Rush Limbaugh has been hammering this point home almost every show for, IDK, at least the past year or so.

These unelected bureaucrats think that we, the Deplorables, are the great unwashed, they are our betters, and they know better than everyone else what is best for everyone. They all went to the right schools, belong to the right country clubs, go to the right parties, and hang with the right people. 99.999999% of the people in the DC beltway are completely out of touch with us Deplorables in flyover country. Some of them can be saved, but I would bet a dozen Krispy Kreme chocolate iced custard filled donuts that over 90% of those clowns are hopelessly gone.

Trump won??? How dare he! President Trump is talking with leaders of other countries without our permission?? How dare he! That is what they truly believe. Sad.

Hi Mostly…you are spot on. And all the right schools are packed with tenured Marxist professors.who teach those impressionable kids who are right at the age of their rebellious stage.. History has been altered in countless books and the first required reading in a history class is Marxist propaganda.
You have to give it to the Marxist, They have been extremely effective at infiltrating and TAKING OVER our schools, our courts, our entertainment, our politicians, et al. And they work non-stop at this. And in a lot of cases it is our very own citizens that our working against us. This is all they do. This is the reason they get up in the morning. They truly believe their ideology is the correct one. This indoctrination really begins in pre-school. The “unionized teachers” teach what they are told to teach. The curriculum is dictated by non-elected officials…and BTW we work and pay taxes that fund the whole system

I find it INSANE that “We the People” are financing our own destruction. We are paying the enemy to defeat us, We are taxed to death, then that money is either given away to other countries (which is a form of blackmail by those country’s), is used to give free stuff to illegal aliens and is used to sponsor legislation that is not in our best interest. Bills like making H1Bs a priority and that policy is either taking jobs that Americans need or lowering the wages of Americans that do get a job.

I think it not an exaggeration to say the Marxist, Globalist–call it what you will-have pretty much taken over America and we have/are paying them to do it.

This is why I retired early. I could not continue funding my own demise. And it really is that simple of an explanation. :”

He said he will probably get a report on it. Since POTUS isn’t all upset about it has also put a damper on the media enthusiasm. I did notice that I could watch my local news at 11:30AM today instead of nbc talking heads discussing the hearring like they were doing yesterday.

Also right on cue, gun hating Sen. Chris Murphy (C-CT) proposed Senate pass without discussion, the previously approved House bill that requires ALL private gun sales to be conducted through a federally licensed firearms dealer. Mississippi Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith immediately blocked, saying a no discussion passage may infringe on 2A rights of citizens.

      https://6abc.com/democrats-urging-gun-control-on-senate-floor-as-news-of-school-shooting-broke-/5697252/

One problem with the House bill is that it requires private citizens, over whom BATF has NO DAMN AUTHORITY WHATSOEVER over private gun sales (as an FFL holder almost 20 years I know the laws pretty darned good). BATF has authority ONLY over sales through licensed dealers. The House bill would require private gun sales to go through dealers. That means the dealer will have to fill out either BATF Form 4473, Appplication To Purchase Firearm, or BATF would create a new form for private party gun sales.

Currently, dealers must turn all F4473’s over to BATF when they go out of business. You can bet your ass private party gun sales forms will also have to be turned over when dealer goes out of business. HERE’S THE SNEAKY PART of the House bill:

      >>> The House bill is designed to FACILITATE FUTURE GUN CONFISCATION by creating a BATF database of private citizens over whom BATF has NO AUTHORITY WHATSOEVER.

Under Gun Control Act of 1968, (GCA 68) the federal govt is prohibited from creating a national database of gun owners. It’s been alleged, with irrefutable evidence, that for decades BATF has been regularly scanning dealer returned F4473’s into a database. The House bill would create a second database of private party sales, and allow those persons (buyer AND seller) to be included in the illegal BATF gun owner database.

If the House bill is approved by the Senate (and you can bet Trump will sign it, because he’s not very astute on gun control and never really was a big 2A guy) it provides more gun owner lists the feds WILL use when a Dem POTUS finally outlaws guns and the CONFISCATION BEGINS.

Mr. or Ms. Yellow Dog or Lord NPC will get 40% of the vote in the next election. That’s almost a guarantee. What the Democrats are fighting, lying, cheating, and stealing for is that additional 10% plus one in enough of the right states.

And if they don’t win the electoral college but win the popular vote, they’ll claim another stolen election.

And if they don’t win the popular vote either, they’ll claim it was voter suppression.

FWIW, I liked the idea of a Senate “Trial” to expose all of the swamp corruption, until I started reading the Senate Rules and some comments. Best I can tell, a Senate Impeachment trial goes by Senate rules and not by any of the usual legal standards of due process, etc. The Senate Presiding Officer, in this case, John Roberts has control of the proceedings and issues are decided and rules can change by simple majority vote of Senators present. With the combination of John Roberts, Romney, Murkowski, and Collins, at a minimum, determining the outcome, a Senate Trial is a major crap shoot. (As an aside, I read that with a Presidential impeachment trial, the Vice President can’t decided tie votes, 50-50 votes seems very possible if this sh*T show goes to the Senate, wonder how that is resolved?)

Section 1.9.3 expressly says that you cannot pass a “bill of Attainder.” You cannot, as you are right now attempting to do, legislatively declare that he is guilty of anything. Congress was purposely denied judicial power, because they anticipated exactly this.

But also: “what part of billionaire have you conveniently forgotten?” This man’s worth ten thousand times more than any of you. A lucrative bribe to you is an expense account to him.

It would be easy to underestimate William Taylor. Even though he formerly was ambassador to Ukraine and is addressed as ambassador, he now runs that embassy as the interim charge’ and only since June of this year.

    However,..

A look at wikipedia tells us how big a player this man has been. Strange that none of this came out in the hearing yesterday so that it would be part of the public record and public discourse.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_B._Taylor_Jr.

“accepted an assignment as Special Representative for Donor Assistance in Kabul coordinating U.S. and international assistance to Afghanistan. Engaging with the Afghan government and international donors, Taylor facilitated the flow of assistance to Afghanistan and promoted additional donations”.

(Afghanistan is/was wildly corrupt. Ended up with a special IG just for our aid interests there. Hard to verify activity. For anyone who doubts that there is corruption in our aid program, search on “natural gas filling station Afghanistan.” Just the titles of these IG reports will give the flavor.)

    https://oversight.gov/reports?field_address_country=All&field_oigs_submited_particip%5B%5D=213&items_per_page=10

“Taylor was nominated by President George W. Bush to be United States ambassador to Ukraine while he was serving as Senior Consultant to the Coordinator of Reconstruction and Stabilization at the Department of State.” (Involved in the flow of big money.)

” At the time Taylor assumed responsibilities at the embassy it was, with over 650 employees from nine U.S. government departments and agencies, the fifth-largest bilateral mission in Europe.”…
“Taylor held the post until May 2009.” (The embassy in Ukraine is not a small outpost.)

From late 2009 “through 2013, Taylor’s mission was to ensure effective U.S. support for the countries of the Arab revolutions, coordinating assistance to Egypt, Tunisia, Libya and Syria.” (Appears maybe to have been the money man for the Arab Spring/Syria.)

May be nothing, but worth our consideration.

Quite frankly, it appears the Ukraine Embassy was headquarters for nefarious CIA operations throughout Europe and Asia/Middle East. Eric Ciarmella aka Voldemort is a CIA operative. In the end, no one (R’s/D’s/Media) wants to “go there” and out that the CIA is behind all this Ukraine corruption and behind this attempted coup. Through illegal spying virtually all of the politicians are compromised. Brennan appears to be down to the last players in his bullpen and they are getting battered. A scary thought, but they are only left with the JFK solution or CIA forces all politicians they own in house and senate to vote impeachment regardless of (lack of) evidence. Big question, he was plucked from retirement and put back in Ukraine by Pompeo himself, why? Did Pompeo know him or of him? Or did someone on his staff recommend Taylor? If the latter, who suggested Taylor? We circle back to who is making these staffing suggestions.

So Taylor knew the language and the job and was available for a temporary stint when a qualified person without recent ties to the Ukraine embassy was needed to fill in after Maria Yovanovitch. He would have made sense. He had been out of that embassy for 10 years so may have appeared sufficiently neutral.

…”The US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has provided the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) with computers, advanced analytical software, and high-speed scanners which can digitize paper documents and make them electronically searchable. 31. Yesterday, after reading ristvan’s description of Day One of Impeachment Inquiry, stating that all doors are closing on Nancy Pelosi, my thought was that in similar circumstances when Dems hit a dead-end, ‘guns start going off.’
Sure enough, a school shooting occurred today!
It’s important to understand the meaning of these events: every day, each member of Congress sees polling results come across his or her desk that reflect the prior 24 hours. These results seriously affect their political decisions for that day, and greatly impact their talking points and strategy.
Shooting events throw public attention back to the Democrat ‘field of play’ of gun control, safety, white supremacy, racism, anti-semitism and greatly affect the political fate and fortune of our country.
Yesterday, I also thought about our magnificent Donald The Great: he’s very, very safe, because DEEP STATE knows they would face civil war, as sure as I’m writing this. DEMS WOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE!
My thoughts are centered on innocent citizens, school children, passers-by that are victimized every time the EVil Dems face a polling crisis, and especially as elections approach.
Greater oversight must occur in the clandestine services involving those that are authorized to make contact with criminals and murderers to make sure they are not recruited for political purposes.
    DEEP STATE MUST BE STOPPED!

Leaked Bank Records Confirm Burisma-Biden Payments To Morgan Stanley Account
    14 Nov 2019

    https://www.zerohedge.com/political/leaked-bank-records-confirm-burisma-biden-payments-morgan-stanley-account

Documents allegedly leaked by the Ukrainian General Prosecutor’s office to CD Media have shed light on payments from Burisma Holdings to Rosemont Seneca Bohai LLC, a corporation controlled by Hunter Biden partner (and fellow former Burisma board member) Devon Archer.

Archer was Yale roommates with John Kerry’s stepson Chris Heinz – the two of whom opened investment firm Rosemont Capital with Joe Biden’s son, Hunter. Rosemont Capital is the parent company of Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLC – the entity which receive the Burisma payments and in turn aid Biden.

The newly leaked records show 45 payments between November 2014 and November 2015 totaling $3.5 million, mostly in increments of $83,333.33. The payments correspond to Morgan Stanley bank records the New York Times reported on earlier this year. The records were submitted as evidence in a case against Archer who was convicted in a scheme to defraud pension funds and an Indian tribe of tens of millions of dollars. Archer’s conviction was overturned in November by a judge who felt that he may not have willingly participated in the scheme.

I went back to read this article this morning, in which the President responds to Leon Cooperman (same billionaire weeping about Liz Warren’s cruelty toward billionaires) lecturing him that if he can’t change his behavior, he shouldn’t run for re-election, and in which the President commented that “I caught swamp. I caught them all.” Trump blamed the Media, the Never Trump movement, RussiaGate, SpyGate, for “shaping” his behavior. It is interesting because he is respectful of Cooperman (“I don’t know him, I know of him”), deflects much of his own intemperate behavior as being “shaped” by the media, and their constant TDS level ravings against him, and concludes by congratulating Cooperman for making a lot of money in Trump’s economy.

I read this as concisely summarizing his whole “drain the swamp” performance, about to culminate in the long awaited boom, Boom, BOOM. Everything he’s done since he moved out of Trump Tower upon learning it was bugged, I believe, has been with constant attention to draining the swamp and punishing those who lied and violated the law to “get him,” and educating the left-wing mobs who believed every word of it, and are about to be shamed for their gullibility.

He’s also so cool, respectful, polite, and pointed that he appears to me to be debuting his post-swamp-drainage persona, in which he will no longer need to invite mud-fights with his antagonists: they’ll all have acknowledged that they’ve got too much mud on them to even open their mouths anymore. They’ll be like rusted-up Tin Man, calling in a squeeky voice “oil, oil.”

It’s such a masterful response to a spontaneous question that it bears multiple readings.
