The Kavanuagh-style last minute Bolton manuscript leak was, in my view, designed to extend the Senate hearing into the SOTU address. Imagine the TV images of Nancy Pelosi learing / smirking behind POTUS for the entire speech. Global TV positioning in an attempt to ultimately humiliate PDJT.

My second point regarding voting for witnesses. All the attention is being focused on the GOP ‘4’ voting for witnesses. However, there are 3 DEM Senators running for President and this will force them off the campaign trail for potentially several critical weeks. It would seem their self-interest would prevail by voting no for witnesses, and then covering themselves by voting yes to impeach.

    Big win in Texas.

The Hill: “Texas Republicans will hold a key suburban seat in the state House after their candidate cruised to a surprisingly easy win in the Houston area on Tuesday.

“Gary Gates, a businessman who spent nearly $2 million on his own campaign, scored 58 percent of the vote in the runoff election to outpace Eliz Markowitz, a Democrat and an education expert making her second run for office….”

To put this in perspective, a Texas Representative is paid $7,200 a year and the term is two years. This election was for just for the remainder of the current term, 1 year, with another election this November for the next term. Beto made this campaign his #1 priority after his abandoning his presidential bid and outside interests such as Planned Parenthood contributed to the dem’s campaign. Markowitz ran a really sleazy campaign, complete with fliers with half truths about a CPS investigation of Gates that was based on lies. She also billed herself as “Dr. Eliz” – but her degree is in education. She’ll be back challenging Gates again in November in the regular election.

DEMOCRATS : PARTY OF THE RICH, THE FAT CATS, THE ELITE!!!

…For the first time since 1988, a Republican presidential candidate won Montgomery County, Ohio — where Hoskins lives in Dayton. Trump won the county by eight percentage points, committing to throwing out the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) free trade deal, pushing for a national infrastructure plan, and placing tariffs on cheap foreign imports to end decades-long job-killing free trade policies.”

Former union activist Lela Klein told the Times that while Columbus, Ohio — an economically stable college town — has “become bluer,” communities like Dayton that have been left behind “have become redder.”

The truly scary part of the entire on-going Impeachment is that members of congress now feel they can completely ignore the public and act fully in self-interest with impunity.

November 2018 was the watershed for establishment of this philosophy.

It’s easy to understand why they feel they can operate with impunity. Senators and House members have had over an 80% reelection rate for decades. And with the election and ballot rules rigged (by them) in their favor, it’s unlikely to change significantly any time soon.

Ain’t that the truth. Until the voters show who is really in charge this will continue. Now that they have unmasked themselves and received no consequences, they are full of themselves. Time to knock them down a few pegs by overwhelming republican victories everywhere in Nov. including Pres., House and Senate.

  15. Bogeyfree says:

So my best guess is the vote in the Senate to dismiss PT will be around 55-45, short of the 67 needed to oust President Trump.

The media will have a field day with the majority of Senators voting to convict PT but never the less he is still standing.

So the second, and I mean the second the vote is cast IMO PT should fire Wray, fire Barr, fire Pompeo, fire Haspel and fire who is in charge of the NSC.

I would elevate possible Durham if that is doable and/or under the Rules of the Vacancy Act use my economic team and any of my already confirmed loyal secretaries to act as temporary secretaries overseeing these vacant agencies even if it means double duty.

Since the President can appoint “inferior officers and consultants” WITHOUT Senate consent I would immediately:

    1) hire Sidney Powell to “assist” at the DOJ
    2) hire Rudy Giuliani to “assist” at the FBI
    3) Pardon Gen. Flynn and hire him to “assist” at the NSC or CIA
    4) hire Meadows to “assist at the NSC or CIA whichever one Flynn doesn’t do

    Under the Vacancies Act:
When an executive branch advice and consent position covered by the Vacancies Act becomes vacant, it may be filled temporarily in one of three ways under the act: (1) the first assistant to such a position may automatically assume the functions and duties of the office; (2) the President may direct an officer who is occupying a different advice and consent position to perform these tasks; or (3) the President may select an officer or employee who is occupying a position, in the same agency, for which the rate of pay is equal to or greater than the minimum rate of pay at the GS-15 level, and who has been with the agency for at least 90 of the preceding 365 days.

In general, a temporary appointment under the Vacancies Act continues until no later than 210 days after the date the vacancy occurred or, if the vacancy occurred during a Senate recess, 210 days after the date the Senate reconvenes. The time restriction is suspended, and the acting officer can continue to serve, if a first or second nomination for the position has been submitted to the Senate for confirmation and is pending. The acting officer can continue to serve for an additional 210 days after the rejection, withdrawal, or return of such a nomination.

So PT has up to 2 – 210 day terms or a total of 420 days to have his Current Secretaries act as the temporary Secretary short term which is more than enough to get him to Nov.

PT needs to go full bore and explain to the American people this is absolutely necessary to drain the swamp AND IT CAN’T WAIT UNTIL NOV if Americans are ever going to get truth and justice.

There are just too many swamp supporters and sweepers in DC who are working against exposing the truth.

IMO the American will go wild in support of this aggressive move to DRAIN THE SWAMP and in fact millions IMO would show up in DC to hold the door for this people as they exit, cheering all the way!

The people know who the black hats are.

It really is too bad that PT doesn’t reach out to Sundance.

So many IMO have taken advantage of this incredible President with their own self serving DS Agenda.

It is time for him to name names and explain to Americans that these people are really DS allies and do not support the MAGA agenda and work behind the scenes to undermine US the American people.

He should hold rallies in those states with the sole purpose to rally support and awareness to vote these RINOS out come Nov.

Notice when they showed the Democrat Senators 21 years ago making their impassioned pleas in the Clinton Impeachment, just how very angry, forceful and agitated they were and in stark contrast, look at our Republicans on the defense now: respectful, logical, calm, cool, collected and even making a heartfelt plea to their hearts (Pat Cippolone yesterday). It’s hard to take the high road and always be the “bigger person,” and I pray this character difference between the two will result in blessings for the sake of President Trump and our Country.

This talk of a witness deal, Bolton for Biden, is interesting and risky, given the basic rule of litigation, never ask a witness a question when you don’t know how he’ll answer. You still don’t know what “drain the swamp” means, or why millions of Americans and Ukrainians voted for it …

To you and your kind, the 2016 election was a mistake and you’re eager to get back to “business as usual.” Clueless…

My brother recommended calling the fraud Pat Toomey in my State since he was on the fence about witnesses.

Looks like all the calls may have convinced him. He has stated he doesn’t see a need now. I let him know he would not get my vote if he didn’t say no to this nonsense. And let him know we all know it’s a sham.

I will never vote for him again if he can be primaried. He is deep state/rino and against our President in many things.

Definitely recommend calling because if it works even just 1 time, it could make a difference.

When looked at closely Bolton’s book ‘bombshell’ when looked at closely was simply a game of telephone; a leak by an anonymous NSC staffer to the NYT who parroted what the leaker said the book said without actually viewing the manuscript the leak was ‘based’ on. Even Maggie Haberman started backing away from it early on, because it was starting to look like Schiff’s parody of the ‘perfect’ phone call.

The Democrats made a terrible case for convicting President Trump, constitutionally, legally and factually. President Trump’s legal team eviscerated the case and also pointed towards where they can take these proceedings if need be. Additional witnesses will not make the House case any stronger, but will open up the corrupt process by Vindman, Ciaramella and Schiff and the House democrats. At the end of the process there will not be additional witnesses only cries of a cover-up. I don’t believe any Republican Senator wants to go down in infamy with the House Dems and I am eager to see how many Democrat Senators will join the House Dems.

  43. If this has already been mentioned in the thread I apologize.
AS I have mentioned before, I inadvertently came in close contact with the globalists that we all know through a relationship with someone who is not a big name in the media but in the business world, in finance and in politics and Hollywood he is.
Through him, I learned that the last election was to have been THE last election and subsequent to Hillary’s ‘coronation’ all of America as we know it would be stopped and all borders erased and the one global world order, with these megabucks idiots in charge.
There was to be no more wars to defend the rights and dignity of people.
Their plan would be peace through financial development and control of breeding.

Although I had never given this person the slightest reason to believe that such a dystopian mission would be anything to which I would subscribe, the hubris of these folks is that they believe that all with whom they have close relations naturally believe as they do.

It is a SIGNIFICANT hubris and biblical warnings about it are made wisely, as history has shown that it’s been the downfall of many.

Soros has openly expressed his belief that he is a being at a deity level in interviews so no one is using hyperbole or projecting their opinions upon him by saying this.

the person I know travels in those circles.

As do most TDS, including Romney, Murkowski, Collins, etc. These are career politicians and I know that exchanges with them was a regular event with the person I know because he was invited to functions at all levels of international governments and to Hollywood. And his hatred of Trump, complete with hypocrisy over outrage of supposed Trump behavior that we know for a fact that left does regularly and without apology, was in full view a few months after Trump had thrown his hat in the ring.

Interesting side topic: Though he is very much a Hollywood ally he expressed nearly the same loathing of Clint Eastwood.

Anyway, I’m wondering if perhaps the reason that some of these senators, including the squishy 4, are willing to go scorched earth on witnesses, is because they still believe that very soon their globalist agenda will be fulfilled and they will not have to worry about AMerican pushback for their treason.

The belief is that most of the world will likely die because any area that is too riddled with dysfunction and violence to be developed financially…will be left to its own destruction.

And of course the Planned Parenthood/abortion/master race would be openly imposed, much along the lines of China’s.

I never told this person how horrendous I considered his viewpoint as I believe that though I am pretty much not in contact anymore, there may be some benefit to keeping channels open, in case more of these indiscreet views are shared.

The thing that has seemed to scare them is the size of the crowds willing to camp out two days before hand to see a President in the middle of winter – and knowing that these people are probably armed has made them question their timing, not their designs, just the timing of it.

And explains why they are doubling down on the propaganda they are teaching the young school children in how ‘evil’ capitalism is, and other lessons blurring the lines of what makes civilization work.

I also believe that this person your acquaintance and so many others really believed that Hilary Clinton would be elected and things were to progress exactly as he laid out.

Watching the shock and meltdown of so many in the media on election night was just amazing, they did not believe all along that Pres Trump would win.

And even after he won they were very confident that they had the power to take him out.

Many of them just can not believe that he is still President.

I have also watched what is going on with the Brexit and the EU.

This was never, ever suppose to happen either.

The powers that be in Europe are crushed that the UK is really leaving the Eu.

And they are not happy about it at all.

As you say your liberal friend and all of his friends had everything planned out and just can not believe what is happening to their long planned for global dominion.

The liberals in America and the EU also had no plan B or any kind of back up plan if the citizens of these countries said NO.

So now they are floundering around trying to double down on their crazy, crackpot ideas and it is not going well for them at all.

Plus, Perot really went off the deep end when he accused George H Bush of sabotaging Perot’s daughter’s wedding.

Much of what Perot said made some sense but like Ron Paul, there were quirks that would have made him completely incapable of handling the situation that Trump has.

Perot didn’t drop out. He ran twice, I know, because I voted for him twice. He was later threatened via having the press letting him know they were going to publish dirt about his children, ruin his children’s lives, and believe that lesson alone is how he and then citizen Trump realized the timing wasn’t right and that field-prep work needed to be done to ensure his children would not become victims of false charges but strengthened them to withstand the onslaught. Mr. Perot was definitely a path-maker and with his love of this country helped set the pattern for a President Trump to happen.

His quitting his Presidential campaign when he had all the momentum and thus was getting all the slings and barbs was proof that he wasn’t Presidential material. His getting back in gave us Bill Clinton and everything that followed Slick. For all the good Perot might have done elsewhere in his life, I can’t forgive him that. HW might have been DS and everything else he’s been called, but he was not Grifter, Inc. or Communism LLC. He served his country and loved it, unlike the man and woman who succeeded him.

          • Do you think that Trump’s arm could have been twisted to drop out? 🙂

I do not know categorically why Perot dropped out of the race. My interest kinda dropped in him when I saw his mercurial personality. I do know that he had a terrible temper and was not good to many in his campaign staff (this did come out after the fact as well from several who had been as much on board for him as the Sanders crowd…of course Perot’s supporters were neither socialist nor violence instigators on the level of Che Guevara) .

I could believe that he gave to Trump’s campaign without necessarily being fully kindred, because of his temperament. Perot recognizes and respects common sense and success bona fides. 🙂

I do not think that Perot had ‘the common touch’ that Trump had. I know his rallies were very big, but I didn’t see anywhere near the charisma. I remember him showing graphs with none of the pizzazz that ‘seems’ to emanate effortlessly from Trump. 🙂

it’s very possible that NOW Perot could have been more kindred with Trump because losing a presidential election has a humbling effect and whatever else Perot is, he is certainly not so stupid that he could not learn a few things! 🙂

Other than Perot, 92 was a Uniparty election. Having watched Reagan leave on the tarmac in 88, I hated that 92 vote.

The Establishment put incredible full-court pressure on Perot to fold. You are seeing it again with PDJT. Trump is stronger than Perot was.

    • They’re also really desperate. Not only did Epstein not kill himself but prince andrew and clinton certainly did not patronize his lolita premises alone.

I will keep repeating this until I hear it blasted elsewhere…as it’s beginning to be.

Sex trafficking leads to prostitution we know. So that gets the swamp – global swamp – in bed with sex trafficking and prostitution and illegal smuggling.
But this also requires drugging the young prostitutes. So that gets them in bed with the drug cartels.
Then the young girls are shuffled off for abortions. This gets them in bed with the out of control genocidal abortion industry and the selling of body parts and LIVE births so that they can get live organs.
Then the young girls are put back out on the streets. So this gets them in bed with planned parenthood and the abortion industry’s failure to report young girls forced into prostitution.
Then you have the actually high fatality rate of abortion of the mothers…which hospitals and abortion industry hide by quickly getting the corpses out of the abortion factories and off to emergency rooms where they are pronounced dead of different circumstances (e.g. perforated organs are routinely written off as sudden cardiac arrest)…

As you can see, if any of this was to be linked to the global swamp…there would likely be no place for them to hide, other than the swamp that is the radical islamic region..where they’d have to convert and start getting their knees in practice for regular prayer rug vigils or look forward to heads being separated from necks…not that the radicals would be likely to leave htem any of their wealth and cozy lifestyles.

ANY crimes that concern the American people that are NOT discussed or addressed by our ‘representatives’ are crimes that they are covering up….with abundant and profitable incentive for them.

This is part of why Trump and Barr and those who have seen unredacted info have hinted that the level of evil is nearly unbelievable…unless you understand that the sci fi cautionary films that WE watched, horrified, were viewed with relish by these who dwell in the globalist swamp. They were manuals for them.
