Katie, you went way too shallow on the motivation. This resolution sets up cutting of Israel from receiving any foreign aid from the US Government. This is the objective.

Next step is for the Democrat House to gum up all appropriations with this garbage.

Democrat mid-East peace plan is nothing short of another holocaust.

Much more than “Nationalism”…. It is the spreading and re-discovery of “Individual Freedom” and throwing down “government control”…

“Society in every state is a blessing, but government even in its best state is but a necessary evil; in its worst state an intolerable one; for when we suffer, or are exposed to the same miseries by a government, which we might expect in a country without government, our calamity is heightened by reflecting that we furnish the means by which we suffer…” ― Thomas Paine, Common Sense

An excellent quote. Isn’t it amazing how we are continually told by our schools, society, government, and the elite class that our Framers are antiquated…there ideals obsolete…when in reality, what they experienced in the mid-1700’s in dealing with English royalty is EXACTLY what we are experiencing now with our central government. And their words of warning 250 years ago ring so incredibly true and relevant.

IMHO – it does well for us to remember the words and wisdom of our Founders when our “leaders” and lawyers tell us that the Constitution is outdated.

I would refine the observation and say that the challenge today is one of ideologies, the first a serious ideology in the form of an ordered society where millions make the decisions of the marketplace and of indirect governance by means of a Republic while the other one is so insidious and evil, nothing short of enslavement of the many by the few with every facet of human life in the control of the few and their appointed bureaucrats.

So we know there was an 87% fraud rate among refugee family reunification, particularly from African countries, and yet obama discontinued a pilot DNA program that was instrumental in uncovering the fraud.

For anyone denying the existence of No Go Zones in the US, I say, just try to root out the fraud in places like Minnesota or Dearborn…. we’re not even allowed to ask.

So, I have the right to go to a MAGA rally and chant “Ben Carson is a ______”. That’s my right. But it would be extremely foolish for me and the president if I went to a rally and did that. It makes me look ignorant, and by association as a POTUS supporter it puts POTUS in a bad spot.

Omar, as vile as she is, has the right as a US citizen (currently) uncharged of any crime to not be forcibly deported. Advocating for such an action therefore sounds unreasonable, even if made in jest.

We chanted “lock her up” because Hillary almost certainly committed crimes, and the nation knew about it. The apparent malfeasance committed by Omar is just now beginning to come to light, and may never be investigated as were Clinton’s actions.

POTUS made the correct decision to rebuke the misplaced chant and I stand with him on that 100%. He doesn’t need to take back anything, nor is he going to do so.

In case no one has paid attention, the Dems and the media has tried for the last 4 years to portray POTUS as an authoritarian fascist and his supporters as ignorant hillbillies on their way to a lynching.

We don’t need to play into the caricature. There are plenty of more appropriate chants that can be created which do not imply involuntary removal from the nation of a currently uncharged citizen.

“Let her leave” works for me.

Very well may have been a Dem who started the chant. This kind of sabotage happened all the time at Tea Party events. People who were supposed Tea Party members (actually Dem plants) would carry race-baiting signs and the like.

Hey I live in MN and I don’t want her back! And by the way the local authorities are investigating her marriage of convenience to her brother so she could gain citizenship. She may not even last through this term in office once the fraud is proven. On the other hand the district she lives in would vote in Karl Marxx if he had a D behind his name! So she will be primary-ed out and will soon disappear as will AOC and the rest of the Squat Squad!

Ilhan Omar is my congresswoman. The only way she could get primaried out is if Jewish voters (of whom there are a lot in MN5) would – beneath the radar – plan to show up in droves on primary day to vote for her opponent. It would have to be a stealth effort conducted within Jewish social organizations/synagogues. There would have to be a suitable (probably Jewish) Democrat candidate who files at the last minute to be on the primary ballot. And the whole effort would probably get ratted out by extreme leftist Jewish voters.

Republicans would probably prefer Omar to remain in office.

As I said, I have the right to go to a rally and denounce someone’s ethnicity or race. But, I’m not dumb enough to actually do that.

This isn’t a difficult concept we’re discussing here. Hopefully more people who feel as you do will react with reason to this matter as opposed to reacting with emotion.

Winning elections takes discipline and focus. It’s not about what feels good, it’s about what gives you the best chance to win in the end.

POTUS knows this, which is why he correctly rebuked the chant.

I am in no way “battered”. But I understand that what might make some on our side happy for the moment isn’t necessarily a winning election tactic or strategy.

You gain and keep power by winning. You win by making smart choices, not fighting over “rights” like the ones you are talking about and which I put into perspective with the remarks about Ben Carson.

This is not about being uninhibited at a rally. It’s about winning in 2020. We win then, you can chant whatever you want at any rally, IMO.

Remember when Obama told Medvedev that he would have much more flexibility after the election? That’s how I feel. Just want to keep it all tidy and neat until we win. Then we can do what we want.

I don’t want to just say a chant I like. I want to bury the Obama era for good, get the Wall, get justice against the coup, etc.

Thomas Friedman’s name used to be bandied about often by the left. He was a “brilliant” writer than came up with ways to justify the brilliance of O’bama and his actions. But, now you don’t really hear Friedman’s name that much.

Why? Like all the other Trump opponents it’s hard to argue against the Trump the person and Trump the actions, and be wrong all the time. At least, Friedman vs. Krugman still seems to work out in his favor.

Tom Friedman was wrong at every turn on his positions regarding the Middle East, supposedly his area of expertise. You’re right: Friedman lost his position of “first guy the nets go to on the Sunday shows” quite a while ago. However, being wrong on something never makes people on the left fall out of favor. I suspect it’s something more personal.

Now, turning to our POTUS: I do want to know why he devoted time to Friedman, a guy who has no real punch anymore, even IF he’s in the NYTimes. There has to be some other reason than just a chance to tag a negative name on him. Is it, as it appears, a Trump response to the hypocrisy of the guy (smile in my face, then punch me in print?). Or do you think he’s setting up something else with those tweets?

I think, perhaps, the time is getting close to make fellow politicians uncomfortable. You know, the ones Trump supports and then they block MAGA at every opportunity. Trump is also reminding people that what you see is what you get. That Trump isn’t going to lie like other politicians.

Doesn’t mean Trump won’t massage some things/issues but that’s to be expected for political expediency isn’t it?

While it is admirable to be proactive on “second chances,” releasing groups of convicted felons by legislation is the absolutely wrong solution. Each case and each inmate is unique and should be carefully considered on AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. This is why there is a parole board, a parole officer, and a system. Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump are outstanding supporters of our President and we respect that, but they should stay out of the machinations of policy. Compassion is wonderful, but so is common sense. Recidivism rates are high and reoffending is not compassion to the victims of those crimes.

The Hispanic young man was telling the son he was 26 and had 4 kids and that he was working hard to take care of his family … the mom was respectful , but I could tell her son was taken aback and went quiet after he said he didn’t want kids etc … stopped talking to the cashier and kind of left in a gruff.
Here is the thing .. we have to come to terms with what we Americans are allowing our adult children to get away with . We need to start the demographic battle for survival … these new immigrants are coming here and learning fast to have a lot of kids , many are on welfare it’s true , but many are hustlers . Among others…

Here, it is important to understand that underlying law. To convict a defendant for making a false statement in a FARA filing, the defendant must know the (material) statement was false at the time it was made. If Flynn did not know the statement was false—either because he hadn’t read the statement, didn’t know it was false at the time, or relied on his attorneys to properly convey the material information to the government—there is no crime.

“Relied on his attorneys to properly convey the material information”…
      Previous attorneys, that is…

      ICYMI…

      FTA…

The team consists of new members — Jesse Binnall, Philip John Harvey & W. William Hodes, along with Sidney Powell — to represent him in his ongoing case.

Sounds like that whole thing about whether there was any “INTENT,” is coming back to bite them in the arse. Remember it’s the Left that started making it a sticking point… using to defend not prosecuting ANY crimes involving Dems. So it’s become all about whether he/she INTENDED to commit an illegal act, & can they can PROVE it. Ignorance of law was never a valid defense… “but did you really mean to do it?” now supposedly is. But I am ALL for making them own this.

It was used in Comey’s lame attempt to exonerate HRC. And Horowitz’s pathetic conclusions in his last IG report. Never-mind the 100’s of pages detailing physical & circumstantial evidence of countless criminal acts & bias. He just never found any written confessions by these FBI/DOJ crooks, explicitly stating they MEANT to do it, or exactly WHY they did it. So they were free to go & do it all again.

But this distortion never applied for those on the Right. Instead they can face invented crimes, have exonerating evidence withheld/destroyed, & even fake evidence & witnesses used against them. They must prove their innocence.

It’s as if all these crime’s are treated like a murder, requiring a clear & definitive motive. But that’s not the way it’s supposed to work! Although, Comey did have a “How-To” book for Homicide Investigations in his safe. Maybe he started it, so they all became confused. 😏

(NOTE how the opposite is used in Journalism… “a source familiar with [unknown 3rd party’s] way of THINKING” is supposed to be taken seriously!)

A thought about The Squad and Obama.

Of course, Obama is going to be brought in from the sidelines to help whoever the Dem nominee is. And perhaps doubly so if that nominee is his former wingman, Biden.

But, one great aspect of POTUS making the election about The Squad is that as soon as Obama does anything to defend them, then POTUS can go right back to this honorary Squad member:

Reverend Wright. Running down the USA long before The Squad got into the game.

Also, that Farrakhan photo with Obama might come in handy, too.

If POTUS sets this up correctly, it’s going to be such an easy checkmate it will make the Dem and Media heads spin. Even their savior will have no ability to help them. In fact, he will become just another liability for their cause.

FTA “How Many Other Times Has This Happened?

This pattern has likely repeated itself many times, which would explain why Mueller never addressed whether Russia interfered in the 2016 election by feeding Christopher Steele fake intel for his hit on Trump. Just as the intelligence community carefully guarded the information it believed it had on Flynn, the spies and spooks seeking to destroy the president likely kept a close grip on any information that exposed the Steele dossier as a Russian ploy (or a Hillary Clinton-funded lie)…
That should be the lesson from the recent revelations related to Flynn—that the special counsel team never had access to the intelligence needed to properly investigate Rafiekian and Alptekin. In turn, this suggests the intelligence community withheld other evidence for Mueller’s team, such as intelligence showing Russia used Steele to interfere in the election…There is only one reasonable explanation for this: The intelligence community viewed the special counsel’s investigation as an insurance policy meant to destroy Trump. And Flynn was just a means of getting to Trump.”

Eric, I was actually thinking about this on my drive in to work today. The reason the right doesn’t lash out is a few reasons:
        1. We are sane people and want to allow the rule of law to do it’s job.
        2. We are sane people that don’t knee jerk react based on emotion (like crazy leftists). We are thoughtful and careful about our actions.
        3. We are too busy focusing on our own personal lives/JOBS/FAMILY to even put an ounce of effort into being the racist bigots they claim we are. That’s just the crazy leftists narcissism thinking we even give a sh– about their personal choices as long as it doesn’t affect our day to day life.

Which led me to thinking, they better hope the right doesn’t mobilize. The right wouldn’t be running around the streets smashing Starbucks windows and looting stores. Due to number 2 on my list, the response would be well thought out and with purpose. I certainly hope it doesn’t get to that point, but the concern is real.

For me it’s more fun to watch our Great President Trump play with swamp weasels. It’s to easy for him. They always respond the same way, feigned outrage, raaaacist, Nazi, you name it, when in truth it always colors them with their own liberal projection vomit. Psst…MSM, we can see you now. Keep up the good work.

Remember what our Great President Trump told us: “sit back and enjoy the ride, I’ve got this.”

He did exactly that. He said this was going to be a good year and so far it has been. The radical Left and media are scared to death of him. The totally insane reaction to him and anything American and law abiding is fear because they know what they have been doing since the Clintons came to DC. They know he knows and he knows they know he knows. What a delicious position for him to be in. They keep waiting for the punishment to fall and are trying to fend it off by being ‘crazy’. He is a master at human nature.

I would love to seen justice done as much as anyone, but Trump has a plan. He knows how to take advantage of events to turn them around to our benefit. That is his genius. I am so glad he is on our side.

I like very much that the President calls out the Fed in his tweets.

Keeps them on their toes, puts their job in perspective in relation to the nation’s overall welfare, refocuses their attention toward making America (and not central banks) great, keeps them in the spotlight so whenever decisions they make go wrong they have to live with plus the added bonus where he can do tweet ‘I told you so’s”.

Also very helpful for the average person to get a rudimentary knowledge of how the Fed inflates and crashes the economy intentionally. Eventually this one will crash and if PDJT is on the watch when it does he will be able to point at the FED and rightly so. Previously every up or down would be credited to the president with most folks having no idea the crash was intentional.

  25. To the people complaining about POTUS saying he did not like the Send Her Home chant: I guess you have not noticed yet that sometimes POTUS says what he has to say to shut the media up. So, he said he didn’t like it. So, he said what they wanted him to say. Big Deal. I’ve heard him say stuff like this before.

Recently he was at one of those presser things with a President from an Eastern European country. The first question shouted out to POTUS was, do you support the fact that this other President just removed a Supreme Court justice in his country. POTUS just immediately said NO. Then the other President went on to explain what happened. What do you think would have happened if he said yes he supported it or something to that effect. Immediate headlines, TRUMP thinks he can remove SC justices.

Some battle are worth winning in ways other than direct confrontation.

Just take a deep breath..he’s not going to stop any chants…sometimes I wonder if it is trolls starting these comments..ditto, I won’t vote for him if he doesn’t close the border, etc, etc. Would you rather have a Democrat for POTUS?

      An anecdote;

More than 10 years ago, I had a regular customer of mine (retired now) that enjoyed political debates with me. Neither of us were ever going to change the other’s mind, but it was informative for those that listened in.

At one point he admitted proudly, that he was hired by fakebook to do exactly that! He had some innocuous position title that I’ve since forgotten, but he was actually proud that they considered him adept enough at his craft of disinformation that they hired him to do ‘full time’ on fakebook exactly what you suggest. Very deceitful of them and him, but enlightening to me at the time.

I’ve really got to give it to the liberals… they’ve got a FANTASTIC marketing team.

They’ve managed to convince a healthy portion of the populace that the terms Conservative or Republican are synonymous with Nazi or racist or misogynist, and that their President is merely Hitler 2.0. It may have been slowly cooking in the 2000’s but it really came to life this decade.

I saw a young person (20ish) do the German heil sign when a car with a Trump sticker passed by recently, and shared a quick giggle with her boyfriend. I know this person so we struck up a conversation. She couldn’t tell me why Trump was a Nazi and then had to listen to me go on for a while about the manipulation.

Are the history teachers so ignorant as to not understand that vilifying the above type of culture, and not allowing it to take a hold on our country, is what made this country so desirable for families to flee here such that their children did not have to grow up with such vileness? Yet, having it incrementally allowed here and there (adults MARRIED to children with ‘authenticating documents’ showing up for asylum status) is introducing the frog to the pot of water.

My posted response – I can’t cite source or time line, but I remember comments that Obama didn’t care one whit for the democrat party. he was (is) all for Obama and everyone else could fend for themselves

With his ‘home’ in DC, did he ever leave? I think not.

I also remember that Obama wanted a 3rd term. A treeper opined – had HRC won the election would she have been sworn in? thoughts that make you go hmmmmm

Many treepers see Obama as a puppet. Maybe an actor groomed for the part? dunno… maybe the 4 horses of the apocolypse are similarly trained? For a continuation of what Obama started?

This is happening before our very eyes – dem ‘old guard’ vs new turks. Chucking spears at the black caucus – think like us, talk like us, or be primaried? racist Maybe the democrat party is not really splitting – maybe it is being hijacked. by?

Reported: obama privately meeting with dem house members
Reported: obama privately meeting with dem pres wanna bees?

Lastly the meme of our lion president with the words “They are after you, but I am in the way”. Every day, every rally I thank God for making him our President.
