    Funny how that works.

Are there any mathematicians out there that can tell us what the odds are of all 17 (or whatever the total number is) “errors” going against Trump/Page?

At what point does it become a mathematical certainty that it was deliberate bias?

For example, when DNA evidence is used, the likelihood of a particular sample being from a particular individual is expressed in mathematical terms. At a certain point, it becomes a mathematical certainty.

Is there anybody that knows what the standards are or do I need to call in Barry Scheck?

The odds would be 1:131,072. Normally in a court of law, those odds would be more than sufficient for a conviction or an acquittal.

With Big Mike there are a couple of scenarios. Normally, to apply Big Mike to the calculation you would simply add 3.

However considering an error may have been introduced , let’s call it “ Y “, placing hands into shirt pockets may be necessary, therefore adding 2 bringing the total of Big Mike’s to 5.

But human error is suspected, called “bumbling” or two thirds of “ X “ the pants pocket count would be “ 1 “ and the shirt count “ 2 “

And in Big Mike’s case, due to independent observations, the pocket “ 1 “ seems to have created a new strain of virus called:

“Deplorables Phobia” of which there is no cure except to move to San Francisco for “Reality Introduction”

Well, it depends on who is calculating the odds.

If it is a normal non-biased person who sticks to the rules of mathematics, the odds are 1 in 131,072. These are very long odds and can be assumed to have a 0% chance of happening in the real world (unless you are Elizabeth Warren, who would consider these odds as proof of her high cheek bones.)

However, if it is a liberal Trump-hater, then it is assumed that he is guilty and the odds move to 100% immediately. The rules to apply are, “By all means necessary”, “The ends justify the means” and “ If you don’t like my math, you’re a racist”.

    Sunday update – 12/15/19

    – FWI, on yesterday’s wall posts freespeechfanatic provided a GatewayPundit article with an interview with Brian Kolfage about the IBWC. Today, I’ve added 3 posts under his comment containing older Jun/Jul tweets and info about the IBWC. This should provide a little background for those curious about WBTW’s history with the IBWC and the gate the IBWC keeps leaving open during the day on Project 1. Btw, WBTW’s official website has a livestream camera(operating 24/7) on that gate for those who wish to observe this.

    – Instagram post remembering BORTAC Agent Brian Terry.

    – Brian Kolfage tweets about the Army Corps of Engineers.
    – Friday(12/13/19) tweets where Dave Hendricks reports that “the federal government and Fisher Industries, which is building a privately owned border wall near Mission, can’t agree on the terms of a new temporary restraining order.” We’ll probably get more info on Monday.
    – Misc. tweets about illegal activity on the border.

    – – – – – –
***Praise: 🧱🧱🧱 Fisher Sand & Gravel has been awarded “mammoth” border wall contract (receiving 268M of this 400M project) to build 31 miles of wall in the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge in Yuma County, Arizona. Estimated contract completion date is Dec 30, 2020. (12/2/19) (2 days of posts here & here.)
***Praise: Brian Kolfage & his family were given the opportunity to visit the White House. (12/4/19)
***Praise: Fisher Industries and crews have been able to keep busy on Project 2 since Dec. 5th hearing while still working within and adhering to the limits set by the Temporary Restraining Order(s). However, there may be additional restrictions imposed after Thursday’s (12/12/19) hearing. (As of Friday 12/13/19 “the United States and Fisher Defendants are unable to agree to the wording in an amended temporary restraining order.”)
***Praise: As reported on 12/11/19, WBTW doesn’t have $50 million for Project 2, but as a result of the success on Project 1, investors have united to come together to secure that stretch of the border on Project 2.

    Prayer for the work crews.
    Pray:
    – for upcoming status conference which Judge Crane scheduled for Dec. 19. (Another document states that there is a preliminary injunction hearing scheduled on Dec 20. Not sure if this is the same event with 2 conflicting dates being reported or if these are 2 separate events.)
    – that any Temporary Restraining Orders that have been put in place to halt/slow construction would be resolved/dropped and work will continue so that the 3.5 mile project would be completed by WBTW’s January 15 goal (Date may be pushed further as video was made a few days before Fisher Industries was ordered not to build wall.).

    – that the Department of Defense Inspector General’s office audit of the $400 million border wall contract (in Arizona) the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers awarded Fisher Sand & Gravel would show everything is fair and above board; that the deep state in DoD and ACOE wouldn’t be able corrupt the process; & that Fisher would be authorized to proceed with the project as planned.

    – for 100% safety/health/guidance/direction for the work crews, security personnel, legal team, CBP, DHS, Army and all involved in Project’s 2, 3, and other projects
    – that work would go smoothly with quality construction; with continual, innovative improvements in method/process/efficiency; and with transitioning as they scale up capacity(manpower, equipment, etc.) to build larger projects
    – that there would be no outside interference (cartels, IBWC, courts/judges, protesters, swamp, etc.) and that if outside interference takes place that it would only work toward WBTW/Fisher Industries/USA’s benefit (exposing corruption, raising awareness, fundraising, etc.)

    – that Project 2’s wall demonstration will provide the evidence necessary to overcome any objections and show that WBTW/Fisher Industries can rapidly complete large sections of wall, with a superior build, at the lowest price
    – that this demonstration of the first border wall that’s ever been built inside the flood plain would provide undeniable proof that the design is sound and they are able to safely and effectively build it on a large scale in the Rio Grande Valley

    – that the federal government would provide funding for WBTW to build 250 miles on Private Property in Texas
    – that the Government would purchase all projects that WBTW builds so the funds can be rolled into new &/or larger projects in the future and Fisher Industries will be able to scale up with additional equipment and manpower as needed.
(This, in addition to ongoing fundraising from public/investors, will allow WBTW/Fisher to continue to self fund projects, build their reputation/resume, while they continue to pursue other avenues which could lead to government contracts down the road.)

There is a reason President Trump singles out Sean Hannity for recognition. He never, never, never fails to support and defend our President. He is relentless in his efforts to keep the info front and center for any watching his program or listening on his radio show. He is brash, annoying, and repetitive. He is sensationalist, arrogant, and frequently lacking in self-awareness. It’s almost always a little bit about him, or a lot.

But I will always be grateful for his leading the effort to set the record straight about The Coup and how close we have come to losing our country.

    File this under WUH??

Some have probably heard, and then tried for themselves, that throughout the IG Report, “Comey” is not spelled Comey with an “M” — it’s spelled C-O-R-N-E-Y, which it turns out looks the same in lower case. Someone discovered this, perhaps doing a search-and-replace for Comey only to find it didn’t work, then tried corney … so, weird.

Conspiracy theories abound. I find it interesting fodder for idle speculation, including someone at the DOJ Effing with all of us for their own kicks. Which is weird; any which way you cut it — weird — which is why it’s fun to ponder.

So here’s what’s weirder: yes, I’ve had idle time today; so I typed “corney” (with r-n) into the State Dept FOIA database, and there a 5 documents where the same thing happened! Comey is spelled wrong. Now you can also find Comey spelled correctly, in more documents. But in 5 documents, this odd copy-editing “joke” shows up. (Try it!)

And even odder, most of them were in news reports. One thought is that I can’t imagine a newsroom AND the OIG playing the same little game with his name; which leads to speculation that the newsrooms are cutting-and-pasting copy they get from somewhere in govt where they do this trick, and sometimes they don’t catch it (imagine — a newsroom cut-and-pasting text form a gov source, shocker!) ….. who knows, but you have to admit it’s a WEIRD thing!

    Theories welcome!

Newhere- I suspect they do it on purpose sometimes to avoid searches. However, is it possible that these documents are being converted to PDF’s and there is something in that algorithm that produces the “Corney”?

I tried the same thing in the 2018 IG report on Clinton’s emails and the Corney spelling showed up in two different places.

More substantively — worth trolling through the State Dep FOIA database now and then. There was a new trough posted 11/6/19, just now looking at it; includes more communications involving Steele, Burr, and even some old WJC era documents involving Talbott and Berger. Rarely does a single document warrant a big “AHA!” on its own, but taking it all together is good context.

It’s really a treasure trove; it wasn’t hard to get a short list of possible “whislteblowers,” including Ciaramella, just by searching for the terms “Biden” and “Ukraine” and taking note of anyone on the threads from NSC.

Rudy has not failed to deliver on anything he has put forward. He’s not quite Adam Schiff now is he? I have observed Rudy’s and Trump’s behavior over the past three years as it pertains to all of this. Rudy started turning as the IG report content was likely shared with him long before it was officially released. Trump did too. The gloves were coming off and Rudy had gone on the offensive.

One of his latest tweets puts it out there as straight as can be:

This documentation is probably part of the criminal investigation.. the building of the criminal case against a LOT of criminals. Giuliani is not a “TV Personality” and not really a politician. He’s a law enforcement guy and always has been. What he does in public and on TV is meant for specific purposes. And right now, the phase has changed and it’s quite visible. The trap was set and they are now closing the trap.

PLOT THICKENS: Guess Who Appointed FISC Judges Who Authorized Wiretaps
    https://theblacksphere.net/2017/03/plot-thickens-guess-appointed-fisc-judges-authorized-wiretaps/

    Excerpt:

It was this non-partisan committee that turned down the initial request made in June of 2016.

The case was then appealed, and this went to the appeal court which just happen to be all Clinton appointed judges.

    >Snip<

Just so we are clear, let’s recap:

The Obama administration was denied a wiretap of four Trump campaign staffers. They then formed a cabal, where they managed to appeal the ruling to FISC, a court stack with Clinton administration appointees. Through this court, Obama obtained the wiretap.

As to America’s pathetic excuses for Generals, clearly they have learned nothing, not even in 18 years. As Talleyrand said of the Bourbons – they have leaned nothing and they have forgotten nothing. These dereliction of duty and depraved generals, who use their own troops as lab rats, might try reading Sun Tzu someday and then try to comprehend what they read. And then stop sacrificing the lives and limbs of America’s own troops for nothing achieved even remotely worth that price.

Most of the people with the gold braid on their hats are the product of the education system that has brought on the such things as, global warming, trans gender and alternative life style acceptance, and a very lax discipline in the military. Even the UK is concerned about their eduction system for the same reason. The all volunteer service has many flaws, and the Brass know if they put the same type rules and regulations that were used back in the Black Boot Army times, the enlistment and re-enlistment rates would fall….what’s the fix…..bring back the two year Draft and put some stones back into making the military tough….not a day care for dead beats.

I must disagree strongly with your point of a mandatory draft. The rest of your post is spot on. The few flaws of a volunteer “army” are minuscule compared to the lost time, money and materials of dealing with drafted snowflakes whom don’t want to be there. The draft during WWII was completely different than the Vietnam draft due to changes in morality and regressive education. Correcting the current educational deficiencies by teaching civics and hard history and ceasing the incessant indoctrination of marxist concepts is the start to righting the ship.

“The same question might be asked of our news media. Major publications still give prominent placement to the vacuous mea culpas from prominent Afghan war commanders, like David Petraeus, and the big three cable networks offer unlimited time to the should-be-discredited likes of Petraeus, Stanley McChrystal, and a litany of other Bush/Obama-era military and intelligence officials. Meanwhile, folks like myself, Scott Horton, Matthew Hoh, retired colonels Andrew Bacevich, and Daniel Davis—who were right all along about the war in Afghanistan—struggle mightily to place a rare column in the major newspapers. The game is rigged. “

    Devil’s advocate theory.
President Trump has not gone full bore on the coup plotters as he has simply replaced them with his own people and will unleash the same agencies on the Dem nominees.

Oconus lures are being put in place, loyal CIA operatives setting up their European professorships and the wiretappers are sharpening their wiretaps.

It would be poetic justice but the USA doesn’t want to go down that road. Unleash Durham expose the lot, declassify everything and if necessary burn the Hoover building and Langley to the ground.

Tell him to go FHS. McConnell better not relent.

It’s all coming to boiling point with democrats attempting to take over the process in order to hide their corruption. And let’s be clear, their is corruption on both sides.

Mind you, when we have crooks like Wrey hiding key facts it’s going to be a long battle.

    • Essentially, this is a Deep State gambit that “We are the ones who are really in charge here.” And, among elected officials, “The US Government exists to facilitate us becoming criminally rich.” (Although not nearly so rich as Donald Trump became through honest means …) The stated purpose is to shut down investigation while pretending that there is nothing to investigate. While the investigators themselves, in their own way, “shut down the investigation” by taking an indefinite amount of time to actually get ready to do it. “Justice delayed is justice denied.”

Decided to watch the interview between Comey and Nicole Wallace at Politico 2019.

This is the one where he laughs about sending agents into the Whitehouse in early 2017 to interview General Flynn in a manner he admits was in breach of all standing FBI/Whitehouse protocols. They told Flynn he didn’t need legal counsel, didn’t advise him he was a suspect of an investigation, gave him no warnings etc.

Comey laughing and bragged about how he knew this was breaching FBI standards and that he was the one that directed it knowing he could get away with it.

Contrast with his statements today that he was not hands on and the investigation was being run several layers below him therefore he was not aware of the FISA and other Crossfire Hurricane abuses.

As for political bias, two minutes in he tells Wallace that he donated to both the Romney and McCain campaigns.

Sure no political bias there. We know both McCain (another dossier peddler) and Romney are both big Trump fans.
