Jen, maybe I am reading your comment incorrectly, but VSPGPDJT is not backing down. He HAS done an EO and by so doing will get an even more accurate accounting. BTW, he was not advised it isn’t legal, so where did you get that?
Why are they advertising when the ICE raids will be? IMHO, hopefully to encourage some to self-deport.
And here’s a clue. When you need an apostrophe, stretch your pinkie over one more key to the right of the colon/semi-colon. You’re welcome.

“Why are they advertising when the ICE raids will be?”

Well, on the potential downside, it doesn’t matter. The raids plan will be leaked by traitors anyway.

With hundreds of Federal employees involved in planning and staging the raids, there’s no way operational security and secrecy can be maintained. There’s bound to be a couple commie traitor Feds who will leak to damage the operation and damage the Administration.

On the potential upside, maybe it frightens a few back across the border as others have speculated.

But my main point is: if you think our gummint can conduct “secret” raids in this day and age, I’ve got this bridge … mildly used, low mileage, single owner …

If this great country, this country who showed the world how to shake off Royalty and govern themselves, survives it will be in spite of Ryan and the 100s of thousands of administrative state people.

If we’re lucky like so many small venal men in history, he will be unremarked by historians. It all goes back to Bush 1st and his lack of understanding of the Vision Thing. Ryan’s vision is that of a small rodent nipping at the ankles of great men

    • This becomes very tiresome. They obviously want to pursue their own (Lawfare, Inc’s) “novel interpretation” of – specifically – one half of one sentence in the Obstruction of Justice statute in order to pursue a kangaroo “trial” which does not match what would ever be done by any actual Court. Claiming “high crimes and misdemeanors” when several investigations (including one that cost us nearly $40 million) found nothing, and the President if impeached would not stand trial for anything at all. The Founders of our Constitution clearly foresaw how impeachment could be used as a purely-political tool and tried to write the text of the document expressly to prevent it. (That’s why these words appear and “maladministration” does not.)

I think that we need to add a “Vote of No Confidence” to our Constitution. The Brits can fire their entire Parliament and replace it within two weeks. So can we.

President Trump went to an Ivy League school, but he came out still talking like a New Yorker, with his street smarts intact. What does it mean to have street smarts? It’s knowledge of how to spot trouble coming, how to cope with mean bastards, and thrive. It is knowledge gained from gritty life, which gives you “a bank of courage to depend on when you are tested.” Your knowledge is based in your life experience, not conventional wisdom or academic notions, so it is actually real.

Street smarts combines common sense, self-preservation, and assertiveness. Think President Trump.

The person with street smarts has a great bullshit detector. You know how to deal with bullies and cheats, whether they be elite media or political opponents. As Willie Dixon put it, “You can’t mess with the
messer, the messer’s gonna mess with you.”

Biden is saying stuff to hurt himself in his own polls, now. I suspect Obama has told Biden to get out of the race and make room for Kamala. Also, Biden can’t seem to find an issue trial balloon that can even float, so his presence is not even needed on stage with the rest of the fake props. It takes a lot of preparation to make something like Kamala Harris seem normal by comparison.

This is going to be the most corrupted Presidential election in history. PDJT will need at least 75 million votes this time to prevail over the shenanigans from the Demcommies. I am in, and everyone on the site needs to drag at least two new voters to the polls with them.

Word of caution: Do not use any of the early voting schemes that have been put in place over the last 20 years, especially if your County or Parish is controlled by the Dems. They will have too much time to change your vote or to make it disappear entirely.

I was watching the you tube video of the President speaking at today’s social media summit, it was a touch over 45 minutes long and it stopped while the President was in the middle of a sentence.

Also, he had called the lawyer Harmeet Dillon (sp?) up to the podium to speak and not but a minute into what she was saying all of a sudden it was a different woman speaking about the abortion movie and then it cut short her remarks and showed the lawyer Harmeet returning to her seat, obviously a part of that video was cut/edited.

    The “great irony”

“Retirement systems around the globe face financial insolvency — and sooner than they like to admit.

“…in the U.S., age-based entitlement spending is set to soar to unsustainable levels..

“The U.S. is the only major industrialized nation not pursuing serious reforms..study called the U.S. a “remarkable exception” to the rest of the world.

“For decades, U.S. politicians have spent Social Security funds on things other than retirement or investment. It’s a big reason why Social Security now has nearly $50 trillion in unfunded liabilities.
    >>>>>>>>>

“Other highly developed nations already have faced this dilemma…And almost all have taken steps to fix their broken retirement systems…

“Most have moved away from government funding, and toward private accounts and market-based solutions to preserve the retirement income of their citizens.

“The great irony is that some of the most sweeping reforms are in nations described by some as “socialist,” “social democratic” or the “Nordic Model.” In fact, the idea of cradle-to-grave security is dying, seemingly everywhere but in the U.S.
    >>>>>>>>>>>

Ranked by the stability of their public retirement systems, the top 10 include the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Australia, Sweden, Norway, Singapore, Chile, New Zealand and Canada.

The U.S.? It ranks 19th out of 34 nations. That’s right between Saudi Arabia and Malaysia.

The article goes on to describe what Sweden, Australia, Finland, Denmark and the Netherlands have done.

Billionaire Home Depot co-founder shreds Trump haters in new Facebook post
    https://finance.yahoo.com/news/home-depot-cofounder-bermie-marcus-shreds-trump-haters-in-new-facebook-post-213551135.html

    Excerpt (Bernie Marcus’ full statement):

“I woke up this morning thinking it was going to be another great day. I’ve been celebrating with friends, family and the community since I turned 90. I’ve told you about the gracious gift of $117 million that was collected and given in my honor to four charities that mean a lot to me. All that happiness blew up because I said in a newspaper interview that I have supported and will continue to support Donald Trump.

    Boom!

Negative stories… vicious threats, without cause, to boycott the company that has enabled my foundation to give billions to support autism, medical research, education, heart and neurological issues like stroke, and to help our veterans. The company that I retired from in 2002 and have not had a business relationship with in almost 20 years. A company that has employed more than a half-million people. The people who work there are affiliated with both political parties or no party at all. They are of all religions and all colors and backgrounds. Why would people want to hurt them?

All because I give my voice and some of my money to our President. Am I in China? Argentina? Russia? That’s what it feels like to me.

It saddens me that our country has come to this, where I, as a private citizen, cannot express my feelings. It angers me and it saddens me, but it sure as hell is not going to stop me. If you thought it would, you’ve got the wrong guy.

In the next ten years, God willing, I will accomplish more to save this world than my critics will do even if they had forty lifetimes.”

I don’t think that’s odd. Horowitz is looking into FISA abuse. Carter Page didn’t do any abusing … did he?

I remember for a while I was thinking Carter Page is an FBI informant and he was a knowing FISA target. That’s why he kept talking to people on the Trump campaign after he had supposedly quit it. He needed to keep talking to them to get everyone ensnared in the two hops circle. I haven’t thought about it in a while but I still think it’s a possibility. He’s not a straightforward individual.

I think it was Lisa Page who told Congress that the “insurance policy” was burning a source. Maybe that source was Carter Page.
