Reuters photographer ejected from impeachment hearing for taking pictures of notes of Democrats
    December 12, 2019

UPDATE: A Reuters spokesperson told the Washington Examiner: “Our photographer did not take any pictures of the personal notes of members of Congress. His photos include members’ copies of the U.S. Constitution, the Holy Bible, The Federalist Papers and pieces of illegible paper that were sitting on the dais. He broke no rules and left the hearing voluntarily.”

    —–
“Interestingly, this incident comes less than a month after Getty photographer Mark Wilson used a telephoto lens to capture a close-up of President Trump’s notes ahead of a quick press conference. Those photos, which were undoubtedly obtained by legal means, went viral after Getty tweeted them out.”

That could be a fake photo Getty is claiming what Josh Roberts took. Why would a newspaper be laying upside down to whose seat it was? And the paper notes look intentionally faded while the book and paper crystal clear.

You have to be kidding me. Just because the photographer didn’t find something Rueters would find useful for their anti-GOP hate reporting, they think he did nothing wrong? What if there HAD been sensitive material there?

I agree, take away his press pass. And the police there need to be more observant, maybe one needs to be stationed in that area for the sole purpose of keeping the media away from it.

You know, it’s really sickening how the Dems operate. Lie, cheat, steal … and they defend themselves with the most pathetic excuses you would expect a toddler to employ! But of course when they are the target, like the DNC “hack” (don’t give away your passwords, kids), then they are outraged. I guess they never learned “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”.

Just the fact that this creature “got caught” with the follow up statements of unconcern is exposure of a mental state of not normal.

If one happen to read the latest MSM interview with Comey, “I was wrong” on my FBI actions. Several things come to life, such as if they had not been caught does anyone believe they would expose themselves? Would the people’s President still be the elected President of the USA? Would the DNC/GOPe be celebrating the collapse of the USA? Would there be any hope of a actual real Justice Department? Would “The Forgotten Man” be allowed to make a come back? Would Happy New Year, Merry Christmas, Praise God, be on anyone’s lips in public? Etc.

The stupidity of these evil doers should only get two choices, hanging/death or Gitmo both life sentences. No exceptions God can do the rest.

Well, I guess you have to kinda look at it from their point of view, at least to a degree.
They have embraced a LOSING ideology. They simply can not prevail, in any ‘honest’ contest, hence they cheat.
They lie, cheat, steal and distort because that is the only possible way they can prevail.

IF they gain power, they have in the past and will again attempt to consolidate that power as absolute, in order to brutally suppress any dissent because again, given the choice the majority of the populace will reject their ideology.

And the prospect of abandoning their failed ideology, of admitting to themselves it CAN NOT WORK, has NEVER worked wherever it has been tried, is simply a ‘bridge too far’ for them to cross.

        Sad, really,…..

He has a say in negotiations, push for a debate moderated by OANN. All networks will carry it, but there are clear illustrations of biases from most of the usual suspects to moderate a debate. We should think hard about who could be a fair and impartial moderator. The moderator is one of the most important elements.

        Liked by 10 people

        • Yes! And one way to gain ‘moderator control’ is to design the best format!
The best discussions for contestants and audiences come from broad-based questions that allow candidates to ‘reveal’ themselves, and to have sufficient time to answer.
Gotcha questions are what DNC News Conglomerates like!

          Liked by 2 people

          • The blood boils when one think of the media. They are to today’s society what Al Capone was to that earlier period: an intractable conundrum.
Capone had simply amassed too much power, thanks to that era’s progressive, socialist ‘do-gooders’ who lobbied for a ban as a way of gaining respectability in conservative religious circles, similar to today’s climate change hoaxers that attempt to cloak the evil of socialism in some kind of holy aura of virtue.
I say let Capone’s waterloo be the same for our modern day media conglomerate: The US Tax Code, as well as a broad criminal conspiracy prosecution based on RICCO laws, which, at the very least, will inject a vital ‘smear factor,’ something they truly deserve!
In every tax issue, the question always turns on how an entity in fact functions?
My belief is that this conglomerate functions as the DNC NEWS, MEDIA, AND PUBLIC RELATIONS CONGLOMERATE.
If you throw the Tax Code at them, at the very least, some embarrasing complex litigation will commence…and the ‘fur will fly,’ I can guarantee.
There is clear evidentiary proof that this conglomerate colludes with the Democrat establishment to promote candidates, write favorable articles about them, attack opponents, run polls after slanting news stories to see if polling reflects the slanted reporting, which it always does. Then run to the air-waves with overwhelming poll results that favor Dem positions such that current office holders feel the heat of the socialist point of view which was ginned up, in the beginning, by the slanted, fraudulent reporting. The end game is to create a polling imbalance in favor of socialist candidates to secure their election to office, as well as keep them there.
If you also include the matter of ‘trafficking’ in politically- sensitive leaks in favor of Democrat candidates, and against their opponents, the prosecution takes on a decidedly criminal nature.
THE DNC NEWS, MEDIA, AND PUBLIC RELATIONS CONGLOMERATE is what Capone was in his time: PUBLIC ENEMY NUMBER ONE!

I can’t see whoever the Democrat nominee is, agreeing to a debate with PDJT.
You agree to a debate when you think there is SOME realistic possibility of improving your position, or at least of not making your position WORSE.

To me it seems like a Dem nomimee would be,GUARANTEED their position would be harmed by participating in a Debate with PDJT, and the harm of participating would be greater than the harm of not.

So, in the ‘negotiations’their team will insist on rules for the debate that PDJT will find unacceptable.

PDJT’s cardinal rule is to always be prepared to walk away from any negotiation. If he walks away, they can then point to him as ‘running away’and being ‘scared’ to debate.

This is a possible scenario. If they insist on moderators like Madcow, and network like CNN, what does he do?

        Exactly Super Elite Lt Col,

For the last 60 years the debates have become nothing more than press conferences with scripted answers practiced in advance. President Trump was the only candidate being authentic in modern memory.

I’m sure he practiced the points he wanted to stress, but he also showed his heart and true self.

He could easily blow up their debate charade like he has done in the past. On the same night of any scheduled debate between himself and the Democrat candidate, he could hold a citizen town hall where citizens come to the mic on the floor to ask him questions, versus question from the corrupt media.

Taking away the right to bear arms is a blatant plan, but the more subtle one has been trapping poor people’s children in subpar public schools. If Black citizens would unify and demand school choice, it would be a game changer for their communities.

Regarding some of the SJW issues that he talks about, given the environment in which he lives, exists in and breaths daily, he did not seem to be too over-the-top caught up in the fallacy and lunacy of it.

I wish him great success in being able to achieve his goals and be successful in his endevours!

The walls are closing in on the Lying, Crooked Left.

Yesterday our President was wildly cheered by nearly 70,000 at the Army v Navy game. Chants of “Four More Years” were undeniable, along with “Trump! Trump! Trump!”

Our President accomplished more good for America this past week than any other president could do in a 4 year term. Slam dunk, hands down.

Yesterday wasn’t so great for our opponents, however. Adam Schiff was booed off the stage (notice the seal on the podium–very Obama-like) at an Armenian Genocide gathering. Armenians, please be aware of what President Trump has done in the effort to recognize the genocide and be rest assured Schiff was trying to take a victory lap as if all credit is due to the House. He needed to change tbe subject from impeachment but Trump supporters inside the room weren’t having it.

Bernie had a little gathering yesterday and was taken on by a Democrat Trump voter who denounces socialism and let Bernie know it.

And, speaking of little gatherings, Uncle Joe got heckled yesterday over Crooked Hunter.

A Democrat announced he’s Walking Away and switching parties.

Three cheers for these courageous people, unafraid to stand alone and challenge the Left. It’s called push back and plan to see a lot more of it.

Gunny, I am not sure Dems can even count on California. A lot of liberal city dwellers are finally waking up to the literal shitehole their cities and,State have become, under perpetual Democrat rule.

How much of the support for Dems has been, in part due to the WEAK and inneffective opposition?

After all, if the alternative to voting Democrat, is to vote for Romney, for instance I can’t blame many for voting Democrat, IN THE PAST.

Many who voted Democrat, as the ‘lesser of two weavils’, are seeing a REAL alternative THIS time.

Count on the Dems convention to be a war, and drive the few remaining ‘moderate’Dems off the plantation, in utter disgust.

And what, pray tell can the,Dems possibly use for an ‘October surprise’, that would gain ANY traction?

Sex scandal? Corruption scandal? Collusion with Foreign governments?
They have already expended ALL their ammunition.

Whereas PDJT has a whole pocketful of Oct. Surprises available, potentially.
            Declassification, for one.

I assume you mean “no idea.” Yes, there are layers and layers of swamp over the last three years. Here you’re saying that at the surface layer, the people at the party you went to see a Trump win coming, even though they have no idea of the two or three layers of Democrat filth below decks and don’t even see the possibility of Durham destroying the crime ring, and the Democrat Party, during the debates next summer.

More layers: 1. The coup, and 2. The reason for the coup.

Layer 1 is so filthy and tangled with evil and lies that it takes all one’s attention to follow it, and even then it’s impossible to fathom it. But then there is layer 2 below it, which is probably an organized crime ring of embezzlement from the treasury, pay-to-play, and a weapons and drugs running operation. So many people say the Dems are trying to oust Trump “because they hate him.” I don’t believe this for a minute. They need to get him out of office in order to protect layer 2. Schiff has somekind of exposure in layer 2. I don’t know what it is. He’s grasping at straws to save himself.

      • The criminality is so blatant that it simply insists that “nobody did anything wrong.” Joe Biden can boast of obstruction and extortion while VP, and can implicate the POTUS in the same laughing conversation. Pelosi, Nadler, and Schiff can all commit high crimes in Ukraine and elsewhere. “Nothing to see here, move along.”

Likewise, now, they can simply vote Articles of Impeachment based on a kangaroo court’s Bill of Attainder, and, once again, “nothing to see here.”

Perhaps the biggest problem that these people have – have had since 2016 – is that the American People do see, whether they call themselves(!) Democrat or Republican. They do see plainly, and they’ve had enough. And by the way, the Ukranians feel the same way.

The Democratic leadership doesn’t really give a damn about the American People anyway, and never once considered therefore that the 2016 election results could actually be purposeful and valid. The ringleaders come from two extremely densely-populated coastal states; the other 48 don’t matter to them. Anything that doesn’t align with the criminally corrupt world-view that they have had, with impunity, for many decades(!) now, simply doesn’t register. And, this is why they cannot comprehend that their precious Party will soon join the long list of defunct political parties in this country. Indeed it is true that “there are none so blind as those who will not see.” I shake my head that they have fallen this far, but I do not weep for them.

There may be some, (Hollywood) to whom this might apply, but, for the most part, within politics and government he is FEARED……not hated. By insinuating there is something ultimately wrong with our President to inspire hate, it creates a vilifying excuse that negates the magnitude of this effort to diminish the ideology and actions of this great man. STOP playing along.

Ranchers from both sides routinely crossed the line to help one another with their cattle – no, not to “help themselves to them!”

I strongly doubt this. I bet it was a US government entity that abided by some agreement or some suggestion from this NGO. IOW: someone had a suggestion, and WE, some part of the US government, decided to follow it. Let’s not invent stories.

Historians faithfully recorded the names of every Congressman who voted to impeach President Johnson in a similarly political shit-show, and I just wonder if these people want present historians to record their names in the same way.

For the first three years, “the Democrats pretended.” Pretended that somehow there really was something to all of the various accusations they had made. Pretended that there was justification for spending $40 million dollars. But now, when the Ukranians start investigating for themselves, they stop pretending. They run roughshod over the document that’s hanging on the wall of every fourth-grade classroom in America: the Bill of Rights. If you are the President of the United States(!), you simply don’t have any legal rights. The Government will accuse you of a crime, convict you and punish you for that crime, based on secret testimony heard by a kangaroo court hiding in a dungeon, and allow you no answer. “If they can do this to the President of the United States, they can do it to anybody, and they will.”

So, go ahead, Democrats. Do as you are told. Don’t ask. Don’t think. We don’t care what you think and we don’t ask you to think. Obey.

Think about it for a moment, the Drudge Report has gone left in a vile way. What I mean is that some of what it reports now is offensive to just about everybody right of socialism. It has lost one third of it’s readers, and their viewers are bailing loud and proud. It won’t be long before everyone on the planet realizes it is nothing more than another Huff Po.

The one true value of the left taking over Drudge would be using it to influence the 2020 election in their favor. However by the time November rolls around it will be useless for that now.

The speed of the Drudge Report’s loss of all credibility is well within Matt Drudge’s skill set. And selling a battleship to the enemy, and helping them sink it before it is needed in battle would be right up Matt’s ally.

How did that work, anyway? Did Schiff tell his staff “Now before we get started, do NOT tell me the Whistleblower’s name!” Or did he make Charlie wear a paper bag over his head while coaching his testimony? All that rehearsal time gone to waste–maybe Adam could use it in the musical he’s been writing.

So, a 10 year ‘bonus’ that could be as much as several $100,000. Consider a Doctor, who goes to work for the VA, a Law school graduate who goes to work for DOJ, etc.

    • To my way of thinking, this should be actively pursued in the US Senate right now, and Sens. Warren and Sanders ought to be leading the way, thereby demonstrating to all of us how equally effective they could be as President. But: nada, zero, zip, nothing.

I believe that all of us can very clearly see that “for-profit” has failed completely, both from the point-of-view of patients, of providers, and of financial stakeholders. (Companies show profits only due to extremely dubious accounting.)

But – what would work, instead, for a nation with a population of more than 350 million people? And, how could we make it work so as not to encounter the problems experienced by other countries? Our own VA health system is non-viable mainly because it has to pay “market rates” for drugs and medical supplies, and there is rampant profiteering going on in the public sector. How do we fix this? It’s actually a nearly-intractable problem when you look at it closely, and yet we must solve it, “American Style!”

Time to get busy, I think. [include “crickets.wav”] Anyone? Hello?

        • Not quite sure what you mean by that, Butch, but … “these people are Sitting Senators, right now.” Only 98 other people on this planet right now share that honor. So … what are they actively doing with these powers that they possess right now? Zero.

Instead, they’re “sitting on the edge of the bed,” harping on (with one eye on the opinion-polls teleprompter …) about “how good it’s gonna be” when they win the Office which has no Legislative power at all! Try as (s)he might, the President cannot introduce a bill on the floor of Congress. These people can – today. Whereas, if we actually gave them the post they say they are seeking, they would no longer have that power.

We need health care that works in this country, and there are tremendous problems that need creative yet implementable solutions. Not “political talk.” We’ve got 350+ million people to take care of … and yes, we do have the money … but today we don’t have the barest beginnings of a plan. No one’s even seriously talking about what such a plan would have to be! How do we do this, for this many people, without repeating other nations’ mistakes? How do we create a system so revolutionary and so successful that every other nation on Earth promptly copies it? That’s what we need to figure out how to do, and it’s going to be completely new and uncharted territory.

Mike much if not most of the problem with health care IS government intervention. Onerous and stupid insurance requirements, drug pricing, remuneration of services provided, cartelization of health insurance (50 separate insurance commissions) etc. etc. Creating a super duper VA system with all of its faults and none of what few benefits it has IMO is NOT the way to go. Portability of health insurance, thus allowing real competition across state lines, would be a big first step. Insurance companies DEPEND upon government intervention to rack up their profits.

Mike, “for profit” has NOT failed. “For profit” includes “COmpetition”, which has been co-opted and eliminated.
The US Government funds most of the real medical research. The US Government grants patents to universities (not the actual inventors as required by the Constitution). The universities license the drug company that will charge the highest price, so the 10% royalty is the highest. The US Citizens than pay an extremely high price, more than any other country, for their own use. And US Taxpayers pay extremely high prices for Medicaid and Medicare. And the university keeps the proceeds to pay enormous hordes of administrators and beaurocrats who’se very existence increases “overhead” to insane levels compared to what university overhead costs should be, paid by taxpayers, without reducing tuition or valuing free speech.
The Government should at least use a license to make and have made the drugs for government use (medicaid, VA, medicare), Government Employees, Congresscritters, DOD.
I’m just keeping it simple here, there is much more to this horrible co-option scam bought from crooked congresscritters, which includes the FDA, university testing, ability to use components for research….

The US government should at least manufacture drugs it funds, and make or have them made at cost for medical care provided by government. Better yet, license generic drug companies to compete to provide drugs to everyone who wants generic cost.

Snarky, a technical issue: “senators” are just the higher-priced tier of “congresscritters”.

Taxpayers pay for the medical drug research. Congress takes away the patents from the inventors, and gives them to the universities (Bayh-Dole). The universities collaborate with drug companies to charge the highest possible prices. Taxpayers pay the extremely high prices for drugs the taxpayers funded to invent and make. The government could keep and use a license to make the drugs by generic manufacturers, for DOD, VA, medicare, medicaid, and all government employees. And even for for generic prices for the taxpayers who funded the research.
But congresscritters are paid very well to cheat the taxpayers and other US Citizens, to pay the highest drug prices in the world, by a LARGE amount (all due to political corruption)
A 100-year old drug that cost a family friend about 3 cents a pill, now costs $10 dollars a pill. That kind of pricing leaves a lot of money to bribe congresscritters (who are surprisingly affordable to pass laws against politically-unconnected voters in any event).

Linda — If you take these calls and don’t hang up immediately, always asks the “research” outfit who is paying them to conduct this “survey,” and what their client(s) intend to do with the results.

Some years ago I got a knock on the door from one of these researchers. I recognized the organization by name as an Obama PAC, and quickly said I wasn’t interested in taking the survey, and that I was on the other side of the spectrum.

I quickly realized that I should have told him nothing about my opinions. I’d inadvertently assisted the PAC by telling them not to waste time or money trying to persuade me, register me, get me to the polls, etc.

I say this partly tongue in cheek, but I wonder if we might not better serve out country by making the lefty activists descending on us THINK we’re really undecided and persuadable. That will lead them to misuse effort, time, money and resources to “get the vote.”

I hope Barr’s DOJ has many voters like us lined up to run sting operations on ballot harvesters, etc. I can only imagine the “voter defrauding” these activists will engage in to walk away with a sealed ballot, filled out their way of course!

Pres Trump sent a delegation to Doha, Qatar this weekend, which included Ivanka and Sec Mnuchin, to try to solve the two year old impasse between UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. Lindsey Graham accompanied them.

Ivanka was involved in the talks, but she also held her own panel on empowering women in the workplace and women entrepreneurs, which is her own cause that she always champions.

For reasons unknown, former Congressman Jane Harmon was there. Harmon took it upon herself to badmouth and criticize Ivanka, and spent her time assuring the participants that the intra-agency (Vindman-speak) policy positions were the ones that would prevail.
    May we discuss treason?

Lindsey Graham spent his time telling everyone that the Senate shampeachment trial would last only 10 days – Graham would see to it – and Graham has no intention of calling any Biden or gossipblower. Graham will have no witnesses at all.

The original problem stemmed from the powerful using their powers with vindictiveness. That tripped over into illegalities by the score. Barr, et al, are keeping a neutral course which, by following the law and proper procedures, will ultimately result in the predictable outcome: violators of laws and institutional policies will be found to have indisputably committed premeditated acts designed to deprive citizens of their constitutional rights, and they did so by the powers of the state vested in them; i.e., they acted under color of authority. There are criminal prosecutions that will ensue, and there will thus be grounds for civil suits to follow, with the criminal evidence as bread crumbs leading to the financial demise of all conspirators involved.
