year, President Trump will not merely have his loyal base that got him through 2016, but will have perhaps millions more voting for him (many of them Dems). This evidenced by the growing number and success of #walkaway movements and the outstanding poll numbers that are backed up by blow-out attendances at the rallies (also scaring the heck out of the Dems and their donors). Even the Dems cannot fake up enough votes to overcome their daily losses.

    3. Having selected a horrible candidate in 2016, the Dems have scraped the bottom of the barrel and come and come up with a raft of totally unelectable candidates that have even less appeal to Fly Over Country (FOC) than Hillary. Again the real Americans in FOC will say “FOC off.” But now FOC has grown massively (see 2 above).

It’s fun to watch the Clown Show though.

    • Another interesting connection that has gone unnoticed: Mary McCord, arguably the key DOJ operative in Crossfire Hurricane, MIGHT be a relative of James W. McCord, ex FBI/CIA agent that Deep State threw at Richard Nixon in the Watergate affair. Why? (and this is not evidence, just STRONG suspicion!). Consider that James McCord died on June 15, 2017, but news of his death was not publicized until well after a year of his death. Why was the death of so important a figure as this hidden? The AP report that I read stated the death of a Walter McCord with a photo I clearly recognized but not in connection with any ‘Walter!’ This was already a cover-up! Failure to mention next of kin (Mary?) was also a cover-up!
My conjecture? Mary McCord gave word of her retirement suddenly in April, 2017, to go into effect in May, 2017. In my hypothesis, she could have known her ‘putative’ father was close to death (he died June 15, 2017), and decided that ‘all things considered,’ she could leave a ‘burning DOJ,’ secure her father’s personal documents well before word of his death became public, and also be sure that his death remained hidden until she was sure her connection to him went unnoticed.
For the record, James W. McCord’s full name was James Walter McCord, but nobody in connection to Watergate ever knew him as Walter McCord as was reported by AP almost a year and a half after his death.

The second a person goes along or turns a blind eye or knowingly ignores or supports their scheme, they own you FOREVER!!

Even if for years, you profess you have the highest level of integrity, they still own you and your family!

“The most high-profile case was from a former saleswoman. She sued Bloomberg personally as well as his company, alleging workplace discrimination. She alleged Bloomberg told her to “kill it” when he learned she was pregnant. Bloomberg has denied her allegation under oath, and he reached a confidential settlement with the saleswoman.

The Washington Post interviewed a former Bloomberg employee, David Zielenziger, who said he witnessed the conversation with the saleswoman. Zielenziger, who said he had not previously spoken publicly about the matter, said Bloomberg’s behavior toward the woman was “outrageous. I understood why she took offense.”

He’s as bad as Biden! “You don’t drink beer yet do you?” WHAT? That’s not even funny. I realize they’re standing in front of beer barrels but that’s just so inappropriate to say to a young girl. And then to kiss her like she’s some kind of toy instead of an individual human being who might not want to be touched by a stranger ….. YUCK

Bloomberg just wants to get her drunk and take advantage of her.

To accept it as a “joke” the audience has to fill that in, accept that Bloomberg would do that with a woman (11yo GIRL HERE!), and make light of it.

On a positive point for Bloomberg, he doesn’t look short in this video.

New York/ – New York City Mayor, Michael Bloomberg, recently announced that he will personally fund the creation of four charter schools in New York City. The announcement was welcomed by New York financier and education philanthropist, Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein, a long-time supporter of Bloomberg, has financed numerous charter schools across the country including the Maya Angelou schools in Washington DC, the highly acclaimed Bard High School Early College in New York City and the Harlem Link Charter School.
The Mayor has a keen sense of whats needed to run a charter school, Jeffrey Epstein noted, whose own foundation also has a long history of supporting early education and Head Start programs. Bloomberg oversees numerous charter schools and understands how to optimize fiscal and academic standards.

I know SD doesn’t want discussions regarding Q. But I think this is significant. If not for any other reason than to get all of you Q deniers something to consider. We are all fighting for our freedom and liberty and no matter how a person becomes enlightened to the corruption in our government, we are all on the same side. They want us divided. Together we are strong. Where we go one, we go all. It’s all good. But here is a video of Don Jr wearing the Q Patriot Pin on Tucker last week. Why would he promote something if it were all a hoax? I’ll try to attach a photo of the pin, which is currently sold out. ( WordPress doesn’t seem to let me post photo) https://youtu.be/a802FpJwyMM

They were exposed for charlatans and LARPS several years ago and it was the main source of the “trust the plan” BS that some still hold onto.

We need REALISM not FALSE hopes. We have a real battle ahead this year and fake news AND fake information are NOT our friends.

Unbelievable that a Q Crew person would post this stuff in this of all weeks.

It’s been a nightmare week for the Trusty Planners and the Q Crew. McCabe walked, and spiked the football in the end zone while doing so. Yet, I’m sure that’s somehow still “part of the plan” and Durham, Graham, and so on will eventually make everything right and so forth.

      It’s embarrassing.

Look, if people have woken up to the reality of the Deep State based upon believing a hoax (Q) or set of hoaxes (Q, Trusty Planners), good for them. But don’t expect a round of applause for doing so. My child may have started brushing his teeth because of believing in the tooth fairy, but that isn’t some great accomplishment to be lauded with praise.

Q and the Trusty Planners made sense, I guess, when POTUS was under massive attack and struggling to retain his presidency. That’s over now. We don’t need false hope or magical thinking to stay positive at this point.

Sundance correctly shuns Q talk because not only does he know Q is a hoax, but Q is a hoax which the media is happy to use against POTUS and his supporters. Here’s a recent example of that phenomenon:

Q Anon was something to be ignored in the early days. Now it’s a problem, and one that clear-headed Trump supporters have discarded long ago. No time for scams, there’s real work to do.

Corrupt Stone Judge Amy Berman Jackson Wanted To Jail Conservative Journalist For Exposing Juror Bias

“In fact, Judge Jackson agreed with prosecutors to remove a potential juror because she had at one point, nearly three decades ago, held a small role in the Ronald Reagan for President campaign. Politics would not be allowed in her courtroom, Judge Amy Berman Jackson proclaimed.”

“However, when it was revealed that a potential juror had served in a high-level communications role within President Barack Obama’s administration, objections and questions about bias from Stone’s legal team were laughed off, by both the judge and prosecutors.”

“This interview went viral and the mainstream media and Democrats went insane. They claimed that we were threatening the safety of the juror and the sanctity of the trial, never mind that we never mentioned the name of the juror or any other information that could lead to them being harmed. In fact, mainstream media reporters had already tweeted far more personal information about the juror. However, this did not stop corrupt Judge Amy Berman Jackson and the Mueller prosecution team from doing something unheard of and drastic. Before court the next day, I was informed by several sources that Judge Amy had issued a sealed order of contempt for this Gateway Pundit reporter, there was even talk of having me detained for trying to “intimidate potential jurors” through my reporting.”
