Re: “Stand down” order of Shreveport Mayor – Now THIS is a truly IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE.

This elected official no longer has any legitimate standing as a representative of the people of Shreveport, nor as a defender of the U.S. Constitution representing the Shreveport community. This offense, the ordering of local Law Enforcement to stand down, i.e., to refuse to protect the President of the United States within the local boundaries of Shreveport, is, all at the same time, treacherous, traitorous, and treasonous.

Mayor Perkins must resign, or the good people of Shreveport must, while acting within the law, remove him from his elected office.

Say g’nite Mr. Mayor. You blew it, Bigly.

Marine One landed on the frigid, dark South Lawn at 12:31 am where only eight members of the pool had gathered.
POTUS emerged at 12:33 am and quickly strode into the residence. He waved to the pool twice and once pulled his coat closed against the cold air.
Aides Mick Mulvaney, Stephen Miller and Dan Scavino followed behind and walked into the West Wing.

PRC economy is falling fast. Anyone doing business with them and is not a moron, get real and get out.

    Russia 1990s redux.

“ How to Conduct Business with Chinese Companies That See a Dark Future”

‘ I am writing about this now because China today is feeling a lot like Russia in the 1990s. I am getting the sense that many Chinese companies are pessimistic about their futures and they are acting accordingly. Our China lawyers are seeing evidence of this everywhere.

China’s economy is hurting right now. On the one hand, food prices are soaring. See China’s consumer prices rise at fastest clip in nearly 8 years, as pork prices continue to soar. On the other hand, exports are plunging. See China’s exports decline for third successive month in October. Reliable economic indicaters (as opposed to official government statistics) paint an economy in trouble. See China’s economy is in more trouble than markets think. See also China’s car sales drop for 16th consecutive month as October falls 4 per cent. The tariffs are not helping nor is the Chinese government’s crackdown on private businesses. On top of the economic issues, many Chinese companies have become both wary of and angry at the West, particularly the United States. This too makes things riskier for foreign companies.

We are seeing the results of all this in many ways.

Practically every week one of our China lawyers will get an email or a phone call from someone who bought product from China and received nothing in return or nothing even approaching what they actually ordered. This sending of “junk” instead of real product has spread to pretty much every industry in China and ordering your products from allegedly reputable online sites provides little to no protection.’

Well worth your time. Or pass it on to anyone you know who is or is contemplating trade with PRC. More here.

I do business with a Chinese company…met with their reps a month ago. They basically told me if I ever need more aggressive pricing they will give it to me. They told me they want to keep their plant full and if I can land some decent accounts for them they will drop their pricing dramatically to help me. They appear to be hurting but I have a personal relationship with them and they like me and will make aggressive adjustments to keep people working.

The incredible failure of day one of the public impeachment inquiry hearings is what ended up pushing out this piece of news about Rudy, I think:

We already knew Rudy was involved in a probe. So why bring it up again now? Because the Dems bombed hard in their dud hearing.

Look at the two points at the top of the article that they highlight:

    – Probe of lawyer presents a threat to Trump’s presidency
    – Giuliani has become a central figure in impeachment inquiry

Upshot is simple: Even if it looks like the Dems had a dud on day one, Rudy could still take POTUS down. And Rudy is key to impeachment stuff (even if all the other ‘evidence’ is falling apart hearsay).

It’s just Rudy recast as Michael Cohen here (laughable, as Rudy would never turn on POTUS and start lying), as the Dem Media flails to keep its zombie impeachment moving.

Lost in the discussion, somehow, is the fact that as soon as Rudy was waving documented proof of crimes he found on TV and threatening criminal charges – then out of the blue here comes SDNY with BS charges on RUDY!
SDNY is obstructing justice and using the power of government to do so. These people need to be called out and made to answer – LINDSEY – isn’t that under your ‘perview’?

  28. MakeAmericaGreat says:

Anyone know what the total audience was for the impeachment farce day one? I’m guessing maybe 20-25 million on TV. Also guessing the Dems will be lucky to get 15 million for any other hearing day moving forward. Hard to come back from such a total botch.

Nuland is married to Robert Kagan, ‘War is the Family Business’.

From the article: In other words, the Family Kagan has almost a self-perpetuating, circular business model working the inside-corridors of government power to stimulate wars while simultaneously influencing the public debate through think-tank reports and op-ed columns in favor of more military spending and then collecting grants and other funding from thankful military contractors.

To be fair, the Nuland-Kagan mom-and-pop shop is really only a microcosm of how the Military-Industrial Complex has worked for decades: think-tank analysts generate the reasons for military spending, the government bureaucrats implement the necessary war policies, and the military contractors make lots of money before kicking back some to the think tanks — so the bloody but profitable cycle can spin again.

    Cut to the chase.

    ‘ Conclusion
A variety of evidence points to what the authors believe can only be plausibly explained by systematic falsification and manipulation of official organ transplant datasets in China. Some apparently nonvoluntary donors also appear to be misclassified as voluntary. This takes place alongside genuine voluntary organ transplant activity, which is often incentivized by large cash payments. These findings are relevant for international interactions with China’s organ transplantation system.’

“The entire Ukraine intervention project, for instance, has been heavily choreographed by the Atlantic Council, which in turn derives its ample funding from virtually all parties – domestic and foreign – to the Empires far flung rackets.”

“Thus, US government contributors include the Pentagon, the U. S. State Department, the US Air Force, the US Navy, the Air Force Academy, the US Army War College, National Endowment for Democracy and even NATO itself.”

Now, from the above, it sets my hair on fire, especially NATO and the military academies….

But…..if you read the entire article…..virtually a who’s who is involved in the scheme..and the Atlantic Council is a big…big player….bottom line:
